Abstract

Gaya kepemimpinan merujuk pada cara seorang pemimpin mengarahkan, memotivasi, dan memanajemen orang-orang di bawah tanggung jawabnya. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang diterapkan di UPTD SD Negeri 1 Paduppa dan bagaimana implikasi dari gaya kepemimpinan tersebut.  Penelitian ini merupakan tipe penelitian lapangan (field research) yang menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Metode ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan aspek-aspek yang menjadi fokus dalam penelitian ini. Pencatatan sumber utama dalam penelitian ini melibatkan teknik wawancara atau pengamatan, dan merupakan hasil usaha gabungan dari kegiatan melihat, mendengar, dan bertanya dan digunakan beberapa teknik analisis data, termasuk reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa Gaya kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah UPTD SD Negeri 1 Paduppa melibatkan kombinasi tiga pendekatan utama: visioner, demokratis, dan edukatif. Hasil wawancara menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi gaya kepemimpinan ini menciptakan lingkungan kerja inklusif, dinamis, dan mendukung pertumbuhan kolektif, dengan fokus pada pencapaian visi dan peningkatan kualitas pendidikan.

Abstract

This study produced a psychodrama training guidebook through group guidance to overcome interpersonal communication anxiety in students of SMAN Kota Malang. The method used in the study is development which has ten stages that have been modified into seven stages, including information gathering, planning, initial product development, initial product trials, product revision, main field trials, and main product revisions based on the assessment of six experts (stage 4), including material assessment, obtained an average score of 3.6. Media assessment obtained an average score of 3.6, it can be concluded that this guidebook is appropriate for use. Language assessment obtained an average score of 3.9, it can be concluded that in terms of language use, this guidebook is quite appropriate for use. While the assessment of product user tests (stage 6) by five Counselors at five different schools, obtained an average score of 3.7, it can be concluded that this guidebook has been tested directly by Counselor teachers at school so this guidebook is quite appropriate for use by counselors as a guideline in overcoming interpersonal communication anxiety in high school students. This guide has been revised according to the advice given by the expert so that the psychodrama training guide through group guidance to overcome interpersonal communication anxiety in students is categorized as very useful, very appropriate, very easy, very interesting, and very feasible to use. Suggestions for further researchers are expected to be able to develop the resulting development media by using trials on students to determine the level of effectiveness.

Abstract

Good student social interactions will create harmonious relationships. Form of social interaction that can be seen with cooperation, mutual respect and mutual support. Collaboration is increasingly created when a difficulty is found in the learning process at shool. Students will help each other discuss and help each other. Good social conversation between students can also create muntul support and create comfort related to learning and will encourage students to excel in the school environment. Ideally, students can interact the learning process (both iin the classroom and ounside the classroom) with a sense of joy, and enjoy all academic activities that they live. That way, all the energy they can get involved in the learning process that they follow, so the learning outcomes they get are satisfactory results. This study aims to improve the social abilities of students of SMA N 07 Bengkulu city.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the influence of emotional intelligence and learning motivation on student learning outcomes in social studies. The research method used is quantitative research. The design in this study is correlation research, by looking at the existing variables, namely the correlation of two independent variables, namely emotional intelligence and student learning motivation and one dependent variable, namely student learning outcomes. Furthermore, the description as an illustration of the research design is to find out the perspective or a frame of reference and view a theory proposed in the research of hypothesis testing and to find out whether or not there is an influence between variables. The data collection technique used in this study was a planned interview with student respondents in the research area. While data that cannot be collected by interview, this study also uses observation techniques. The results of the study showed that the magnitude of the influence of emotional intelligence and learning motivation simultaneously (at the same time) on social studies learning outcomes can be seen from the results of the determination coefficient, which is 0.726. Thus, the magnitude of emotional intelligence and learning motivation simultaneously on social studies learning outcomes in elementary schools in Cluster 2, Pegasing District is 72.6%. However, for further research, it is recommended to expand the research object.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe (1) the implementation of the school literacy movement program at the Kute Panang District Elementary School, and (2) the obstacles faced by the school in implementing the school literacy movement. The research method used in this study is qualitative research. Qualitative research in this case aims to understand social phenomena (students, teachers, principals, committees, and those involved in this study) or human behavior through in-depth interpretation and analysis of non-numerical data. Data collection was obtained from valid and accountable informants, the success of the study depends on the data collection technique itself. So the techniques that will be used in this study are 3 techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings of this study indicate that the components in the implementation of the school literacy movement, namely planning and implementation. This study has the addition of two components in the implementation of the school literacy movement. The addition is in the form of organizing and controlling components. Then, the obstacles faced in the implementation of the school literacy movement can be overcome with comprehensive and sustainable efforts from all related parties. By overcoming these obstacles, it is hoped that the school literacy movement can run effectively and achieve its goals of increasing reading interest and literacy culture in schools.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi persepsi siswa SMP terhadap penggunaan kata maaf, tolong, dan terima kasih dalam komunikasi sehari-hari. Penggunaan kata-kata sopan ini memiliki peran penting dalam memperkuat hubungan sosial dan mempromosikan budaya komunikasi yang inklusif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei menggunakan angket sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. Subjek penelitian menggunakan sampel acak berjumlah 84 dari 270 siswa kelas VIII SMP 02 Semarang. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan metode statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi siswa SMP terhadap penggunaan kata maaf, tolong, dan terima kasih tergolong sangat baik yang ditunjukkan dengan persentase 91,4% sangat memahami penggunaan kata "maaf" setelah melakukan kesalahan, 97% selalu mengucapkan "tolong" saat meminta bantuan, dan 97,2% mengungkapkan bahwa mereka secara konsisten mengucapkan "terima kasih" sebagai ungkapan rasa terima kasih.

Abstract

A This research aims to describe (1) the application of the Cooperative Script learning model assisted by tarbol media in increasing the learning activity of class V students in science and soscial subjects at SD 1 Jati Wetan Kudus (2) the application of the Cooperative Script learning model assisted by tarbol media in improving teacher skills in science and soscial subjects for class V at SD 1 Jati Wetan Kudus, (3) the effect of implementing the Cooperative Script learning model assisted by tarbol media on increasing the classical learning completeness of class V students in science  and soscial subjects at SD 1 Jati Wetan Kudus. The conclusion of this research is that the application of the Cooperative Script model assisted by Tarbol media can increase the learning activity of class V students in science and soscial subjects at SD 1 Jati Wetan.

Abstract

The Merdeka Curriculum is a curriculum with a variety of intracurricular learning models where the content will be more optimal so that students have enough time to explore concepts and strengthen competencies. Teachers have the freedom to choose various teaching tools so that learning can be tailored to the learning needs and interests of students. The problems faced by teachers related to the implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum are that there are many components that require readiness for teachers to apply the independent curriculum, including lack of experience with independent learning, lack of references, uneven access to learning and time management. . The aim of this research is to qualitatively analyze teacher readiness in implementing the Independent Learning Curriculum. The method used in writing this article uses a descriptive-qualitative method. In this research, the author focuses on problems based on facts which are carried out by observation, interviews, and studying available documents with the assistance of the Class Teacher. The results of the research show that in terms of teacher administration, the implementation of the independent learning curriculum is based on the availability of documents which include books, teaching modules, step learning objectives, annual programs, semester programs, educational calendars and details of effective weeks at SDN 02 Kuwaron Gubug Grobogan, which are already available. Completely so that in general they are ready to apply the Independent Learning Curriculum.

Abstract

Many high school students still struggle with speaking, especially pronunciation and word choice that reflects their intended meaning. The study aims to know the effectiveness of using the Cake application to teach speaking skills. This research used a quantitative method and used a pre-experimental design. The sample consists of 35 students from XI F 6 of SMA 2 Bae Kudus. The research used a speaking test as the research data. The result of this study revealed the average value of the pre-test was 34.6, while the average value of the post-test was 49.5. The result of the analysis from SPSS revealed the value of Sig. (2-tailed) 0.00 < 0.05. If the value has a significance value (p-value) of 0.00, which is smaller than 0.05, then this indicates that the difference between the pre-test and post-test is highly significant. Therefore, the Cake application is effective in teaching speaking skills. Future research might consider the length of the research treatment and according to the material of the subject year.

Abstract

The lack of students' ability to manage their study time results in low learning discipline. Self-management is part of behavioral techniques to change the behavior of counselees through an approach that helps in managing time effectively. Therefore, the researcher chose this technique for a study aimed at transforming students' behavior from having poor time management to good time management. Based on the research conducted in grade X, it was found that the use of group guidance with a self-management approach was effective in helping students improve their learning discipline. By providing group guidance services, several causes of students' low learning discipline, such as being late to class, reluctance to take notes, not paying attention to the teacher's explanation, causing disturbances in class, and wasting available study time, could be minimized..
