In everyday life, the process of making manure manually requires a longer time and extra effort. This is an obstacle for farmers to increase the availability of organic fertilizers as a mixture in the fertilization process of plants. Therefore, a breakthrough is needed so that farmers can increase the availability of organic fertilizers. One of the areas where farmers need to increase the availability of organic fertilizers is farmers in RT 09 RW 03 Sukodono Village, Sidoarjo Regency. In January 2024, mentoring activities will be carried out to increase the availability of organic fertilizers. Some innovations that can be done are by using a fertilizer mixer and smoother with the main drive being an electric motor because electric motors have several advantages that motors with internal combustion do not have, such as electric motors are very easy to control and operate, have good durability, are environmentally friendly, and save energy. This tool uses an electric motor with a direct current motor type at a working voltage of 24 Volts equipped with a planetary gearbox applied to manure-making equipment. This service activity has been carried out well, and the farmers of RT 09 RW 03 Sukodono Village, Sidoarjo Regency can apply this tool optimally to increase the availability of organic fertilizers.

The low level of financial literacy and inclusion of Indonesian society, especially among parents with lower-middle educational and economic backgrounds, is a challenge in managing family finances. This condition influence parents' ability to meet children's educational needs and build long-term family welfare. This community service activity aims to strengthen the capacity of family financial management and investment through education and training for parents/guardians of students at AUM Sekolah Majelis Dikdasmen PNF Gresik. The method used is Community-Based Participatory Research (CBPR) which emphasizes active community participation from the planning, implementation to evaluation stages. The activity was carried out through an interactive seminar discussing three main topics: financial planning, budget management, and family investment. The results of the activity showed that out of 81 targeted participants, 20 parents attended and showed active participation. The training material was considered very relevant and applicable. The participants expressed an increase in understanding and high interest in more systematic family financial management, including the desire to continue advanced training related to investment and the use of digital budgeting tools. This activity shows that community-based educational interventions are able to increase parents' awareness and capacity in managing family finances wisely, so that they are worthy of being replicated in other communities with local adjustments.

Increasing the capacity of human resources (HR) in elementary schools is urgent, especially amidst the challenges of low initiative, weak institutional vision, and minimal character training for teachers and education personnel. This community service activity aims to strengthen HR competency and work culture at SD Muhammadiyah 3 Gresik through training based on The 7 habits of highly effective people. The methods used include three main stages: initial discussion with partners through Focus Group Discussion (FGD) to map problems; participatory and reflective training that integrates seven effective habits into educators' work routines; and evaluation based on questionnaires and personal reflection. The training was delivered contextually and interactively through case studies, simulations, and group discussions. The results of the activity showed positive changes in the way of thinking, time management, and collaboration patterns between participants. Teachers became more proactive, had long-term planning, and were better able to work in teams synergistically. The evaluation also showed increased motivation and awareness of the importance of balance between professional duties and self-development. This activity concluded that the 7 Habits training was effective in building productive and collaborative work characters in elementary education environments. It is recommended that this training be conducted periodically and accompanied by follow-up mentoring to ensure the sustainability of the impact and the formation of an adaptive work culture.

Liquid Organic Fertilizer (LOF) is a fertilizer produced from natural ingredients. LOF is highly beneficial for enhancing seaweed cultivation productivity due to its complex nutritional content. It is favored by the community as it is relatively inexpensive and environmentally friendly. However, seaweed farmers currently lack the knowledge and skills to produce liquid organic fertilizer. This activity aimed to equip seaweed farmers with the knowledge and skills needed to produce environmentally friendly liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) using locally available materials, thereby improving the production and quality of cultivated seaweed. The methods employed to address this issue included educational sessions on environmentally sustainable farming practices and practical training on producing LOF from banana stalks. Results from these activities indicated that Caulerpa farmers were generally unaware of the potential use of banana stalks as raw material for LOF production. Through these educational sessions, members of the "Bahagia Bersama" Caulerpa farmers group gained an understanding of environmentally friendly cultivation techniques utilizing affordable and readily available banana stalk-based liquid organic fertilizer. Recommendations for future activities include intensive mentoring to ensure consistent implementation of cost-effective, environmentally sustainable seaweed farming methods, particularly through the use of locally sourced liquid organic fertilizer (LOF).

Climate change is a vital topic in elementary science education, yet it remains challenging for students to grasp due to its abstract nature. At the same time, many teachers face limitations in developing digital-based instructional media. This study aimed to create interactive learning media using Articulate Storyline for fourth-grade students and to empower teachers by involving them in both the development and implementation processes. The research employed the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Field testing with 21 students showed a notable improvement in learning outcomes, with average pre-test and post-test scores of 51.66 and 86.38, respectively. The N-Gain score of 0.70 indicates that the media was effective in enhancing student understanding. Moreover, teacher participation in the development process contributed to improved digital literacy and pedagogical skills, especially in integrating technology into classroom instruction. The Articulate Storyline-based media proved to be both practical and effective for elementary science learning, supporting the goals of the Merdeka Curriculum, which emphasizes differentiated instruction and the integration of educational technology.

Abstract: Background: Chronic kidney disease is becoming a health problem worldwide. The fact that chronic kidney disease patients cannot be separated from hemodialysis throughout their lives causes a significant decrease in physical and cognitive abilities in kidney failure patients, so that assessment of regular hemodialysis patients is very important because it can affect optimal quality of life. Objective: To determine the comparison of quality of life of regular hemodialysis patients based on the World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF score with the Missoula VITAS Quality of Life Index-15 score. Methods: This study uses an observational analytical method, with a cross sectional study to be conducted on regular hemodialysis patients caused by chronic kidney disease at Dr. Soegiri Lamongan Hospital. The instruments used are the WHOQOL-BREF quality of life scale and the Missoula score. Discussion: The results of this study showed that there were significant differences in several quality of life domains between WHOQOL-BREF and Missoula score. WHOQOL-BREF tends to score higher in the physical and environmental health domains. In contrast, MVQOLI provides a more in-depth assessment of aspects of symptoms and physical function as well as psychological well-being. Conclusions: There was a difference in quality of life in patients on regular hemodialysis therapy with World Health Organization-BREF and Missoula scores.
