Abstract

Background: Cardiac arrest is the sudden cessation of cardiac activity so that the victim becomes unresponsive, with no normal breathing and no signs of circulation. Early initiation of CPR is associated with improved outcomes for cardiac arrest. Cardiac arrest in the prone position may be more challenging to treat because care providers trained in conventional CPR, may not be familiar with CPR in the prone position. Objective: The aim of this systematic review is to provide an overview of current evidence regarding the effect of CPR in the prone position, in hemodynamic status patient’s with Covid-19. Method: In this systematic review, we searched PubMed, EBSCO, Science Direct dan Google Scholar databases for articles that evaluated the effect of CPR in the prone position, in hemodynamic status patient’s with Covid-19. This literature review focuses on randomized control trial, cohort study dan qualitative study, published in the English language from 2018 to 2020. Result: All studies published up to Desember 2020 including cardiac arrest or CPR in the prone position were included. Of the 26 articles located, 9 articles were included: 5 review articles, 4 clinical guidelines in which prone CPR was mentioned. Conclusion: CPR in the prone position is a reasonable alternative to supine CPR when the latter cannot be immediately implemented, and the airway is already secured. Familiarizing clinicians with CPR and defibrillation in the prone position may improve CPR performance in the prone position. Keyword : CPR, prone position, Covid-19, hemodynamic status

Methods: This study was a quantitative study using analytical descriptive design with a cross sectional approach. Results: The results stated that there was a significant difference between the knowledge of rural and urban communities with a p-value (0.017) <0.05. The p-value (0.899) > 0.05 in the attitude variable showed if there was no significant difference between rural and urban communities. Conclusion: In conclusion, the findings highlight that knowledge about Covid-19 in rural communities needs to be improved and attitudes to prevent transmission need to be increased in urban and rural areas.

Abstract

Most students have poor achievement not because of inadequate abilities, but because of a lack of interest in learning, so that these students do not try to exert all their abilities in an effort to achieve a goal with the learning process. This study aims to collect articles and analyze what factors are related to students' learning motivation. This study uses a literature review method, articles are searched using the PICOS method with a database, Google Scholar, Science Direct, and ProQuest. The criteria for the articles used are articles published in 5 years before 2021. This literature review is summarized using a narrative method by grouping the extracted data similarly according to the results measured to achieve the objectives, then research reviews that meet the inclusion criteria are collected and a journal summary is made including the names researcher, year of publication, publication, title, research methods and results and database. The results showed that there were ten factors that influenced students' learning motivation, including insomnia, milk intake, pbl method, peers, smartphones for learning media, social networks, excessive use of smartphones, use of HOTS-based worksheets, cognitive reconstruction and the role of teachers as well as parental support. The suggestion for this research is that there is a need for research with more updated articles. Keywords: learning motivation, junior high school students

There are two commonly used pain management, namely, pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapy. One of the non-pharmacological techniques that can be used to reduce pain in the elderly is the use of kinesio plasters or kinesio taping. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of kinesio taping as a non-pharmacological pain management technique on pain in the elderly. Methods: This study uses a quantitative method of Quasi Experiment through a Pretest-Posttest approach with Control Group Design, with a sample of 28 respondents who were taken using a simple random sampling technique. The questionnaire in this study used the Visual Analog Scale (VAS) application on an android smartphone. Result: There was a difference in pain before and after kinesiotaping in the intervention group with a p-value <0.05 using the paired sample t-test, and there was a difference in pain between the intervention group and the control group, with a p-value <0.05 using the independent t test. -test. Conclusion: Pain management, especially non-pharmacological in the elderly, is very prioritized to avoid the use of pharmacological therapy in the long term. One alternative non-pharmacological therapy that can be implemented is kinesiotaping.
