Abstract

This research generally has the aim of producing an E-Module based on Flip PDF Corporate Edition media for 5th grade elementary school students valid and practically to be used in assisting thematic learning activities, theme 7 sub-theme 1 learning 1. The method used in this study is Brog and Gall's method. The data sources in this study were a homeroom teacher, 33 students, fifth grade of B class of SDN 39 Pontianak Kota and 2 expert validators, namely design and material experts. The results showed that the development of E-Modules based on Flip PDF Corporate Edition has passed seven stages of research, including: determining potential and problems, collecting data, making product designs, conducting design validation, revising design parts, carrying out product trials, and revising product parts. The practicality of E-Module development products based on Flip PDF Corporate Edition has a category of "Very Practical" from student practitioners, namely in the aspect of practicality, small groups obtained an average score of 4.72 with the category "Very Practical" and large groups obtained an average score of 4.40 with the category "Very Practical".

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of problem-based learning model supported by Quizizz application on the learning outcomes of IPA students in 5th grade. This study was a quantitative study using experimental quasi-experimental design with Non-Equivalent Control Gorup Design, with two class groups namely experimental class and control class. The data in this study were analyzed with descriptive statistical analysis techniques and inferential statistics. Results showed that there is an influence of Quizizz app-supported problem-based learning model on the IPA learning outcomes of 5th grade SDN 192 Inpres Takkalasi students. This is shown by the average posttest score of the control class which reached only 67.28 while in the experimental class the mean value of the posttest reached 91.40. Based on the results of the hypothesized independent sample t-test, the sig. (2-tailed) equal variance assumed value obtained 0.000 indicating that 0.000 < 0.05 or in other words H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted, which means that there is an influence of the problem-based learning model supported by Quizizz application on the IPA learning outcomes of 5th grade students.

Abstract

This type of research is pre-experimental research in the form of Pre Test Post Test Design, namely an experiment which in its implementation only involves one class as an experimental class without a comparison class (control class) which aims to determine the influence of the Snowball Throwing Learning Model Assisted with Image Media on the Ability to Write Text. Explanation of Class V Students of SD Negeri 22 Salongge, Enrekang Regency. 2023/2024 academic year. The experimental units in this research were 15 Class V students. The research was carried out over 4 meetings. The success of the learning process is viewed from aspects, namely: achievement of complete learning outcomes in writing explanatory text, student activities in learning to write explanatory text. Learning is said to be successful if the above aspects are met. The data collection technique used was writing score data collected using a writing test, data about student activities in learning to write an explanatory test was collected using an observation sheet on student learning activities. The results of descriptive statistical analysis of the use of the Snowball Throwing Learning Model on explanatory text writing skills, explanatory text writing skills assisted by image media using the Snowball Throwing learning method show better learning results than before the Snowball Throwing learning model was applied. The results of inferential statistical analysis using the t test formula, it is known that the calculated t value obtained is 7.89 with frequency (db) = 15–1 = 14, at a significance level of 5% obtained t table = 2.145. So, t count > t table or the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. This proves that there is an influence in applying the Snowball Throwing learning method assisted by image media on the ability to write explanatory text in class V students at SD Negeri 22 Salongge, Enrekang district.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the recommendations for learning Multiple Intelligence in the independent curriculum in elementary schools, these findings are then used as a basis to encourage the implementation of the learning process that uses multiple intelligence learning in elementary schools. The research method uses content analysis of 2019-2023 articles from Publish or Perish using Google Scholar data searched using the keywords "multiple intelligence learning , multiple intelligence learning strategies in independent curricula in elementary schools". Research findings show that multiple intelligence learning can be used in an independent curriculum and has an impact on the process of student learning success in school, a factor that influences student learning success both from increasing understanding, learning effectiveness, creativity skills owned by students. The recommendations for educational units in the learning process, namely the application of multiple intelligence learning in the independent curriculum must consider the characteristics, interests and needs of students in the learning process at school. The results of the study provide input for the application of multiple intelligence-based learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang ditemukan adalah siswa kurang menunjukkan minat yang tinggi terhadap budaya, siswa juga kurang memiliki kesadaran terhadap budaya sendiri maupun budaya orang lain, dan banyak siswa yang tidak mampu bekerja sama dengan siswa dari berbagai latar belakang budaya untuk mencapai tujuan bersama. Oleh karena itu, nilai profil pelajar Pancasila yang perlu ditingkatkan dalam penelitian ini adalah keberagaman global. Penelitian tindakan kelas atau PTK adalah penelitian yang dilakukan oleh guru sendiri atau bekerjasama dengan orang lain dengan memberikan tindakan tertentu di kelasnya dalam upaya menambah atau memperbaiki kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian PTK model Kemmis dan Targgart yang memiliki empat komponen yaitu perencanaan, tindakan dan observasi, refleksi dan perencanaan ulang. Respon siswa dan guru terhadap penggunaan media interaktif wayang sukuraga yang digunakan pada saat pembelajaran memberikan pengaruh yang sangat baik terhadap guru dan siswa. Penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk memperkuat nilai profil pancasila siswa dimensi keberagaman melalui pembelajaran IPS dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran interaktif wayang sukuraga dinyatakan berhasil karena telah melewati ketercapaian 75%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the needs of teachers in carrying out practicum activities in class V with the Merdeka curriculum and to find out the prototype of home material-oriented practicum modules in class V at SD Negeri 1 Pengotan. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods and descriptive statistics with research design development to the expert validation stage. There are 5 stages in this research design, starting from the potential and problem stage, data collection, product preparation, product validation, product revision from validation results. The subjects of this research were students and teachers at SD Negeri 1 Pengotan with the object of development being a Home Material oriented Practicum Module. Validation carried out by experts came from ITP Markandeya Bali Lecturers. Module validation was analyzed with descriptive statistics using a Likert scale. The module design was approved with several revisions, including adjustments to the cover elements, the type of letters in the module for elementary school children and the assessment rubric which needed to be revised. The results obtained in research on the development of Home Material-oriented Practical Modules were categorized as very valid from the results of expert validation tests with an average score of 91.78% of the predetermined interval scale. The difference between this development research and previous development research can be seen from the content of the modules developed, resulting in differences in module validation scores. This is influenced by module validation standards that are adapted to the curriculum used.

Abstract

There are no textbooks specifically designed to improve students' reading comprehension skills. The aim of the research is to develop a reading comprehension textbook based on Tana Luwu culture using the Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) approach. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D) with the 4D development model (Define, Design, Development and Disseminate). The research was carried out at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, involving 25 students. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and questionnaires. Analyze data qualitatively and quantitatively. Book design is carried out by paying attention to aspects of the material context with reading content starting from the simplest level of reading comprehension to a more complex level by paying attention to identifying learning objectives, selecting material content and planning learning activities. Reading comprehension textbooks have an average validity level of 3.55 with a very valid category so they are suitable for use in the lecture process. After limited trials, based on lecturers' responses, it showed that reading comprehension textbooks had an average practicality level of 3.7 in the very practical category and student responses were 91.7% in the very practical category.

Abstract

The process of learning Indonesian, which still relies on printed textbooks, conventional learning models, and does not use varied learning media, makes learning Indonesian at the elementary school level seem boring and students are less active. This is the basis for research to apply the PBL model with the help of Flash Cards in Indonesian language learning. This research aims to find out how the application of the PBL model assisted by Flash Cards can increase the learning activities of fourth grade elementary school students on the material of writing simple procedural texts. The hypothesis of this research is that the application of the PBL model with the help of Flash Cards can increase the learning activities of fourth grade elementary school students. The type of research is PTK which will be carried out in class IV of SDN 4 Besito with 24 students as research subjects. This research lasted two cycles, each cycle consisting of four stages, namely the planning, implementation, observation and reflection stages. The research results showed an increase in student learning activities from the first cycle, which was initially 60.5%, increasing to 83.5% in the second cycle. Based on these results, this research hypothesis is proven.

Abstract

Abstract The experience of the teaching and learning process after the Covid-19 pandemic shows a decrease in the resilience attitude of the students of XYZ school. Not only critical thinking skill as one of the skills in the 21st century expected by the school that needs to be developed by students, but the concept of church life is also quite difficult for grade V students to understand. Thus, the purpose of this research is to implement the STAD (Student Teams Achievement Divisions) learning model to enhance critical thinking skills, resilience, and mastery of the concept of church life in class V religious subjects of XYZ elementary school by conducting classroom action research (CAR). Three instruments were used: questionnaires, observations, and tests. The data analysis results showed that the implementation of the STAD model can enhance critical thinking skills, resilience and mastery of the concept of church life for grade V C students of XYZ school. Future researchers can use this study as a basis for research related to the measured variables while also considering the proportionality of the number of students and classroom size to implement the STAD model more effectively.

Abstract

This learning improvement research is entitled “Application of Contextual Teaching and Learning Model to improve learning outcomes in Indonesian language subjects of elementary school students”. The problem in this class action research is, can the Contextual Teaching and Learning model improve the level of student learning outcomes? The purpose of this classroom action research is to improve the learning outcomes of elementary school students in Indonesian language subjects through the Contextual Teaching and Learning approach). The implementation of this learning improvement research uses a qualitative descriptive method, carried out in 2 cycles, which in each cycle is divided into 4 stages, namely: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were third grade students of SD IT Wihdatul Ummah totaling 23 students. The measuring instrument used is a learning outcome test and indicators compiled into an observation sheet. It is a clue to success in this study if the average score of the indicators is 70% and the students who are the subjects of the study have achieved a minimum score of 70 (KKM from the School). The findings show an increase in student learning outcomes. In the first cycle action, the percentage of students who reached the minimum completeness criteria was 52.17% and in the second cycle action, the percentage of students' minimum completeness criteria reached 78.26%. This is based on the data obtained in cycle I, the total number of students reaching the minimum completeness criteria was 12 students and after the action of cycle II the number of students reaching the minimum completeness criteria increased by 18 students out of 23 students.
