<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of gas station digitalization and service quality on customer satisfaction. Primary data were taken from respondents of gas station 13,264,518 Koto Gadang Guguk, Solok Regency. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive research. The results of the study indicate that gas station digitalization has an effect on customer satisfaction with a t-value of 5.522 (i.e. > 1.98761) and a significant probability value of 0.000 (i.e. <0.05). Service quality also has an effect on customer satisfaction with a t-value of 3.063 and a significant probability value of 0.003. The gas station digitalization variable and the service quality variable simultaneously have an effect on customer satisfaction with a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.529 or 52.9%, while the remaining 47.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study such as motivation, leadership, workload and others.]]>

<![CDATA[The Aviation Security (AVSEC) officers must navigate the complex interaction of maintaining authority while demonstrating politeness in their communication with passengers. This research explores how aspects of language proficiency for interaction are used by AVSEC officers to balance these roles and construct their professional identity. The research problem addresses how interaction proficiency serves both the functional need for authority and the relational need for politeness. The objective of the study is to identify the markers that contribute to this balance on communication effectiveness. Employing qualitative analysis, data were collected through recordings, observation and in depth interview of AVSEC officers at several workload simulations. The study finds that effective communication in AVSEC relies on a blend of clear verbal instructions and strong non-verbal cues to manage interactions smoothly and professionally. Officers must respond quickly, clarify when necessary, and interpret both verbal and non-verbal signals to prevent misunderstandings and uphold security. AVSEC officers balance authority with courtesy, using direct language and body language to ensure passenger cooperation, safety, and comfort.]]>

<![CDATA[This study examines the level of investment knowledge and technological advances on Generation Z Yogyakarta's interest in investing in the capital market. Along with the times, awareness of the importance of investment is increasing, especially among the younger generation born between 1997 and 2012. Technological advances have facilitated access to information and investment transactions, which have also influenced Generation Z's interest in participating in the capital market. This study uses a quantitative approach with a sample population of 100 respondents from generation Z in Yogyakarta. Based on the results of the analysis test, it shows that the level of understanding of investment knowledge and technological advances has a significant positive influence on the variable of generation Z's interest in investing. The results of these findings are expected to provide an understanding of the factors that encourage the younger generation to invest and the importance of investment education and the use of technology in investment activities.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this study was to analyze the effect of work stress, organizational culture, and compensation on the performance of educated personnel of Surakarta Muhammadiyah University. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were all educated personnel of Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. The sampling method of this research is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The data sources of this research are primary data and secondary data. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The research data analysis technique with the help of SPSS software. The results of this study are that Job Stress has a significant effect on Employee Performance. Organizational Culture has a significant effect on Employee Performance. Compensation has a positive effect on Employee Performance.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aimed to analyze the effect of product quality and brand image on customer loyalty, which is mediated by the customer satisfaction variable for Skintific products in Solo Raya. The type of research used is quantitative research, which distributes questionnaires via Google Forms. The population of this study was all people who live in Solo Raya. The sample used in this study was 150 respondents with the criteria for female community respondents who have used Skintific products. The sampling technique in this study used non-probability sampling techniques and purposive sampling. The data was analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study show that product quality significantly affects Skintific Product Customer Satisfaction in Soloraya. Brand Image has a significant effect on Employee Performance. Customer Satisfaction has a positive impact on Skintific Product Customer Loyalty in Soloraya. Product quality positively affects skintific product customer loyalty, which is mediated by customer satisfaction. Brand Image positively affects Customer Loyalty for skintific products mediated by Customer Satisfaction.]]>

<![CDATA[Rubber deposit is the thickening of the rubber layer on the runway surface as a result of the friction of the rubber of the aircraft wheels during take-off and landing, resulting in the risk of the danger of aircraft slipping if the aircraft takes off and lands on the runway surface. Rubber deposit cleaning is carried out depending on the high frequency of aircraft movements on the runway per day. The research stage begins with observation and collection of data on the measurement of runway conditions, especially in the aircraft touch down area, carrying out observations on the process of cleaning rubber deposits in the aircraft touch down area, collecting the results of measuring the roughness test value before and after cleaning, analyzing the roughness value of the runway before and after cleaning. The results of the study found that the number of flight traffic at Babullah Airport per week is 155 flights or as many as 620 flights within one month, and the average number of aircraft landings at Babullah Airport is 313 times, so if you refer to KP 94 of 2015 concerning the rubber removal cleaning schedule on the runway of Babullah Airport with a routine cleaning schedule of 1 time in 1 year. Then there is a difference in the value of skid resistance at Sultan Babullah Airport with varying values, at the test point center line 31 – 14 has a value of before cleaning of 0.48 then after cleaning the value of the cleanliness becomes 0.70 as well as the test point at 6 meters left 14 – 32 has a roughness value of 0.59 before cleaning and 0.82 after cleaning/removal, The average value of runway roughness before cleaning was 0.53 and the average value of roughness after cleaning.]]>

<![CDATA[Situation Awareness (SA) is a person's perception or response to be able to understand conditions or circumstances in the surrounding environment. This research aims to find out whether there is an influence of Situation Awareness on the performance of Airside officers and to find out if there is an influence, how much influence Situation Awareness has on the performance of Airside officers at the airport. This research uses a quantitative approach with the variables Situation Awareness (X) and Airside Officer Performance (Y). The population of PT Airside officers. There are 50 people at El Tari Kupang Airport's Angkasa Gate, including 15 AMC officers and 35 Ground Handling officers. Then samples were taken from the total population as a whole and analyzed using Simple Linear Regression using SPSS. The research results show that based on the test results obtained, it can be seen that Situation Awareness (X) influences the performance of Airside Officers (Y) at El Tari Kupang International Airport with the test results obtained with a calculated T value of 15.645 and a significant value of 0.01< 0.05. The result of the coefficient of determination R2 is 0.836 so it can be concluded that Situation Awareness (X) has an influence on the performance of Airside Officers (Y) at El Tari Kupang Airport by 83.6%.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of store atmosphere, product quality and price discount on customer loyalty at Matahari Depatment Store through consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable (case study at Matahari Department Store branch Pakuwon Mall Yogyakarta). The population of this research is visitors Matahari Department Store branch Pakuwon Mall Yogyakarta with a sample of 130 responden. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method using primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. In this study using proposive sampling techniques. The result of this study show that store atmosphere does not have a direct positive effect customer loyalty, product quality has a positive effect customer loyalty, price discount has a positive effect customer loyalty, consumer satisfaction has a positive effect customer loyalty, store atmosphere has a positive effect consumer satisfaction, product quality has a positive effect consumer satisfaction, price discount has positive effect consumer satisfaction, and store atmosphere, product quality, and price discount are able to mediate consumer satisfaction on customer loyalty.]]>

<![CDATA[Aviation security is the most prioritized aspect to ensure the safety of passengers, aircraft crew and all important assets owned by the airport. One of the vital components in the airportsecurity system is the perimeter fence, because this component functions as the first line ofdefense in preventing illegalaccess to sensitive areas of the airport. The focus of this study is to determine the weak points in the surveillance system currently used on the perimeter fence at Yogyakarta International Airport.Through the preparation ofthisthesis, the weaknesses found will be analyzed so that they can improve the quality of supervision and reduce the potential for security disturbances. This study uses a qualitative approach, with data collection methods that include observation, interviews, and documentation. This approach is carried out to obtain primary and secondary data related to the real conditions of the security system at the airport. The object observed include the use ofmodern technology such as surveillance camera system (CCTV) which area expected to be a solution in strengthening perimeter fence security. The findings ofthis study are expected to provide relevant input and suggestions for airport managers and authorities, in order to improve the effectiveness of supervision of the perimeter area it is also hoped that the implementation of improvements suggested in this study will be able to reduce the risk ofsecurity disturbances and provide good protection for airports and users of aviation services.]]>

<![CDATA[Sam Ratulangi airports in Manado contribute to the tourism industry by offering facilities and high-quality services. They promote local attractions and work well with various travel agents, which contributes to the growth of the tourism industry. Growing the transportation industry benefits both the economy and the travel and tourism industry. The research aims to analyze the tourism promotion strategies through Sam Ratulangi Airport. This is a descriptive analysis study using a qualitative technique. Sam Ratulangi International Airport is an international airport located 13 kilometers northeast of Manado, the capital of North Sulawesi in Indonesia. Using the SWOT matrix analysis, several different strategies for boosting nomadic tourism in Manado can be developed through the gate of Sam Ratulangi Airport. The results of the data will be used to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of tourism objects in Sam Ratulangi Airport. The conclusion of this study states that for the tourism development strategy of Sam Ratulangi Airport, they are (1) improving the quality of facilities and infrastructure that supports tourism, (2) increasing tourism activities on a national and international scale, (3) promoting attractions on an ongoing basis to the national and international level, (4) developing various values of tourist attraction products, (5) involving the participation of the community and all interested parties in the management of attractions, and (6) improving the competency of human resources for tourism actors.]]>
