Abstract

This study aims to explore product innovation in MSMEs and the role of human resource management (HRM) in enhancing customer satisfaction. Using a literature review approach, this research collects and analyzes various relevant sources on product development and HRM in the context of MSMEs. Product innovation in MSMEs is considered a key factor in gaining a competitive edge in the market, involving market research, the application of modern technology, and sustainable product improvements. Additionally, effective HRM plays a critical role in enhancing employees' capabilities through competency-based training programs such as skill training, digital marketing, and inventory management. These training programs aim to improve employees' skills in facing dynamic market challenges and enhance customer service quality. The study also shows that a work culture supporting collaboration and creativity, as well as involving employees in strategic decision-making, contributes to product innovation and customer satisfaction. The results indicate that effective HRM can increase customer loyalty and competitive advantage for MSMEs, while continuous product innovation is crucial for achieving sustainable business growth

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam dunia pendidikan, termasuk dalam pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS). Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana penggunaan media digital berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran IPS di kalangan mahasiswa Pendidikan Sejarah Universitas Sriwijaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur dan survei melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas mahasiswa telah mengadopsi media digital dalam proses belajar mereka, dengan 70% responden menyatakan bahwa media digital sangat membantu pemahaman materi. Selain itu, sebanyak 75% responden melaporkan bahwa dosen mereka sering menggunakan media digital dalam mengajar. Namun, penelitian ini juga menemukan beberapa tantangan, seperti kurangnya literasi digital, kesenjangan akses terhadap teknologi, serta potensi distraksi dari platform digital. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan pendekatan blended learning yang menggabungkan metode digital dan konvensional untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran

Abstract

Opportunities to increase students' interest in entrepreneurship are still very open. Entrepreneurship training programs, inspirational seminars, and the provision of business incubator facilities at universities can help build a positive attitude towards entrepreneurship. In the Economics Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Palangka Raya University, there are courses such as Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management courses that can be a tool to foster entrepreneurial interest among students, so that through these courses, it can be a driving force for students to become entrepreneurs after completing college. Therefore, the Economics Education Study Program views entrepreneurship not only as an additional skill, but as a core competency that must be possessed by graduates. Students of the economic education study program are expected to understand the principles of economics and be able to apply them in entrepreneurial practices, so that they can become the driving force of economic development in the region and nationally

Abstract

Gang Lumumba, located in Ngagel Rejo, Surabaya, is known for its socially negative environment characterized by deviant behaviors such as alcohol abuse, gambling, and a lack of attention to children's education. The Pandawa Learning House Community, established in 2009, aims to transform these conditions by providing formal and moral education for children. This study seeks to evaluate the effectiveness of the community in mitigating social pathology. Using a qualitative approach, the methods employed include interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal positive impacts, including increased community awareness of the importance of education, behavioral changes in children, and strengthened social bonds. Although initially met with resistance, the community has gained support from local residents and collaborates with various stakeholders, such as university students and local organizations. This study aligns with Bronfenbrenner's Ecological Systems Theory, which emphasizes how individual-environment interactions influence social development. The research highlights the significance of community initiatives in driving social change within marginalized areas

Abstract

This study aims to examine: (1) the relationship between internship experience and the job readiness of Accounting Education students; (2) the relationship between students' career planning and the job readiness of Accounting Education students; (3) the relationship between internship experience and career planning with the job readiness of Accounting Education students. The population of this study consists of 143 students and sample of 105 students was selected using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. This study employs a descriptive quantitative method. Data on internship experience, career planning, and student job readiness were obtained through questionnaires. The prerequisite tests used were linearity test, normality test, and multicollinearity test. The data analysis techniques used were simple correlation, multiple correlation, and coefficient of determination. The results of the study indicate that (1) there is a relationship between internship experience and the job readiness of Accounting Education students; (2) there is a relationship between students' career planning and the job readiness of Accounting Education students; (3) there is a relationship between internship experience and career planning with the job readiness of Accounting Education students. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between internship experience and career planning with students' job readiness

Abstract

In the Calengka Elementary School environment, there is a lot of plastic waste from student snack packaging which usually ends up in the trash and is burned, causing air pollution and toxic gases that pollute the environment. Therefore, there is an ecobrick innovation which is carried out as a form of dedication for teaching campus students which is a solution for utilizing plastic waste at SDN Calengka. The aim of this research is to describe the implementation of making Ecobricks for fifth grade students at SDN Calengka, analyze the challenges faced in the making process, and assess the impact of this implementation on students. This research uses a qualitative approach with the Action Research method which is carried out in several stages, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The ecobrick program at SDN Calengka, initiated by Teaching Campus students, plays an important role in educating students about plastic waste management and providing environmentally friendly solutions. Despite challenges such as a lack of environmental understanding, material collection, and the need for technical skills, the program succeeded in increasing students’ environmental awareness, motor skills, creativity, and cooperation

Abstract

This research aims to analyze how E-Government attempts to overcome the digital divide and increase community participation in Indonesia with existing obstacles. This research covers the digital divide in society, the role of government in overcoming these things through E-Government, and factors in implementing E-Government. The method used is a qualitative approach with literature analysis studies on relevant studies. The research results show that E-Government in Indonesia still needs to pay more attention to its implementation, processes and service structure because there are still obstacles in the use of E-Government which causes the absence of digital in society. The government has an important role in increasing the efficiency of e-government and reducing the digital divide in society

Abstract

This study examines the optimization of student learning engagement through the Exo Olo Task learning model using the SIMKOTA game. The background of this research lies in the lack of active student participation in learning activities, highlighting the importance of optimizing engagement to support students in mastering 21st-century skills. The objective of this study is to enhance student engagement in social studies learning. A Classroom Action Research was conducted in Class VIII-8 over two cycles, each consisting of planning, implementation, reflection, and follow-up actions. Data were collected through observation and documentation, and analyzed using both quantitative and qualitative methods. The findings indicate an improvement in engagement levels, from a moderate category in the first cycle to a high category in the second cycle. These results demonstrate that the Exo Olo Task model, integrated with a game-based approach, can significantly optimize student learning engagement

Abstract

Small businesses play a strategic role in driving the people's economy and improving the welfare of local communities. However, most small business actors are still faced with various obstacles, especially in terms of business management that has not been professionally organized. This research focused on Warung Makan Pak Amin as a case study, with the aim of examining the various managerial problems faced and designing a strengthening strategy that is in accordance with field conditions. The research used a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through direct observation, in-depth interviews with owners and employees, and documentation of stall operational activities. The findings showed weaknesses in several important aspects, such as unsystematic financial recording, lack of work structure and division of tasks, and conventional business promotion. Suggested strategies include digitizing financial management, drafting and training work SOPs, and optimizing digital platforms as a means of promotion and customer service. Implementation of these strategies is expected to improve efficiency, productivity, and business sustainability. This study is expected to be a practical reference for other MSME players in building an adaptive management system based on local strengths in the midst of growing economic challenges

Abstract

The humanistic approach in social studies learning emphasizes holistic student development, including cognitive, emotional and social aspects. This article aims to examine the application of this approach in social studies learning as well as its benefits and challenges. The method used is a literature study by analyzing various relevant academic sources. The results show that the humanistic approach is able to increase learning motivation, student engagement, and critical thinking skills, helping students understand social issues more deeply and fostering empathy. The teacher acts as a facilitator who creates a learning environment that supports students' exploration and freedom of thought. However, the implementation of this approach faces several challenges, such as limited teacher understanding, limited time in the curriculum, and difficulties in evaluating learning outcomes that are more oriented towards affective and social aspects. Therefore, effective implementation strategies are needed, such as teacher training, project-based learning approaches and integration of humanistic values in the curriculum. With the right strategy, this approach can create a more meaningful and relevant learning experience for students and help them develop independent, critical and caring characters for their social environment
