Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi digital mendorong munculnya ekonomi kreator sebagai fenomena baru yang signifikan di kalangan Generasi Z, terutama di wilayah perkotaan. TikTok dan YouTube menjadi dua platform utama yang memberikan peluang besar bagi anak muda untuk memperoleh pendapatan melalui konten digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh aktivitas kreator digital terhadap pendapatan Generasi Z di perkotaan Indonesia dengan fokus pada dua platform utama, TikTok dan YouTube. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif korelasional. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner daring dari 60 responden kreator digital aktif yang telah melakukan monetisasi konten minimal enam bulan. Wawancara semi-terstruktur juga dilakukan untuk memperkaya data kuantitatif dengan perspektif kualitatif. Hasil menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif antara intensitas produksi konten, jumlah pengikut, dan diversifikasi sumber monetisasi dengan tingkat pendapatan bulanan. Kreator yang aktif lebih dari satu tahun dan konsisten dalam mengunggah konten memiliki pendapatan lebih tinggi. Studi kasus memperkuat temuan ini dengan contoh konkret dari kreator sukses. Ekonomi kreator digital terbukti menjadi jalur penghidupan baru yang potensial bagi Generasi Z. Konsistensi, strategi konten, dan adaptasi terhadap platform menjadi faktor utama keberhasilan. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya dukungan ekosistem digital yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan. Kata Kunci: Ekonomi kreator, Generasi Z, Pendapatan digital

Abstract

This study aims to design development strategies for the Buntu Singki’ Tourist Attraction in North Toraja Regency using the 4A approach (Attraction, Accessibility, Amenities, Ancillary) and SWOT analysis. This research applies a descriptive qualitative method with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results indicate that Buntu Singki’ has strengths in its religious attraction and scenic beauty but faces weaknesses in accessibility and supporting facilities. Opportunities include the growing interest in cultural and religious tourism, while threats arise from competition with other destinations and shifting tourism trends. Recommended strategies include improving basic facilities, optimizing digital promotion, developing additional attractions, and collaborating with local accommodations. Through the implementation of these strategies, it is expected that Buntu Singki’ will increase visitor numbers and strengthen its competitiveness as a leading tourist destination. Abstract

The evolving world of work in the era of globalization and the Industrial Revolution 4.0 demands that students master not only theoretical knowledge but also basic 21st-century skills. Students and universities need to prepare graduates to compete in the workforce. Project-based learning is one model that can be applied in learning because it offers great potential in creating meaningful experiences for students as they enter the workforce. Student motivation is also necessary to prepare work-ready graduates. The results of the analysis using SEM PLS Project Based Learning (PjBL) and student motivation significantly have a positive effect on student work readiness, where PjBL (X₁) with a path coefficient of 0.387 (p-value 0.000 <0.05) is proven to be effective in building technical competencies, practical skills such as problem-solving, collaboration, communication and project management, as well as developing creativity through the stages of planning, making, presenting, and evaluating products, while motivation (X₂) with a higher path coefficient of 0.420 (p-value 0.000 <0.05) acts as an internal driver that increases students' perseverance, initiative, and psychological readiness in facing the world of work. The synergy of PjBL and Motivation creates a strong combination effect in increasing work readiness, with an R² value of 0.467 indicating that most of the variance in work readiness can be explained by these two exogenous variables. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the marketing strategies implemented by Warung Makan Takodo in facing competition within the rapidly growing local culinary industry. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the owner, employees, and customers, as well as observation and documentation, and analyzed using the SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) framework. The strengths identified include its strategic location in front of Pasar Baru Makale, authentic local menu such as kapurung and green bean porridge, cleanliness, comfortable atmosphere, friendly service, and high customer loyalty. Weaknesses comprise suboptimal operational management, limited staff during peak hours, lack of digital promotion, delays in raw material supply, and minimal innovation in modern menu items. Opportunities arise from the popularity of local and spicy food among young people, increasing economic activity around the market, positive impacts from Toraja cultural events and tourism, and the growth of social media and pre-order services. Threats include price competition, changing consumer preferences, rising raw material prices, dependency on market supplies, and the demand for digital services. The recommended strategies focus on optimizing strengths to seize opportunities, addressing weaknesses through opportunity utilization, using strengths to counter threats, and minimizing weaknesses while anticipating threats. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Implementation of the E-Filing System, E-Biling, and Tax Sanctions on the Compliance Level of Individual Taxpayers with Case Studies at the Primary Tax Service Office in the Surakarta Karasidenan. This research uses quantitative methods using a survey approach. The population in this study is individual taxpayers registered at the Surakarta Karasidenan Tax Office. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 60 respondents selected using convenience sampling technique. The variables measured in this study include the application of the e-filing system, e-billing and tax sanctions and the level of compliance of individual taxpayers. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the Application of E-Filling has a significant effect on taxpayer compliance while, E-Billing and Tax Sanctions have no significant effect on individual taxpayer compliance. These findings indicate that convenience and efficiency in the tax reporting process through E-Filing have an important role in increasing individual taxpayer compliance. Meanwhile, the application of E-Billing and the provision of tax sanctions has not been able to have a significant effect on the level of compliance, which may be due to a lack of understanding, socialization, or effectiveness of these two aspects in practice.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of facilities, rates, and attractions on the level of tourist satisfaction visiting Umbul Pelem in Klaten. The study was conducted at Jl. Raya Tegalgondo-Pulon No. 88, Dukuh, Wunut, Klaten, Central Java. The research approach used is a descriptive quantitative method, with data collected through questionnaires. The study population includes all tourists who have visited Umbul Pelem Klaten. The sampling technique applied is incidental sampling, with a total of 100 respondents selected randomly, all of whom have visited at least twice. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires, which were then analyzed through various methods, including Instrument Validity and Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Determination Coefficient Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, F Test, Hypothesis Test, and R² Test using the SPSS 24 software. The results of the study reveal that facilities, rates, and attractions have a significant and positive influence on tourist satisfaction at Umbul Pelem Klaten. Overall, these three variables contribute 79.5% to tourist satisfaction, while the remaining 19.9% is influenced by other factors not included in this study, such as accessibility, promotional strategies, information, and other aspects. Abstract

The sandwich generation phenomenon, wherein individuals simultaneously support both elderly parents and dependent children, has emerged as an increasingly critical issue amidst Indonesia’s complex socioeconomic landscape. This study aims to identify the financial literacy level of the sandwich generation and analyze its impact on long-term financial planning practices. A descriptive quantitative approach was employed, involving 100 respondents aged 30–50 years residing in the Greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek) who met the criteria for multigenerational financial responsibilities. Data were collected through a closed-ended Likert-scale questionnaire and semi-structured interviews, and analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, and simple linear regression with SPSS version 25. The findings revealed that financial literacy among respondents was at a moderate level, but remained insufficient in terms of long-term financial products. A positive and significant relationship was found between financial literacy and financial planning (r = 0.514; p < 0.05), with financial literacy also having a significant effect on financial planning practices (R² = 0.264). Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Akuntansi Konservatisme, Growth Opportunity Dan Leverage Terhadap Koefisien Respon Laba Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Yang Terdaftar di Indeks Saham Syariah Indonesia Tahun 2021-2024. Pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan data sekunder yang bersumber dari laporan keuangan Perusahaan Manufaktur yang terdaftar di Indeks Saham Syariah Indonesia, yang diterbitkan oleh perusahaan dan Bursa Efek Indonesia. Data dianalisis menggunakan data time series dengan Model (VAR). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa akuntansi konservatisme dan leverage berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Koefisien Respon Laba, Tetapi Growth Opportunity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Koefisien Respon Laba.

Abstract

The government should invest in all parts of the economy, but especially in the more nimble service and manufacturing sectors (fashion). Competition among businesses has heated up as the batik sector has expanded rapidly throughout the world. Many brands provide almost similar items, adding fuel to the fire. The younger generation, or millennials, in particular are getting more used to the concept of internet users as a result of the proliferation of various forms of digital communication. Internet marketing, especially the use of social media, has the potential to greatly boost revenue. Customers may more easily get the information they need without having to meet in person thanks to this. The development and sustainability of a company's goods are greatly affected by changes in sales volume. A product's potential for growth and market dominance is directly proportional to the company's sales figures, and vice versa.

Abstract

This research investigates the difficulties faced by second-semester students of the English Education Program at Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidenreng Rappang in learning English as a Foreign Language (EFL) in offline classroom settings. The research problem focuses on identifying linguistic, psychological, and contextual factors that hinder effective learning. The main objective is to analyze these challenges and provide insights for improving teaching and learning practices. Employing a qualitative descriptive method, data were collected through semi-structured interviews, classroom observations, and documentation from 15 purposively selected students. Data analysis followed Miles and Huberman’s (1994) framework data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing supported by NVivo software for thematic coding. Findings reveal that linguistic difficulties, particularly in listening comprehension, grammar mastery, pronunciation, and vocabulary, are the most dominant obstacles. Psychological barriers such as speaking anxiety, fear of mistakes, and low self-confidence further impede participation. Contextual issues, including noisy classrooms, ineffective teaching methods, and limited speaking practice, exacerbate the problem. Despite these challenges, students suggested interactive teaching strategies, such as games, storytelling, audiovisual aids, and real-life examples, to enhance engagement and comprehension. The research concludes that addressing both cognitive and affective needs through student-centered and communicative approaches, alongside improving classroom management and teaching materials, is essential for fostering a more effective EFL learning environment.
