Abstract

Mental hygiene is the efforts made to achieve mental health (mental health). This study aims to determine the concept of mental hygiene in a psychological and Islamic perspective according to Syamsu Yusuf. This study uses library research methods, by analyzing the main book, namely the book "Mental hygiene (Development of mental health in the study of psychology and religion)" by Syamsu Yusuf. Then data analysis is done using content analysis, namely scientific analysis of the contents of the message. Through this research, the results show that (a) The concept of mental hygiene from a psychological perspective is the process of developing and applying practical principles aimed at humans in order to achieve psychological (mental) health and prevent the possibility of mental damage or maladjustment. (b) The concept of mental hygiene in an Islamic perspective is an individual's ability to control psychological functions, create adjustments for oneself, others, and the environment based on the Al-Quran and As-Sunah as a guide to life and provide guidance (budan) to achieve happiness in the world and the hereafter. In addition, Islam also acts as a therapy (healing) for someone who has a psychiatric disorder and assists humans in maintaining, maintaining, preventing psychiatric disorders and fostering mental health conditions.

Abstract

Student achievement in learning outcomes can not be separated from the factors that influence the learning process. In fact, the learning outcomes of students in the Islamic Religious Education subject at SMP Unggulan Darusy Syafa'ah Kotagajah are categorized as lacking. The low student learning outcomes of PAI are thought to be influenced by students' internal factors, namely self-regulation. Self Regulated Learning is able to influence student learning outcomes to increase. This type of research is ex-post facto using a quantitative approach. The population of this research is 117 students and the sample is 38 students. The sampling method used is Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Data collection methods with Questionnaire, Test, Observation and Documentation. The data analysis technique is multiple regression analysis. The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant influence between self-regulated learning and student learning outcomes in PAI subjects at SMP Darusy Syafa'ah Kotagajah with the results obtained for a tcount value of 4,390 and for a ttable value of 1,713 or 4,390 > 1,713, then H0 is rejected, H1 is accepted. Thus, it can be said that there is an influence of self-regulated learning on student learning outcomes in PAI lessons at SMP Darusy Syafa'ah Kotagajah.

Abstract

The role of the teacher is significant in improving students' critical thinking skills. Especially when it comes to the ability to think critically about the topics of Jurisprudence education, which are increasingly developing in this modern era, these topics are often considered trivial. One of them is by implementing the HOTS strategy. This study uses a type of quantitative research. The approach in this research is quantitative because this research is presented with numbers. The samples in this study were taken from students of classes VII and VIII, totaling 30 students. The data collection method uses a questionnaire and documentation method. Data analysis in this study uses chi quadrat. The results of this study can be concluded as follows: HOTS Learning Strategies influence students' Critical Thinking Ability in grades VII and VIII at MTs Wali Songo Sukajadi Bumiratu Nuban Central Lampung. This is based on the results of testing the hypothesis using Chi-Square showing that the result db = 4, then the rtable price is obtained at a significant level of 5% = 9.4888 and the rxy obtained is 10.34 greater than rtable, then (H0) is rejected and (Ha) is accepted. Thus, it means that the results of this consultation can accept the alternative hypothesis (Ha) proposed in this study is acceptable. HOTS learning strategies influence critical thinking skills at MTs Wali Songo Sukajadi Bumiratu Nuban Central Lampung with a percentage of 61.27%.

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to increase students' interest in following the guidance service by using the window shopping model in classical guidance services. The type of research used is quasi-experimental. The number of subjects in this study was 29 students. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The data collected was then analyzed descriptively and inferentially. The results showed that before the window shopping model was used, students' interest in participating in the guidance service varied from not interested to interested. Still, the most dominant classification was less interested and not interested. After using the window shopping model, students' interest in participating in classical guidance services also varied, but the most dominant was the classification of moderately interested and interested. This study's results indicate an increase in students' interest in following classical guidance services. Therefore, it can be concluded that the use of the window shopping model in implementing guidance services effectively increases student interest in participating in guidance services. The results of this study imply that school counselors can follow up using a window shopping model in implementing classical guidance services. School counselors can also use this model in guidance and counseling action research as an effort for continuous professional development.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: Counseling is a process that assists individuals in overcoming barriers and difficulties that hinder their personal growth and development of their maximum potential. Through multicultural counseling, counselors can provide accurate education about mental health disorders to individuals and the community in Jambu Rejo village. This can help eliminate negative stereotypes and misunderstandings that may exist about mental health disorders. Based on previous research findings, multicultural counseling plays a significant role in helping individuals overcome stigma and increasing understanding of mental health. The research method employed in this study is qualitative research, collecting data through in-depth interviews with multicultural counselors practicing in Jambu Rejo village. The data obtained will be analyzed using a thematic approach to identify relevant themes related to the role of multicultural counseling in overcoming stigma. The results of this study indicate that multicultural counseling is crucial. Multicultural counselors can help individuals overcome stigma through a culturally sensitive approach, accurate information provision, development of social support, increased self-awareness, and advocacy for stigma eradication. Thus, multicultural counselors have a significant role in assisting individuals in overcoming stigma, providing effective counseling services, and enhancing the mental and social well-being of the community in Jambu Rejo village. Abstract

The problem in this study is how parents and guidance and counselling teachers influence students' cyberbullying behavior, the extent to which parental influence contributes to students' cyberbullying behavior, and the impact of guidance and counselling teachers' influence on students' cyberbullying behaviour. This study aims to determine the effect of parents and guidance and counselling teachers on students' cyberbullying behavior. The type of research used in this study is causal-comparative research. This study's subjects are students' parents and guidance and counselling teachers at Palu City State Vocational School. Data collection was done through questionnaires and interviews. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression tests. Simultaneously, there is a significant influence between the role of parents and guidance and counselling teachers on students' cyberbullying behavior at Palu City State Vocational School.

Abstract

The metacognitive-based prodigy learning model in schools aims to develop thinking processes through stimulation of thoughts that do not develop through guidance and counseling services by BK teachers. The importance of students' metacognitive-based Study Program learning models so that students are able to optimally actualize themselves. So the role of the counseling teacher in guidance and counseling services is very influential on students' self-development. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of group counseling with a reality approach to emotion regulation in students at SMA Srijaya Negara Palembang. This research is a research using experimental research methods. The type of research design used is pre-experimental design. The pre-experimental design used is a one group pretest-posttest design. The subjects of this study were 10 students from class XI IPA 1 who were identified as having low emotional regulation. Data was collected using an emotional regulation questionnaire by distributing it to respondents using a Likert scale. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon test. The results of this study based on the SPSS output show that asymp.sig (2-tailed) has a value of 0.005. Because 0.005 is less than 0.05, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is an average difference between the results of the pre-test and post-test emotion regulation. So that it can be said that there is a significant effect of group counseling with the reality approach on emotion regulation in students at SMA Srijaya Negara Palembang. Abstract

This research originates from the phenomenon of guidance and counseling teachers who experience problems with suitable techniques in implementing career guidance and counseling in schools. The aim of the research is to describe the strategy for implementing career guidance and counseling in senior high schools in the independent curriculum. Methods in research using qualitative. Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian dengan judul” Self Consling Qolbu Shalat yang Khusyu’ aspek Esotorik menurut pemikiran Imam al-Ghozali” . Adapun masalah yang dibahas adalah, Bagaimana “ Self Cosling Qolbun menuju shalat yang khusyu’ menurut versi Imam Ghozali”. Terdapat perbedaan secara esnsial tentang khusyu’ dalam shalat, karena khusyuk bersifat individual atau personal. Sufi memandang khusyuk adalah substansi shalat sebagai jiwa ( ruh) dari shalat. Bila shalat memiliki ruh maka akan memunculkan sosok orang yang beriman berakhlak dan bertakwa, serta mampu mmbentengi diri terhadap perbuatan maksiat. Menurut Al-ghozali shalat disamping rukun zohir ( syar’i) 13 rukun, untuk menuju khusyu’ di perlukan 6 rukun bathin ( Hudurul Qolbi, al-fahmu, al-A’zhom, al- Haibah, ar-Roja’ dan al-Haya’. Adapun hubungan khusyu’ dengan aspek bathini, yaitu berhubungan secara substansi dimana khusyu’ sebagai roh dari ibadah shalat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu analisis perbandingan. Gagasan pemikiran al-Ghozali tentang shalat khusyu’ diuraikan sambil menghubungkannay dengan ulama lain. Keyword.
