Abstract

This research purpose to determine the completeness of physics learning outcomes of class XI students of SMA Negeri 2 Muara Beliti after applying the experiment method. The problem in this study is that there are still many students who get grades below the Minimum Mastery Standard (KKM), which is 67. The type of method in this study uses an experimental method with pre-test and post-test one group design research conducted at SMAN 2 Muara Beliti. The population in this study were all students of class XI MIPA SMAN 2 Muara Beliti. The sample in this study was drawn randomly from a population of three classes, namely class XI MIPA 2, amounting to 30 students. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out through tests. The test result data were analyzed using the t test formula. Statistical test results obtained tcount = 8.544 ttable = 1.699 because tcount> ttable, thus indicating that the hypothesis Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. While the average value in the pre-test 32.83 then in the post-test increased to 77.27. So it can be concluded that the average physics learning outcomes of students after applying the method of experiment is significantly complete.

Abstract

This research titled "Application of Experimental Methods in Physics Learning Class X of Lubuklinggau 3 State Senior High School 2018/2019 Academic Year " The purpose of this study was to determine the completeness of Physics Learning Outcomes of Grade X Students of SMAN 3 Lubuklinggau Academic Year 2018/2019. This type of research is a quasi-experiment carried out without a comparison group or class. The population in this study were all students of class X IPA 3 Lubuklinggau High School, which amounted to 144 students and as a sample of the experimental class were 36 students in class X Science as many as 36 students. sampling in this study was conducted randomly (simple random sampling) by drawing. Data collection is done by written test technique. Student test score data were analyzed using the t-test. Based on the results of hypothesis testing with a significant level of α = 0.05 obtained t_count> t_table = (8.76> 2.00) which means H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted. So that it can be concluded that the physics learning outcomes of class X IPA 2 students of SMA 3 Lubuklinggau in the 2018/2019 Academic Year after applying the experimental method were significantly completed.

Abstract

This research is titled "The Application of the Scientific Approach to Physics Learning Activities of Class X Lubuklinggau 3 Senior High School Students in 2018/2019 Academic Year". This study aims to determine the completeness of the physics learning outcomes of class X students of Lubuklinggau 3 Public High School after participating in learning with the Scientific Approach. The research method used is a quasi-experimental method (quasi experiment). The population in this study were all class X of SMA 3 Lubuklinggau SMA 2018/2019 and the sample was class X IPA 4, amounting to 36 students and taken randomly. Data collection is done by techniques observation. Based on the results of the observation analysis at the third meeting with a percentage value of 61,03% with the active category and the fourth meeting with percentage value of 76,06% with a very active category. It can be concluded that the activity of students after applyingthe scientific approach to physics in claas X of SMA Negeri 3 Lubuklinggau academic year 2018/2019 increased.

Abstract

Research aims to determine the influence of the use of automatic light learning media in the learning activities, especially on the subject of electrical physics. The subject of this study was a student of Computer Engineering study Program STMIK Dian Cipta Cendikia Kotabumi. This research uses quantitative research methods i.e. data related to the numbers obtained using statistical calculations. Data collection is done by test and poll. Data analysis techniques use a discrete analysis whereas for hypothesized testing in this study using Test T. Based on the results of analysis can be concluded that there is increased motivation to learn to use the learning media in courses Electrical physics in the students of Prodi Computer Engineering, STMIK Dian Cipta Cendikia Kotabumi Semester even year 2019. From the poll's assessment obtained r_hitung or r_xy = 0.63 while r_tabel = at N = 25 and α = 0.05 of critical table of product moment, r_tabel = 0.45 to r_hitung > r_tabel (0.63 > 0.45). From the analysis, it can be sorted by the correlation value between the X and Y values in the word Gori with the correlation coefficient between intervals 0.6 – 0.8. In the result, there is an increase in the score of 19.9 or 49.2% of the initial average score.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the management of the Natural Sciences laboratory at SMP Negeri 2 MuaraRupit in 2020, including: (1) science laboratory planning; (2) regulating the use of science laboratories; (3) evaluation and supervision of the use of natural science laboratories. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed using models from Miles and Huberman with the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that: (1) Planning a science laboratory includes the procurement of science laboratory equipment / materials carried out by the science laboratory coordinator and science teacher through a needs analysis based on priority scale adjusted to available funds. Plans for the use of science laboratories in learning science are not detailed up to the daily schedule, but there is only a monthly schedule. (2) Arrangements for the use of natural science laboratories include: (a) procedure for the use of natural science laboratories, (b) preparation of natural science tools / materials, (c) storage of natural science tools / materials, (d) maintenance / maintenance of natural science laboratories carried out by the Natural Sciences laboratory coordinator set forth in writing in a laboratory order. (3) Supervision carried out by the principal is still limited to know the implementation of teaching and learning activities in the laboratory, not yet leading to the process of managing the science laboratory. Whereas for the evaluation of the management of the Natural Sciences laboratory carried out by the Natural Sciences Laboratory Coordinator, it is only limited to evaluating the appropriateness of the equipment and the availability of Natural Sciences, the results of which are used as a reference in the procurement of equipment in the following year.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of students' High Order Thingking Skills (HOTS) abilities after Jigsaw cooperative learning is applied through the Realistic Learning science approach. This research is a classroom action research with 3 cycles including planning, action implementation, observation and reflection. Data collection techniques in this study were tests, student activity observation sheets, and teacher activity observation sheets. The planning stage in the form of activities (1) making learning tools, (2) making observation sheets and ways of observation, and (3) compiling learning evaluation tools in the form of essay test questions based on cognitive domains C4, C5, and C6. Based on the data obtained by the results of the study are (1) the activity of the first cycle teacher category enough with a score of 47, the second cycle category is good with a score of 54, and the third cycle enough category with a score of 64, (2) the activity of the first cycle category students is enough with a score of 16, the second cycle category is good with a score of 18, and the third cycle is very good category with a score of 21, and (3) the average score of the students' essay tests in the first cycle is 64.78, the second cycle is 72.8, and the third cycle is 82 , 4. It was concluded based on the results of the research that showed that the application of Jigsaw cooperative learning through the Realistic Learning approach could improve the learning activities and learning outcomes of students which illustrated an increase in the High Order Thingking Skills (HOTS) of students in class IX.C of SMP Negeri 3 Kepahiang.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop a laptop soundcard as a physics practice tool for the determination of Earth grafitational acceleration. The Earth's gravitational force is the power that makes the Earth draw objects to its center. This tool is designed using 3 pieces of copper coil separated by a certain distance. The Data obtained is presented in the form of Time (t) which is calculated from the symptoms of induction by magnetic through the coil. When the magnet is dropped, time is measured from the emergence of pulse when the magnet induces the coil using the Audacity software. From the Pulse brings out the results of time in each distance. This research uses development methods with Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation (ADDIE). The laptop's practicum soundcard tool is validated by expert tools for technical aspects and students as a test user. Data collection techniques in this research using poll. Angket is used to measure the feasibility of the development of laptop soundcard equipment. The poll is given to 3 members of the Practicum tools and students as a user. A poll validation analysis uses a Likert scale with a value range of 1 to 5. This results in a practical tool that has a good graphing perceptant measurement accuracy with a 2.33% error. While the result of validation shows that both validation provides excellent responsiveness so that, practicum soundcardlaptop tool can be used practicum.

Abstract

All The All objectives of the reserch was to develop the Physics module with discovery learning on Static Fluid Material that is valid, practical and effective. The subjects in this study were the entire class XI Natural Sciences and the broad group research subjects in this study were the XI MIPA 4 class of SMA Negeri 1 Lubuklinggau in the 2019/2020 Academic Year consisting of 36 students taken by simple random sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using questionnaire and test techniques. Validation is done to get results with a good category that is with a percentage of 78.81%. Student responses to the discovery learning based module were 88.25%. Besides that from the results of daily tests conducted, it was found that student learning outcomes were completed with an average of 83.8. As well as the average percentage of student activity at the time of practicum which is 71.4% included in both categories. The value of t table with degrees of freedom (dk) = n-1 = 36 ─ 1 = 35 and α = 0.05 tcount = 2.95 and ttable = 1.689 because tcount ≥ ttable then Ha is accepted. So it can be said that the Discovery Learning-based Module that was developed has been valid, practical, and effective.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Interactive Lecture Demonstrations (ILDs) learning models on students' understanding of physics concepts. The research method used was a preliminary experimental research method with a one-group pretest-posttest design that was carried out in class XI students in one of the high schools (SMA) in Kerinci Regency. The sampling technique uses a cluster sampling method. Data collection uses a pre-test and a post-test to measure students' understanding of physics concepts. The results of the calculation of the effect size indicate that the application of learning with Interactive Lecture Demonstrations (ILDs) models has a major effect on the ability of understanding students' physics concepts. The effect size calculation in this study was carried out using the Cohen formula. From the calculation results obtained effect size score of 0.81. This score is in the big category. This shows that the application of the Interactive Lecture Demonstrations (ILDs) learning model has a big influence on students' conceptual understanding ability. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of Interactive Lecture Demonstrations (ILDs) models in learning physics has a great influence on the ability of understanding students' physics concepts.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the application of the power of two type of cooperative learning model based on teaching aids to improve student learning outcomes in class VII A SMP YAPIS Manokwari. The instrument used was a learning achievement test to measure cognitive aspects and observation of students' activities in practicum to measure psychomotor aspects. This research is included in Classroom Action Research (CAR). Instrument analysis uses CVR and CVI to see the validity and reliability. Analysis of cognitive results using Microsoft Excel and psychomotor results using the Rasch Model. The results of this study indicate that, in the first cycle of classical completeness in the cognitive aspects by 65%, and psychomotor aspects by 84%. In second cycle of classical completeness in the cognitive aspects of 81%, and psychomotor aspects by 90%. This shows that learning using the power of two cooperative model based on teaching aids can improve student learning outcomes.
