Abstract

Education is not a strange thing anymore. After the establishment of schools for the people of Indonesia, then develop and become several levels and some parts in education. Not only schools are educational for children, but education is divided into formal education, Non-Formal education, and InFormal education. Formal education is also divided into several levels. There are an elementary school or Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, Junior High School or Madrasah Tsanawiyah, vocational or secondary middle school, or Madrasah Aliyah. In non-formal education, there are various types and levels, informal learning that comes from the community or the surrounding environment, education such as Koran in mosques, and diverse other non-formal education, which now has many pursuivants in the community. Often we find the understanding of general and specific education, such as Islamic education, that education is a process that is done to change one's behavior (morality) to be better. The method of education does not serve as formal education. Some aspects need to be completed through non-formal education such as Akhlakul Karimah, deepen the knowledge of religion and hone the skills that have been able to develop it as a useful thing. Formal educational education that is implemented deliberately planned and systematic to help prepare students' potential and non-formal education is present as complementary, reinforcing, and upbringing of its formal education. In the implementation of education, the process should be neatly packaged and supported by a positive environment. Thus the results achieved are as expected.

Abstract

Isrâ'îliyyât stories through speakers from Jewish and Christian scholars who have converted to Islam. They told a lot when describing the stories contained in the Koran, including the story of two angels Harut and Marut, who became polemic among mufassir. So the approach taken in the study is to trace back various histories based on those listed in the main book of interpretation bil'matsur. Al-the results of this study reveal that the existence of Isrâ'îliyyât's history is considered dangerous, mainly if it is used by laypeople who are unable to understand and know whether or not it is valid. In it, there are many khurafat or stories of prophets or others that are illogical and able to shake one's faith. However, the Isrâ'îliyyât stories are justified as long as they do not contradict the Qur'anic texts and authentic traditions.

Abstract

Anti-social behaviors in children is now common. Aggressive behavior, bullying, egocentrism, fighting, prejudice and so on indicate the failure of parenting and teacher education to social and emotional development in children. This study aims to analyze the development of children's social emotions from an Islamic perspective. Through the literature study approach, there are 3 stages of social emotional development in Islam: (1) the first stage starts from birth to 7 years of age. At this stage, ethics education must be taught to children through continuous stimulus, response and imitation because the child's cognitive development is not yet perfect; (2) the second stage starts from 7 to 15 years of age. This stage is called the tamyiz stage in Islam. Children can tell the difference between good and bad. At this stage parental supervision should be increased; and (3) the third stage from 15 years of age and over. Children must already have knowledge, understanding and habits of commendable behavior, because this praiseworthy behavior is always repeated and accustomed to in the first and second stages. In this case, the family plays an important role in shaping the personality of children who are mature in dealing with problems that arise along with social and emotional development. In Islam, the problems faced by children will definitely be in accordance with their respective capacities and can still be overcome. Through problems, their faith and devotion were tested by Allah SWT. Patience and fortitude are one's potential. With intelligence given by God, children can easily know and understand the nature of every challenge and difficulty. Therefore, children must always be educated so they always have positive prejudice (husnudzan) rather than negative prejudice (suudzan), both for themselves, others and Allah.

This research uses qualitative research methods so that the discussion is descriptive. The research was conducted at the South Sulawesi Government Office with four city districts. The research results show that in real terms the human-based leadership model of the Provincial Government of South Sulawesi in its work to improve the welfare of the community with innovative programs and humane services towards advanced governance as the translation of change shows a pretty good trend. Leadership innovation in making change by prioritizing integrity, motivator, ability, experience, honesty, obedience, persistence and intellectuality as a manifestation of the integration of modern leadership and local wisdom as a filter in change so as to lead to an advanced government while still upholding the value of local wisdom as a support which is summarized in Cultured South Sulawesi. Supporting factors that are quite helpful related to the program strategy include the readiness of the apparatus, community involvement and the level of community acceptance, while the inhibiting factors are infrastructure readiness, availability of funds and community readiness to change, but concrete efforts can gradually be overcome so that the strategic program of the South Sulawesi Government as the growth center of the eastern region and the national economic buffer can be realized.
