Abstract

In the era of globalization and increasingly fierce competition, logistics companies are required to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their services. A good service system is one of the key factors in achieving this goal. The aim of the service system is expected to provide innovative solutions to improve the operational performance of officers, which includes aspects of speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction through digitizing logistics services in the airport sector. The research aims to determine the effect of implementing the REBORN service system on the operational performance of PT Angkasa Pura Logistik officers at Ahmad Yani Airport, Semarang. This research uses quantitative methods. Primary data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 40 respondents, consisting of operational officers at the PT Angkasa Pura Logistik Cargo Terminal. Samples were taken using a purposive sampling technique using the Isaac and Michael formula. Data was analyzed using SPSS 25 software with simple linear regression analysis, a T-test, and a coefficient of determination test. The research results show that the implementation of the SITEK REBORN system has a significant influence on the operational performance of PT Angkasa Pura Logistik. This is proven through a simple linear regression test, where the implementation variable shows a positive impact on the operational performance variable with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a t-count value of 9.268. In addition, the coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.693 indicates that 69.3% of the variation in operational performance can be explained by implementing the SITEK REBORN system. At the same time, the remainder is influenced by other variables not studied. This research concludes that digitalization through SITEK REBORN significantly improves operational performance, which in turn can increase the efficiency and productivity of PT Angkasa Pura Logistik at Ahmad Yani Airport, Semarang.

Abstract

Services in the aviation world consist of three services: pre-flight, in-flight and post-flight services. In-flight services are carried out directly by the cabin crew, in this case the flight attendants, who are the parties tasked with providing direct services during the flight. In the world of flight attendants, there is a seniority system in carrying out tasks. The workload that must be done by junior flight attendants is greater than that of senior flight attendants. As a result, most junior flight attendants feel uncomfortable with the work environment caused by the lack of harmony between senior flight attendants and junior flight attendants. This study aims to determine the effect of flight attendant (FA) workload on their performance at Citilink Airlines in 2021. This study is a quantitative study, where data is collected by distributing questionnaires, observations and documentation to flight attendants at Citilink Airlines. The sample was carried out on 50 respondents using non-probability sampling techniques. Then the data was processed using simple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that there is an influence of flight attendant workload on their performance at Citilink Airlines in 2021. Flight attendant workload affects their performance by 43.2%. While the remaining 56.8% of performance is influenced by other variables that are not studied and outside the concept in the researcher's research. The coefficient of determination ranging from 0.400-0.599 shows that flight attendant workload has a fairly strong influence on their performance at Citilink Airlines.

Abstract

Miscommunication between Aviation Security officers and tenant officers and airline officers at the security check point of Juanda International Airport, Sidoarjo often occurs due to the poor quality of information provided by fellow Aviation Security officers at SCP-1. As a result, officer activities are hampered. This affects staff satisfaction. On this basis, the researcher conducted a study to determine the effect of service quality on staff satisfaction. This study was conducted using a quantitative method where primary data collection was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. Sampling was carried out using the non-probability sampling method. The collected data were then analyzed using simple linear regression, partial test (T test), and coefficient of determination. The results showed that service quality had a significant effect on staff satisfaction at Juanda International Airport, Sidoarjo. This is evident from the statistical analysis carried out, where the calculated t value (9.087) far exceeded the t table value (1.994), with a significance level of 0.00 which is smaller than 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that the Ha hypothesis in this study can be accepted. In addition, the results of the T-test calculation show that the service quality variable has an influence of 54.8% on the level of staff satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the condition of memories at the PT Angkasa Pura II company based on four ratio analyses in the 2019–2022 period. The objects used in this thesis are financial reports in the form of financial position reports, profit and loss reports, and cash flow reports for PT Angkasa Pura II for the 2019–2022 period. The data analysis method used is ratio analysis, which consists of liquidity analysis, solvency analysis, activity analysis, and profitability analysis, which is then determined by the level of financial performance by referring to the decision of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises of 2002, Number KEP-100/MBU/2002. The results of the research show that the financial condition of PT Angkasa Pura II from 2019 to 2022 is experiencing an unfavorable condition in terms of the four ratios. By obtaining the BBB category with the unhealthy predicate in 2019 and the B category with the unhealthy predicate from 2020 to 2022.

Abstract

The current ratio, debt-to-asset ratio, inventory turnover-to-net profit margin, and other financial ratios of PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk will be partially and concurrently studied from 2014 to 2023. Data used in associative quantitative study comes from PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk's financial report, which comprises secondary sources. Testing hypotheses, doing regression analysis, and calculating coefficients of determination are all examples of traditional data analysis approaches. This research's findings indicate a positive and statistically significant correlation between the Current Ratio and Net Profit Margin, as shown by a computed t value of 12.045 > t table 2.447 and a significance level of 0.000 < = 0.05. The debt to assets ratio positively impacts net profit margin, according to the findings of the hypothesis testing (tcount 7.493 < ttable 2.447, p-value < $0.05). Results from the hypothesis test indicate that inventory turnover does not significantly impact net profit margin (tcount -3.759 < 2.447, significance value 0.009 < 0.05). Results show that the current ratio, debt to assets ratio, and inventory turnover significantly impact net profit margin (p 0.000, p < 0.05, and Fcount 75.981 > Ftable 4.35). Our three current ratios—debt to assets, inventory turnover, and current ratio—explain net profit margin with a coefficient of determination of 96.2%.

Abstract

This study investigates the effects of product quality and promotional strategies on consumer purchase interest in Honda motorcycles within Bekasi Regency, a region notable for its substantial market potential. As a crucial component of Indonesia's economic framework, the automotive sector-particularly motorcycles-plays a significant role. Honda, a leading brand in this competitive market, strives to sustain its market dominance through continual product innovation and dynamic promotional activities. Despite this, the interplay between product quality and promotional efforts in specific local contexts, such as Bekasi Regency, remains insufficiently explored. Employing a quantitative causal research design, this study surveyed Honda motorcycle consumers in Bekasi Regency using purposive sampling methods. Data analysis was performed with SPSS version 25. Findings reveal that both product quality and promotional tactics have a substantial impact on consumer purchase interest, both independently and in combination. Effective promotional activities and high-quality products significantly enhance Honda's market appeal in this locale. The insights gained from this research offer valuable implications for automotive marketing strategies, highlighting the importance of targeted promotions and exceptional product quality in influencing consumer behavior. These results are not only pertinent to Bekasi Regency but also provide a basis for extending research to other regions with similar market dynamics. Future studies should consider additional influencing factors and broaden the geographic scope to achieve a more comprehensive understanding.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) whether organizational culture influences the performance of AVSEC officers at Mutiara Sis Al-Jufri Airport, Palu, (2) whether work motivation influences the performance of AVSEC officers at Mutiara Sis Al-Jufri Airport, Palu, and (3) whether organizational culture and work motivation simultaneously influence the performance of AVSEC officers at Mutiara Sis Al-Jufri Airport, Palu. This study was conducted from May 1 to June 30, 2024 at Mutiara Sis Al-Jufri Airport, Palu. This study uses a quantitative method with a type of survey conducted on AVSEC officers and passengers using a questionnaire distribution. In this study, questionnaires were distributed to 97 AVSEC officers and 97 passengers. The data analysis techniques used were normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis test, and determination coefficient test (R²). The results of the study show that: (1) organizational culture has a positive influence on the performance of AVSEC officers at Mutiara Sis Al-Jufri Airport, Palu, (2) work motivation has a positive influence on the performance of AVSEC officers at Mutiara Sis Al-Jufri Airport, Palu, and (3) organizational culture and work motivation simultaneously have a positive influence on the performance of AVSEC officers at Mutiara Sis Al-Jufri Airport, Palu.

Abstract

Abstract Airport development in West Sumbawa plays an important role in supporting the local economy by creating many job opportunities, both at the airport itself and in supporting sectors such as transportation, accommodation, and restaurants, thus reducing the unemployment rate and improving the welfare of the surrounding community. The airport in West Sumbawa has a positive impact on tourism by increasing accessibility and the number of tourist visits. Data shows an increase in the number of domestic and foreign tourists from 770,344 in 2022 to 831,123 in 2023.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of airline companies in providing satisfaction to passengers through good and quality facilities. This study aims to determine the effect of facilities in the departure area on passenger satisfaction at Depati Amir Pangkalpinang Airport. The facilities in question include 4 indicators: facility conditions, completeness, interior design, and exterior design. The study was conducted using quantitative methods. Data were obtained by distributing Likert scale questionnaires with a sample size of 100 respondents. Sampling used purposive sampling technique, which is a sampling technique with certain criteria. The hypothesis was tested using simple regression and T-test. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect on passenger satisfaction partially. As much as 92.7% of passenger satisfaction at Depati Amir Pangkalpinang Airport was influenced by facilities in the departure area. While the remaining 7.3% was influenced by other variables not studied.

Abstract

With the increasing workload and demands in the aviation industry, it is important to understand how job stress affects productivity and work effectiveness. This study examines the effect of job stress levels on employee performance at Sepinggan Balikpapan Airport. The study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 45 employees from various airport divisions. The results were then processed using a t-test and approached using simple linear regression. The results showed that job stress was negatively related to employee performance. It is hoped that the results of this study will provide insight for management in designing effective stress mitigation strategies.
