Abstract

Perusahaan harus menyadari bahwa mempertahankan karyawan yang berkualitas, berbakat, dan terampil sangat penting dalam dunia kerja yang kompetitif dan dinamis. Menurut survei, tingkat keinginan karyawan untuk meninggalkan tempat kerja di Indonesia lebih tinggi daripada standar umumnya. Studi menunjukkan bahwa faktor utama yang menyebabkan karyawan meninggalkan perusahaan adalah kesejahteraan di tempat kerja dan kurangnya keterikatan karyawan terhadap organisasi dan pekerjaan mereka. Oleh karena itu, intensi niat berpindah pada karyawan menjadi sebuah urgensi bagi perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh antara keterikatan kerja dan kesejahteraan tempat kerja terhadap niat berpindah karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik non-probabilitas sampling. Penelitian ini melibatkan 217 karyawan dari seluruh Indonesia. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang sangat signifikan antara keterikatan kerja dan kesejahteraan ditempat kerja terhadap niat berpindah karyawan. Studi ini juga menyatakan keterikatan kerja dan kesejahteraan ditempat kerja berkontribusi terhadap niat berpindah karyawan sebesar 37,8%.

Abstract

Manajemen perencanaan strategik merupakan kegiatan  yang meliputi analisis lingkungan baik eksternal dan internal, menetapkan visi, misi dan tujuan, merumuskan strategi, mengimplementasi strategi dan yang terkahir evaluasi dan pengendalian terhadap ketercapaian. Proses manajemen strategik dilakukan berbentuk siklus yang terus berulang untuk  mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implemetasi manajemen perencanaan strategik pada Universitas Jabal Ghafur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik pengamatan dan studi dokumen Renstra pada Universitas Jabal Ghafur. Berdasarkan analisis model perencanaan strategik pada Renstra Universitas Jabal Ghafur dengan merujuk pada model perencanaan strategik yang telah diungkapkan para ahli maka menunjukkan bahwa model perencanaan strategik yang terdapat pada Renstra Univeristas Jabal Ghafur masih terdapat beberapa kekurangan diantaranya belum adanya tahadap evaluasi dan pengendalian terhadap kinerja terutama kinerja dosen dan tendik   selanjuntnya pada tahapan implementasi strategik belum ada pembahasan tentang anggaran, baik jumlah anggaran yang tersedia serta jumlah anggaran yang diperlukan, ketersediaan anggaran sangat berpengaruh terhadap pelaksaan strategi yang akan dilakukan untuk mendukung visi,misi dan tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil temuan ini menjadi masukan bagi pimipinan universitas dalam merevisi Renstra agar sesuai dengan pedoman manajemen strategik yang telah diungkapkan menurut pendapat para ahli.Kata Kunci : Manajemen, Perencanaan Strategik Pendidikan, Mutu Pendidikan

Abstract

This research aims to determine Tax Revenue from Original Regional Income at the Takalar Regency Regional Revenue Agency Office. The variable in this research is the Analysis of Tax Revenues on Original Regional Income (Case Study of the Takalar Regency Regional Revenue Agency). The population of this study is all data from reports on the realization of Regional Original Income (PAD) while the sample in this study is data on the realization of Regional Original Income (PAD). Data collection techniques are interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are contribution analysis and effectiveness analysis. The results of this research show an analysis of the contribution of tax revenue to local original income in 2020 of 27.54% in the medium category, in 2021 it was 20.30% in the medium category and in 2022 it was 20.24 in the medium category. From the results of the effectiveness and contribution analysis, it can be seen that the average effectiveness is not effective and the average contribution analysis is moderate. Meanwhile, the results of research analyzing the effectiveness of regional taxes for the period 2020 to 2022, in 2020 the effectiveness level was 96.14% in the effective category, while in 2021 it was 50.70% in the ineffective category and in 2022 the effectiveness level was 46. 61 in the ineffective category.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of training and experience on employee work creativity at the PLN UP3 Banda Aceh Office. The sample size for this research was 54 employees. The results of the partial test research showed that the training variable had an influence on employee work creativity at the PLN UP3 Banda Aceh Office. The work experience variable influences employee work creativity at the PLN UP3 Banda Aceh Office. Then the Simultaneous Test between training and work experience variables influences employee work creativity at the PLN UP3 Banda Aceh Office. Partially, training has an effect on employee work creativity at the PLN UP3 Banda Aceh Office with a value of tcount (6,554) which is greater than ttable (1,645). Partially, work experience has an influence on employee work creativity at the PLN UP3 Banda Aceh Office with a value of tcount (2,324) which is greater than ttable (1,645). Simultaneously, training and work experience influence employee work creativity at the PLN UP3 Banda Aceh Office with a value of Fcount (41,805) greater than Ftable (3,00).Keywords: Training, Work Experience, Employee Work Creativity

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors that influence the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (Empirical Study of Manufacturing Companies Listed on the IDX). The variables in this research consist of the independent variable (X), namely leverage, liquidity and company size and the dependent variable (Y), namely CSR disclosure. The population in this research is manufacturing companies in the cement subsector and paper sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample in this study used a purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using documentation techniques. This research uses descriptive analysis data, multiple linear regression and classical assumption tests. The results of this research show that the leverage and liquidity variables are not significant for CSR disclosure (Y), which means that H1 and H2 are rejected. Meanwhile, the company size variable (X) has a significant effect on CSR disclosure (Y), which means that H3 is accepted.

Abstract

Siswi masih belum peka dalam merawat payudaranya sendiri, sehingga perlu adanya pemberian edukasi tentang pemeriksaan payudara sendiri yang efektif sehingga mudah untuk dipahami dan meningkatkan kesadaran dalam melakukan SADARI. Tujuan studi adalah untuk memahami dampak dari edukasi audiovisual pada pengetahuan siswi tentang melakukan pemeriksaan payudara sendiri. Studi ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode quasi eksperimen pada 363 siswi di SMA Negeri 1 Bandar Baru, di mana sebanyak 78 siswi dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Mayoritas siswi memiliki pengetahuan cukup sebelum penyuluhan kesehatan, namun setelah menggunakan media video pengetahuan mereka menjadi baik. Penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dari edukasi audiovisual terhadap pengetahuan siswi dalam pemeriksaan payudara sendiri dengan nilai P-value 0,000. Kesimpulannya adalah bahwa pendidikan melalui media audiovisual memiliki dampak positif pada peningkatan pengetahuan perempuan dalam melakukan pemeriksaan payudara sendiri.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the break event point analysis in the striped buffalo farming business in Toraja. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis, namely by analyzing facts found in the field, then connecting them with the theories obtained by the author in analyzing break event points. Based on the results of research on break event point analysis in striped buffalo farming businesses in Toraja, the researchers concluded that the break event point analysis in striped buffalo farming businesses cannot be calculated based on the BEP formula. Cost analysis shows that the costs incurred in the buffalo farming business include: Initial capital, feed costs, maintenance costs, operational costs, vitamin and worming costs. Analysis of selling prices shows that the price of striped buffalo is influenced by general factors, but what will determine is the type of buffalo and an assessment of the meaning of social symbols inherent in Toraja society. The striped buffalo farming business has very worthy potential to be developed because it can promise quite large income or profits.

Abstract

Pengusaha sering menggunakan pekerja outsourcing untuk menekan biaya operasional. Sistem PKWT lebih populer karena dianggap efektif dan efisien bagi pengusaha, namun regulasi yang ada tidak memadai dalam melindungi pekerja outsourcing. Perlindungan hukum yang memadai harus mencakup pembatasan penggunaan outsourcing, pengaturan upah dan manfaat minimum, serta jaminan keamanan kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif untuk menganalisis regulasi terkait dan teori keadilan dan kepastian hukum. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa peralihan hak-hak pekerja dari PKWT ke PKWTT sering kali tidak lancar, menyebabkan ketidakpastian status kerja bagi pekerja outsourcing. Perlindungan hukum harus mencakup aturan yang jelas mengenai status kerja, prosedur peralihan status kerja, dan hak-hak pekerja. Negara harus memastikan bahwa pekerja outsourcing memiliki akses yang sama terhadap hak-hak dasar pekerja dan tidak mengalami diskriminasi atau eksploitasi oleh pengusaha.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of third party funds and non-performing financing on the profit sharing received by Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia. This research uses a quantitative approach with non-probability sampling techniques. The type of data used in this research is panel data. The data source used is secondary data in the form of financial reports obtained from Sharia Commercial Banks, namely in the form of financial reports of Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia from 2019-2023. The results of this research show that partially there is no significant influence of third party funds on the profit sharing of sharia commercial banks. Meanwhile, non-performing financing has a significant influence on the profit sharing of Islamic commercial banks. However, simultaneously third party funds and problematic financing have a significant influence on the profit sharing of Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia.Keywords: third party funds, non-performing financing, profit sharing, sharia commercial banks

Abstract

This research aims to identify strategies for preserving Acehnese culture in the Banda Aceh City community which is the work area of the Banda Aceh City Education and Culture Office and describe the efforts made to develop cultural preservation strategies in the Banda Aceh City community so that they are in accordance with valid and accurate cultural data. The method used is descriptive qualitative by relatively trying to maintain the integrity of the object under study. The conclusion of this research is that the cultural strategy did not work well because the implementation time was delayed due to COVID-19. Nearly all 2020–2022 programs and budgets were changed to address COVID-19. and using cultural strategies to create cultural potential maps and provide cultural facilities and infrastructure. In Banda Aceh City, the cultural potential map includes cultural heritage sites, historical moments, museums, and several graves of Acehnese heroes and high-ranking officials. However, the lack of facilities and infrastructure is still a problem in the cultural preservation process. The work program of the Banda Aceh City Education and Culture Office meets the standards of Indonesian cultural progress. However, there are still many problems faced in implementation, such as a lack of budget, facilities, and suggestions. To adjust to the available budget after the COVID-19 pandemic, the Banda Aceh City Education and Culture Office must restructure the work program according to the available budget in the long term. short (5 years). Apart from that, it is necessary to update the regional potential map so that there will be more culture in Aceh. This will increase the opinion of the local community about the cultural potential of the region.
