Abstract

The research was conducted in Palembang at PT. Bukit Prima Bahari, Palembang Branch Office located at Jalan Stasiun Kertapati, Palembang City. PT. Bukit Prima Bahari is engaged in maritime transportation services and ship agency. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of service speed and service reliability, mediated by employee performance, on customer satisfaction. The respondents selected for this study were 126 individuals from 14 companies. The types of data used were primary and secondary data. The primary data for the research were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents, aiming to gather information about services based on aspects of speed, reliability, and employee performance. The research results indicate that service speed and service reliability have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. Additionally, the research found that employee performance, as a mediating variable, has a significant influence. In this study, it was revealed that without the support of skilled employees, they cannot work quickly and reliably, thereby failing to provide satisfaction to customers. Based on these research findings, it is implied that there will be implications for the company's operations to enhance their services to customers, thus having a positive long-term impact on PT. Bukit Prima Bahari.

Abstract

At this time, apart from aviation safety being the main priority, the world of aviation is required to be safer, more efficient, more cost-effective, and able to increase economic growth and reduce environmental impacts. AirNav Indonesia as the only provider of aviation navigation services in Indonesia must be able to adapt to changes supported by human resource capabilities. Therefore, the role of education and training, career development, and agility can encourage the emergence of employee adaptability. This research took a sample of 125 employees at the AirNav Indonesia company, Palembang Branch Office. The collection was carried out using a non-probability sampling method. Variable measurement was carried out using a Likert scale. Data analysis shows that the education and training and agility variables have a positive and significant effect on adaptability, while the career development variable is not proven to have an effect on adaptability.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, brand equity, consumer perceptions, store atmosphere and service quality on purchasing decisions at Café Pondok Cendana Rantauprapat. This type of research is quantitative, the place of this research is Café Pondok Cendana Rantauprapat. The data collection techniques used in the study were observation, documentation and questionnaires using a Likert scale. The population in this study were consumers of Café Pondok Cendana Rantauprapat. To simplify the sample size, researchers used the formula submitted by Ferdinand (2014). Thus, the number of samples in this study were 125 respondents. The data collection techniques used in the study were observation, documentation and questionnaires using a Likert scale. In this study using multiple linear regression analysis tested with partial (t), simultaneous (F) and coefficient of determination tests. The results showed that product quality, brand equity, consumer perceptions, store atmosphere and service quality simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Café Pondok Cendana Rantauprapat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berujuan untuk menganalisis analisis pengaruh desain, harga, kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian kendaraan motor honda jenis Vario Di Rantauprapat. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif, yang menjadi tempat penelitian ini adalah Pembeli Kendaraan Motor Honda Jenis Vario Di Rantauprapat. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah observasi, dokumentasi dan kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert. Yang diambil menjadi populasi pada bulan Januari 2024 yaitu Pembeli Kendaraan Motor Honda Jenis Vario Di Rantauprapat. Dalam penelitian ini, Karena populasi dalam penelitian ini tidak diketahui jumlahnya, maka digunakan rumus Lemeshow untuk mengetahui jumlah sampel. Jadi, jumlah keseluruhan responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 96 konsumen. Analisis regresi linier berganda diuji dengan menggunakanuji parsial (t), simultan (F) dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menyatakan bahwa desain berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh reputasi underwriter, ukuran perusahaan, dan nilai perusahaan terhadap initial return 1 hari. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 114 data sampel. Metode analisis Penelitian ini menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan reputasi underwriter tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap initial return, Ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhdap initial return, dan nilai perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap initial return.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki pengaruh Good Corporate Governance, Pertumbuhan Penjualan dan Intensitas Modal Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dengan Konservatisme Akuntansi Sebagai Variabel Intervening. Strategi purposive sampling digunakan untuk memilih sampel dari perusahaan manufaktur pada sektor industi makanan dan minuman. Sebanyak 21 sample di kumpulkan dengan rentang tahun periode penelitian 2017-2019, total data 63 diperoleh, data outlier menyisakan 55 data sampel. Data penelitian berasal dari laporan keuangan pada Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data path analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, Good corporate governance tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, pertumbuhan penjualan tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, tetapi intensitas modal memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Good corporate governance tidak berpengaruh terhadap konservatisme akuntansi, namun pertumbuhan penjualan berpegaruh negative signifikan terhadap konservatisme akuntansi dan intensitas modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap konservatisme akuntansi. Dalam mediasi konservatisme akuntansi tidak memberikan efek mediasi terhadap Good corporate governance, pertumbuhan penjualan dan intensitas modal terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

Penelitian Ini Bertujuan Untuk Menganalisis Pengaruh Produk, Brand Image, Word Of Mouth Dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Pada Cafe Massa Kok Tong Rantauprapat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah konsumen Cafe Massa Kok Tong Rantauprapat sebanyak tidak diketahui. Sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik sampling insitendal adalah teknik penentuan sampel berdasarkan kebetulan, yaitu siapa saja yang secara kebetulan bertemu dengan peneliti dapat digunakan sebagai sampel, bila dipandang orang yang kebetulan ditemui itu cocok sebagai sumber data. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling karena populasi tidak diketahui jumlah anggotanya, dan dengan purposive sampling sebagai teknik penentuan sampelnya. Karena populasi anggota tidak diketahui secara pasti jumlahnya, ukuran sampel diperhitungkan dengan rumus Cochran dengan sampel penelitian dengan jumlah sebanyak 96 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, studi dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Metode analisis penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda dengan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa Produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Pada Cafe Massa Kok Tong Rantauprapat. Brand Image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Pada Cafe Massa Kok Tong Rantauprapat. Word Of Mouth Berpengaruh Positif Dan Signifikan Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Pada Cafe Massa Kok Tong Rantauprapat. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh insentif dan pengembangan karir terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. PLN (Persero) UPDK Pekanbaru. Variabel independen atau variabel bebas pada penelitian ini yaitu insentif (X1) dan pengembangan karir (X2), sedangkan variabel dependen atau variabel terikat pada penelitian ini yaitu kepuasan kerja karyawan (Y). Terdapat permasalahan pada penelitian ini, dimana karyawan yang masuk kerja tidak sesuai dengan aturan jam kerja perusahaan, karyawan meninggalkan pekerjaan pada saat jam kerja, ketidakfokusan karyawan dalam bekerja, dan karyawan yang menghadapi kendala dalam menyelesaikan tugas sesuai tenggat waktu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 63 orang yang merupakan seluruh karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) UPDK Pekanbaru. Sumber data pada penelitian ini yaitu data primer yang peneliti dapat dari hasil penyebaran kuisioner kepada 63 orang karyawan, yang selanjutnya diolah menggunakan program SPSS 27. Hasil yang didapatkan pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial insentif memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, dimana thitung = 6.867 > ttabel = 2000 serta nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05. Selanjutnya, secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karir memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, dimana thitung = 7,426 > ttabel = 2000, serta nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05. Sedangkan, secara simultan insentif dan pengembangan karir memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, dimana nilai Fhitung = 34.737 > Ftabel = 3.15 dan nilai sig 0,000 < 0,5.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to analyze the relationship between Return On Equity (ROE), Return on Asset (ROA), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) with the price of shares of the consumer goods manufacturing industry listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) during the period 2017-2020. In order to determine the profitability of a company over a certain period of time, the ratio of profitability needs to be considered. The price of the stock is influenced by changes in demand and supply, which are affected by the rate of return on the company's profits. The observation population consists of 53 consumer product organizations recorded during the EIB period. A sample of 24 companies in the consumer product industry was selected using purposive sampling techniques. The research uses quantitative research strategies with data analysis involving traditional statistical methods, including normality, multicolinearity, heterocadastisity, and autocorrelation tests. The hypothesis was tested using double regression analysis. Research shows that the share price of consumer product companies in the EIB from 2017 to 2020 is partially influenced by ROE, ROA, and NPM, with each metric having a significant effect and corresponding value. The NPM is 0.673 > 0.05, the ROA is 0,000 < 0.05, and the ROE is 0.066 > 0.05. Companies in the consumer product sector listed in the EIB are significantly affected by ROE, ROA, and NPM from 2017 to 2020 (Sig. 0.000 < 0.05).

Abstract

This research delves into the critical role of leadership in stimulating employee creativity within organizations, focusing on the contrasting impacts of transactional and transformational leadership styles. Employing a quantitative approach, data was gathered through the distribution of questionnaires, with a sample size of 300 respondents. Utilizing SmartPLS for analysis, findings revealed that transactional leadership holds a stronger influence compared to transformational leadership on employee creativity. Through the validation of formulated hypotheses, it was concluded that both leadership styles significantly affect employee creativity. By combining the visionary inspiration characteristic of transformational leadership with the structured support inherent in transactional leadership, organizations can cultivate a balanced leadership ethos conducive to fostering employee creativity. Such a culture not only nurtures innovation but also enhances organizational competitiveness over the long term, positioning them for sustained growth and success in dynamic market landscapes
