Abstract

Abstract: The university needs to know what factors influence student behavior in determining distance learning. It is very necessary as a way to formulate an optimal marketing strategy. This study aimed to determine the influence of student behavior factors consisting of cultural, social, personal, and psychological factors in determining decisions to take distance learning at the Universitas Terbuka. This study's population was UT students registered in the 2023-1 semester, as many as 439,222 students. From this population, there were 10,119 students as respondents with quota sampling techniques from all branch offices throughout Indonesia and abroad. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Analysis with the Enter Method and the SPSS 25.0 for Windows program. The results showed that the student's behavior strongly influenced their decisions in choosing a distance learning system. The main factors shaping student behavior in determining decisions to study remotely are social factors, such as social status and the role of students in society, as well as the personality factors of the students themselves, such as the personal decisions of students in understanding their needs for distance learning systems that are following the conditions they face. In addition to these two factors, cultural factors of residence and student psychology also shape student behavior in determining decisions to study remotely. By knowing these factors, it is hoped can continue to compete with other universities that also organize distance learning courses so that it is always expected to be the first choice of students to participate in the distance learning system.Keywords: Consumer Behavior, Purchasing Decisions, Distance Learning, Multiple Linear Analysis

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to discover and describe the visionary leadership style implemented at MAS Alif Al-Ittifaq in the digital era as well as the various efforts undertaken to enhance the competitiveness of the madrasah in response to the challenges posed by change. The study employs a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach, which the data was collected through observations, documentation, and interviews. The data analysis model used in this research follows the Miles and Huberman framework, which includes the stages of data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The informants in this study consist of the head of the madrasah, teachers, and students of MAS Alif Al-Ittifaq. The result of the study find that the head of the madrasah has successfully implemented visionary leadership by rolling as a direction-setter, agent of change, spokesperson, and coach in guiding the management of the madrasah. This visionary leadership is implemented in various aspects of management, including strategic planning, innovation in technology-based learning processes, and human resource development. In addressing the increasingly complex challenges of the digital era, the head of the madrasah plays a crucial role in ensuring the madrasah’s ability to adapt to changes and effectively leverage digital technology to improve the quality of education. In facing competition, the head of the madrasah has implemented several initiatives aimed at attracting community attention. These include the provision of a boarding school program to accommodate students from distant areas who seek a deeper understanding of religious studies, the habitual activities such as Dhuha prayer and literacy program, and fostering collaboration with various institutions, including the village government, health centers, police departments, and DP2KBP3A. Additionally, a student internship program is offered, providing hands-on experience for students in their final year, alongside specialized skill programs and additional subjects. These efforts are aimed at keeping pace with the times, improving the quality of the madrasah, and meeting societal demands, with the hope that these factors will attract families to enroll their children at MAS Alif Al-Ittifaq, ultimately enhancing the institution’s competitiveness. The efforts undertaken still require time for a comprehensive evaluation of their impact on enhancing the madrasah's competitiveness. Keywords: Leadership; Visionary Leadership; Digital Era; Competitiveness Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui serta menggambarkan gaya kepemimpinan visioner yang diterapkan di MAS Alif Al-Ittifaq pada era digital serta berbagai upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan daya saing madrasah dimana perubahan menjadi salah satu tantangan yang harus dihadapi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, dimana data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Adapun model analisis yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis data Miles and Huberman yang terdiri dari tahapan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Informan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari kepala madrasah, guru, dan siswa MAS Alif Al-Ittifaq. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepala madrasah telah berhasil mengimplementasikan kepemimpinan visioner dengan berperan sebagai penentu arah, agen perubahan, juru bicara, serta pelatih yang memandu pengelolaan madrasah. Kepemimpinan visioner tersebut diterapkan dalam berbagai aspek pengelolaan, mulai dari perencanaan strategis, inovasi dalam proses pembelajaran berbasis teknologi, hingga pengembangan sumber daya manusia. Dalam menghadapi tantangan era digital yang semakin kompleks, kepala madrasah berperan penting dalam memastikan kemampuan adaptasi madrasah terhadap perubahan serta memanfaatkan teknologi digital secara efektif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Dalam menghadapi daya saing, kepala madrasah mengimplementasikan sejumlah upaya yang kiranya dapat menarik atensi masyarakat, seperti disediakannya program sekolah berasrama yang diharapkan dapat memfasilitasi peserta didik yang lokasinya jauh dari madrasah serta ingin belajar ilmu agama lebih dalam, adanya kegiatan-kegiatan pembiasaan seperti pembiasaan sholat dhuha dan literasi, menjalin hubungan kerjasama dalam berbagai kegiatan dengan berbagai instansi seperti pemerintah desa, puskesmas, polsek, DP2KBP3A, dan sebagainya, serta mengadakan program magang yang diyakini dapat memberikan pengalaman bagi peserta didik yang sudah berada di kelas 12, disediakannya program keterampilan dan mata pelajaran khas. Upaya-upaya tersebut dilakukan guna mengikuti perkembangan zaman, meningkatkan kualitas madrasah, serta memenuhi tuntutan masyarakat sehingga diharapkan masyarakat tertarik untuk menyekolahkan anak-anaknya di MAS Alif Al-Ittifaq, yang mana kemudian hal ini akan berdampak pula pada daya saing madrasah. Upaya-upaya tersebut masih memerlukan waktu untuk dapat dievaluasi secara keseluruhan mengenai dampaknya terhadap peningkatan daya saing madrasah. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the readiness to implement the Zone of Integrity (ZI) in the Faculty of Education, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo, regarding change management, governance arrangements, and HR management. This study used a quantitative approach and the type of descriptive, explanatory research. Questionnaires, interviews, and document studies were conducted to obtain the data. Further, the data was analyzed using a simple descriptive technique expressed in the percentage formulation. The results showed that: (1) Readiness of ZI implementation in Faculty of Education in terms of change management was in the ready category, (2) Readiness of ZI implementation in Faculty of Education in terms of management arrangement was in the ready category, and (3) Readiness of ZI implementation in Faculty of Education in terms of HR management is in the ready category.Keywords: Integrity Zone Readiness; Implementation; Faculty of EducationAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesiapan penerapan Zona Integritas di Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Gorontalo ditinjau dari manajemen perubahan, penataan tata laksana, dan manajemen SDM. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis deskriptif eksplanatori. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner (angket), wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif dengan menggunakan formulasi persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kesiapan penerapan ZI di FIP ditinjau dari manajemen perubahan berada pada kategori siap, (2) Kesiapan penerapan ZI di FIP ditinjau dari penataan tata laksana berada pada kategori siap, dan (3) Kesiapan penerapan ZI di FIP ditinjau dari manajemen SDM berada pada kategori siap.Kata Kunci: Kesiapan Zona Integritas; Implementasi; Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan

Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted to gain an understanding of the theme of this research, namely the principal's strategy in implementing religious culture at Sinar Husni Helvetia Private Middle School, which consists of the principal's steps in his strategy, implementation of religious culture (customs), and inhibiting and supporting factors in advancing The principal's strategy in implementing religious culture at Sinar Husni Helvetia Middle School. Meanwhile, the research method used is a qualitative method which is descriptive and predominantly uses analysis. This research comes from several clear informants, the first is an informant from the school principal, the second is an informant from the deputy principal, the third is a religious teacher informant, and the fourth is an informant from students. The data collection methods used for this research were observation, interviews and documentation. The stages of the data collection or data reduction process, drawing conclusions and presenting data are the Miles & Huberman data analysis model. The results of this research show that; Firstly, the strategies used or used by the principal to implement religious culture at Sinar Husni Helvetia Private Middle School are cultural strategies (habituation), role model strategies (exemplary), and finally cooperation strategies (partnership). Second, the implementation of culture or religious habits in schools through the example method and habituation to good things that are often done by schools, namely habits or culture such as; in everyday application but which is often ignored by today's young people, namely the 3S of smiling, saying hello, saying hello. The next habit is to carry out the noon prayer every day in congregation and have a separate punishment for not carrying it out, as well as celebrating Islamic holidays, listening to religious sermons every week with different ustadz, reading prayers and reciting verses from the holy Koran. in the form of short surahs or surahs that students have memorized before starting class lessons. Third, the inhibiting and supporting factors for the implementation of this religious culture include; The supporting factors are the discipline of teachers and students, good infrastructure so that they can support the implementation of teaching and learning activities and preserve religious cultural habits, the unity of the school community and strong commitment, while the inhibiting factor is the reduced awareness of students or learners.Keywords: Implementation, Religious Culture, Strategy. Abstrak: Diadakannya penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pemahaman tentang tema penelitian ini yaitu strategi kepala sekolah dalam penerpana budaya religius di SMP Swasta Sinar Husni Helvetia, yang terdiri dari langkah-langkah kepala sekolah dalam strateginya, pelaksanaan budaya (kebiasaan) religius, dan faktor penghambat dan pendukungnya dalam memajukan strategi kepala sekolah dalam menerapkan budaya religius di SMP Sinar Husni Helvetia. Sedangkan metode penelitian yang digunakan ini adalah menggunakan metode kualitatif yang sifatnya deskriptif serta dominan menggunakan analisis. Penelitian ini bersumber dari beberapa informan yang sudah jelas, yang pertama informan dari kepala sekolah, kedua informan wakil kepala sekolah, ketiga informan guru agama, dan keempat informan dari peserta didik. Metode pengumpulan data untuk penelitian ini yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Tahapan proses pengumpulan data atau reduksi data, mengambil kesimpulan serta penyajian data adalah model analisis data Miles & Huberman. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa; pertama, strategi yang dipakai atau digunakan oleh kepala sekolah untuk menerapkan budaya religius di SMP Swasta Sinar Husni Helvetia ini adalah strategi kebudayaan (pembiasaan), strategi panutan (keteladanan), dan terakhir strategi jalinan kerja sama (kemitraan). Kedua, pelaksanaan budaya atau kebiasaan religius di sekolah melalui metode tauladan serta pembiasaan hal baik yang sering dilakukan oleh sekolah yaitu pembiasaan atau kebudayaan seperti; dalam penerapan yang dilakukan sehari-hari tapi sering diabaikan oleh anak muda zaman sekarang yaitu 3S senyum, sapa, salam. Pembiasaan selanjutnya yaitu melaksanakan salat zuhur setiap harinnya secara berjamaah dan memiliki hukuman tersendiri jika tidak melaksanakannya, serta melangsungkan perayaan hari-hari besar islam, mendengarkan tausiah agama disetiap minggunya dengan ustadz yang berbeda-beda, membaca doa dan melafazkan ayat suci Al-Qur’an berupa suirah-surah pendek atau surah yang sudah dihafal para peserta didik sebelum memulai pelajaran dikelas. Ketiga, untuk faktor penghambat dan pendukung agar terlaksananya budaya religius ini antara lain; faktor pendukungnya yaitu kedisplinan guru dan siswa, sarana prasarananya yang baik sehingga dapat mendukung terlaksananya kegiatan belajar mengajar serta melestarikan kebiasaan budaya religius, terjalinnya kebersamaan masyarakat sekolah serta komitmen yang kuat, sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah kurangnya kesadaran siswa atau peserta didik.Kata kunci: Penerapan, Budaya Religius, Strategi

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to determine the influence of extracurricular management on non-academic achievement at SMA BUDI SATRYA. The dependent variable in this research is extracurricular management (X), the dependent variable is non-academic achievement (Y). The research population and sample is a sample of 32 teachers who will participate in this research, there are 14 male teachers and 18 female teachers. The teachers selected as respondents are those who have the capacity and are the main keys to the school. The data obtained were analyzed using the PLS analysis technique (Partial Least Square via SmartPLS Software. Based on the research results it can be concluded that: (1) Extracurricular Management has a positive and significant effect on Non-Academic Achievement at SMA BUDI SATRYA through partial testing, where scores were obtained The calculated t for Extracurricular Management is 5.203 ≥ t table, namely 1.654, so it can be concluded that Extracurricular Management has an effect on Non-Academic Achievement. Thus, hypothesis H1 in this study is accepted.Keywords: Extracurricular Management, Non-Academic AchievementAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Manajemen Ekstrakulikuler Terhadap Prestasi Non Akademik di SMA BUDI SATRYA Variabel dependen pada penelitian ini adalah Manajemen Ekstrakulikuler (X), variabel dependen yaitu Prestasi Non Akademik (Y). Sampel penelitian adalah Sampel sebanyak 32 orang guru yang akan berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini, terdapat guru laki-laki berjumlah 14 orang dan guru perempuan berjumlah 18, guru-guru yang dipilih sebagai respondent adalah mereka memiliki kapasitas dan menjadi kunci utama pada sekolah. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis PLS (Partial Least Square melalui Software SmartPLS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Manajemen Ektrakurikuler berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Prestasi Non Akademik di SMA BUDI SATRYA melalui pengujian secara parsial, diperoleh nilai t hitung untuk Manajemen Ektrakurikuler adalah 5,203 ≥ t tabel yaitu 1,654, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Manajemen Ektrakurikuler berpengaruh terhadap Prestasi Non Akademik. Dengan demikian, hipotesis H1 dalam penelitian ini diterima.Kata kunci: Manajemen Ekstrakulikuler, Prestasi Non Akademik

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to describe the school's cooperation strategy with overseas language institutions, including the background and work programme, management process, human resources, funding, management optimisation strategies and results. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method design. The research visited the site of SHS 1 Malang. Data were collected using interviews, observations, and documentary studies. Data validity checking techniques include observation/observation persistence, triangulation, member checking, complete report writing, and audit tracing techniques. Data analysis is carried out interactively from data collection to conclusion drawing. Results of this study are summarized: (1) The chosen cooperation institution is PASCH in Germany, because it matches the background of the school which provides a language programme, there is a German language teachers, language classes are large and prominent, and supported by adequate school infrastructure; (2) Cooperation programmes include programmes for teachers, students, and facilities; (3) the management process includes planning, implementation, and evaluation in each type of activity; the human resources involved come from PASCH and from the school; programme funding comes from the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the school, and students; (4) strategies for optimising cooperation management include the obligation of grade 10 to choose one extracurricular foreign language, optimising human resources, funding, management processes, consistency of cooperation, and utilisation of facilities obtained; and (5) Results of the strategy include continued cooperation, active involvement, more students learning German and being active in activities, increased students competence and achievement, and more students interested in German language learning and programmes.Keywords: school cooperation, foreign language institute, learning Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan strategi kerja sama sekolah dengan lembaga bahasa di luar negeri, mencakup latar belakang dan program kerja, proses pengelolaan, sumber daya manusia, pendanaan, strategi optimalisasi pengelolaan dan hasilnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan metode studi kasus. Lokasi penelitian di SMAN 1 Malang. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumenter. Teknik pengecekkan keabsahan data berupa ketekunan observasi/pengamatan, triangulasi, pengecekkan anggota, penulisan laporan yang lengkap, serta teknik penelusuran audit. Analisis data dilakukan secara interaktif mulai dari pengumpulan data sampai dengan penarikan simpulan. Hasil penelitian ini telah dirangkum: (1) lembaga kerjasama yang dipilih adalah PASCH di Jerman, karena sesuai dengan latar belakang sekolah yang menyediakan program bahasa, terdapat guru bahasa Jerman, kelas bahasa tergolong besar dan menonjol, serta didukung infrastruktur sekolah yang memadai; (2) program kerja sama meliputi program untuk guru, peserta didik, dan fasilitas; (3) proses pengelolaan meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi di setiap jenis kegiatan; SDM yang terlibat berasal dari PASCH dan dari sekolah; pendanaan program bersumber dari Kementerian Luar Negeri Jerman, sekolah, dan peserta didik; (4) strategi optimalisasi pengelolaan kerja sama mencakup kewajiban kelas 10 memilih satu ekstrakulikuler bahasa asing, pengoptimalan SDM, pendanaan, proses pengelolaan,   konsistensi kerja sama, dan pemanfaatan fasilitas yang diperoleh; dan (5) hasil strategi berupa kerja sama yang berlanjutan, keterlibatan aktif, semakin banyak peserta didik yang mempelajari bahasa Jerman dan aktif dalam kegiatan, peningkatan kompetensi dan prestasi peserta didik, dan semakin banyaknya peserta didik yang tertarik dengan pembelajaran dan program bahasa Jerman.Kata kunci: kerja sama sekolah; lembaga bahasa asing; pembelajaran

Abstract

Abstract: This study  aims  to describe the use of control books to control student behavior in strengthening the value of disciplinary character, the role of teachers in stenghtening the value of disciplinary character, supporting and inhibiting factors along with solutions to inhibit program implementation.  The research location is at MAN 3 Blitar. The research uses  a qualitative approach with a case study method that discusses in detail and in depth related to the topic raised. Datacollection through observation, interviews and documentary studies. To obtain accurate data, researchers check the validity of data in the form of credibility tests, transferability tests, dependability tests, and confirmability tests. From the results of this study, it is known that MAN 3 Blitar places student control books as behavioral guidelines and references in assessing student personality. This program applies a system of violation points and enforcement on interdisciplinary students as well as awarding and appreciating disciplinary students. Teachers have an important role, namely  as role models in behaving in accordance with the values of good disciplinary character and being supervisors of discipline, as well as being authorized to take action on interdisciplinary students. The supporters in the implementation of the discipline character strengthening program include 1) internal  factors including: the vision and mission of the madrasah, the geographical location of the madrasah, cooperation of madrasah residents, madrasah culture  and 2) external factors including: parental support, living environment, cooperation with madrasah partners.   Meanwhile, obstacles to program implementation include: 1)  Internal factors  include: awareness of students, limited facilities and infrastructure, teacher professionalism, and 2) external factors, namely the economic background and family background of students.  As a solution to overcome these obstacles, madrasah conducts student counseling, student visits, procurement of facilities and infrastructure, and coaching educators and education staff.Keywords: character value, discipline, control book, procedure, violationAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan prosedur penggunaan buku kendali, peran guru dalam menguatkan nilai karakter disiplin melalui penggunaan buku kendali, faktor pendukung dan penghambat beserta solusi penghambat pelaksanaan progam. Lokasi penenlitian berada di MAN 3 Blitar. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus yang membahas secara rinci dan mendalam terkait topik yang diangkat. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumenter. Untuk mendapatkan data yang akurat peneliti melakukan pengecekan keabhsahan data berupa uji kredibilitas, uji transferabilitas, uji dependabilitas, dan uji konfirmabilitas. Dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui MAN 3 Blitar menempatkan buku kendali peserta didik sebagai pedoman berperilaku dan acuan dalam penilaian kepribadian peserta didik. Pada program ini menerapkan sistem poin pelanggaran dan penindakan pada peserta didik indisipliner serta pemberian penghargaan dan apresiasi pada peserta didik disiplin. Guru memiliki peran penting yakni sebagai role model dalam berperilaku sesuai dengan nilai karakter disiplin yang baik dan menjadi pengawas kedisiplinan, serta berwenang untuk melakukan penindakan pada peserta didik indisipliner. Adapun pendukung pada pelaksanaan program penguatan nilai karakter disiplin meliputi 1) faktor internal antara lain: visi misi madrasah, letak geografis madrasah, kerja sama warga madrasah, budaya madrasah dan 2) faktor eksternal antara lain: dukungan orang tua, lingkungan tempat tinggal, kerja sama dengan mitra madrasah. Sedangkan penghambat pelaksanaan program meliputi: 1) faktor internal antara lain: kesadaran peserta didik, keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana, profesionalitas guru, dan 2) faktor ekstrenal yakni latar belakang ekonomi dan latar belakang keluarga peserta didik. Sebagai solusi untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut madrasah melakukan konseling peserta didik, kunjungan peserta didik, pangadaan sarana dan prasarana, serta pembinaan pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan.Kata kunci: nilai karakter, disiplin, buku kendali, prosedur, pelanggaran

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the relationship between the principal's leadership style and the effectiveness of supervision in Vocational High Schools (SMK). The research method used is a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The research sample consisted of 100 vocational school teachers who were randomly selected from five vocational schools in City Bandung Barat. Data were collected using questionnaires on the principal's leadership style and the effectiveness of supervision that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis used Pearson correlation techniques and simple linear regression. The results showed that there was a significant positive relationship between the principal's leadership style and the effectiveness of supervision (r = 0.78; p < 0.05). The transformational leadership style had the strongest correlation with the effectiveness of supervision (r = 0.82; p < 0.05), followed by the democratic leadership style (r = 0.75; p < 0.05), and the autocratic leadership style (r = 0.68; p < 0.05). The results of the regression analysis showed that the principal's leadership style contributed 60.8% to the effectiveness of supervision. These findings emphasize the importance of the principal's leadership style in improving the effectiveness of supervision in vocational schools. Keywords: leadership style, principal, effectiveness of supervision, vocational school Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan efektivitas supervisi di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 100 guru SMK yang dipilih secara acak dari lima SMK di Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan efektivitas supervisi yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data menggunakan teknik korelasi Pearson dan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan efektivitas supervisi (r = 0,78; p < 0,05). Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki korelasi paling kuat dengan efektivitas supervisi (r = 0,82; p < 0,05), diikuti oleh gaya kepemimpinan demokratis (r = 0,75; p < 0,05), dan gaya kepemimpinan otokratis (r = 0,68; p < 0,05). Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berkontribusi sebesar 60,8% terhadap efektivitas supervisi. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan efektivitas supervisi di SMK Bandung Barat. Abstract: The topic of this research is " The Role of Punishment for Female Students in Student Management (Case Study at Al Husna Islamic Boarding School)". This research aims to describe the application of discipline in the management of santri through educational punishment at the Al-Husna Islamic Boarding School, understand the stages of punishment given at school, and determine the factors that support or hinder the improvement of santri discipline through education. punishment. The location of this research is at the Al-Husna Marindal 1 Patumbak Deli Serdang Islamic Boarding School educational institution, which is an educational institution founded on April 17 1988 M/11 Ramadhan 1409 H and is one of the competent Islamic educational institutions. In this research, the researcher used a qualitative approach with a case study research type and was descriptive in nature. The aim of giving punishment is to prevent children from repeating actions that are not permitted. The role of parenting is to warn female students not to repeat themselves and explain the reasons why this is not allowed. The punishment given to female students at the Al-Husna Islamic boarding school has been given evenly and in balance according to the area that the female student violated.Keywords: Student Management, Islamic Boarding School, Punishment Abstrak: Topik penelitian ini tentang “Peranan Punishment pada Santriwati dalam Manajemen Kesiswaan (Studi Kasus di Pondok Pesantren Al Husna)”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan disiplin dalam pengelolaan santri melalui hukuman pendidikan di Pondok Pesantren Al-Husna, memahami tahapan hukuman yang diberikan di sekolah, dan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mendukung atau menghambat peningkatan kedisiplinan santri melalui pendidikan hukuman. Lokasi penelitian ini bertempat di lembaga pendidikan Pondok Pesantren Al-Husna Marindal 1 Patumbak Deli Serdang yang merupakan lembaga pendidikan yang didirikan pada 17 April 1988 M/11 Ramadhan 1409 H dan merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan islam yang kompeten. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan pendeketan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian case study research (studi kasus) dan bersifat deskriptif. Pemberian punishment ini bertujuan agar anak tidak mengulangi perbuatan yang tidak diperbolehkan. Peran pengasuhan untuk memperingatkan santriwati agar tidak mengulangi serta menjelaskan alasan sebab akibat hal tersebut tidak di perbolehkan. Pemberian punishment pada santriwati di pondok pesantren al-husna sudah diberikan dengan merata dan seimbang sesuai bidang bagian yang di langgar santriwati. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to describe the management of the independent double track program in fostering the entrepreneurial spirit of students at SMA Tamansiswa Mojokerto. This type of research is a case study using a qualitative approach. Collecting research data using interview techniques, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out namely data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research are that the double track program at Tamansiswa Mojokerto High School is a superior school program that provides skills training for students as well as a form of school branding. The forms of entrepreneurship education in the double track program include culinary, make-up, fashion, and computers. The double track program management process includes planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating stages. The double track program has had an impact on the entrepreneurial spirit of students as shown by the attitudes of students and entrepreneurial activities that have been carried out by students.Keywords: management, double track, entrepreneurial spiritAbstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan terkait dengan manajemen program double track mandiri dalam menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan peserta didik di SMA Tamansiswa Mojokerto. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu studi kasus dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang dilakukan yaitu pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yaitu program double track di SMA Tamansiswa Mojokerto merupakan program unggulan sekolah yang memberikan pembekalan keterampilan terhadap peserta didik serta sebagai bentuk branding sekolah. Bentuk pendidikan kewirausahaan yang ada dalam program double track yaitu diantaranya tata boga, tata rias, tata busana, dan komputer. Proses manajemen program double track meliputi tahap perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengawasan, dan evaluasi. Program double track telah memberikan dampak terhadap jiwa kewirausahaan peserta didik yang ditunjukkan oleh sikap peserta didik serta kegiatan kewirausahaan yang telah dilakukan oleh peserta didik.Kata kunci: manajemen, double track, jiwa kewirausahaan
