Along with the times, sports shoes like “Nike” have now developed into more modern and fashionable shoes, so they can be used in daily activities. Brand awareness and risk perception influencing intention to buy “Nike” shoes is the aim of this research. Descriptive analytical research is the model chosen to conduct this research. 100 respondents were used as a sample in this study through purposive sampling and questionnaires as a way of collecting data. The result study shows that the age group of 17-25 years is the dominant age group using “Nike” products. This age group is a productive age group so they have a good understanding of “Nike” products. Multiple linear regression analysis of brand awareness affects significantly the purchase intention as its significant value is 0.237. This shows that most consumers of “Nike” shoes have good brand awareness. The risk perception variable in this study has a significant effect of 0.201 to the purchase intention. In theory, risk perception will have a negative impact on purchase intention. However, there is a positive direction of risk perception on purchase intention.

This study aims to examine whether the factors studied affect customer loyalty in using Scarlett Whitening body lotion. The population used in this study were students majoring in management at the Univercity Pembangunan Panca Budi Medan with the criteria for women from the 2018-2021 class. The sample required is 81 respondents. Sampling used in this study is non-probability sampling. The type of data used in this study is primary data, namely by collecting data through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. Thus partially and simultaneously, customer satisfaction, product quality, and brand image have a significant effect on customer loyalty Scarlett Whitening bodylotion

This study aims to identify the motivation of students' intention to become entrepreneurs in Islamic banking students at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. This research is a quantitative study using an purposive sampling approach with 93 respondents and analyzed using regression analysis. The results show that personal goals, risk tolerance, and readiness for instrumentation affect students' intention to become entrepreneurs. In contrast, work freedom and the need for achievement do not affect student intention. And release in working is due to their ingrained performance as bank employees. The implication of this research is to continue to improve students' soft skills, especially in the spirit of competing or winning competitions, and to change the mindset of students to be free to express their desires in various ways.

The reason for this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture, organizational commitment and work facilities on job satisfaction at LPD in Buleleng District. The research method uses validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, t-test, determination and f-test tests. The results showed that organizational culture affects LPD job satisfaction in Buleleng District. The results of the study that organizational culture affects job satisfaction. Organizational commitment is very influential on the job satisfaction of LPD in Buleleng District. From the test results that organizational commitment affects job satisfaction. Work facilities affect LPD job satisfaction in Buleleng District. The results of the study found that work facilities had a significant effect on job satisfaction. Simultaneous test results show F-count > F-table, (246.628 > 3.11), this indicates that organizational culture factors, organizational commitment and work facilities influence job satisfaction with sig. 0.000 < 0.050.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of ticket prices, tourist attraction facilities, and security on tourist interest in the Ngebel Lake tourist attraction. This research is quantitative research. The population for this study was visitors to the Ngebel Lake tourist attraction, totaling 14.767 in the period of October 2022. The number of samples for this study was 99 which was determined using the slovin formula. The sampling method used is accidental sampling. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study found that ticket prices, tourist attraction facilities, and security partially had a significant effect on tourist interest in the Ngebel Lake tourist attraction.

Ciletuh-Palabuhanratu UNESCO Global Geopark (CPUGGp) has become the pride of the people of West Java because of its natural wealth, biological wealth, and community-cultivated wealth that creates tourism experience that never found in other touristarea. However, the level of tourist visits has continued to decreasesince the establishment of UNESCO Global Geopeark Ciletuh-Palabuhanratu status has been held on 17 April 2018. This situation deserves attention considering that the presence of Geopark should be able to improve the economy of people who live in the tourist area. The purpose of this research isto ascertain how the tourism experience can affect the loyalty intention of CPUGGP. The implication of this research is expected to be a reference for the Geopark Ciletuh management in order to develop Geopark as a tourist area that can provide economic benefits for the local community. The research method used is verification with tourists visiting CPUGGp in 2020 as research population. This study used Spearman rank correlation, coefficient of determination, and t-test with a significance level of 5% in conducting data analysis. This study found that there is an influence of tourism experience on loyalty intention of 75,2%

The existence of the tofu and tempeh industry in Indonesia is very easy to find, this is because processed tofu and tempeh products have quite a lot of variants. The types of businesses included in this MSME group are mostly still managed traditionally, so that further development is needed. However, in the development of this business unit, of course, it is necessary to pay attention to what factors influence its development. This research was conducted in Musi Banyuasin Regency by involving 175 tofu and tempeh industries in data collection. The potential for the development of this industry is very large, because the location is not far from Palembang which is the provincial capital, making the existence of the tofu and tempeh industry very high in potential. Utilizing data from survey results related to location, number of workers used and investment value, this study tries to analyze these variabels on the output value of the tofu and tempeh industry. The calculation results show that the amount of output value produced by this industry is influenced by the location of the industry, the number of workers involved and the investment value made. The results of calculations using simple regression show that all independent variabels have a positive and significant effect. So that local governments can consider the results of this study as a reference in issuing policies for the development of this industry.

This study aims to analyze Small, Micro and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) of processed cracker products in UjungPangkah Village using 3 informants, namely 1 owner and 2 workers, 8 consumers and 3 competitors. The research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive analysis method with the Smart Business Map (SBM), namely analyzing the Playing Field, Market Landscape and Operational Profitability sections. This research can be used by MSME processed crackers in determining business direction, market share, compliance with customer needs, appropriate appropriate technology to increase revenue. The results of the analysis using the SBM method show the health condition of the business which will later identify problems in it that need to be implemented immediately by a new strategy or solution. This study has limitations on the research object, which is only focused on cracker traders and parameters that are seen only on the health of the Abidzar cracker MSE business.

Social marketing is one way for a company to improve its brand image to be better known among the public. Social marketing activities can be based on activities such as caring for the environment such as minimal waste generated from the business activities of an MSME or company. The purpose of this study is to identify more deeply the basis of social marketing, whether it can improve the brand image of the business or not, and with social marketing, the business can also provide benefits that have a good impact on the social environment of the community. This research was carried out using qualitative methods by conducting in-depth interviews with grated coconut business owners, consumers, and residents around the running grated coconut business environment, which in this study were taken from several Grated Coconut SMEs in Semarang City. The results of this study are in the form of a new social marketing model, namely (IMBRASM) as a basis for initiating MSME brand image enhancement or an effort to increase MSME awareness of the importance of running a business by taking into account environmental conditions. The contribution of this research is that the existence of the IMBRASM model will make it easier for Grated Coconut MSMEs to implement social marketing and can also be the beginning of the awareness process of MSME business actors on the importance of protecting the environment in running business operations.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the East Java Provincial Government in initiating “Si Langit Bumi” as a form of providing information system services and village economic data management through managing computer-based village-owned enterprises and integrated websites that are easy to access for users. This study uses a business model canvas with secondary data as an analytical tool. The results of the research are in the form of ideal modeling of “Si Langit Bumi”, based on a memorandum of understanding between the stakeholders involved in order to manage information systems and village economic data management to become transparent, accountable, and on target and to make village-owned enterprises in East Java Province more resilient and contribute to the regional economy.
