Abstract

Dalam keberhasilan suatu perusahaan, kepemimpinan merupakan salah satu unsur yang mempengaruhi dan membantu orang lain untuk bekerja dan bersemangat dalam mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Sumber daya manusia suatu perusahaan atau organisasi merupakan komponen yang krusial. Setiap organisasi publik dan komersial harus beroperasi lebih cepat, sukses, dan efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya kerja, dan kinerja karyawan. Analisis saat ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metodologi pengumpulan data yang digunakan melibatkan pengiriman kuesioner yang telah menerima sekitar 150 tanggapan responden. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pekerja di kantor yang tersebar di Indonesia, dan metode analisisnya menggunakan software Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan tranformasional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan budaya kerja. Budaya kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Abstract

The source of human labor in an industry is a driving factor based on the number of activities that must be carried out, which explains that without labor an industrial activity cannot run well and according to the goals that have been made. Human resources are also the main key in the process of industrial activities and crucial in achieving the continuity of industrial activities. PT Artha Kayu Indonesia is one industry that struggles with low employee performance. Based on the attendance rate data obtained from HRD, Artha Kayu Indonesia showed a significant decrease in fluctuations. So the author needs to do research on what efforts are made to improve employee performance at Artha Kayu Indonesia so that employees come more often with a predetermined time. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Work Discipline, Work Environment and Work Stress on employee performance at Artha Kayu Indonesia. The population in this study is employees of Artha Kayu Indonesia. Based on the sample criteria set, a sample was obtained in this study as many as 100 respondents. The analytical methods used in this study are instrument tests (validity tests and reliability tests), classical assumption tests include (normality tests, heterokedasticity tests, multicollinearity tests), multiple linear regression tests, partial tests (t tests), F test model accuracy, coefficient of determination (R2) tests used to analyze primary data in this study conducted with the help of SPSS version 25. Based on the results of the study shows that there is an influence of work discipline, Work Environment on employee performance, while work stress has no influence on employee performance at Artha Kayu Indonesia. The more positive work discipline, the more employees will comply with the regulations in the Company and will improve employee performance, vice versa if there are many positive Work Environments in the employee work environment, employee performance will increase as a result, also meet predetermined targets. The lower the employee's work stress rate, the higher the employee's performance results.

Abstract

This research concerns about the influence of corporate governance on the quality of sustainability reports. In this study, the samples consist of companies included in Kompas 100 over the 2020–2022 timeframe. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that the quality of Sustainability Reports is negatively impacted by Non-Executive Directors and the Corporate Responsibility Committee, but not negatively impacted by Independent Non-Executive Directors.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the relationship between organizational commitment and job satisfaction with cyberloafing in the Rejang Lebong Regency State Civil Apparatus generation and an employee is not happy with the work they do, job satisfaction is an employee's emotional response to a work situation which is determined by achieving results, meeting or exceeding expectations. Cyberloafing is the behavior of using the internet for personal gain during working hours for purposes that are not related to work activities. The sampling technique used was random sampling technique via Googleform. The measuring instrument used in this research is a Likert scale where the variables Organizational Commitment and job satisfaction are 15 item statements and Cyberloafing is 19 item statements. The results of data analysis using the regression test showed that the commitment correlation coefficient was -.518 and p = 0.026 (p < 0.05) while satisfaction was -.822 and p = 0.016 (p < 0.05). These results indicate that there is a significant negative relationship between organizational commitment and job satisfaction with cyberloafing. The higher organizational commitment and job satisfaction, the lower cyberloafing. Keyword: commitment organizational, job satisfactions, cyberloafing, State Civil Apparatus

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out about the influence of tax knowledge, perceptions and motivation on tax interest of students who have taken taxation courses at universities in the city of Surakarta. The number of tax officials who have decreased has created opportunities for students who wish to have a career in taxation. In forming their interest in the field of taxation is usually determined by the knowledge of taxes obtained, then the perception and motivation. This research is a type of quantitative research with a descriptive approach. This study uses data processing with the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method. The subjects in this study were students. The population and sample in this study are students who have taken taxation courses at universities in the city of Surakarta. The sample collection used a purposive sampling technique and a total of 109 questionnaire data were obtained which were processed using SPSS v23. The results showed that tax knowledge had a significant negative effect on student tax interest, perception had a significant positive effect on student tax interest and motivation had a non significant positive effect on student tax interest.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perlindungan hukum terhadap pembeli tanah yang status sertifikat tanahnya sedang dalam proses pemecahan, dengan studi kasus di Kantor Notaris/PPAT Rus Utaryono, S.H., M.H. Kabupaten Sragen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan kasus dan pendekatan perundang-undangan. Data diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan dan wawancara dengan pihak-pihak terkait, termasuk Notaris/PPAT yang bersangkutan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembeli tanah yang status sertifikat tanahnya sedang dalam proses pemecahan menghadapi risiko hukum yang cukup besar. Proses pemecahan sertifikat tanah seringkali menimbulkan kerumitan hukum yang dapat mempengaruhi hak-hak pembeli. Namun, perlindungan hukum bagi pembeli tanah dalam situasi ini dapat ditingkatkan melalui pemahaman yang lebih baik mengenai peraturan yang berlaku dan peran Notaris/PPAT dalam mengamankan transaksi tanah. Kesimpulannya, perlindungan hukum bagi pembeli tanah yang sertifikat tanahnya sedang dalam proses pemecahan membutuhkan koordinasi yang erat antara Notaris/PPAT, pemerintah dan pihak-pihak terkait lainnya. Perlu ada kesadaran akan risiko hukum yang terkait dengan transaksi tanah serta kepatuhan terhadap prosedur yang telah ditetapkan untuk memitigasi risiko-risiko tersebut. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pemahaman yang lebih mendalam mengenai perlindungan hukum bagi pembeli tanah dalam konteks pemecahan sertifikat tanah di Indonesia .

Abstract

Abstract This research adds the Training variable as a moderating variable which researchers believe can strengthen the influence of the Empowering Leadership Style variable on Employee Performance and the Training variable is believed to strengthen the influence of the Empowering Leadership Style variable on Employee Performance. This research is quantitative research with an explanatory approach that uses previous research as old records regarding Empowering Leadership Style, Employee Performance, and Training to find newness in this research. The data in this research is included in the primary data group because it was obtained directly from the data source through distributing online questionnaires to 300 motor vehicle sales spread throughout Indonesia. Abstract

The culinary business is a large market with a large population. Rajaa Bassoo has proven capable of being competitive and innovative in developing its business. This research aims to determine the innovations and tactics that have been implemented by Rajaa Bassoo and its competitors. Providing recommendations for Rajaa Bassoo's innovations and new tactics so that the business can be sustainable. This research used descriptive qualitative methods at Rajaa Bassoo on Jl Dr Wahyudin Sudiro Husodo Gang Raya 24 No 15, Randuagung Village, Kebomas District, Gresik Regency. Data was taken from one business owner, one supplier and three competitors, namely Bakso Ikip and Bakso Giman from the city of Gresik. The research results show that the business innovations that have been used by Rajaa Bassoo and its competitors, namely Bakso Giman competitors, use Premium tactics, Engaging Functionality, Complements, Process Standardization, Loyalty Programs. For Bakso Ikip competitors Disagreegate, Alliances, Process Standardization, Complements, Try Before You Buy. In new innovations that are appropriate for Rajaa Bassoo, they use Premium, Superior Product, Styling, Organizational Design, Experience Center, Values Alignment, Certification, Community And Belonging tactics. The results of other research also found a new canvas model business that was suitable for Rajaa Bassoo to run.

Abstract

In this research, the author aims to determine the influence of product innovation, brand image and digital strategy on the purchasing decisions of Lab Milk consumers in Sukoharjo. The research method used is a quantitative research method using primary data and secondary data. The population used in this research is Lab Milk consumers in Sukoharjo whose number cannot be known with certainty. Because the population size is unknown, the number of respondents in this study was determined using the Paul Leedy formula and the number of respondents was 100 people. The sampling technique is using random sampling technique. The data collection method used in this research is by distributing questionnaires to respondents taken as samples. The data analysis techniques used in this research are instrument tests, multiple linear regression tests, t tests, F tests and coefficient of determination tests. The results of data analysis in this research can be concluded that product innovation, brand image and digital strategy have a significant influence on the purchasing decisions of Lab Milk consumers in Sukoharjo. Abstract

Perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang retail perlu memperhatikan perilaku konsumen. Pada perusahaan retail, perilaku konsumen dapat bermanfaat untuk menyusun sebuah tata letak yang dapat menciptakan kenyamana serta kemudahan bagi konsumen maupun karyawan dalam melakukan kegiatan di area tersebut. hal ini dapat memberikan nilai tambah bagi perusahaan serta meningkatkan profit penjualan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui serta mendefinisikan bagaimana cara penerapan metode MBA untuk mendapatkan layout yang tepat pada perusahaan retail. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Dari hasil pengolahan data menggunakan metode MBA didapatkan layout usulan dimana produk yang mendominasi ditempatkan secara bersamaan serta selanjutnya produk lainnya dikelompokkan sesuai dengan jenis produk yang harapannya akan memudahkan konsumen ketika ingin membandingkan produk yang memikiki kategori yang sama.
