Abstract

This article discusses the existence of counseling practices carried out by parents towards children in fishing families in Tanjung Tiram District, Batubara Regency. The aim is to describe how parents carry out counseling activities for their children, even though it is not formal. This type of descriptive research with a qualitative approach was chosen to describe this problem. Primary data was taken by observation, interview, and documentation methods, while secondary data was taken from a review of several kinds of literature. The results obtained are the implementation of counseling practices by parents of fishing families in the form of loving children, protecting the family with a sense of comfort, respecting the rights and obligations of children and parents, instilling trust, and gathering for family discussions. The steps taken are creating good family relationships, listening wholeheartedly, solving problems, feeling the child's condition, being a good listener, helping to find

Abstract

Perkembangan Teknologi dan Artificial Intelegence di Era Society 5.0 menjadi tantangan dan juga peluang bagi Perguruan Tinggi khususnya PTKIN. Diperlukan sebuah perubahan paradigma berfikir terkait urgensi penggunaan media teknologi dan Artificial Intelegence dan kesiapan menyongsong era Society 5.0 tersebut. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan Deksriptif Kualitatif dengan dengan Pendekatan Field Research dengan menganalisis hasil data lapangan dengan kajian teori yang ada. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji urgensi tranformasi PAI di Perguruan Tinggi dan juga kesiapan mahasiswa dalam penggunaan AI di PTKIN Kalimantan Timur. Dari hasil penelitian ini nampak adanya kesiapan mahasiswa dalam penggunaan AI dalam perkuliahan dan juga pemaparan terkait pentingnya penggunaan AI dalam mempersiapkan lulusan yang bisa berkompetisi di dunia Usaha dan Industri.

Abstract

The focus of this research is to find out the teacher's strategy, inhibiting factors, and supporting factors in improving the generic life skills of Nurul Hakim Modern Islamic Boarding School students. The teacher of Nurul Hakim Modern Islamic Boarding School became the subject of the author's research. This research uses qualitative methodology with a case study approach, with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of research conducted on teachers of the Nurul Hakim Modern Islamic Boarding School, the author found an effective strategy for improving the generic life skills of students, namely the strategy of reflection-training-examination. Making Modern Nurul Hakim Islamic Boarding School succeeded in creating an educational environment that supports the development of character, skills, and potential of students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem pembelajaran Al-Islam Kemuhammadiyahan terhadap perilaku siswa SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Tangerang serta dampak dari sistem pembelajaran tersebut. penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang berlokasi di SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Tangerang dengan mengunakan informan sebanyak 23 orang, jenis dan sumber data penelitan yang di gunakan yaitu data primer dan sekunder. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yaitu: 1) Data Reduction, 2) Data Display dan, 3) Verifikasi. Serta analisis dan keabsahan data yang di gunakan yaitu, 1) Trianggulasi Sumbar, 2) Trianggulasi Teknik dan, 3) Trianggulasi waktu. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan sistem pembelajaran Al-Islam Kemuhammadiyahan yaitu: sistem pembelajaran yang diterapkan guru mata pelajaran Al-Islam Kemuhammadiyahan merupakan sistem pembelajaran yang baik. Dampak yang di timbulkan sistem pembelajaran Al-Islam Kemuhammadiayahan yaitu: 1) dampak positif yaitu perubahan pola prilaku yang baik, pemahan materi yang cukup baik, mampu ikut terjun langsung dalam organisasi otonom Muhammadiyah serta mampu meraih juara diberbagi perlombaan. 2) dampak negatif yaitu masih ada siswa yang belum mampu merubah pola prilakunya seperti kurang sopan, stigma sekolah Muhammadiyah adalah sekolah buangan, dan tidak semua siswa berasal dari organisasi Muhammadiyah.

Abstract

Nurturing the value of love for the motherland is mandatory in higher education, including STIKes students. This study aims to analyze the planning, process, and results of internalizing the character of love for the motherland in prospective health workers through PAI courses at STIKes Karsa Husada Garut College. The research employed a qualitative approach and descriptive method. The study showed that: 1) the planning carried out by PAI lecturers in internalizing the character of patriotism was still in the form of a hidden curriculum, not specifically written in the RPS, 2) the implementation was good enough based on the indicators of the character of patriotism, 3) the results of the internalization of the character of patriotism based on the indicators had been internalized. However, STIKes Karsa Husada needed to make a detailed curriculum regarding the internalization of the character of love for the motherland through PAI courses. Thus, it can be a reference for lecturers in making plans so that implementation and evaluation can be maximized.

Abstract

The background of this research is the lack of children's ability to use media related to 3m activities. The purpose of this study was to see children's artistic abilities in 3m activities, namely drawing, tearing, and pasting. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach method. Methods of data collection by conducting interviews, observation, and documentation. Based on the results of research regarding the application of 3m activities to improve artistic abilities in children aged 5-6 years at PAUD Bunda Streat Gurilla No 23, Medan Perjuangan District, Medan City, which was carried out for one month experienced a good improvement. The results of the increase in children's artistic abilities that occur can be seen in the change in attitude during learning takes place. In the early stages of learning, children show reluctance or hesitation during activities, so over the learning period, children begin to feel comfortable and begin to be confident in showing the works of art made by children. It can also be seen that, when applying 3M, children are categorized as quite good at drawing according to the teacher's instructions, drawing lines with five fingers, tearing paper, and gluing pieces of paper according to the drawing pattern.

Abstract

Character of education for students is very important, the implementation of an independent curriculum needs to pay attention to the character of students. The quality of future generations is influenced by the formation of student character. analyzing the character development of Islamic religious education students influenced by the independent curriculum is the goal of this study. Library research is used as a research method. Islamic religious education subjects through Pancasila student profiles, it was found that religious values must accompany character education. Student character education cannot be separated from religious education, for several reasons, including the meaning of piety to Allah SWT & adhering to the principles of the Al-Quran Hadith, and based on Pancasila will improve significantly. student character.

Abstract

Inclusive education from primary to higher education has been implemented in many countries around the world, even before the issuance of the UN Convention in 2008. In Indonesia, the UN Convention immediately received a response from the Government and the public through the DPR, in the form of ratification into Law of the Republic of Indonesia no 19 of 2011. The purpose of this study is to elaborate on the form of evaluation of inclusive learning programs for students with special needs (autism). The research method used is the qualitative research method. The results of the study show that good evaluation activities are activities that are able to provide feedback as a form of improvement for a program from all aspects. The CIPP model is considered suitable for evaluation studies on the implementation of inclusion studies for autistic students. Program evaluation has a measure of success called a criterion. With the reference criteria, various components in the program that have been achieved can be considered. The criteria are said to be successful and successful if they meet the established success criteria.

Abstract

The authors conducted this study aiming to reveal the impact of appointing Government Employees with Employment Agreements (PPPK) on employee performance at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Bekasi. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques used are observation and interviews. Interviews were conducted with Government Employees with Employment Agreements (PPPK), school principals, and heads of administrative staff and educators at the educational institution where the research was conducted. The results of the research were carried out through eight aspects of the performance of teaching staff; educate, teach, guide, direct, train, assess, evaluate, and the ability to innovate factors. Overall, all of these aspects show good performance, but the ability to innovate is still categorized as quite low.

Abstract

The shortage of deaf engagement in both business and entrepreneurship sectors is an issue for the education aspect, specifically concerning independence and prosperity achievement. The purpose of this research is to disclose the internalization process of entrepreneurial character values in culinary skills learning at SMALB Tunarungu. This study was conducted by qualitative method with a phenomenological approach, aimed to reveal and describe existing phenomena through a series of procedures, such as 1) preliminary study, 2) data collection through observation, interview, documentation, and Focus Group Discussion FGD, and 3) data analysis. Based on the existing phenomenon, the results of this study reveal that 1) entrepreneurial character values were developed in planning learning activities as referred to in the curriculum of the education unit that had been set by the school; 2) the performed learning activity of culinary skills applied entrepreneurial character values. It was by integrating into the learning process with appropriate model, media, and approach with characteristics of deaf students; 3) evaluation in the internalization of character values used provisions in the used curriculum; and, 4) constraints on the implementation of entrepreneurial character internalization relied on an understanding of the language concept, especially in interpreting character values, which were abstract for deaf students.
