Abstract

Libraries and museums are two cultural institutions that have a vital role in preserving, disseminating and interpreting cultural heritage and human knowledge. In this context, museum governance is a key aspect that influences learning effectiveness. The aim of this research is to determine the existence of museum management courses in improving student competency and what is the relationship between this course and the graduation profile of library science students. The method used is descriptive qualitative, using observations and interviews as data collection. The research results show that learning related to museum collection management provides a deep understanding of collection and information management. The implication of this finding is that courses related to museum management are closely related to library science, one of which is collection management and information management.

Abstract

In an effort to improve running ability, muscle strength endurance is very important. The aim of this research is to explain the relationship between the strength endurance of body movements, especially the leg or leg muscles, and the extent to which the ability to withstand the strength of the leg or leg muscles affects 100 meter running speed. junior high school students in grades VII–3. In this research, the correlation method is used simultaneously with a quantitative approach. To collect data, a Leg Dynamometer and a Stop Watch were used. Data is analyzed using simple methods and multiple correlations, along with the Product Moment formula. The results showed that (1) there was a significant relationship between leg muscle strength and running speed for 100 meters, with a correlation value of 0.449. The results show that (1) leg muscle endurance influences 100 m running speed because the calculated value is 2.510 > table is 2.008, and (2) variable X influences variable Y. The determination coefficient of 0.201 from this output shows that the influence of the independent variable ( leg muscle endurance) in the dependent variable (100 m running speed) is 20.1% and the significance value is 0.001<0.005

Abstract

This research was initiated due to the phenomenon of sexual harassment encountered on commuter trains in the Greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek). The aim of this study is to identify the factors causing sexual harassment against men on these commuter trains. This study employs a qualitative approach with a case study method. The results of the study indicate several factors contributing to the sexual harassment of men on Jabodetabek commuter trains. Regarding security factors, the limited number of available train officers and the perceived ineffectiveness of CCTV for passengers were noted. Additionally, the comfort factor was deemed insufficient due to overcrowded conditions among passengers on the trains. Furthermore, there is a low level of awareness and sensitivity among passengers to the situations occurring within the train.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the implementation of the collaborative governance process in tourism development through the film Heart Venture in Wonosobo Regency based on the 5 stages of the collaboration process developed by Ansell and Gash: face-to-face dialogue, trust building, commitment to process, shared understanding, and intermediate outcomes. The method used is qualitative, with data collection techniques including initial observation, determining informants, interviews, document study and testing the validity of the data. This research also examines the obstacles and challenges in implementing collaborative governance by referring to the dynamic aspects of collaboration developed by Emerson consisting of principled involvement, shared motivation, and joint action. The research results show that the five stages in the collaboration process have been implemented in tourism development through the film Heart Venture. The obstacles and challenges of collaboration are; 1) human resources, 2) budget constraints, 3) time, 4) weather, and 5) pre history.

Abstract

Peran data dalam penelitian menjadi bagian penting sebagai dasar analisis dan pembahasan. Namun tidak banyak bahan pembelajaran yang dilakukan mempertimbangkan data apa yang perlu dan tidak perlu, dan data seperti apa yang bisa digunakan untuk penelitian, dan apakah ada alterntif data yang perlu diperoleh untuk pembelajaran di bidang psikologi Indigenous. Tujuan riset ini untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis peran penting digital humanities dalam riset Pendidikan, sosial, dan humaniora secara khusus dalam bidang piskologi indigenous untuk peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran. Metode kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa digital humanities data memiliki peran yang penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran psikologi indigenous yang jarang digunakan dalam riset dan pembelajaran.

Abstract

With the development and ease of people accessing technology, digital games are a means of entertainment that is easy for teenagers to access and have many positive impacts, one of which is being a means of education about environmental issues such as global warming. Educational facilities using digital games are often called Digital Game-Based Learning (DGBL). This research aims to realize the potential of digital games as an educational medium to increase teenager's sensitivity to environmental issues. The method used is the literature study method. The novelty offered by this writing is to find out how to utilize the potential of digital games to be applied to environmental issues that are currently developing in Indonesia to increase adolescent knowledge.

Abstract

Augmented Reality (AR) is the realization of a virtual environment by adding virtual information to the real world physical environment. The aim of this research is to develop learning media based on augmented reality in geography subjects, earth rotation material. The method used for this research is the ADDIE development type and model in creating an augmented reality-based learning environment. As a result of this research, it can be concluded that the learning media based on augmented reality has passed the test by getting a percentage score of 80% by the material validator, then getting a percentage score of 95% by the product expert, and finally the learning validator got a percentage score of 85% so that it can This media can be used in the teaching and learning process in classes with geography as the subject of Earth's rotation.

Abstract

In physics learning, learning media are needed that can present visualizations of physics concepts and their applications so that they are easily understood by students. This study aims to: (1) develop learning media in the form of smartphone applications to facilitate students in learning physics on the topic of temperature and heat, (2) determine the quality of the media developed, (3) determine user responses to the media developed. This study uses a development research method with the ADDIE framework consisting of the stages of analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate. The application contains several menus including introduction, material, and quizzes. Based on expert assessment, the media is very suitable for use, the average assessment score is 3.48 (out of a maximum value of 4.00). In the implementation, the application was tested on high school students online. A sample of 51 students were involved in the implementation stage. Student responses during implementation were very positive so that the application developed has the potential to be used as an independent learning medium.

Abstract

The implementation of inappropriate learning models can disrupt the learning environment, potentially demotivating learners, affecting their academic performance and overall development. The purpose of this research is to explore the effect of implementing GBL (game-based learning) in schools on learners' interest or motivation to learn. This research uses a qualitative approach by applying literature review and comparative study as methods. The results show that game-based learning can increase students' participation, improve students' learning motivation and offer additional motivation beyond what can be obtained from traditional methods.

Abstract

Buffalo racing is a tradition, custom and game of the people of Sumbawa which is still held and has become a community habit. The aim of the research is to find out the implementation of the buffalo racing culture and the values contained therein which maintain existing local wisdom. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative obtained from sources. Meanwhile, data collection techniques use observation and interview techniques. The results of research into the implementation process of the karapan buffalo tradition started from forming a committee, providing a location, preparing a pair of buffalo, a list of participants, Sandro going around the saka, the buffalo being dressed in noga and coral, the running of the buffalo bepan tradition, and distribution of prizes. Meanwhile, the values contained in the buffalo karapan tradition are mutual cooperation, culture and economics.
