Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of profitability, liquidity, and firm size on firm value, with capital structure as a moderating variable, on property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2021–2023. The research sample was obtained using purposive sampling technique, with a final total of 61 companies that met the criteria. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The research results indicate that profitability and liquidity do not have a significant effect on firm value, whereas firm size has a significant negative effect. Additionally, capital structure does not moderate the relationship between profitability and liquidity on firm value, but it does moderate the relationship between firm size and firm value with a significant negative influence.

Abstract

Financial performance assessment is used to measure management effectiveness in improving business performance and achieving strategic goals. Factors that affect financial performance include the balanced scorecard (BSC), leverage, and intellectual capital (IC). BSC helps overcome the limitations of financial-based measurement by offering a strategic framework that includes nonfinancial aspects and is supported by information technology. Leverage refers to the utilization of debt to increase profits, but excessive use can increase the risk of bankruptcy. Meanwhile, IC includes employee knowledge and skills that become a competitive advantage, although its measurement is still not widely standardized. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of balanced scorecard, leverage, and intellectual capital on financial performance. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The results of this study are Balanced Scorecard affects financial performance while, Leverage and Intellectual Capital have no effect on financial performance.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effectiveness of e-KTP services through the Population Administration Information System (SIAK) application at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Deli Serdang Regency. This research focuses on the importance of digitalizing public services to enhance efficiency, transparency, and accessibility for the community. A qualitative descriptive approach was used in this study, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that the implementation of SIAK has accelerated the issuance process of e-KTP, with an estimated printing time of approximately five minutes after submission. However, several challenges were encountered in implementing this system, including the public’s limited understanding of technology, infrastructure constraints, and technical issues in system operations. Additionally, resistance to change and limitations in human resources have also hindered service effectiveness. Overall, the application of SIAK in the Deli Serdang Regency has significantly improved administrative services for population registration. However, further optimization is needed regarding human resource training, infrastructure enhancement, and public outreach to ensure the system operates more effectively and sustainably.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the concepts of Self Efficacy and Community Engagement. From the two concepts, it is analyzed which one has the dominant influence on the performance of culinary MSMEs. With a quantitative approach from samples taken in Pasar Kikwon and Serengan sub-districts, it is expected to be able to contribute to the MSME development map in Surakarta. The research results show that: The effect of self efficacy partially influence increasing of sales. Community engagement on the performance of culinary MSME has been implemented well and has been realized with increasing volume of sales. From the description, it can be concluded that in the implementation of business ethics in trading drinks at Teh Tarik Jodi Manahan, thus, the conclusion of the description is that despite facing obstacles in the implementation of Islamic business ethics, Teh Tarik Jodi Manahan has succeeded in overcoming these challenges by finding creative solutions and in accordance with the principles of Islamic business. This reflects their commitment to continue running their business in accordance with the principles of Islamic business ethics.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of competency variables, supervisory supervision, work experience, and work environment. on the performance of the principal of Junior High School in Sukoharjo Regency. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive research design. The population is all principals of Junior High School in Sukoharjo Regency totaling 41 people. The sampling technique in this study is the census technique or saturated sample of 41 people. Data collection using a questionnaire and data analysis using SPSS 24.00 for calculating multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination. The results of the study indicate that competence, supervisor supervision, work experience, and work environment simultaneously and partially affect the performance of the principal, the higher the competence, supervisor supervision, work experience, and work environment, the better the performance of the principal. Based on the statistical test, the adjusted R square (R2) = 0.873 was obtained, meaning that the contribution of the variables competence, supervisor supervision, work experience, and work environment to the performance of the principal of SMP Negeri Sukoharjo Regency was 87.3% while the remaining 12.7% was influenced by other variables that were not studied, such as motivation, work discipline, and commitment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kesehatan bank dengan menggunakan metode RGEC pada Bank Mandiri Taspen Baturaja. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif deskriftif. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang bersumber dari analisis laporan keuangan Bank Mandiri Taspen Baturaja. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian kesehatan, Bank Mandiri Taspen tergolong tidak sehat pada tahun 2019 hingga tahun 2021. Hal ini didasarkan pada rasio Non-Performing Loan (NPL) dan Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) yang menunjukkan bahwa bank telah kurang berhasil mengelola keuangannya. Tata Kelola Perusahaan yang kurang Baik (GCG) memastikan operasional perusahaan dijalankan dengan baik. Metrik Return On Asset (ROA) dan Net Interest Margin (NIM) menunjukkan kemampuan bank dalam mencapai laba. Dan Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) yang selalu berada di atas batas minimum Bank Indonesia menunjukkan bahwa Bank Indonesia mampu menangani transaksi.

the purpose of the study was to determine the effect of promotion, price, satisfaction, and product quality on customer loyalty of tokopedia e-commerce at pt. Mitra anda surakarta. the type of research that the author uses in the study is a quantitative descriptive method. the population of this study is all tokopedia e-commerce customers at pt. mitra anda surakarta. the sampling method used in this study uses non-probability sampling with accidental sampling techniques. the sample obtained was 96 people. data collection used in this study was using documentation and personal questionnaires. data analysis techniques used descriptive statistical tests, research instrument tests, classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing. the software used in this analysis is spss 23. this study can be concluded as follows: there is no effect of promotion on tokopedia e-commerce customer loyalty at pt. mitra anda surakarta. there is an effect of price on tokopedia e-commerce customer loyalty at pt. mitra anda surakarta. there is an influence of satisfaction on the loyalty of tokopedia e-commerce customers at pt. mitra anda surakarta. there is an influence of product quality on the loyalty of tokopedia e-commerce customers at pt. mitra anda surakarta.there is a joint influence of promotion, price, and satisfaction on the loyalty of tokopedia e-commerce customers at pt. mitra anda surakarta. Abstract

Learning in the era of globalization today demands mastery of effective communication skills as part of 21st-century competencies, especially in the context of multicultural education. The use of innovative media such as quartet cards is expected to increase student participation, especially among previously passive students, and to develop effective communication skills. This study aims to describe the use of quartet cards as a medium to enhance the effective communication skills of fifth-grade elementary school students in cultural diversity learning. The method used is a descriptive quantitative approach that involves observing students and using an observation sheet with eight indicators of effective communication, which have been checked for accuracy and consistency through Corrected Item-Total Correlation and Cronbach’s Alpha analysis. The subjects of the study were 30 fifth-grade students from SDN Tonjong, Rongga District. Data were analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, and descriptive statistics to assess the improvement in students' communication skills. The research results show that all indicators have a correlation value > 0.3 and reliable instruments (α > 0.7). The implementation of kuartet card media can encourage students to actively discuss, express opinions, listen effectively, and collaborate in groups, which makes the classroom atmosphere more interactive and inclusive and increases student participation, especially those who were initially passive. The conclusion of this research states that the quartets card media is an effective innovation in developing the effective communication skills of fifth-grade elementary school students in cultural diversity learning while also supporting the achievement of 21st-century competencies.

Abstract

This study uses perceived quality as a mediating variable to determine how lifestyle and reference price influence purchasing decisions of Generation Z consumers at Kafe Senandika Firdaus. 96 Generation Z consumers who have visited Kafe Senandika in the past six months were given a questionnaire as part of the quantitative research methodology. The analytical approach of this study consists of assessing the instrument, namely the validity and reliability tests, and then utilizing SmartPLS version 3.0 to analyze the structural model (inner model) using partial least squares (PLS-SEM). The quality of the model fit, the coefficient of determination (R²), and the indirect effect (mediation) as well as the t-statistic test for hypothesis testing are all included in the structural model. The results of data processing using SmartPLS 3.0 from this study indicate that Lifestyle has a direct positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, Reference Price has a direct positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, perceived quality has a direct positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, Lifestyle has a significant effect on Perceived Quality and Reference Price has a significant effect on Perceived Quality. Furthermore, the results of this study show that lifestyle influences purchasing decisions indirectly through perceived quality and reference prices influence purchasing decisions indirectly through perceived quality.

Abstract

In the industry 4.0 era, digital wallets and financial technology (fintech) are growing rapidly and are supported by government regulations, especially OJK. A positive brand image strengthens the perception of reliability and security of the app, while viral marketing leverages the power of social media to expand reach and increase brand awareness. On the other hand, brand trust is a key determinant in building consumer loyalty because it involves data security and transaction convenience. The integration of these three aspects is considered important for fintech app managers to attract, retain, and increase user loyalty in a competitive market. This study aims to analyze the effect of brand image, viral marketing, brand trust on the decision to use fintech aplication. This study uses quantitative research methods. The results of this study are viral marketing and brand trust affect the decision to use the fintech application while Image has not.
