Abstract

The purpose of this study is to discuss and analyze the performance of subject teachers influencing students’ learning outcomes in SMK Business and Technology Bekasi. The method used in this research is quantitative methods, data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation; data analysis techniques in this study using simple regression analysis and coefficient of determination. This research was conducted for 6 months starting from September 2020 to February 2021 with four stages, namely planning, implementing, processing data and reporting research results, while the results of this study were that the performance of teachers in the field of study had an effect on student achievement by 6.69%, with the calculation of the simple correlation coefficient of 0.69% while the result of the coefficient of determination of 47.61% means 52.39% is influenced by other factors not mentioned in this study.

Abstract

Thantawi Jauhari and Zaglul an-Najjar are two among many interpreters who approach the interpretation of the Koran with a scientific perspective, both of which try to present the other side of the scientific Koran, both represent different times, the status of the two is not the same too, as Zaglul who is a pure scientist and Thantawi who is a philosopher. Because of the unique interpretation they have thought of, many researchers have studied certain things in their interpretations, of course one of the reason is because of the methods they use. This type of research is a qualitative research with a text analysis approach, the main data from this study are taken from the interpretation book of Thantawi and Zaglul and other sources that are in accordance with the research theme. The results showed that Zaghlul and Thantawi did not use the same model in their interpretation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to have a broad understanding of the foundations for curriculum development; identify several curriculum foundations that become the basis for developing the curriculum by various related parties. The formulation of the curriculum either at the stage of ideas, plans, experiences or as a result of its development must refer to or use a strong and solid foundation, so that the curriculum can function and play a role in accordance with the demands of education in accordance with Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System. There are four main foundations that form the basis of curriculum development, namely: philosophical landscape, psychological foundation, socio-cultural foundation, as well as scientific and technological foundations. Philosophical assumptions have implications for the formulation of educational goals, the development of educational content or materials, determining strategies, as well as on the role of students and the role of educators. The psychological foundation refers to cognitive, behavioristic, and humanistic learning theories. The socio-cultural foundation has implications for the educational program that will be developed. Meanwhile the scientific and technological foundations are the starting points in developing the curriculum so that it is adaptive to the changes and challenges of the times.

Abstract

Having a Networking or Networking is one very important thing that supports the success of the world of education. As a social being, basically there needs to be socialization or good relations between fellow humans, both in the smallest environment such as household, family, relatives, work colleagues and others. The research that the author uses is a type of literature review research or often called library research, Library Research which is research that is focused on collecting a series of quotations from various books or articles and laws / regulations related to the object of study. The principle of Islam is living together and a person's relationship with society because an individual has limitations. Therefore, the benefits obtained from society are never comparable to the benefits obtained from individuals because of their limitations. Islam instructs its followers in doing jobs to always cooperate with others and when individuals work together and have social relations, the spirit of unity that blows in their anatomy will keep them from being divided, so that Islam places great importance on participation in society. Humans as social beings always need other people. Despite having an adequate life, sufficient intelligence and sufficient physical strength, he will always need an environment where he can share, support each other and work together. Humans need not only religion, science, or entertainment or the arts, but also togetherness. Everything is necessary. Because with religion life is more directed, with knowledge life will be easier, with the art of life more beautiful and with togetherness life will be more useful. Cooperation is the mental and emotional involvement of people in group situations that encourage them to contribute to group goals or various responsibilities for achieving goals. In building a social life, humans create forms of social interaction which are then studied in social science. As members of social groups, we act and behave in certain ways. The behavior of each individual is usually influenced by the behavior of other people which is then known as interaction. The definition of cooperation (cooperative) is an effort made by several people or groups to achieve common goals. This collaboration is an interaction that is very important for human life because humans are social creatures who both need each other. This collaboration can occur when the individual concerned has the same interests and awareness to work together in achieving common goals and interests. Cooperation or collaboration is very important in an organization, as an integral part of efforts to achieve organizational goals. Therefore, the school as an organization needs to continually strive to build a spirit of cooperation for all its members.

Abstract

In essence, development is a systematic and planned effort by each or all components of the nation to change a situation into a better condition by utilizing various available resources optimally, efficiently, effectively and accountably, with the ultimate goal of improving the quality of human life and society in a sustainable manner. Planning is a process that describes the goals of the organization and determines the strategies that will be used to achieve organizational goals. Planning is an important process of all management functions because without planning, the function of organizing, controlling and directing will not work. The research that the author uses is a type of literature review research or often called library research, Library Research which is research that is focused on collecting a series of quotations from various books or articles and laws / regulations related to the object of study. There are several challenges to realizing sustainable development in a concrete manner in various fields and regions, namely: There is still a need for commonalities and widespread understanding by various stakeholders about the importance of sustainable development in all aspects of life; Development of data and measures of sustainable development and their reflection into concrete activities, both in the environmental, economic and social dimensions reflected in sustainable behavior; The importance of developing and encouraging the implementation of environmentally friendly activities reflected in the efficient use of resources and reducing waste, strengthening pollution monitoring including facilitation and support for its expansion; Development of governance that encourages the use of clean resources and technology, including measures to control pollution and law enforcement efforts accompanied by capacity building of institutions and human resources as a whole. There are five national development priorities in the 2020 RKP: National development and poverty alleviation; Infrastructure and equitable distribution of areas; Added value in the real sector and industrialization as well as expanding job opportunities; Food, water, energy and environmental security; and Defense stability and security.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) method on the mathematics learning outcomes of grade V students at MIS Yapis Al Falah, Bojonggede District. This study used a pre-experimental method with a pre-post test design, while the sample of this study consisted of 15 grade V students. The results showed that there was an effect of the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) method on the Mathematics learning outcomes of class V students as seen from the results of the grades. sig 0.000 <0.05 so also obtained tcount = 7.897 while t table = 2.14. Then t count> ttable (-7,897> 2.14) and it can be concluded that there is an influence between the STAD method on the Mathematics learning outcomes of class V students at MIS Yapis Al Falah.

Abstract

Creativity is the ability to think about things in new and unusual ways and give birth to something unique, or create something original. Plasticine is a material that is made of flexible and can be shaped as desired. This study aims to increase early childhood creativity through playing plasticine. This type of research is Classroom Action Research. This research was conducted in 2 cycles, each stage, namely Planning, Implementation, Observation and Reflection. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation, field notes. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. Subjects in this study were group B with a total of 14 children consisting of 9 boys and 5 girls. The results showed that the creativity of children increased, namely from the pre-cycle the number of undeveloped children decreased from 12 children to 0 (85.7%) in cycles I and II, then children who began to develop from pre-cycle 2 children (14 , 3%) to 9 children (64.3%) in cycle I and to 0 in cycle II. Children who developed as expected from pre-cycle from none to 5 children (35.7%) in cycle I and 3 children (21.4%) in cycle 2. Children who developed very well in pre-cycle and cycle I did not there were 11 children (78.65%). These results indicate that playing plasticine can increase the creativity of early childhood in RA Ibnu Sina, Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency.

Abstract

Improving the quality of graduates of Islamic religious colleges (PTKI) is an urgent urgency for immediate improvement. Basically, quality improvement can be done with a strategy to change one of the subsystems: people, structure, technology, and organizational processes. In relation to the study of strategies for improving quality graduates in tertiary institutions, the changes were made to the human and technology subsystems, including: (1) students being educated; (2) lecturers as educators and lecturers; and (3) facilities and infrastructure. To get students with the best seeds, a selection system that only considers quality, not the target number of students, can be done so that the output (graduates) can compete in the labor market. In addition, national standardization of the level of student ability in mastering subjects needs to be carried out through the National Examination of the Study Program. Apart from being a teacher, a lecturer is also an educator who educates prospective scholars to become human beings who have the same qualities as the purpose of education. To carry out this function, lecturers must have a functional position and improve their abilities through education to the Masters or Doctoral level as well as various seminars or training activities. Likewise with the facilities and infrastructure, which includes student practical equipment in the laboratory or adequate computerization.

Abstract

The results of observations and interviews at SDN 2 Depok show the low minimum completeness criteria (KKM) 75 scores of students in the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subject found that student learning outcomes in the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subject are still low, due to not focusing on learning the lack of learning methods used by the teacher. One of the contributing factors is that the learning methods used are less varied so that learning becomes monotonous. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the talking stick method in the learning outcomes of Islamic Education. The method used is classroom action research (PTK). The object in this study was 29 students in grade V. Data collection was carried out using learning outcomes, filling out observation sheets. The data analysis used quantitative calculations which were then described in the form of presentations. Based on the learning results of the students after using the talking stick method, student learning outcomes increased each cycle. Judging from the learning outcomes of cycle 1 reached a percentage of 62% and cycle II reached 89%, meaning that there was an increase of 24%. In cycle, student learning outcomes in Islamic Education subjects have reached 62%, while in cycle II it has reached 89%. So, it can be concluded that between cycle I and cycle II an increase of 24%.

Abstract

This research is conducted in order to: analyze the influence of Motivation, Culture, Ability, toward Work Satisfaction and Teacher’s Performance in Senior high School State in Makassar South Sulawesi to obtain of more deep influence of culture, Motivation, Ability toward Worked Satisfaction and teacher’s Performance in yunior high school in Makassar. Data is analyzed constructively by using the technique analyze the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with AMOS 18 program (Analyze of Moment Structural). Research location is the teachers of senior high school in Makassar respondent of research the teaher in Senior highg School. As sample of the research is 120 respondents. Result of the research indicate that there are positive direct influence and significant from Culture, otivation, Ability toward Worked Satisfaction and Teacher’s Performance in Senior High School in Makassar, there are positive direct influence and significant from factor Motivation toward worked satisfaction and Teacher’s Performance, in Senior high school Makassar South Sulawesi province.
