Abstract

One of the most scrutinized crimes in Indonesia is corruption. Corruption in the private sector is as severe as in the public sector, especially when business activities are linked to public sectors such as taxation, banking, and public services. The Nusantara Jawa Sumatera Association, known as "PENJARA," is an organization dedicated to preventing corruption in the regions of Java and Sumatra. This organization comprises committed members focused on the integrity of the Indonesian nation. The role of PENJARA in development activities, including efforts to prevent and eradicate corruption, is crucial as a social check to enhance public welfare and establish a professional, corruption-free bureaucracy. This study addresses the government's role in optimizing the prevention and eradication of corruption in Indonesia and how the youth organization PENJARA contributes to these efforts. The study reveals that government efforts in combating corruption face significant challenges, including synchronizing legislation, improving human resources, and digitization. PENJARA plays a vital role by conducting outreach, discussions, and dialogues with the public and government to prevent corruption and limit the opportunities for corrupt activities.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Harga dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan hotel di Banda Aceh. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 96 responden. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji F dan uji t dimaksud untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen pada tingkat kepercayaan 95% (α = 0,05). Hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji t bahwa Harga berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Hotel di Banda Aceh. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil nilai t sebesar 2,696 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,008 0,05. Kualitas Pelayanan juga berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Hotel di Banda Aceh. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil nilai t hitung sebesar 3,500 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,001 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan bagi hotel-hotel di Banda Aceh yang ingin meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggannya.Kata kunci: Kualitas Layanan; Harga, Kepuasan Pelanggan; Hotel; Banda Aceh

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk membahas evolusi pengetahuan melalui sejarahnya, serta klasifikasi dan strategi perkembangan yang terjadi dalam berbagai cabang ilmu. Dengan latar belakang perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dari masa ke masa, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab pertanyaan tentang bagaimana pengetahuan manusia telah berkembang dari zaman primitif hingga zaman modern, serta bagaimana klasifikasi ilmu dan strategi perkembangannya memengaruhi pola evolusi pengetahuan. Metode penelitian melibatkan analisis historis terhadap literatur dan dokumen yang relevan, serta penelusuran terhadap perkembangan konsep dan teori dalam berbagai disiplin ilmu. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa evolusi pengetahuan tidak hanya mengikuti pola linier, tetapi juga dipengaruhi oleh interaksi kompleks antara faktor internal dan eksternal. Klasifikasi ilmu dan strategi perkembangan memainkan peran penting dalam mengarahkan evolusi pengetahuan, dengan memberikan kerangka kerja untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut serta mempengaruhi arah penelitian dan inovasi. Penulis menyimpulkan bahwa pemahaman yang mendalam tentang sejarah, klasifikasi, dan strategi perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan merupakan kunci untuk meramalkan dan membentuk masa depan pengetahuan manusia.Kata kunci: Evolusi pengetahuan; sejarah; klasifikasi ilmu; strategi perkembangan; analisis historis.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to determine the factors that influence the level of consumer satisfaction at the Lido Graha Lhokseumawe Hotel. The research review carried out from the dimension of providing quality service is the commitment and responsibility of the management and all employees of the Lido Graha Hotel, especially in customer service who directly provide services to customers regarding all the facilities at the hotel. The analysis method is Ordinary Least Square (OLS). The results of the research findings show that the simultaneous test or F test on the tangible, reliability and responsiveness variables simultaneously has a significant effect on the customer satisfaction variable. Based on the partial test or t test, it shows that the reliability variable partially has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, while the values of the tangible and responsiveness variables have an influence but are not significant on customer satisfaction. We suggest to the management of the Lido Graha Lhokseumawe Hotel to pay attention to the room decoration and improve employees in providing responsive and fast service to their customers. Keywords:, Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, consumer satisfaction

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perubahan demografi terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Dalam beberapa dekade terakhir, Indonesia telah mengalami perubahan signifikan dalam struktur demografi, termasuk penurunan tingkat kelahiran, peningkatan harapan hidup, dan pergeseran komposisi usia penduduk. Perubahan ini diperkirakan memiliki implikasi penting bagi pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur untuk menganalisis pengaruh perubahan demografi terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Metode kualitatif dipilih untuk memperoleh pemahaman mendalam mengenai fenomena perubahan demografi dan implikasinya terhadap perekonomian, serta untuk mengeksplorasi pandangan para ahli dan pemangku kepentingan terkait isu ini. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan fokus pada perubahan demografi di Indonesia dan dampaknya terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Studi kasus memungkinkan peneliti untuk mengkaji secara mendalam dinamika yang kompleks dan interaksi antara variabel-variabel yang terlibat. Studi literatur dilakukan dengan mempelajari berbagai sumber tertulis seperti buku, jurnal, Analisis dokumen dan laporan resmi dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), World Bank, dan instansi terkait lainnya untuk memahami tren demografi dan ekonomi.Variabel demografi yang diteliti meliputi tingkat kelahiran, tingkat kematian, harapan hidup, dan proporsi penduduk usia produktif (15-64 tahun).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penurunan tingkat kelahiran dan peningkatan harapan hidup memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, dengan efek yang berbeda pada berbagai sektor ekonomi.Kata Kunci: Perubahan Demografi, Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Bonus Demografi, Indonesia, Kebijakan Ekonomi

Abstract

Thisstudyexaminestheobjectificationofwomenin thenovel Telembuk:Dangdut dan Kisah Cinta yang Keparat. The novel contains the issue of objectification of women, especially sexual objectification which can be studied through the Objectification Theory of Fredrickson Robert and supported by the theory of radical feminism. The main findings of this study are that the character Safitri experiences various forms of objectification, namely: (1) Observational objectification; (2) Tactile objectification; (3) Sexual harassment; (4) Sexual Violence; (5) Exploitation. As a result of the objectification that women receive, women do not have rights over their own bodies, women's bodies are subdued, controlled, and obeyed to serve as an opportunity in the economic industry. The description of theobjectification ofwomen in this novel, accompanied by thelack ofresistancebywomen, canemphasizethatpatriarchalideologyisverydominant and dominates social life, so that women have no voice and remain in a subordinate position.Keywords: Objectification, Exploitation, Women, Telembuk: Dangdut dan Kisah Cinta yang Keparat, Patriarchy.

Abstract

The objective of the research is to analyze local wisdom as the social capital of development in the study of social reality in Peukan Bada district of Aceh Besar as well as to analyse the local forms of wisdom used in the construction of Peukan bada districts in Aceh Besar. The research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observations, interviews and documentation. The investigator's informant determines purposive sampling. The results of the research show that the high level of local wisdom as the social capital of the community of Peukan Bada district of Aceh is due to the strong social base, the presence of the orientation and historical dimensions of the formation of social values and norms as well as the high degree of mutual cooperation in the life of society, thus having an impact on the implementation of development. The local wisdom that members of the community possess as capital in the construction of trusts, social networks and social norms is still strong enough to support the realization of development. Then the form of local wisdom that supports the development of agreement, cooperation, participation became a habit to produce compactness in society, and the spirit to do good in the implementation of development and the strong sense of social solidarity in society.Keywords : Social Capital, Development, Local Wisdom

Abstract

This study aims: to analyze how the level of suitability of the preparation of MSME financial statements in Tiroang District and Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small and Medium Entities (SAK EMKM). The variable of this study is the analysis of the preparation of financial statements based on Micro, Small and Medium Financial Accounting Standards in Tiroang District, Pinrang Regency. The population of this study was MSMEs in Tiroang District, Pinrang Regency registered in the Cooperative Office and MSMEs of Pinrang Regency totaling 40 MSMEs, while the sample amounted to 12 MSMEs taken using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection is carried out using documentation techniques. Data analysis was performed using a comparative descriptive analysis model. The results of this study show that the level of suitability for the preparation of MSME financial statements in Tiroang District is only 9%, with inappropriate qualifications.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of YouTube media, namely some of Omar and Hana's videos, on the speaking skills of children aged two years. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The study included three two-year-old children. This study's data was collected through observation, interviews, and table-formatted field notes. The findings revealed that Omar and Hana's film had an impact on the speaking skills of two-year-old youngsters. This is demonstrated by the subject's interest in some of Omar and Hana's films. YouTube is also rated as a language acquisition (vocabulary) learning medium for youngsters, hence it is possible to assume that YouTube media influences the speaking skills of two-year-olds.ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memeriksa pengaruh media YouTube, yaitu beberapa video Omar dan Hana, pada keterampilan berbicara anak-anak berusia dua tahun. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini melibatkan tiga anak berusia dua tahun. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui pengamatan, wawancara, dan catatan lapangan berformat tabel. Temuan ini mengungkapkan bahwa film Omar dan Hana memiliki dampak pada keterampilan berbicara anak-anak berusia dua tahun. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh minat subjek dalam beberapa film Omar dan Hana. YouTube juga dinilai sebagai media pembelajaran akupunktur bahasa (vocabulary) untuk anak-anak muda, oleh karena itu mungkin untuk mengasumsikan bahwa media YouTube mempengaruhi keterampilan berbicara anak berusia dua tahun.

Abstract

This study aims: to analyze the management of village fund in Lumu Village, Budong-Budong District, Central Mamuju Regency. The variable for this research is the management of village fund allocation which is measured using indicators contained in Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 20 of 2018 concerning Village Financial Management. The subjects of this research are all village fund management reports and documents and apparatus that support the financial management process of village funds in Lumu Village, Budon-Budong District, Central Mamuju Regency. The focus of this research is the village fund management report and supporting documents, namely 2022, which is the village fund management process and village officials related to village fund management in Lumu Village, Budong-Budong District, Central Mamuju Regency. The village officials referred to are the Village Head, Village Secretary, Village Treasurer and Chairman of the BPD. Data collection techniques were carried out using documentation and interviews. Data analysis was carried out using qualitative descriptive analysis methods. The results of this research indicate that the management of village fund allocation in Lumu Village, Budong-Budong District, Central Mamuju Regency is quite appropriate at the planning and accountability stages, and less appropriate at the implementation and administration stages, while the reporting stages are not appropriate. Overall, the stages of many implementations that are lacking or even have not implemented the minister of home affairs Regulation Number 20 of 2018 at all.
