Abstract

The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) records that the economic growth in Lampung Province has experienced a lower growth rate compared to the national economic growth. This condition is exacerbated by the lack of development in existing infrastructure, especially provincial roads that have suffered severe damage. In this context, the provision of toll road infrastructure becomes crucial in regional development as it serves as a means to facilitate and support community activities. This study aims to analyze the differences in the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of transportation and warehousing, tourism, agriculture, forestry and fisheries, Regional Original Income (PAD), and economic growth of districts in Lampung Province before and after the existence of the Trans-Sumatra Toll Road. The research method used is a quantitative approach using five variables, namely Transportation and Warehousing, Tourism, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, Regional Original Income, and Economic Growth. Secondary data related to these variables were collected, especially those related to transportation and warehousing, tourism, agriculture, forestry and fisheries, regional original income, and economic growth. The study involved six Districts/Cities in Lampung Province traversed by the Trans-Sumatra Toll Road, namely South Lampung, Central Lampung, Mesuji, Pesawaran, Tulang Bawang, and West Tulang Bawang. Observation samples were collected for 4 years before and 4 years after the existence of the Trans-Sumatra Toll Road for the period 2015-2022. The collected data was then processed using SPSS Ver. 26 software. The results of the study indicate that the existence of the Trans-Sumatra toll road in several districts of Lampung Province has a significant impact on various economic sectors and Regional Original Income (PAD). The presence of significant average differences indicates that the Trans-Sumatra toll road has had a considerable impact on the economic sector and Regional Original Income in the mentioned districts.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to evaluate the Quran memorization learning process using the results of the STIFIn intelligence test as a reference. This is done by analyzing the planning, implementation, and assessment of learning. The study adopts a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. The research location was chosen at SD Abi And Ummi, Medan, based on initial observations that showed the application of the STIFIn method in Quran memorization learning. The subjects of the research consisted of school administrators, teachers, and students, totaling 3 administrators, 14 teachers, and 57 students. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that Quran memorization teachers plan their lessons by utilizing the results of the STIFIn intelligence test. They adjust their teaching methods to the students' learning styles, as seen in children with Feeling intelligence who are more responsive to audio-based learning. School documentation also confirms the existence of systematic planning, including the use of the STIFIn intelligence test as an initial step to understand student characteristics. With active involvement from school management, these programs have the potential to be further improved so that Quran memorization lesson planning based on the results of the STIFIn intelligence test can be more effective and efficient in the future. SD Abi And Ummi demonstrates a strong commitment to enhancing Quran learning by understanding student characteristics through the STIFIn test. Structured support from administrators, teachers, and students aims to optimize the quality of learning based on the results of the STIFIn intelligence test. This assessment is crucial in ensuring that each student receives support according to their needs, thereby improving learning outcomes in Quran memorization.

Abstract

The research was conducted with the aim of finding innovations in designing business development strategies oriented to the external and internal conditions of the Panca Wargi Group. The approach chosen is a qualitative methodology that utilises primary and secondary data types in obtaining information. Interviews were conducted with fourteen interviewees, namely the group leader, core management, and group members. In this strategy planning, the IFE Matrix and EFE Matrix have outlined the internal and external aspects of the group as a basis for strategy design. Based on the results of the Internal and External Matrix (IE), it is found that the condition of the group is in position V which leans towards market penetration and product development strategies with the aim of maintaining stable business growth. The V position of the panca wargi fish group indicates that the internal and external aspects have almost equal strength, which in the losng run will lead to stagnant business development, which may turn out to be dangerous in the future. With the use of the TOWS Matrix and QSPM Matrix, the twelve best alternative strategies have been compiled based on the TAS value to optimise the use of strategies. Panca Wargi Fish Group can get the best business development results starting from having the right strategy formulation.
