Abstract

Agribusiness is crucial to the development of agriculture, particularly in regions where farming is the primary source of income for the majority of the populace. In agribusiness, challenges are frequently brought on by a lack of infrastructure, infrastructure assistance, and government support. The agribusiness growing in Pacitan is the main topic of this study. In order to support the performance of agribusiness, this research aims to identify the issues that exist in Pacitan. The information was gathered through literature reviews and examining the farmers' project model construction. The interviews indicate that Pacitan has problems with the infrastructure, which has to be addressed, and the lack of human resources among the farmers in terms of the skills and knowledge required to boost the level of their output. The findings indicate that irrigation is still a significant infrastructure necessity for Pacitan's agricultural sector. This has an impact on Pacitan's agricultural output outcomes, which has an impact on the industry's poor performance in reaching excellence. The researcher suggests a model using a relationship approach between skills, knowledge, infrastructure, and government support to help achieve success in enhancing agriculture performance in Pacitan.

This study employed a descriptive quantitative methodology. All passengers on the Solo-Yogyakarta Electric Rail Train (KRL) made up the study's population. Purposive sampling is used in the sampling process, yielding 100 responders as samples. The methods for data analysis that are being employed are multiple linear regression analysis, t test, and coefficient of determination. According to the findings, user satisfaction with the Solo-Yogyakarta Electric Rail Train was positively and significantly impacted by service quality, promotion, and price perceptions. The results of the coefficient of determination test (R2) computation yielded a value of 0.605. This demonstrates that of the variation in the dependent variable (customer satisfaction), 60.5% can be accounted for by service quality, promotion, and price perceptions, with the remaining 39.5% being influenced by additional variables not taken into account by the research. Abstract

This study aimed to find out the influence of Strategic Vision on participation in good government governance of North Sumatra, West Sumatra, and South Sumatra Provinces during 2016 – 2018. Good government governance is very important if implemented in Indonesia because every country or province definitely really needs good government or often called Good Government Governance. Good governance is regulated in Law Number 17 of 2003 and Law Number 32 of 2004. Data were analyzed using SPSS (statistical product and service solution) version 26 on classical assumption test, regression analysis, and t-test. Based on the t-test results, Strategic Vision had no significant influence on participation in good government governance of North Sumatra, West Sumatra, and South Sumatra Provinces during 2016 – 2018. Therefore, in addition to a strong commitment, the government needs to adopt and use the right strategy in implementing the principles of Good Government Governance.

One of the areas faced with the problem of HR recruitment for the National Police is the jurisdiction of the Riau Islands Police. The principles and values of Affirmative Action have a significant impact on the quality of performance. Abstract

Looking at current conditions, no one can argue that the entry of the digital era is closely related to the dominance of the capitalist regime. The end of the Cold War is often seen as the victory of capitalism because it was followed by the fall of communism-socialism, the Soviet Union, and its satellite states. The logic and culture of capitalism permeate and influence almost every aspect of modern life (Heriyanto, 2000). Kelen (Winarso, 2020) agrees, arguing that capitalism is the most widely accepted economic system in the world. Due to globalization, a free market economic system based on capitalism has emerged as the standard by which most countries judge their own economic policies. What gives? Since no country can avoid the impact of economic globalization, and since the supply of natural resources varies from country to country, it is unrealistic to expect one country to be able to provide its citizens with everything they need in a limited sense. Indonesia is no exception to the rule that globalization and capitalism, the two pillars of the global economic system, are inextricably linked and give birth to a distinctive state of the world economy that in turn impacts the fabric of society everywhere. The history, philosophy, and most influential philosophies in management from both a capitalist and Islamic perspective will be discussed here.
