Abstract

This study aims to find out how competency certification has an impact on company performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Kolaka Substation Smelter. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection through questionnaires. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression. This study involved 27 people. The results of the analysis show that the regression coefficient shows a positive relationship between competence and business performance. With a significance value well below the threshold, competency certification has a significant influence on a company's performance, according to a partial test. In addition, the analysis of the F test shows that the regression model is significant overall, indicating that competency certification has a significant influence on the performance of the company simultaneously. Therefore, the company's performance at the Kolaka Smelter Substation PT. PLN (Persero) is greatly influenced by competency certification. Keywords : Competency, Performance Certification.

Abstract

Fenomena impulse buying telah menarik perhatian signifikan dalam penelitian perilaku konsumen, terutama dalam konteks platform e-commerce seperti Shopee. Impulse buying mengacu pada pembelian yang tidak direncanakan yang dilakukan tanpa niat sebelumnya, pembelian seperti ini sering kali dipicu oleh rangsangan eksternal, seperti kegiatan promosi. Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh sales promotion dan perceived perishability terhadap impulse buying pengguna Shopee dengan Flash Sale sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah semua pengguna Shopee di Kota Semarang. Prosedur pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non-probability dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda (multiple linear regression), dilakukan dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences). Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah sales promotion berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap flash sale, perceived perishability berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap flash sale, sales promotion berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap impulse buying, perceived perishability berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap impulse buying, flash sale berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap impulse buying, flash sale dapat memediasi pengaruh sales promotion terhadap impulse buying dan flash sale dapat memediasi pengaruh perceived perishability terhadap impulse buying.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors that influence interest in buying green products among students. Attitudes towards green products serve as an intermediary variable in this study, which primarily focuses on product knowledge, consumer perceived effectiveness, and purchase intention. In this quantitative study, which will take place in Indonesia on May 2, 2024, data will be collected from all interested and participating students using a questionnaire. The researchers in this study used the Partial Least Square (PLS) algorithm to conduct their quantitative analysis. The results of the SmartPLS 3.0 analysis demonstrate the following relationships: (1) attitudes are positively affected by product knowledge; (2) attitudes towards green products are positively affected by perceived consumer effectiveness; (3) purchase intention is positively affected by perceived product knowledge; (4) purchasing interest is positively affected by perceived consumer effectiveness; (5) attitudes towards green products are positively affected by purchase intention; (6) product knowledge is positively affected by purchase intention through attitudes towards green products; (7) perceived consumer effectiveness is positively affected by purchase intention through attitudes towards green products.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that relies on previous studies as the main formula for finding new variations/novelty in the research being conducted. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from 400 employees of Private Islamic Universities spread throughout Indonesia. The data were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show concluded that the Employee Creativity variable can have a positive relationship direction and a significant influence on Employee Performance because the P-Values point positively and are below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.007. This is because the more creative employees can make work easily completed, problems can be overcome easily, and company targets can be achieved to improve Employee Performance. In line with the results of the first hypothesis, in the next row as a result of the second hypothesis also shows that the Commitment variable can strengthen the influence of the Work Creativity variable on Employee Performance because the P-Values are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, which is 0.000 more significant than direct testing of 0.007. Thus, the first and second hypotheses in this article can be accepted. Keywords: Employee Creativity, Employee Performance , Commitment

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Compensation and Work Environment on Employee Performance at the Sinar Bangunan Palopo Store. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. The sampling technique used a questionnaire with a Likert scale measurement scale. The population in this research were all employees of the Sinar Bangunan Palopo Store, totaling 67 people. The data processing used is the SPSS version 25 application. Based on the research results, it is proven that Compensation has a partial and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, the Work Environment does not have a partial and significant effect on Employee Performance. Then Compensation and work environment have a simultaneous and significant effect on Employee Performance. To improve Employee Performance, especially in terms of cooperation, ability to complete work, etc., it is necessary to improve especially the Work Environment. The Work Environment must be improved in terms of workplace atmosphere, room temperature, etc. so that Employee Performance can improve.

Abstract

The research used in this research is a quantitative research method. The population in this study were employees of the Banyuasin District Health Service with a total of 136 ASN people. The sampling in this research was a saturated sample, with 136 respondents. Data collection techniques were carried out through questionnaires using a Likert scale. The results of this research show that from the F test results the F value is 147.542 with a significance of 0.000. Because Fcount > Ftable (2.673) and sig < 0.05, it can be concluded that simultaneously there is a significant influence of Competency, Discipline and TPP on the performance of Banyuasin District Health Service employees. From the results of the t test, it is known that competence, discipline, and TPP each partially have a positive effect on the performance of Banyuasin District Health Service employees. The Coefficient of Determination (R2) is 76.5%. Performance is influenced by Competency, Discipline and TPP, while the remaining 23.5% is the influence of other factors not studied, including motivation, E-performance system and career development. keywords: Competence, Discipline, Additional Employee Income, Employee Performance

Abstract

The main role played by the Fire and Rescue Service is mainly in Fire Management where the main role of the Fire Department is to deal with fires that occur in various locations, from buildings, forests, to vehicles. They are responsible for putting out fires, rescuing victims, and protecting property from damage caused by fires. The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of recognition and reward variables on employee job satisfaction in the Pasar Turi Rayon of the Surabaya City Fire and Rescue Service. The conclusions that can be drawn from the results of this research are as follows: Factors consisting of recognition and appreciation have a real influence simultaneously (together) on employee job satisfaction in the Pasar Turi Rayon, Surabaya City Fire and Rescue Service, Factors which consists of recognition and appreciation, has a real influence partially (individually) on employee job satisfaction in the Pasar Turi Rayon, Surabaya City Fire and Rescue Service. Among the factors consisting of recognition and appreciation, it turns out that recognition has a dominant influence on employee job satisfaction in the Pasar Turi Rayon of the Surabaya City Fire and Rescue Service, with a partial influence of 65.1%.

Abstract

Abstract Penelitian ini mengkaji efektivitas strategi pemasaran multi-channel pada biro perjalanan wisata skala menengah, dengan fokus pada PT. Jelajahi Arunika Indonesia sebagai studi kasus. Dalam industri pariwisata yang semakin kompetitif, pemahaman mendalam tentang implementasi dan dampak berbagai saluran pemasaran terhadap kinerja bisnis menjadi sangat penting. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengeksplorasi pengalaman dan persepsi internal perusahaan serta pelanggan terhadap strategi pemasaran multi-channel yang diterapkan oleh PT. Jelajahi Arunika Indonesia. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini menggabungkan wawancara mendalam dengan eksekutif perusahaan, staf pemasaran, dan pelanggan, serta analisis dokumen pemasaran perusahaan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa integrasi yang efektif antara saluran digital dan tradisional memainkan peran kunci dalam meningkatkan engagement pelanggan. Studi ini juga mengungkapkan tantangan dalam menyelaraskan pesan pemasaran di berbagai saluran dan pentingnya personalisasi konten. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi biro perjalanan wisata skala menengah dalam merancang dan mengimplementasikan strategi pemasaran multi-channel yang efektif dan kohesif. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to explore how co-creation experience plays a role in developing added value for creative tourism products in Kandri Tourism Village, Central Java. Using a qualitative approach, this case study delves into the perceptions and experiences of local stakeholders and tourists in the co-creation process of tourism products. Data collection methods include in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and focus group discussions with creative business actors, tourism village managers, and tourists. Data analysis was conducted through thematic coding and narrative interpretation. The results show that co-creation experience facilitates more authentic and high-value product innovation, increases local community involvement in tourism development, and strengthens emotional bonds between tourists and the destination. Significant impacts are seen in the increased competitiveness of local creative tourism products and the economic empowerment of village communities. This study contributes to a deeper understanding of co-creation dynamics in the context of rural tourism based on the creative economy. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana co-creation experience berperan dalam pengembangan nilai tambah produk wisata kreatif di Desa Wisata Kandri, Jawa Tengah. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, studi kasus ini menggali persepsi dan pengalaman stakeholder lokal serta wisatawan dalam proses ko-kreasi produk wisata. Metode pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan focus group discussion dengan pelaku usaha kreatif, pengelola desa wisata, dan wisatawan. Analisis data dilakukan melalui coding tematik dan interpretasi naratif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa co-creation experience memfasilitasi inovasi produk yang lebih autentik dan bernilai tinggi, meningkatkan keterlibatan komunitas lokal dalam pengembangan wisata, serta memperkuat ikatan emosional antara wisatawan dan destinasi. Dampak signifikan terlihat pada peningkatan daya saing produk wisata kreatif lokal dan pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat desa. Studi ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang dinamika co-creation dalam konteks pariwisata pedesaan berbasis ekonomi kreatif. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemberdayaan ekonomi berbasis pondok pesantren melalui program santripreneur, dengan fokus pada bagaimana program ini dapat meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi pesantren dan santri. Pondok pesantren yang memiliki peran sentral dalam masyarakat berpotensi besar dalam mengembangkan ekonomi lokal melalui kewirausahaan santri Methodology/approach yang digunakan yaitu Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dengan metode wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi literatur. Data dikumpulkan dari berbagai pondok pesantren di Lampung yang menerapkan program santripreneur. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik deskriptif kualitatif untuk memahami dampak program terhadap ekonomi pesantren dan masyarakat sekitarnya. Adapun Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program santripreneur mampu meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi pondok pesantren dengan menciptakan unit-unit bisnis yang dikelola oleh santri. Program ini tidak hanya meningkatkan pendapatan pesantren tetapi juga memberikan pelatihan keterampilan kewirausahaan kepada santri, yang dapat mereka gunakan setelah lulus. Kegiatan usaha yang dikembangkan meliputi produksi barang kebutuhan sehari-hari, kuliner, dan jasa lainnya yang konsumennya adalah santri dan masyarakat sekitar. Untuk limitations Penelitian ini terbatas pada pondok pesantren di wilayah Lampung dan belum mencakup pondok pesantren di daerah lain yang mungkin memiliki karakteristik berbeda. Keterbatasan lainnya adalah data yang digunakan lebih berfokus pada observasi langsung dan wawancara, tanpa analisis kuantitatif mendalam yang dapat memberikan gambaran statistik tentang peningkatan ekonomi. Sedangkan contribution pada penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan dengan menunjukkan bahwa program santripreneur berpotensi menjadi model pemberdayaan ekonomi yang efektif bagi pondok pesantren. Temuan ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi pengembangan kebijakan dan strategi pemberdayaan ekonomi di pesantren lainnya, serta menginspirasi pesantren untuk lebih berorientasi pada kewirausahaan dalam rangka mencapai kemandirian ekonomi.
