Abstract

This study aims to describe the value of moral education in the novel Pudarnya Pesona Cleopatra by Habiburrahman El-Shirazy (litteratur learning in era merdeka belajar). This research uses a qualitative research type of library research (library research) to get a description in the form of clear words. The method used is descriptive analysis to analyze, identify and examine the novel Pudarnya Pesona Cleopatra by Habiburrahman El-Shirazy related to moral education. The source of this research is the novel Pudarnya Pesona Cleopatra by Habiburrahman El-Shirazy. The data collection technique of this research uses documentation taken from the novel. The data analysis technique uses content analysis, namely by carefully identifying the data that contains elements of moral education, then linking it with the appropriate theory. The results of the study indicate that there are values ​​of moral education in the novel Pudarnya Pesona Cleopatra by Habiburrahman El-Shirazy: (1) The value of moral education to God in the novel includes: Dhikr, which is remembering Allah by mentioning Him in the worst situations and conditions, Praying is asking for God in order to get His goodness and pleasure and Worship is doing all bodily obedience only because of Allah, (2) The value of moral education to fellow humans in the novel includes: Birrul Walidain, namely having character to parents by being devoted to him by obeying and loving him other than that morals to humans also maintain friendship with others and Itsar, namely prioritizing the interests of others over personal interests, (3) The value of moral education to oneself in the novel includes: Trust is something that is entrusted to others in the form of messages carried out well, Patience with exams and trials given o by Allah with grace and fortitude, and maintain self-respect by covering the nakedness and lowering the gaze of the opposite sex who is not a mahram.

Abstract

Film is a means of communication in which elements of language are created. It is on this basis that this study seeks to examine the semiotic aspects of the representation of nationalism and the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile in the film entitled "Susi Susanti – Love All". This research was conducted using a qualitative-descriptive method using the point of view used by Roland Barthes. The units of analysis are words (dialogue), images (symbols), and sound. This study concludes that the representation of nationalism and the Pancasila Student Profile in the film being analyzed can be seen through the dialogues of the actors, film scenes, and the images and symbols in the film. This aspect can be seen as the meaning of the film which is connotative, denotative, or mythical in nature. 2) Presentation can be done verbally or non-verbally. There are several dialogues that reflect the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile.

Abstract

Society has a journey of cultural and historical values. Museums have a role in preserving the heritage of cultural and historical values ​​through their collections. The heritage of cultural and historical values ​​in the museum has a character load that has implications for strengthening the character Profil Pelajar Pancasila which can be taught to future generations. This makes researchers want to develop the concept of cultural and historical values ​​which have implications for the character content of Profil Pelajar Pancasila at one of the museums in Madura, the Sumenep Palace Museum with grounded theory. The data collection method used theoretical sampling, collected through observation, literature study, documentation, and interviews. The data analysis technique consists of 3 stages, namely open coding, axial coding, and selective coding. The results show that the Sumenep Palace Museum has cultural values ​​both intangible and tangible. Intangibles tend to lead to leadership values ​​that must be possessed by leaders, namely intellectuality, spiritual attitude (sokkla), andhap asor (humble), openness, and civility. Then tangibles can be taken from the buildings in the Sumenep Palace Museum complex. Historical values ​​can be taken from the court figures of the Sumenep Palace, such as Bindara Saod, Panembahan Somala, and Sultan Abdurahman Pakunataningrat. Cultural and historical values ​​will always be integrated into shaping the character of Profil Pelajar Pancasila so that what is contained in the Sumenep Palace Museum becomes a teaching medium. Through these lessons, future generations admire the work created by the kings of Sumenep and provide inspiration that they have been able to produce a work.

Abstract

About all educational levels have started offering offline sessions lately, nearly two years after beginning home-study or hybrid classes. When students return to in-person learning at school, there are signs of behavioral changes. This study set out to describe how student behavior changed in terms of knowledge, attitudes, and skills during face-to-face instruction during the post-pandemic. This study employed a quantitative methodology to address this question by distributing questionnaires to students in elementary, middle, and high schools in the cities of Pamekasan and Mojokerto. For the goal of triangulation, interviews with teachers were also performed in 11 provinces in western Indonesia. s a result, there were both positive and negative behavioral changes among elementary, middle, and high school students. To improve learning, teachers, parents, and students themselves must be able to recognize changes in post-pandemic student behavior. Though it can certainly facilitate human endeavors, teachers' roles as educators have not yet been fully replaced by technology, at least not yet.

Abstract

PISA results show that only a few Indonesian students have a high level of reading ability. These literacy competencies can be improved through the provision of child-friendly and contextual reading materials. One of the material content that is contextual and interesting for students is tourism content. This study aims to analyze the needs of literacy reading materials for students. The method used is literature study, questionnaires, and interviews conducted to Indonesian language teachers and students. The results of this study indicate that teachers and students hope that literacy reading materials are written with very rich material, have more new vocabulary, are presented in an interesting, contextual way, can strengthen character education, and can develop students' insight into the diversity of students, especially Mandangin coastal tourism which has not been widely used. known to the Indonesian people. Literacy reading materials oriented to the Mandangin coastal tourism object can also help schools and teachers in implementing tourism-based learning.

Abstract

Guru dituntut untuk memiliki kompetensi pedagogik dengan menerapkan kurikulum yang sedang berlaku. Akan tetapi, guru belum menerapkan kurikulum tersebut, tetapi sudah diminta menerapkannya dalam Program Profesi Guru Dalam Jabatan (PPG Daljab). Berdasarkan hal itu, penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pengalaman mahasiswa PPG Daljab dalam menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka. Metode penelitian ini adalah narrative inquiry. Subjek penelitian adalah lima mahasiswa PPG Daljab Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa awalnya guru kurang siap dalam menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka sebab para guru belum memiliki pengetahuan dan pengalaman yang cukup. Meskipun demikian, proses pembelajaran PPG yang menyarankan penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka mendorong guru untuk terus berinovasi dalam pembelajaran dalam hal perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, hingga tindak lanjut. Pada umumnya, proses itu pun mengalami kendala substansial dan teknis, tetapi hal tersebut dapat diatasi guru dengan terus berupaya menggali pengetahuan dan menambah pengalaman secara konkret melalui praktik. Dengan demikian, guru pun memiliki kesiapan yang jauh lebih matang setelah guru selesai mengalami fase praktik pengalaman lapangan. Guru merespons bahwa Kurikulum Merdeka ternyata jauh lebih mudah diterapkan jika guru memiliki pemahaman dan pengalaman yang cukup.

Abstract

The background in this article is about the policies that have been offered by the Minister of Education and Culture Nadiem Makarim regarding the Independent Learning curriculum. This concept requires a response from educators to provide views on the program. The writing of this article aims to describe the concept of positivism philosophy towards Indonesian language learning in the Merdeka Learning era. The method used is a literature study with data collection carried out by literature searches from relevant research for later analysis. The result of this article is the concept of positivism in learning Indonesian in the Merdeka Learning Era from the aspects of ontology, epistemology, and axiology.

Abstract

This study aims to develop critical thinking construction media based on literacy practices on Indonesian learning and describe the impact of media implementation on students' critical thinking skills. The research method used is the Research & Development (R&D) ADDIE model. The study was conducted at SDN Balearjosari 1 with the subject of the study being a grade IV. Data collection are carried out through the provision of questionnaires to validators, students, and teachers. Data analysis techniques use quantitative and qualitative techniques. Literacy-based critical thinking construction media was developed based on the ADDIE model which obtained assessments from media experts and material experts. The media expert validation results are 86% and the material expert validation results are 88% with the category of very feasible. This means the implementation of literacy-based critical thinking construction media is assessed from the aspect of the media and the material can be used as a new innovation for learning. The impact of media implementation on students' critical thinking skills has increased which seen through the results of literacy work projects and improvements in 6C competencies. In addition to having an impact on critical thinking skills, literacy practices also improve literacy skills and foster student learning motivation.

Abstract

Madura has various types of tourism, namely religious, marine, and cultural tourism. One of the cultural tourism in Madura is culinary. There are many culinary tours that must be tried by local, domestic, or foreign tourists. Culinary on the island of Mandangin can be an attraction for local, domestic and foreign tourists. This research is a development research using the Plomp development model. One of the stages, namely the preliminary research stage, is one of the initial stages that must be carried out in development research. Based on the results of interviews, educators have never created or developed reading materials for students. Based on the results of observations about culinary on the island of Mandangin, there are various kinds of typical Mandangin culinary. The culinary specialties of Mandangin Island are saop, nase 'segah, skipjack fish paste, Le'-Pale', Rojek Kottok, Tajhin Sapar, and others. The actualization of culinary tourism in Mandangin needs to be done because Mandangin Island has many other tourism potentials. The actualization of culinary tourism potential in Mandangin will be able to develop other tourism potentials. This happens because every tourism potential in Mandangin goes hand in hand. The form of reading material will be in the form of short stories and drama scripts about the culinary arts of Mandangin Island. Therefore, it is important to develop reading materials about culinary as a form of actualizing Mandangin island culinary as a supporter in the era of independent learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve the learning of short story appreciative listening by using the storytelling method, especially in the era of independent learning. The short story taken is Kartini's short story by Putu Wijaya. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The source of the data for this research is SMP NU Sumenep. Data were collected through observations, field notes, and documentation. Data analysis by collaborating data with the learning method used. The results showed that the storytelling method was effective in improving appreciative listening learning, especially to support the curriculum.
