Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of business networks, product innovation and business competition on the development of MSMEs in Boven Digoel Regency either partially or simultaneously. This study will explain the causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing. In this study, the analytical method used is path analysis (Path Analysis) using the SPSS program. The results of the study found that the variables of business networks, product innovation, and business competition partially have a significant effect on the development of small and medium enterprises in Boven Digoel Regency, which means that when the Business Network is improved it will have a significant effect on the development of Small and Medium Enterprises in Boven Digoel Regency. Furthermore, the variables of Business Network, Product Innovation, and Business Competition together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on the development of Small and Medium Enterprises in Boven Digoel district.

Abstract

Human resource management is a strategic and decisive part. The organization and employees are one unit that has a relationship and must be balanced. To be able to support the achievement of organizational goals requires effort and hard work of all aspects of organizational resources to achieve organizational goals and objectives. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational development and career paths on organizational commitment and employee performance, organizational development, and career paths have an effect on employee performance through organizational commitment as an intervening variable. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. The sample used is civil servants (PNS), data collection techniques through questionnaires, while the techniques used are path analysis and Sobel test. The results showed that the organization and career path had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment and employee performance. Organizational commitment has an effect on performance, then organizational development and career path have a positive and significant indirect effect on employee performance through organizational commitment in the Rector of Hasanuddin University.

Abstract

This research was conducted by the author with the aim know employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Sorong Regency seen in aspects on aspects inputs(input), process (process), outputs (output), outcomes (results), benefits (benefits), and impacts (impact). The research method is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation, and documentation using the interactive model. The results of this study indicate the performance of employees at the Regional Secretariat of Sorong Regency is considered to be carried out well, this is indicated by the success of the objectives that have been planned by the Sorong Regency regional government by ensuring all inputs, starting from reliable and competent human resources for all their duties and functions, the existence of adequate facilities and infrastructure and adequacy of the budget. From the main tasks and functions, and work programs can be realized maximally and provide benefits and positive impacts for the needs of community services and also increase regional development. The performance of employees at the Regional Secretariat of Sorong Regency which is considered good is also inseparable from the work process of employees being able to utilize all resources optimally,

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and job environment on job satisfaction, the effect of compensation, and job environment on employee loyalty, the effect of job satisfaction on employee loyalty. It is also intended to analyze the effect of compensation and job environment on employee loyalty, through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This study uses a path analysis model. The sample in this study was 62 permanent employees of the BNI Makassar Branch. The data in this study were obtained by distributing questionnaires. The results showed that the compensation and job environment had a significant effect on job satisfaction. Further, the research indicates that compensation, job environment, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. The result also found that job environment has a significant effect on employee loyalty through the job satisfaction variable as an intervening. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee loyalty and compensation has a significant effect on employee Loyalty through the job satisfaction variable as an intervention.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of information technology and tenure on the competence and quality of administrative services at Hasanuddin University. This type of research uses this type of quantitative research is a type of research which is a type of research with the researcher as the decision-maker for what research will be carried out, compiling specific questions, limiting questions, collecting measurable data from participants, analyzing numbers using statistics, conducting an impartial investigation, in objective ways. In analyzing data, researchers collect, classify, analyze, and interpret data in order to provide a clear picture of the problem under study. The results showed that information technology partially has a positive and significant effect on competence, tenure partially has a positive and significant effect on competence, information technology partially has a positive and significant effect on service quality, tenure partially has a positive and significant effect on service quality, Competence partially has a positive and significant effect on service quality, Information technology partially has a positive and significant effect on the quality of administrative services through competence, then tenure partially has a positive and significant effect on the quality of administrative services through competence.

Abstract

The research aimed to analyze the influences of the peer to peer lending, risk and investment management, and payment, the users' interests on the fintech type selection. Data were collected through the questionnaire which was processed using the path analysis. The hypothesis test used the simultaneous test (f), partial test (t), and the Sobel test. The result of the analysis indicates that the peer-to-peer lending and payment variables have a significant influence, whereas the risk and investment management variables do not have a significant effect. The path analysis result of the first equation namely the peer-to-peer lending variables has a positive effect, the risk and investment management variable has a positive influence, and the payment variable has a positive effect. The T result in the second equation namely the peer-to-peer lending variable has a positive influence, the risk and investment management variable has a positive effect, the payment variable has a positive influence, and the user’s interests have a positive effect. Sobel’s test result indicates that the users’ interest can mediate the relationship between the peer to peer lending and Fintech type selection, the users’ interests cannot mediate the relationship between the risk and investment management, and Fintech type selection and users’ interests cannot mediate the relationship between the payment and Fintech type selection

Abstract

This study aims to critically examine the application of organizational culture and leadership style carried out by PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV and its impact on organizational commitment and employee performance. This research was conducted at PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV by taking data from permanent employees. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. Data were collected from 213 respondents who were selected using considerations, namely that they must have criteria as permanent employees and have a service period of more than 1 (one) year. The method of analysis is Structure Equation Modeling with the AMOS program version 24.0. The results show that organizational culture and leadership style have a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment. Then, organizational commitment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, but leadership style has no influence on employee performance. In addition, organizational culture and leadership style have a positive and significant influence on employee performance through organizational commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the value of Sukuk, Sukuk rating, and risk of Sukuk on the growth of the Islamic capital market mediated by Sukuk price during the period of 2014-2019 using value at risk. This study uses secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange and The Indonesian Capital Market Institute. Data were analyzed using the SPSS statistical program with path analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the variable value of Sukuk and the rating of Sukuk have a positive and significant effect on the price reaction of Sukuk, while the risk variable of Sukuk shown a negative and significant score. The variable value of Sukuk has a positive and significant effect on the reaction to the growth of the Islamic capital market, while negative and significant results are indicated by the variable rating of Sukuk and the risk variable of Sukuk. The Sukuk price reaction variables have a positive and significant effect on the reaction to the growth of the Islamic capital market. Interestingly, the study found that the Sukuk price reaction variable is unable to mediate the relationship between the value of Sukuk and the growth reaction of the Islamic capital market. This mediation result is also the same for the Sukuk rating and Sukuk risk.

Abstract

Corporate governance is a concept to improve management performance by monitoring to ensure management accountability to shareholders. Besides being able to reduce agency conflicts, corporate governance is also capable of creating added value for interested parties (stakeholders) in the form of effective protection, especially for investors in recovering their investment fairly and of high value. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and audit committee on firm value, and to analyze whether earnings quality can moderate the influence of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and audit committee on firm value in banking companies listed on the IDX in 2017 -2019. The research population is banking companies listed on the IDX, with a purposive sampling technique, a total of 9 samples were obtained with the observation period 2017 to 2019. Data collection is through documentation obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and moderated analysis. The results of the study found that managerial ownership and institutional ownership have a positive and significant effect on firm value. The audit committee has a negative and insignificant effect on firm value. Earnings quality cannot moderate the effect of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and audit committee on firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on actual system usage through attitude toward using the Ruangguru online learning guidance application in Makassar City. This study took data directly from students who subscribed to the Ruangguru application by taking 247 high school students and their equivalent as samples in this study. To implement the objectives of this study used analysis techniques using path analysis. The results of the analysis prove that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have a positive and significant effect on attitude toward using the Ruangguru online tutoring application. Meanwhile, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and attitude toward using have a positive and significant effect on actual system usage in the Ruangguru online tutoring application. Based on the results of the single test, attitude toward using is able to mediate the effect of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on actual usage in the Ruangguru online tutoring application.
