Abstract

This study investigates the dynamics of sustainable marketing strategies within PT. Pioneer Wisata Nusantara, focusing on the relationships between consumer behavior, climate consciousness, environmental awareness, and marketing strategies. Utilizing quantitative research methods and structural equation modeling, data was collected from 100 customers using a random sampling technique. The results reveal significant direct and indirect effects among the variables, highlighting the crucial role of environmental awareness as a mediator in shaping consumer behavior. Specifically, climate consciousness and marketing strategies significantly influence consumer behavior, both directly and indirectly through their impact on environmental awareness. These findings underscore the importance of strategic marketing initiatives that promote environmental awareness to drive sustainable consumer behavior within the tourism industry. This research provides actionable insights for PT. Pioneer Wisata Nusantara to enhance its sustainability efforts and contribute to the advancement of sustainable tourism practices in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of brand image, e-service quality and Relationship Marketing on repurchase intentions through increasing customer trust in Sociolla's beauty e-commerce. The sampling technique for this research uses the Purposive Sampling Technique. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to Sociolla customers in the city of Samarinda who had made at least two purchase transactions on Sociolla e-commerce with a sample size of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique uses a structural equation model with the Partial Least Square (PLS) program. The findings reveal that there is a positive and significant influence between brand image, electronic service quality and relationship marketing on customer trust. And there is also a positive and significant influence between customer trust and repurchase intentions

Abstract

Pengelolaan keuangan yang buruk menjadi salah satu faktor yang terhambatnya perkembangan usaha. Karena itu, peran pengelolaan keuangan sangat penting bagi keberlangsungan suatu usaha. Kurangnya pengetahuan serta keterampilan dalam mengelola keuangan pelaku UMKM membuatnya mengabaikan aktivitas ini. Termasuk Dapoer Mom’s Arum yang mengaku masih belum melakukan pencatatan keuangan, sehingga pengelolaan keuangan usahanya belum optimal. Berbekal informasi tersebut, penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk melihat bagaimana pengelolaan keuangan yang dilakukan Dapoer Mom’s Arum serta bagaimana penerapan aplikasi SIAPIK dapat meningkatkan pengelolaan keuangan usaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan participatory action research (PAR). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data primer juga data sekunder yang diperoleh dari hasil observasi, wawancara, serta studi literatur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan jika penerapan aplikasi pencatatan keuangan digital juga pemberian pemahaman terkait pengelolaan keuangan, dapat meningkatkan penerapan pengelolaan keuangan usaha Dapoer Mom’s Arum.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri, pelatihan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian dekkriptif dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknin Non Probality Sampling dengan metode purposive random sampling serta jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 110 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan alat statistik SPSS versi 24. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Cipta Perkasa Oleindo, pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Cipta Perkasa Oleindo dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Cipta Perkasa Oleindo.

Abstract

Salah satu industri yang menjadi fokus banyak negara adalah pariwisata, khususnya Indonesia. Mengingat luasnya negara kepulauan, Indonesia menawarkan potensi wisata yang sangat besar. Karena pariwisata merupakan fenomena sosial, ekonomi, politik, budaya, dan teknis, perencanaan pembangunan akan sangat terpengaruh oleh keadaan ini. Penelitian ini akan mendeskripsikan elemen-elemen yang mempengaruhi proses evaluasi place branding di Pantai Sedari serta penilaian pengelolaan pariwisata pada destinasi wisata populer di Kabupaten Karawang dengan menggunakan model Reinesto. Pengkajian pengelolaan pariwisata di destinasi wisata Pantai Sedari Kabupaten Karawang menjadi tujuan utama pendekatan studi deskriptif kualitatif ini. Pengelola Pantai Sedari, petugas loket tiket, agen perjalanan, pengunjung, dan masyarakat Desa Sedari menjadi informan. Data primer dan sekunder dikumpulkan antara lain dengan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, tinjauan literatur. Tiga metode utama analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, pengujian data, dan penyusunan kesimpulan untuk verifikasi. Secara keseluruhan, objek wisata Pantai Sedari sudah melakukan place branding dengan sangat baik.

Abstract

Dalam sebuah perusahaan mempunyai kinerja yang bagus dari karyawan merupakan salah satu aspek yang sangat penting, jika kinerja karyawan tidak memadai, perusahaan akan kesulitan bersaing dengan pesaingnya.maupun fasilitas kesehatan yang ada disekitar. Maka dari itu sumber daya manusia disini adalah elemen penting yang dapat menjadi kunci bagi kemajuan sebuah organisasi atau perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi atau perusahaan baik itu pada perusahaan kecil maupun besar karena apabila tidak ada manusia maka perusahaan tersebut tidak akan berjalan maupun berfungsi. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Analisis Motivasi Konsumen Dan Impulsive Buying Dalam Berbelanja Online E-commerce Indonesia. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 150 responden yaitu masyarakat Kecamatan Kampung rakyat yang berbelanja dengan menggunakan aplikasi shopee. Penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan olah data yaitu smart pls versi 4.0 dengan melakukan pengujian outer model, test inner modal dan bootstrapping (Uji hipotesis). Pada pengujian outer model pengujian dilakukan dengan melihat bagaimana outer loading, average variance extracted (AVE), cross loading nilai reliability dan cronbach alpha yang seluruh hasil penelitian dikatakan baik, pada test inner model terdapat 2 persamaan yang dihasilkan oleh r square dengan nilai r square tertinggi terdapat pada persamaan kedua yaitu impulsive buying, Pada pengujian hipotesis diketahui bahwa hasil penelitian seluruh hipotesis penelitian diterima dengan hasil variabel kualitas website berpengaruh terhadap motivasi konsumen (2,723>1,96), kebijakan periklanan berpengaruh terhadap motivasi konsumen (2,723>1,96), motivasi konsumen berpengaruh terhadap impulsive buying (2,723>1,96), dan penetrasi smartphone berpengaruh terhadap motivasi konsumen (2,723>1,96).

Abstract

This study is to determine how the influence of charismatic leadership on employee performance, organizational commitment to employee performance, and together charismatic leadership and organizational commitment to employee performance in Medan City Government. The research method was conducted using quantitative analysis using a sample of 80 Medan City Government employees. The results of the study are: Charismatic leadership does not have a significant effect on employee performance in Medan City Government. It demonstrates charismatic leadership through dimensions: vision and articulation, personal risk, sensitivity to the environment, sensitivity to members, behavior outside the rules, and capacity to be unable to respond. Organizational commitment has a significant effect on the performance of employees in the Medan City Government. The magnitude of the influence of organizational commitment on employee performance is 68.8%. This shows that organizational commitment with the dimensions of Affective Commitment, Sustainability Commitment, and Normative Commitment is able to reflect organizational commitment in influencing employee performance. Charismatic leadership and organizational commitment together have a significant effect on employee performance in Medan City Government by 63.8%. While the remaining 36.2% was influenced by other variables that were not included in the research model. It can be explained that charismatic leadership and organizational commitment together can significantly improve employee performance. This means that employees in the Medan City Government in improving performance can make joint efforts with leaders and subordinates to improve charismatic leadership and organizational commitment.

Abstract

This research examines the relationship between Voice Search SEO optimization, Consumer Behavior Change, Natural Language Processing Technology, and Marketing Strategy Success in the context of PT. Yakult Indonesia Persada - Bandung 3. Using a quantitative research design with random sampling, the study collects data from 100 consumers to explore both direct and indirect effects among these variables. The analysis, conducted with SmartPLS, reveals significant direct effects from Voice Search SEO optimization to Marketing Strategy Success and Consumer Behavior Change to Marketing Strategy Success, indicating that voice search optimization and shifts in consumer behavior play crucial roles in marketing strategy success. Additionally, the results show that Natural Language Processing Technology mediates the relationships between Voice Search SEO optimization and Marketing Strategy Success, and Consumer Behavior Change and Marketing Strategy Success, suggesting that advanced Natural Language Processing Technology is instrumental in translating voice-based optimization and evolving consumer behaviors into successful marketing outcomes. The findings highlight the importance of adapting marketing strategies to align with voice search trends and evolving consumer preferences. Companies that invest in voice search SEO and Natural Language Processing Technology are better positioned to enhance customer experiences and achieve marketing success in a rapidly changing digital landscape. This research provides valuable insights for businesses seeking to remain competitive and meet the demands of a voice-driven consumer market.

Abstract

Jaya Alumindo Perkasa is a company that operates in the contracting sector and is located in Medan, where currently the company is experiencing problems with consumer purchases where every year, the number of consumers who make purchases continues to decline, so this impacts the company's growth and development. Researchers took the population in this study as 187 customers who made purchases from the company. The sample determination technique that will be used is to use the Slovin formula with a tolerance level of 5% where with the calculations carried out, 127 samples were obtained. The research results show that partially or simultaneously Trust, Pricing and Service have a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions at PT. Jaya Alumindo Perkasa Medan. The ability of the Trust (X1), Pricing (X2), and Service (X3) variables to explain their influence on Purchasing Decisions (Y) is 62.2%. Meanwhile, the remaining 37.8% is the influence of other independent variables not examined in this research.
