Abstract

In learning Indonesian in grade VII, students must have writing skills as one of the language skills. Project-based learning with local wisdom content not only improves students' writing skills, but also enriches their insight into the cultural values ​​around them. This study aims to improve students' news text writing competence through the application of project-based learning models. This study uses quantitative and qualitative research types and involves 33 students. The results showed that 63% of class VII-B students of SMP YP 17 Surabaya achieved KKM 75 with an average score for writing news texts of 72.45.

Abstract

In general, families are less aware of the important impact of economic learning aspects on children so that they grow up as consumers who are not aware of the value of money. This study aims to determine the pattern of economic education applied by parents in forming economic rationality and entrepreneurship in children. This research used a qualitative method with a total of 6 informants whose criteria were traders. The results of the research are that the family economic education patterns applied by business actors are democratic, authoritarian, permissive and situational. However, the democratic education pattern is the economic education pattern in the family that is most often used in forming economic rationality and entrepreneurship in children.

Abstract

Limitations and the absence of an effective working mechanism, not yet well accessed, and the assessment of PPH (Pola Pangan Harapan) has not met the minimum service standard value of 83.2 in Malinau Regency. In this research135xddg1 the theory used refers to the dimensions/characteristics of programme evaluation from William Dun through 4 (four) stages (1) Value Focus, (2) Fact-Value Interdependence, (3) Present and Past Orientation, and (4) Value Duality. The results of the analysis show that the per capita availability of Malinau Regency's Total Food Balance (NBM) for kcal/day energy availability is 2,663 and the total score of Pola Pangan Harapan (PPH) at the availability level of Malinau Regency in 2021 is 81.50, explaining that the resulting PPH score is still below the National SPM of 83.2

Abstract

The geblag tradition has rich and complex cultural values, reflecting the beliefs, hopes and social relations of the local community. The main aim of the research is to reveal the symbols of the geblag death tradition in Tamankuncaran Village. The type of research used is qualitative with a descriptive approach, with data collection in the form of observation, interviews, documentation and library research methods. The results of the research show that the geblag tradition has a symbol, these symbols are, first the symbols in the offerings are water (in which there are flowers), coffee, tea, cigarettes, kinang, food that the deceased liked and market snacks. The second is a symbol of the grave pilgrimage of performing ablution, saying hello, cleaning the grave and scattering flowers.

Abstract

This research begins of a sense of concern for the fate of women who are held hostage by parodo marriage culture, a very immoral patriarchal culture. The aim of this research is to show the immorality of parodo culture for women, and the importance of respecting the woman's human rights. The method used in this research is ethnography with a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of this research show that the practice of parodo culture is actually very unfair, immoral and degrading women's dignity. The data in this research was obtained from field studies, observations and interviews. It is hoped that the results of this research can be used as evaluation material for the people of Sumba to immediately stop the very immoral practice of parodo culture.

Abstract

Land criticism in forest areas is a significant issue faced by many countries. This study analyzes the development of Lar land rights as a strategy for sustainable forest management in Sumbawa. Through empirical methods, the study shows that the integration of Lar with communal grazing and livestock can increase economic, ecological, and social growth. From a regulatory perspective, the implementation of Lar is supported by regional regulations and decisions of the Regent and Minister regarding forest areas. The study results indicate that the Lar scheme effectively deals with critical land while supporting sustainable forest management. As a next step, it is recommended that a more in-depth study be conducted on the long-term effectiveness of the Lar scheme, including its impacts on ecosystem sustainability and the active involvement of local communities in forest management

Abstract

This earth charity activity contains the essence of education that reflects the values of gratitude, respect for ancestors, and the spirit of mutual assistance, all of which contribute to strengthening relationships between people. This study aims to examine the educational values contained in the earth charity activity in Pucakwangi Village, Pucakwangi District, Pati Regency. The approach used in this study is qualitative research, which was conducted in Pucakwangi Village, Pucakwangi District, Pati Regency, Central Java Province. Data collection in this study was carried out through Observation, Interviews, and Documentation. Data analysis techniques in qualitative research were carried out during the data collection process and also after data collection was completed within a certain period of time. The findings of this study indicate that in Pucakwangi Village, Pucakwangi District, Pati Regency, the Earth Charity activity contains various educational values, including values of faith, religiosity or aspects of worship, social values, ethical values, and cultural values

Abstract

Motion comics combine static images with visual effects that produce the illusion of moving images. This media is rarely used in Indonesia, but its success in other countries can be proof that motion comics have potential in the Indonesian market. This case study aims to research and analyze how a motion comic is formulated and presented. The research method will use a qualitative method by conducting in-depth observations of motion comics through literature reviews as references and analyzing the Patriot Prahara motion comic. This case study will produce a guide on creating motion comic content that is interesting for young people or Generation Z as a means of entertainment

Abstract

The lack of public interest in reading, whether students, workers or non-workers, shows that the reading culture in Indonesia is still very lacking. This research aims to explore and analyze the effectiveness of the Literacy Lodge movement in improving the culture of reading literacy among the community. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection through interviews, observation, questionnaires and document analysis. The research results show that the Literacy Lodge has succeeded in increasing participants' interest in reading, expanding access to reading materials, and creating an environment that supports literacy activities. The structured and interactive activities at the Literacy Lodge build an active and vibrant community of readers, significantly positively impacting individual and group reading habits. It is hoped that these findings will provide insight into the development of similar literacy movements in various regions and support efforts to improve literacy culture in general.

Abstract

Cases of bullying in the school environment are a serious concern in the context of protecting children's rights. This research aims to conduct a legal analysis of policies for preventing and handling bullying cases in the school environment, with a focus on the perspective of protecting children's rights, especially in the Taman Harapan Malang Senior High School (SMA) environment. The research method used is literature study and tracing policies and regulations related to child protection and handling bullying cases in schools. Analysis was carried out on legal, policy and implementation aspects in the field. The research results show that although there are various policies and regulations aimed at preventing and handling bullying cases, their implementation still has significant challenges. Factors such as lack of awareness, limited resources, and lack of training for education actors can hinder the effectiveness of such policies. Therefore, more serious and coordinated efforts are needed from various parties, including the government, schools and society, to ensure the protection of children's rights from cases of bullying in the Taman Harapan Malang school environment.
