Abstract

Dalam interaksi percakapan, peralihan kesempatan bertutur antar partisipan seringkali disertai tumpeng tindih. Hal ini juga terjadi dalam interaksi percakapan antara pengajar dan mahasiswa di perkuliahan Keterampilan Berbahasa Bahasa Jerman sebagai bahasa asing. Selama ini aspek tumpang tindih dalam perkuliahan kebahasaan belum banyak diteliti. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan: (1) bentuk tumpang tindih dan (2) faktor-faktor yang mendorong terjadinya tumpang tindih dalam interaksi percakapan di perkuliahan keterampilan berbahasa bahasa Jerman. Teori yang digunakan adalah the simplest systematics for the organization of turn-taking (Sacks et al, 1974). Penelitian ini dilakukan di Jurusan Pendidikan Bahasa Jerman, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan merekam dua perkuliahan yang diajar penutur asli dan bukan penutur asli bahasa Jerman pada tanggal 2 dan 8 Desember 2015. Rekaman tersebut ditranskripsikan, kemudian diklasifikasikan jenis tumpang tindih yang ada beserta latar belakang terjadinya tumpang tindih. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) terdapat tiga bentuk tumpang tindih yaitu tumpang tindih transisional (84,66%), rekognisional (13,86%) dan progresional (1,47%);(2) faktor pendorong kemunculan tumpang tindih yaitu: penutur memahami penjelasan, pertanyaan atau perbaikan dari mitra tutur; memberikan jawaban atau penjelasan, melakukan perbaikan, menegaskan bahwa jawaban mitra tutur benar, bertanya, dan penutur mengarahkan interaksi percakapanDalam interaksi percakapan, peralihan kesempatan bertutur antar partisipan seringkali disertai tumpang tindih. Abstract

Literary studies can not be separated from the literary theory initiated and developed by “Western” scholars. Indonesian Literature also refers to these theories in interpreting and explaining literary works. This paper intends to ask the historical contextuality and the theoretical independence of Indonesian literature as a nation that has a historicity different from the West. The main offer in this paper is the importance of a theory called the theory of harmony-constitution. The important objectives of the theoretical point of view of the theory of harmony-the constitution are 1) all efforts to build an independent society and social justice, 2) a happy and safe condition, and hence the freedom that has been achieved should always encourage unity, sovereignty and prosperity, and 3) the acknowledgment “on the blessings of almighty God and by the noble driven.” Methodologically, the theory of harmony-constitution is based on semantics. This theory can be used to analyze social and cultural issues, but in the case of this paper will be tested to study literary works, especially the poetry of Chairil Anwar.

Abstract

Function actors in Indonesian passive sentences often escape discussion books Indonesian syntax. The discussion focused on the function of more active voice. Treatment of the passive voice is restricted to the existence of an active sentence. In some syntactic outstanding books in general, functions of the perpetrators not be discussed in a clear and detailed. The average of these books use the concept of the subject (actor) in the active sentence becomes the object (the perpetrator) if subjected to a passivating process. The purpose of this study demonstrate the concept of correct function in accordance with the rules of syntax Indonesian. This study uses descriptive qualitative reviewed the literature to examine the function of the perpetrator based on syntactic theories, especially theories on the book Raw Indonesian Grammar as the main reference book. In addition, other books about the theory of syntax also be literature studies. The results of this study describes that concept of the function of the sentence in the passive voice. The results of this study were 1) the function of the actors in the passive voice can serve as complementary actors, title, and description, 2) the object never appears in the passive voice

Abstract

Globalisation Era will be faced Indonesia in 21st century. Chinese Language’s role is really needed in many aspect and sectors. Human resources who expert in foreign language are really needed as a bridge to cooperate between Indonesian and other countries. At this time the quantity student of Chinese Language in Indonesia have increased very fast. Many students with many ways have joined to expert Chinese Language in formal education or nonformal education. They all of them have tried to expert this foreign language. But there is a problem for Indonesian students to learn Chinese Language. The problem is a quite diffrent pronounciation with Indonesia Language before. So, at the last time so many students have given up to decide dismiss from the particular Chinese lesson. At this century, the technology also increase very fast. It’s related with many application to the smart phone. In the beginning of 2000th year, it has increased android system and ios which so many person have these system with many diffrent type. From the qualitative research method that we had done before. It’s known that the student of Chinese Language in using mobile learning can support to learn pronounciation, expecially for the consonant.

Abstract

This research explores the appraisal system in the news texts exposing issue of Duo Bali Nine execution taken from The Sydney Morning Herald, The Guardian Australia, The Jakarta Globe and The Jakarta Post websites. This is a descriptive qualitative research using criterion-based sampling technique. The primary data are taken from the interview and from the sixteen analyzed texts.the secondary data are taken from all information about journalists and the news paper also all information about Duo Bali Nine execution. The objectives of the research are to find out the appraisal systems applied in those texts, to know the journalists’ position through their texts and the influences of appraisal systems toward the readers. The results show that each news paper has their own appraisal systems patern. All types of attitudes are applied in the news texts both positive and negative. The engagement is mostly heterogloss and the mostly graduation is force- raise. Heterogloss engagement to make as if jurnalist in the neutral position and force raise graduation to make the effective news and reader not easily forget about the news.

Abstract

As  the  generic  approach  for  teaching  all  subjects  in  the  2013 Curriculum,  five stages  of  Scientific  approach  (SA)  are  subject  to  adaptation  (Permendiknas 103/2014).  In  response  to  this, English  lessons have married  it with genre-based approach  (GBA)  through  stages  of  instruction,  namely  building  context  or knowledge of the field, modeling of text and deconstructing  it,  joint construction of  text, and  independent  instruction of  text. This paper  reports an analysis of an English  lesson  transcript which has been claimed as applying scientific approach in  Hafidah’s  (2014)  study.  Through  a  qualitative  analysis,  all  the  classroom language  used  by  both  teacher  and  her  students  were  categorized  in  to  their intended  five SA  stages, GBA  stages and  their pedagogical  intentions  (Johnson, 1990).  The whole  classroom  language  use  was  then  analysed  for  its  inductive-deductive  reasoning.  Results  show  that  there  is  little  evidence  of  scientific approach in that lesson transcript.

Abstract

Penelitian  ini  menguji  apakah  penggunaan  pengajaran  strategi  metakognitif berdasarkan  “Tahapan  Metakognitif  Terbimbing”  dapat  meningkatkan kemampuan  siswa  dalam  mendengarkan  pelajaran  bahasa  Inggris  yang menitikberatkan pada  tiga  indikator: menentukan  informasi  tersurat, menentukan informasi  tersirat,  dan menentukan  gambaran  umum.  Penelitian  ini menerapkan desain  penelitian  praeksperimen  tes  awal  dan  tes  akhir  dengan  grup  tunggal. Sejumlah 32 siswa kelas 8 SMP Negeri 2 Ponorogo dipilih sebagai peserta grup. Grup  ini  memperoleh  5  (lima)  sesi  pertemuan  pelajaran  mendengarkan  teks recount di kelas dengan menerapkan pengajaran strategi metakognitif berdasarkan “Tahapan Metakognitif Terbimbing”. Data nilai siswa pada tes awal dan tes akhir dianalisa menggunakan uji t sampel berpasangan dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,05 (p<0.05) untuk menguji peningkatan skor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai tes akhir  siswa  lebih  tinggi  secara  signifikan  dibanding  nilai  awal  (72,41dibanding 61,06, p = 0,000, p < 0,05). Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan pengajaran ini  memacu  peningkatan  pemahaman  siswa  dalam  mendengarkan.  Hasil  ini menuntut perlunya menggabungkan pengajaran  ini ke dalam program pengajaran mendengarkan sehari-hari di kelas untuk membantu siswa mengatasi kesulitannya dalam mendengarkan Bahasa Inggris.

Abstract

The purpose of this research are to describe the intrinsic elements and inner conflicts of the main characters in the novel Pergi. This research is a descriptive research using content analysis method and using literary psychology approach which is conducted for six months, starting from May 2018 to October 2018. The source of data used in this study is in the form of documents and interviews. Documents in the form of  Novel Pergi by Tere Liye. The research subject was taken by purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done by analyzing documents and interviews. Validity test used is triangulation of theory and source triangulation. Data analysis techniques used are interactive model analysis which includes data collection, reduction activities, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research procedure consists of the preparation stage, the implementation phase, and the report preparation phase. The results of this study indicate the following two things. First, Novel Pergi has complete intrinsic elements consisting of 7 elements. Second, the Bujang character has an element of id, ego, and superego, which sometimes between the three is not in line and causes inner conflict within him.

Abstract

In the story telling activity, it is often encountered many children that are intelligent and brilliant performance cannot process their emotions, so that their understanding of a story that should be channeled properly through emotional intelligence are not formed. In the process of finalizing the EI of students, the role of teachers is necessary. Teachers can use fairy tales as one literary work that can be used to develop EI of students. Fairytale has the potential to contribute to the emotional development of students. This is due to the involvement of all the senses when the students are listen/read a fairy tale. In addition, the fairy tale is effectively used in order to instill the values and ethics, including empathy and sympathy learners. The usage purpose of archipelago fairytale in storytelling is to help students cultivate EI, so it can provide a positive influence on the various actions taken by the student. The content of this article is about (1) the role of teachers in telling a story, (2) the emotional development of students, (3) storytelling as a stimulation to the EI of the students, and (4) the characteristics of fairytale archipelago right to ripen the EI of students

Abstract

Menciptakan  proses  belajar  mengajar  memerlukan perencanaan yang baik dan keterampilan mengajar guru. Sebagai seorang guru, mereka harus mampu melakukan proses pembelajaran secara efektif dan  bermakna  untuk  membantu  siswa  mencapai  tujuan  pembelajaran. Selain  itu,  para  guru  dituntut  untuk  membuat  rencana  pelajaran  dan menerapkannya.,  penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  menggambarkan bagaimana  guru mengembangkan  rencana  pelajaran  dan menerapkannya dalam  proses  belajar  mengajar.  Metode  studi  kasus  digunakan  dalam penelitian  ini  untuk  menggambarkan  proses  pembelajaran  yang berdasarkan rencana pelajaran yang  telah dikembangkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rencana pelajaran dikembangkan guru terkemuka  itu dilakukan  dengan  baik  berdasarkan  teori  pengembangan  rencana pembelajaran  dan  berdasarkan  peraturan  Kementerian  Pendidikan.  RPP menunjukkan  kesalingterkaitan  antara  semua  komponen  RPP,  mereka adalah;  kompetensi  dasar,  kompetensi  dasar  sub,  indikator,  tujuan pembelajaran,  kegiatan  belajar mengajar, metode,  strategi  pembelajaran, media dan sumber, dan penilaian.
