Abstract

PURPOSE - This study aims to analyze the influence of brand awareness, price perception, and product quality on the purchasing decisions of Aerostreet shoes among Muslim consumers in Pacitan Regency. The background of this research is based on the increasing competition in the local footwear industry, where Aerostreet, as a local brand, needs to understand the factors that influence consumer buying behavior. METHODOLOGY - This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who have purchased Aerostreet shoes. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression.FINDING - The results indicate that variable brand awareness, price perception, and product quality has a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision of Aerostreet shoes. This research is expected to provide strategic input for local business actors to enhance the competitiveness of their products in the domestic market. In conclusion, understanding consumer perceptions and preferences is crucial for building brand loyalty and sustaining business growth in a competitive market

Abstract

PURPOSE Previous research on partnerships in rural development analyzed the impact of partnership programs. Research on strategies for realizing partnerships is still very limited. This study aims to review the form of partnerships for village development, strategies carried out by village governments, obstacles faced, efforts to overcome obstacles, and supporting factors owned.METHODOLOGY - This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The type of data used was qualitative and quantitative data collected by observation, interview, and documentation methods. The validity of the data is tested by triangulation of method, source, and time.FINDING - The results showed the form of partnerships to develop villages: establishing cooperation with the mother village and neighboring villages, collaborating with universities, providing internet/wifi access, providing officers and village statistical data, and providing data on village SDGs achievement. The strategy taken: proactively coordinating with the parent village, approaching academics, and empowering adolescents as survey officers to record the achievement of Village SDGs. The obstacle faced is the low proportion of tax revenue to the village's gross domestic income. This is overcome by finding new sources of village tax revenue. The supporting factor is the availability of experienced and highly motivated village apparatus to build the village and the strategic location of the village. The research findings have implications for determining policies carried out by village governments in realizing partnerships for village development

Abstract

PURPOSE - Strong organizational culture, which includes positive values, can increase employee motivation and engagement, which has implications for their performance. In addition, good compensation is expected to increase employee satisfaction and motivation. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, compensation on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable at BPS Regency / City Regional Tapanuli Selatan.METHODOLOGY - .This type of research is quantitative. The number of samples in this study was 90 respondents, the data analysis techniques used in this study were instrument tests (validity tests and reliability tests) hypothesis tests (t-test and coefficient of determination) and research models of path analysis tests (Path Analysis).FINDING - The results of this study indicate that Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Performance, Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Organizational Culture has an effect on through the Work Motivation variable and Compensation has an effect on Performance through the Work Motivation variable at BPS Regency / City Regional South Tapanuli

Abstract

PURPOSE - This study aims to analyze the effect of Shopping Lifestyle, Fashion Involvement, Promotion on Impulse Buying. The subjects of this study were students of Muhammadiyah Purwokerto University who used the TikTok application.METHODOLOGY - In this study using a sample of 105 respondents, quantitative methods were implemented in this study with a Purposive Sampling approach. Data collection in this study was collected through distributing questionnaires. Analysis using Smart-PLS 3.0 to test the relationship between variables. The stages use the outer model for model testing, with the inner model for structural model testing.FINDING - The stages use the outer model for model testing, with the inner model for structural model testing. The results obtained from this study are Shopping Lifestyle and Promotion have a significantly affects on Impulse Buying fashion products in the TikTok application. While Fashion Involvement has no significantly affects on Impulse Buying fashion products in the TikTok application.

Abstract

PURPOSE - This research aims to explore and elaborate on business development strategies, including product innovation, financial management, and marketing strategies, as well as the socio-economic impact of the MSME "Kripik Rido Susi" in Silo Village, Jember.METHODOLOGY - This research is a qualitative descriptive study with a case study type. The data in this research were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation methods. The validity of the data was tested using method, source, and time triangulation.FINDING - The research results show that the product innovation strategy is carried out through the development of taste, packaging, and size, based on simple market research. Financial management is handled manually but consistently, with daily record-keeping and capital support from personal funds as well as village assistance. The marketing strategy combines conventional approaches (consignment sales at small shops and cooperatives) and digital methods (social media and marketplaces). The existence of these SMEs not only increases the household income of employees but also strengthens the social capital of the community through active participation and pride in local products. These findings affirm that MSMEs based on local potential can be an effective instrument in creating economic independence for rural communities. This research provides empirical contributions to the literature on local economic development and offers a model of empowerment practices that can be replicated in similar regions

Abstract

PURPOSE - This research explores the effect of organizational values on employee performance at the Agam Regency Land Office. Organizational values are a set of principles, beliefs, and norms that guide behavior in carrying out tasks.METHODOLOGY - This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method through distributing questionnaires to the entire population of 70 employees (total sampling). The data were analyzed using validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, and simple linear regression with the help of SPSS 25 statistical data processing applications.FINDING - The results showed that organizational values have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The regression coefficient value of 1.261 with a significance of 0.000 indicates that an increase in organizational value directly encourages an increase in employee performance. R square of 0.803 or 80.3%, this shows that the percentage contribution of the independent variable organizational value to the dependent variable employee performance is 80.3%. While the remaining 0.197 or 19.7% is influenced by other variables outside this study such as job satisfaction, work motivation, bonuses, promotions, and other variables that are not in this study. The Agam Regency Land Office integrates organizational values into the employee performance appraisal system and conducts periodic evaluations of its application. By creating a positive work climate and supporting the application of organizational values, it is expected that employee performance can improve sustainably and consistently in supporting quality public services.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkonfirmasi bahwa media sosial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat memulai wirausaha bagi anak muda di Kabupaten Labuhanbatu. Pengaruh ini dimediasi secara kuat oleh peningkatan Efikasi Diri Kewirausahaan (ESE), di mana media sosial membantu membangun kepercayaan diri individu dalam kemampuan wirausaha mereka. Selain itu, faktor-faktor seperti kreativitas, kecerdasan emosional, ekspektasi pendapatan, dan motivasi juga berperan penting. Mekanisme pengaruh positif media sosial meliputi kemudahan akses informasi dan pengetahuan, efektivitas pemasaran yang hemat biaya, pembentukan jaringan dan komunitas yang mendukung, serta penyediaan model peran dan inspirasi. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence student satisfaction has on the quality of education services, to determine the student satisfaction index on the quality of education services, and to find out which services still have to be improved, paid attention to and maintained. The population in this study are students of Bina Sarana Informatika University and sampling using probability sampling with simple random sampling method. physical evidence, reliability, and assurance variables have a positive and significant effect on the quality of education services. While partially the variables of empathy and responsiveness do not have a positive and significant effect on the quality of educational services. Based on the results of the CSI score, it produces a score of 78%, meaning that students are satisfied with the service. Results with the IPA method, there are still several statements that must be improved. These results cannot be separated from the role of lecturers, administrative staff and sections, facilities and others who are in the Bina Sarana Informatika University environment.

Abstract

Financial literacy is something that can overcome the problem of subduing financial inclusion with the aim that finances in Indonesia can increase. Financial inclusion is an effort to encourage the financial system so that it is easy for the public to access to promote good economic growth. This research was conducted to determine the influence of Sharia Financial literacy and Sharia Financial inclusion on the financial management of micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKMs) in Medan City. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires with a sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and uses the T  and the F test. In addition, classical assumption tests were carried out which included multicholinearity tests, heteroskedasticity tests, autocorrelation tests and normality tests. The results of this study show that Sharia Financial literacy has a positive and significant influence on financial management, Sharia Financial inclusion has a positive and significant influence on the financial management of micro, small and medium enterprises in Medan City and ShariaFinancial literacy and Sharia Financial inclusion have a positive and significant influence on micro-enterprise financial management, SMEs in Medan City

Abstract

The culinary industry is growing in several regions. Famous meatballs are a regional gastronomic highlight. The Kutacane meatball company in Southeast Aceh will be assessed using SWOT analysis in this study. SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) finds internal and external aspects that can affect corporate success. In-depth interviews with business owners, staff, and customers are used in this qualitative case study research. This research found that the EFI Matrix score is 3.14 and the EFE Matrix score is 2.92. The famous Southeast Aceh Regency meatball business's SWOT Analysis, based on internal and external factors, yields four strategies: SO, WO, ST, and WT
