Abstract

In contrast to previous studies regarding the impact of minimum wages which only focused on total workers and the economic sector and the use of employment status to form formal workers, this study analyzed the effect of minimum wages on one of the demographic variables namely youth by comparing the formation of formal workers using cross tabulation of status and type of work and formation of formal workers by using job status only. The purpose of this research is to analyze the impact of the minimum wage on young formal workers in Indonesia. This study describes that the difference in the high percentage of young formal workers supports the research objective that it is important to compare the impact of the minimum wage on the two categories. Using the 2015 SAKERNAS cross section data and the OLS regression method the impact of the minimum wage on young formal workers using cross-tabulations is higher than the impact of the minimum wage on young formal workers using only employment status. The minimum wage reduces formal youth employment (either by cross-tabulation or by status alone) significantly. Ignoring the use of cross-tabulations between status and type of work can lead to underestimates in the percentage of young formal workers so that the use of cross-tabulations is more representative in showing the effect of minimum wages on young formal workers compared to using employment status alone

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how closely the relationship between teacher compensation in the form of salary and teacher performance motivation at BA 'Aisyiyah Kutukuon, Ponorogo. The app\roach used in this study is qualitative. The method used in data collection was observation and interviews with five teachers at BA 'Aisyiyah Kutukulon. The results of the analysis obtained are that there are only two types of income earned by teachers in the form of basic salary and allowances which are obtained twice in one year. The low salary of private teachers is suspected of having a relationship between their earnings and performance motivation. On the other hand, after conducting research, the low salary earned did not have a significant impact on the learning system. This is evidenced by the teacher's ability to plan lessons and implement learning at BA 'Aisyiyah Kutukulon. Thus, it can be concluded that the role of income earned does not have a significant impact on decreasing performance motivation

Abstract

Social media is the main choice for producers and sellers to massively market their products and services, one of which is by using advertisements provided by social media. The use of advertisements on social media is appropriate because producers or sellers can customize the desired target market in detail both from age, gender, location, hobbies, and others based on the social media user profile. This study will examine the extent to which social media advertising will be able to influence purchasing decisions for a product or service for consumers, especially among students. The research method was carried out by distributing questionnaires and conducting short interviews with 54 students from several study programs at Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Purwokerto. The results showed that the existence of product or service advertisements on social media had a positive effects on consumers in making purchasing decisions for a product or service. Consumers feel that advertisements on social media help in making purchasing decisions for a product or service. This is expected to encourage the motivation of producers or sellers to further optimize the use of social media advertising as one of the marketing media to support the marketing of their products or services.

Accounting applications that can be used today are not only computer-based but also Android-based. In connection with that, we want to examine how the effect of student perceptions on intentions to use an android-based accounting application. To be able to know the results, we used quantitative methods for the purpose of testing the hypothesis. Data were collected through questionnaires, but before the questionnaires were distributed we tested the validity and reliability of the research instrument. After being declared valid and reliable, questionnaires were distributed to research subjects, namely Accounting Students, Faculty of Economics, State University of Malang. Next, we analyzed the data starting with the classical assumption test and continued with simple and multiple regression tests. From the results of data testing, it can be seen that students' perceptions of the usefulness of android-based accounting applications have a positive effect on intention to use. In addition, student perceptions of the ease of use of android-based accounting applications also have a positive effect on intention to use. Finally, the two perceptions, namely the perception of usefulness and ease of use simultaneously affect the intention to use an android-based accounting application. In connection with that, it is hoped that the results of this study can contribute to the development of an Android-based accounting application which can also improve the performance of accountants.

References are not allowed to be cited in abstract. (Arial Narrow 10 Normal, Sentence Case)This study has determined the economic growth rate of the Hope Family Program (PKH) Beneficiary Family (KPM) in Cianjur Regency, whose marketing is supported by PARAPE (PKH People's Market) in Cianjur Regency. UMKMs can make a big difference in raising living standards, lowering unemployment, and promoting sustainable economic growth. Enhancing the efficacy and productivity of micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKMs) is crucial for fostering social and economic well-being in the community. In many nations, including Indonesia, UMKMs form the backbone of the economy and play a major role in employment creation and regional and national economic growth. A component of the Indonesian government's initiatives to lessen social inequality and poverty in the nation is the Hope Family Program. Prosperous families are the outcome of similar initiatives that are implemented under other names and strategies in numerous other nations. One of the primary drivers of beneficiary families' transition from impoverished and at-risk to successful households is UMKMs. PARAPE has been successful in helping KPM use digitization to market KPM UMKM products. Additionally, it can motivate KPMs to graduate 10% of KPMs whose UMKM products are supported by PARAPE on their own.
