Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of analysing the mapping of food security between provinces in Indonesia using the Global Food Security Index (GFSI) approach where the aspects or dimensions used include availability, affordability and utilization. The research method is carried out with a quantitative approach through indexing calculations by means of distance to scale, namely for each measurement indicator an index calculation will be carried out by comparing one province with another province as a benchmarking (reference). The results of the study show that during the 2020-2023 period, the food security index for all provinces is at a fairly good level, which has an average score of 70%. Bali Province consistently ranks first for Indonesia's food security index by province. West Papua and Papua provinces consistently ranked the lowest for Indonesia's provincial food security index. The source of the low level of food security in West Papua and Papua is the low achievement of the pillars of affordability and utilisation. Abstract

The auction sector has transformed with digital advancements, leading to the utilization of online platforms such as lelang.go.id, which is managed by the Directorate General of State Assets (DJKN) in Indonesia. This literature analysis seeks to examine the impact of technological innovation on user satisfaction and marketing performance of online auctions, specifically on the lelang.go.id platform. This study utilizes the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as the main theoretical framework and integrates the notion of perceived risk to investigate the impact of technical innovation on user perception, satisfaction, and marketing performance of online auctions. The findings from this literature review offer insights for DJKN and relevant stakeholders to improve the effectiveness of the lelang.go.id platform and enhance the user experience in online auctions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of environmental consciousness and green intellectual capital on business sustainability in MSMEs. The sampling technique used was stratified random sampling with the characteristics of MSMEs that have been operating for one year and have more than two employees. The population is known to be more than 89,000 MSMEs in Banyumas which was then calculated for sample adequacy using g*power software. From the sample calculation, this study distributed 200 samples with the number of samples that could be used as many as 198 samples. This study uses SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis on SmartPLS3 software by testing two models, namely the outer model and the inner model. The results of this study indicate that environmental consciousness has a positive and significant effect on green intellectual capital (GIC). Then, GIC also has a positive and significant effect on business sustainability. Meanwhile, the GIC variable is able to mediate the relationship between environmental consciousness and business sustainability positively and significantly.

Abstract

The research examines how product innovation and relationship marketing influence customer loyalty at Restaurant X in Surabaya, where brand image serves as a mediating variable. A quantitative research technique was applied by collecting data through a survey which involved 120 participants selected by a purposive sampling. Data was gathered through an online questionnaire utilizing a Likert Scale from 1 to 4. The data were processed using SmartPLS. The results of this study show that, 1)Product Innovation positively influences Brand Image, 2) Relationship Marketing positively influences Brand Image, 3) Brand Image positively influences Customer Loyalty, 4) Product Innovation positively influences Customer Loyalty through Brand Image, 5) Relationship Marketing positively influences Customer Loyalty through Brand Image.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh self-efficacy dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Trisha Indo Sandang, dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 120 karyawan sebagai sampel penelitian dengan metode sampel jenuh, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) dan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa self-efficacy dan kompensasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sementara motivasi kerja berperan sebagai variabel mediasi yang memperkuat hubungan tersebut. Keterbaruan dalam penelitian ini terletak pada integrasi variabel motivasi kerja sebagai mediasi dalam hubungan self-efficacy dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di industri tekstil, yang masih jarang diteliti di Indonesia. Selain itu, metode analisis yang digunakan, yakni SEM dan MRA, memungkinkan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam terhadap interaksi antar variabel, memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi perusahaan dalam merancang strategi peningkatan kinerja karyawan melalui peningkatan self-efficacy, pemberian kompensasi yang adil, serta penguatan motivasi kerja. Dengan demikian, temuan ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi industri tekstil dalam mengembangkan kebijakan sumber daya manusia yang lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan

Abstract

Healthcare spending in ASEAN countries has been increasing along with economic growth, changes in the aging population, and urbanization. The growing number of elderly people and differences in mortality rates across countries create challenges in healthcare financing. This study aims to understand how economic growth, the elderly population, the labor force, and mortality rates affect healthcare spending in 10 ASEAN countries from 2012 to 2021. To analyze these relationships, the study uses statistical methods that compare different models for more accurate results. The findings show that higher economic growth and a larger elderly population lead to increased healthcare spending. Meanwhile, the effect of mortality rates on healthcare spending varies depending on the quality of healthcare infrastructure in each country. Additionally, urbanization also plays a role in driving healthcare spending. It is hoped that this research can help the government in determining policies in the health system in each country.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the influence of product development strategy on purchasing interest Kali Coffee. This research have 100 respondents who qualify to be a respondent in this research. The data collection technique in this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires via Google form. The researcher used PLS-SEM as a data analysis with Smartpls 3.0 software support. The result of this research indicate that product development strategy have an effect on purchasing interest Kali coffee.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate how much the influence of school principal leadership, organizational culture, and teacher competence on teacher work performance in the State Junior High School environment in the Purwokerto District area. The research method used was a quantitative approach with a survey technique through the distribution of questionnaires to 190 teacher respondents, who were selected using the convenience sampling method. The data obtained was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). The findings of the study revealed that the leadership of school principals showed a positive and significant relationship to teacher performance. Teacher competence shows a positive and insignificant relationship. Meanwhile, organizational culture shows a negative and insignificant relationship with teacher performance. These results confirm the importance of the strategic role of school principals in encouraging teacher performance improvement through effective leadership. The implications of this study suggest that schools should focus more on strengthening leadership and developing organizational culture and teacher competencies in an integrated and sustainable manner. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of halal certification and product quality on purchasing decisions for Wardah product in Timbuseng Village, Takalar Regency. The background of this study is based on the increasing public awareness of the importance of halal products, but their understanding of the value and function of halal certification and product quality in making purchasing decisions is still relatively low. The type of research conducted is quantitative with a descriptive and explanatory research approach. The population of this study were Muslim women aged 17-50 years who had purchased and used Wardah products, with a sample size of 212 respondents taken through purposive sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out through an online questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software version 25. The results of this study indicate that halal certification and product quality, both partially and simultaneously, have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions for Wardah products. These findings provide important implications for cosmetic manufacturers and halal certification institutions to increase consumer awareness, especially in rural areas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis perhitungan harga pokok produksi menggunakan metode full costing sebagai dasar penetapan harga jual pada UMKM Ayakh Ugan di Kota Baturaja. Melalui pendekatan kuantitatif-deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi dan wawancara mendalam, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi seluruh komponen biaya produksi, baik variabel maupun tetap. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga pokok produksi yang dihitung menggunakan metode full costing lebih tinggi dibandingkan metode yang selama ini diterapkan oleh UMKM, dengan selisih sebesar Rp2.600 per bungkus. Perbedaan ini terutama disebabkan belum terhitungnya biaya overhead tetap seperti penyusutan alat, sewa bangunan, delivery bahan, dan listrik dalam metode internal UMKM. Penetapan harga jual produk ikan seluang crispy juga lebih rasional ketika menggunakan metode full costing, yakni Rp15.841 per bungkus, dibandingkan dengan perhitungan konvensional UMKM sebesar Rp15.000 per bungkus. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa penerapan metode full costing memberikan gambaran keuangan yang lebih akurat dan dapat menjadi dasar pengambilan keputusan bisnis jangka panjang yang berkelanjutan bagi UMKM.
