Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kontribusi investasi hijau terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi syariah global, dengan fokus pada industri halal. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada kebutuhan mendesak untuk mengintegrasikan prinsip keuangan berkelanjutan dalam praktik ekonomi syariah, sejalan dengan tuntutan global terhadap pembangunan berkelanjutan dan pengurangan dampak lingkungan. Judul ini dipilih karena relevansinya dalam menjawab tantangan globalisasi serta peluang untuk memperkuat posisi industri halal di pasar internasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan campuran, yaitu metode kualitatif untuk memahami konsep teoretis investasi hijau berbasis syariah dan metode kuantitatif untuk menganalisis data empiris dari implementasi green sukuk dan green waqf di berbagai negara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa negara-negara seperti Malaysia, Indonesia, dan Uni Emirat Arab telah berhasil mengintegrasikan prinsip Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) dalam pengembangan industri halal mereka. Temuan ini mengungkapkan bahwa investasi hijau berbasis syariah dapat meningkatkan efisiensi energi, mengurangi emisi karbon, dan memperkuat keberlanjutan rantai pasok industri halal. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi gap regulasi dan kurangnya pemahaman praktisi sebagai hambatan utama, namun kolaborasi antara pemerintah, sektor swasta, dan lembaga keuangan syariah dapat menjadi solusi strategis. Novelti dari penelitian ini terletak pada pendekatan integratif antara prinsip syariah dan ESG, menciptakan model investasi hijau yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam sekaligus memenuhi standar global. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi pembuat kebijakan, pelaku industri halal, dan akademisi dalam memperkuat peran ekonomi syariah dalam menciptakan masa depan yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to support policymakers in recognizing the elements that influence the performance of state civil servants and evaluating their job satisfaction levels. By shedding light on aspects that impact their morale and productivity, it seeks to pinpoint areas for improvement, including emotional intelligence and workplace conditions or management strategies. The purpose of this research is to investigate how job satisfaction mediates the impact of emotional intelligence and the work environment on employee performance at the Regional Development Planning Agency of Pegunungan Bintang Regency in Papua Pegunungan Province. Out of 35 employees, one did not finish the questionnaire, resulting in 34 data points that were analyzed using variance-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through Partial Least Squares (PLS). This study's findings demonstrate that while emotional intelligence and the work environment significantly enhance employee satisfaction, they do not contribute to improved employee performance. In contrast, perceived job satisfaction has been shown to positively influence employee performance. The role of job satisfaction as a mediator is confirmed to lead to higher levels of employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of minimum capital, investment motivation and investment knowledge on customers' interest in investing at Bank BPR Buduran. Quantitative research is included in this type of research. This research uses primary data sources obtained directly from the results of distributing questionnaires via Google Form. The sampling method used was purposive sampling, with the criteria for respondents in this research being customers at BPR banks who were still active members. The number of samples in this research was 84 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Data were analyzed using the SPSS version 29 for Windows program. The research results show that: The impact of investment motivation, investment knowledge and minimum investment capital has a positive effect and significantly influences investment interest.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk punishment, motivasi ekstrinsik dan work life balance terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel berjumlah 34 karyawan dan teknik pengambilan sampel sensus.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara parsial punishment terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi ekstrinsik terhadap kinerja karyawan, work life balance terhadap kinerja karyawan dan secara simultan punishment, motivasi ekstrinsik dan work life balance terhadap kinerja karyawan. Untuk work engagement tidak dapat mediasi pengaruh Punishment, motivasi ekstrinsik dan work life balance berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Determinasi sebesar 0.387 berarti punishment, motivasi ekstrinsik dan work life balance dapat menjelaskan kienrja karyawan sebesar 38.7% dan sisanya 61.3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar dari penelitian ini

Abstract

Economic growth is influenced by several factors, including government spending. The size of government spending is highly dependent on revenue by the government itself (a certain time). One of the factors that influence economic growth in a government is Regional Original Revenue (PAD), Revenue Sharing Fund (DBH), General Allocation Fund (DAU) and Special Allocation Fund (DAK). Regional Economic Growth is often hampered due to low Regional Original Revenue which is unable to meet the needs of independent development. In addition, dependence on Revenue Sharing Funds, General Allocation Funds, Special Allocation Funds often leads to budget inefficiencies, especially if allocations are uneven or late. This study aims to analyze the effect of PAD, DBH, DAU, and DAK on economic growth in North Sumatra Province using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that individually PAD and DAU had a positive and significant influence on economic growth. On the other hand, DBH and DAK have a negative or insignificant effect on economic growth. This study concludes that PAD and DAU have a positive and significant effect on economic growth in North Sumatra Province, while DBH and DAK have no significant effect. Therefore, optimizing PAD and managing DAU more effectively need to be a priority to encourage economic growth. The greater the revenue received by the local government, the better because it positively affects economic development in the region.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan kinerja keuangan perusahaan sebelum dan sesudah merger dan akuisisi pada sektor energi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2017-2023. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis deskriptif komparatif. Variabel yang dianalisis meliputi Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan signifikan pada NPM, ROA, DAR, dan DER sebelum dan sesudah merger dan akuisisi, sementara ROE tidak mengalami perubahan signifikan. Peningkatan NPM dan ROA mencerminkan efisiensi operasional yang lebih baik, sedangkan kenaikan DAR dan DER menunjukkan perubahan dalam struktur pendanaan perusahaan. Implikasi penelitian ini dapat menjadi pertimbangan bagi perusahaan, investor, dan regulator dalam mengevaluasi dampak merger dan akuisisi terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan.

Abstract

Kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi telah menciptakan peluang besar untuk proses belajar-mengajar tanpa batasan geografis maupun waktu. Peserta didik kini dapat mengakses materi pelajaran dengan mudah dari berbagai lokasi, termasuk di wilayah terpencil. Kondisi ini menuntut para dosen untuk beradaptasi dengan strategi pengajaran yang inovatif serta meningkatkan profesionalisme mereka, tidak hanya dalam aspek penguasaan teknologi, tetapi juga pemahaman menyeluruh tentang dinamika pendidikan jarak jauh. Peran teknologi pendidikan menjadi sangat krusial dalam mendorong transformasi dan peningkatan kualitas pendidikan di era digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi strategi pengembangan profesionalisme dosen dalam melawan tantangan pendidikan jarak jauh di era digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan observasi terhadap dosen serta mahasiswa di Universitas Muhammadiyah Riau. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan profesionalisme dosen dapat dilakukan melalui beberapa pendekatan, seperti penguasaan teknologi serta platform digital, penyusunan materi pembelajaran yang relevan dan interaktif, peningkatan keterampilan komunikasi berani, serta pengelolaan waktu secara efektif. Dengan menerapkan strategi-strategi tersebut, dosen dapat meningkatkan profesionalisme mereka dalam menghadapi tantangan pendidikan jarak jauh dan memberikan pengalaman belajar yang optimal bagi siswa.

Abstract

Manajemen berbasis data dengan dukungan AI memberikan peluang besar bagi organisasi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, mengidentifikasi peluang pasar baru, serta merespons perubahan lingkungan bisnis secara lebih adaptif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengambilan keputusan strategi di era AI. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literature review dengan pendekatan sistematis untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis berbagai sumber akademik terkait manajemen berbasis data dan peran AI dalam pengambilan keputusan strategis. Manajemen berbasis data yang didukung oleh kecerdasan buatan telah membawa perubahan mendasar dalam cara organisasi mengambil keputusan strategis. AI memungkinkan analisis data dalam skala besar dengan akurasi dan kecepatan tinggi, yang berdampak pada peningkatan efisiensi operasional dan efektivitas bisnis.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the influence of participative leadership and employee engagement on esprit de corps and analyze the influence of participative leadership and employee engagement on employee performance through esprit de corps. the population in this study amounted to 358 respondents. the research sample used the slovin formula with random sampling technique so that a sample of 189 nurses was obtained at rsud dr. r. soedjati soemoediardjo purwodadi grobogan. analysis techniques using structural equation modeling (sem) amos 22. the results showed that participative leadership and employee engagement had a significant positive effect on esprit de corps, participative leadership had a significant positive effect on employee erformance and esprit de corps mediated participative leadership on employee performance and employee engagement on employee performance. further research can add research variables to better understand the factors that improve nurse performance in hospitals.

Abstract

In the face of intensifying corporate competition, organizations must prioritize both profitability and environmental sustainability. The Triple Bottom Line theory is used in this study to emphasize the importance of corporate responsibility in relation to economic, social, and environmental aspects. From 2021–2023, this research looks at the infrastructure businesses listed on the BEI that are part of the infrastructure sector. It looks at how green innovation and tax planning affected their worth. The Price Book Value (PBV) ratio is used in this study to calculate the value of a company using quantitative data analysis. Green innovation and tax planning have a significant effect on company value, according to the report. Green innovation enhances investor confidence through sustainable practices, while strategic tax planning optimizes net earnings and elevates share value. These findings offer critical insights for corporate management in developing sustainable and effective ways to enhance market value.
