Abstract

AbstractThe beauty industry is a highly developed industrial sector. Not only developing economically and market, but also can even give birth to new industries through beauty enthusiasts which at this time can also develop into beauty influencers. However, behind the beauty in the beauty industry that exists today, there is a dark side that accompanies it, where the beauty industry can cause piles of waste left over from its product packaging. In addition to the mounting piles of garbage, there are other threats in the form of microbead which can damage the environment due to the rest of the product in it. As an effort to manage waste, Sociolla, Sukin and Waste4Change are trying to recycle used beauty product packaging containers through the Waste Down Kindness Up campaign. To examine this matter, research will be carried out using qualitative methods through literature study efforts.Keywords: Beauty Industry, Beauty Waste, Recycle AbstrakSaat ini salah satu bidang industri yang berkembang pesat adalah industri kecantikan. Tidak hanya berkembang secara ekonomi dan pasar, tetapi juga bahkan dapat melahirkan industri baru melalui beauty enthusiast yang saat ini juga dapat berkembang menjadi beauty influencer. Namun, dibalik keindahan dalam industri kecantikan yang hadir saat ini terdapat sisi gelap yang menyertai, dimana industri kecantikan dapat menimbulkan tumpukan sampah sisa kemasan produknya. Selain tumpukan sampah yang menggunung terdapat ancaman lain berupa microbead yang dapat merusak lingkungan akibat sisa produk didalamnya. Sebagai upaya pengelolaan sampah Sociolla, Sukin, dan Waste4Change berupaya untuk melakukan recycle wadah bekas kemasan produk kecantikan melalui kampanye Waste Down Kindness Up. Untuk meneliti hal tersebut akan dilakukan penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui upaya studi literatur.Kata Kunci: Industri Kecantikan, Limbah Kecantikan, Daur Ulang

Abstract

AbstractCorporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a concept or action undertaken in the business or industrial world as a form of responsibility for surrounding communities' social and environmental well-being. The East Kalimantan Provincial Government plays a critical role in ensuring the sustainability of CSR programs by coal mining companies to enhance the quality of life for communities around mining areas. Through strategic policies, the provincial government integrates corporate CSR programs with regional development agendas to ensure that contributions from the mining industry sector have optimal and sustainable impacts. In fulfilling its role, the local government collaborates with various stakeholders to supervise, evaluate, and improve the implementation of CSR programs. The main focus is on improving infrastructure, education, health, and local economic empowerment. Additionally, the provincial government also acts as a mediator between the companies and the community, ensuring that the aspirations and needs of the community are accommodated in each program implemented. Thus, the role of the East Kalimantan Provincial Government is crucial in creating synergy between industrial growth and the welfare of local communities, facilitating an inclusive and sustainable socio-economic transformation in the coal mining region.Keywords: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), East Kalimantan Provincial Government, Supervision and Evaluation.

Abstract

AbstractThis research will photograph how digital leadership is carried out by regional heads in two provinces, namely the Governor of West Java, Ridwan Kamil, and the Governor of Banten, Wahidin Halim. These two figures will be compared from the perspective of digital leadership in administering government in their respective regions. This research will also photograph the achievements of each region in implementing electronic-based government. It is hoped that this research will be able to provide an overview of how digital leadership capabilities have a big impact on the implementation of government digitalization in the regional government organizations they lead. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The research results illustrate that the two former governors have similarities. Every leader has a vital role and real contribution in encouraging the digitalization of government with the digital resources and capabilities they have. The various appreciations received by both individuals and regional government organizations are clear evidence that their performance in driving digital transformation is recognized by many people as leaders who have good digital abilities and competencies.Keywords: Leadership, Digital Leadership, Banten Province, West Java Province AbstrakRiset ini akan memotret bagaimana kepemimpinan digital yang dilakukan oleh kepala daerah di dua Provinsi yaitu Gubernur Jawa Barat yaitu Ridwan Kamil dengan Gubernur Banten yaitu Wahidin Halim. Kedua tokoh ini akan dikomparasi dari sudut pandang kepemimpinan digital dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan di daerah masing-masing. Riset ini juga akan memotret pencapaian daerah masing-masing dalam menyelenggarakan pemerintahan berbasis elektronik. Diharapkan riset ini mampu memberikan gambaran tentang bagaimana kemampuan kepemimpinan digital sangat berdampak pada penyelenggaraan digitalisasi pemerintahan pada organisasi pemerintahan daerah yang dipimpin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa kedua Mantan Gubernur terdapat persamaan. Setiap pemimpin memiliki peran yang vital dan kontribusi yang nyata dalam mendorong terselenggaranya dgitalisasi pemerintahan dengan sumber daya dan kemampuan digital yang dimiliki. Berbagai apresiasi yang didapatkan yang diterima baik individu maupun oraganisasi pemerintahan daerah menjadi salah satu bukti nyata bahwa kinerja keduanya dalam mendorong transformasi digital diaku oleh banyak masyarakat sebagai pemimpin yang memiliki kemampuan dan kompetensi digital yang baik.Kata kunci:Kepemimpinan, Kepemimpinan Digital, Provinsi Banten, Provinsi Jawa Barat

Abstract

AbstractThe Net Zero Emissions (NZE) program became a popular term after the Paris Climate Agreement was held in 2015. The program aims to reduce environmental pollution that has the potential to cause global warming. Energy is one of the sectors focused on achieving the NZ E program. Various countries have issued new regulations related to the supply of electrical energy that are adjusted to the NZE program. The regulation emphasizes replacing the operation of conventional power plants that use coal such as Steam Power Plants. The plant will later be removed and replaced with a New Renewable Energy (EBT) based power plant. However, various challenges and impacts will arise due to the shift from the use of fossil energy to EBT energy. This study aims to determine the challenges in carrying out the energy transition to achieve the NZE program. The narrative literature review method is used to analyze information and literature. The development of EBT generators is logically a priority step for Indonesia. This development is like increasing the co-firing composition by increasing the number of Geothermal Power Plants (PLTP) in Padarincang, Banten Province. The abundant availability of EBT in Indonesia is an opportunity that can be utilized optimally to achieve the NZE program.Keywords: International Environmental Institute, Environmental Issues, Global AbstrakSetelah Perjanjian Paris Climate Agreement pada tahun 2015, inisiatif Net Zero Emissions (NZE) semakin populer. Tujuannya untuk mengurangi pencemaran lingkungan yang dapat menyebabkan pemanasan global. Salah satu sektor kunci yang menjadi sasaran program NZE adalah energi. Banyak negara telah memperkenalkan peraturan baru tentang pasokan listrik untuk menyelaraskan dengan program NZE. Peraturan ini memprioritaskan penggantian pembangkit listrik konvensional berbasis batubara seperti PLTU dengan pembangkit berbasis energi baru terbarukan (EBT). Namun, peralihan dari energi fosil ke energi EBT akan menimbulkan berbagai tantangan dan dampak. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan yang terlibat dalam transisi ke energi EBT untuk mencapai program NZE. Pendekatan literature review naratif digunakan untuk menganalisis informasi dan literatur. Pengembangan pembangkit EBT merupakan langkah krusial bagii Indonesia. Salah satu cara untuk mencapainya adalah dengan menambah jumlah Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Panas Bumi (PLTP) di Padarincang, Provinsi Banten. Sumber daya EBT Indonesia yang melimpah memberikan peluang untuk mencapai program NZE secara efisien.Kata Kunci: Net Zero Emission, Krisis Iklim, Pemanasan Global.

Abstract

AbstrakPenanaman Modal Asing (PMA) menurut UU No. 25 Tahun 2007 adalah kegiatan investasi oleh penanam modal asing di wilayah Indonesia, baik dengan modal asing sepenuhnya atau berpatungan dengan modal dalam negeri. Salah satu aktor penting dalam kerjasama investasi asing adalah Sime Darby Plantation Berhad, sebuah perusahaan multinasional dari Malaysia yang beroperasi di berbagai sektor di 25 negara dan 4 benua. Sime Darby Plantation memiliki perkebunan kelapa sawit di beberapa negara, termasuk Indonesia, di mana PT Minamas Plantation menjadi representasinya. Investasi asing Sime Darby Plantation didukung oleh potensi besar industri kelapa sawit di Indonesia, kondisi alam yang mendukung, dan tenaga kerja yang melimpah. Kerjasama ini memberikan manfaat ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan bagi Provinsi Riau, seperti peningkatan kesempatan kerja dan pendapatan pajak negara. Selain itu, PT Minamas Plantation juga berkontribusi dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat lokal dan mitigasi kebakaran hutan melalui kerjasama dengan Universitas dan pemerintah daerah. Namun, terdapat juga beberapa tantangan, seperti konflik agraria dan kekhawatiran LSM lingkungan terhadap pembukaan lahan baru. Dampak positif dari investasi ini termasuk peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat lokal dan alih teknologi, sementara dampak negatifnya meliputi kerusakan lingkungan dan eksploitasi sumber daya alam yang berlebihan. Pemerintah dan perusahaan harus mempertimbangkan baik keuntungan maupun kerugian dari investasi asing ini untuk mencapai manfaat yang berkelanjutan. Dalam melaksanakan penelitian, artikel ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, yaitu studi pustaka dengan mengumpulkan berbagai buku, jurnal, artikel, dan sumber-sumber lain untuk dapat menjawab rumusan masalah ini.Kata Kunci: investasi asing, Sime Darby Plantation, provinsi Riau, kelapa sawit, kerjasama AbstractForeign Investment (PMA) according to Law No. 25 Year 2007 is an investment activity by foreign investors in the territory of Indonesia, either with fully foreign capital or in partnership with domestic capital. One of the important actors in foreign investment cooperation is Sime Darby Plantation Berhad, a multinational company from Malaysia that operates in various sectors in 25 countries and 4 continents. Sime Darby Plantation has oil palm plantations in several countries, including Indonesia, where PT Minamas Plantation is its representative. Sime Darby Plantation's foreign investment is supported by the huge potential of the palm oil industry in Indonesia, favorable natural conditions, and abundant labor. This cooperation provides economic, social, and environmental benefits for Riau Province, such as increased employment opportunities and state tax revenues. In addition, PT Minamas Plantation also contributes to local community empowerment and forest fire mitigation through cooperation with the University and local government. However, there are also some challenges, such as agrarian conflicts and environmental NGO concerns over new land clearing. Positive impacts of these investments include improved welfare of local communities and technology transfer, while negative impacts include environmental damage and over-exploitation of natural resources. Governments and companies must consider both the advantages and disadvantages of these foreign investments to achieve sustainable benefits. In conducting the research, this article uses a qualitative research method, which is a literature study by collecting various books, journals, articles, and other sources to be able to answer the formulation of this problem.Keywords: foreign investment, Sime Darby Plantation, Riau province, palm oil, cooperation

Abstract

AbstractMahakam Ulu is a new Regency that was established independently in 2012 apart from West Kutai Regency. This research aims to determine the impact of technology in government agencies which is a challenge that must be overcome by Mahakam Ulu Regency in implementing Electronic Government in the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency. The need for the use of e-Gov itself has developed from year to year, the Mahakam Ulu Regency government is required to be able to work hard and be proactive in dealing with current developments with the use of modern technology. This research method uses qualitative research, which is research that describes all research events that occur in the field using literature studies. The research results show that the implementation of e-Gov cannot still be said to be optimal because it is still experiencing delays in adapting to the existing technological conditions at BKPSDM Mahakam Ulu Regency: First, employee performance is always increasing, but on a digital document basis, report documents are still often delayed. Second, human resource factors (disposition) or government officials still have difficulty absorbing updated information related to the implementation of e-Gov, so special guidance is needed to be able to survive with the aim of good governance.Keywords: Government Governance, Electronic Government AbstrakMahakam Ulu merupakan Kabupaten baru yang berdiri sendiri pada tahun 2012 terlepas dari Kabupaten Kutai Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui dampak teknologi di instansi pemerintahan menjadi tantangan yang harus di lalu oleh Kabupten Mahakam Ulu dalam penerapan Electronic Government di Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia. Kebutuhan penggunaan e-Gov sendiri mengalami perkembangan dari tahun ke tahun, pemerintah Kabupetan Mahakam Ulu di tuntut untuk bisa berkerja keras dan proaktif dalam menangani perkembangan zaman dengan penggunaan teknologi modern. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualiatatif merupakan penelitian yang mempaparkan segala peristiwa penelitian yang terjadi di lapangan dengan batuan studi literature. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan penerpan e-Gov masih belum bisa dikatakan optimal karena masih mengalami keterlambatan penyesuaian dengan kondisi teknologi yang ada di BKPSDM Kabupaten Mahakam Ulu : Pertama, Kinerja pegawai selalu mengalami peningkatan tetapi secara basis digital document masih sering mengalami keterlambatan dokumen laporan. Kedua, Faktor sumber daya manusia (disposisi) ataupun aparat pemerintahnya masih kesulitan menyerap informasi pembaruan terkait penerapan e-Gov sehingga diperlukan bimbingan khusus agar bisa survice dengan tujuan good governece.Kata kunci: Tata Kelola Pemerintahan, Electronic Government

Abstract

AbstractIn the context of the agricultural sector, increasing the capacity of Women Farmer Groups is very important because this sector has a significant absorption capacity of labour. In the face of increasingly high population growth, the demand for food security will also increase. One of the community empowerment efforts carried out by the Maju Makmur Women Farmers Group community is through training, mentoring, and processing of agricultural products to increase the income of community members. In this study, an in-depth qualitative approach was used to describe the research results. Moleong (2007: 6) explains that qualitative research can be interpreted as a deep understanding. In addition, the phenomena in this study are also the subject of the research itself and a method like this will be easier and faster which is in accordance with the actions and attitudes in the research. The approach in this study also uses a descriptive qualitative approach, namely based on the problems that have been described, there are four main problems, namely economic, environmental, educational, and social. Housewives in Randakari Village are of productive age. The environment in the Randakari Village is polluted, which causes the loss of agricultural land and plantations. Women also did not receive socialization on how to deal with the negative impacts of industrialization. Prior to the establishment of the Women Farmers Group in Randakari Village, many women tended to be inactive or apathetic. Overall, it can be concluded that the collaboration between the Cilegon City Agriculture Service and private parties such as PT. MCI, PT. Pertamina, and civil society are programs that are supported by the government's concern for the community, with the aim of helping reduce the problems of stunting, poverty, and inequality of women.Keywords: Women Farmers Group, Food Security, Community Empowerment. AbstrakDalam konteks sektor pertanian, meningkatkan kemampuan Kelompok Wanita Tani menjadi sangat penting karena sektor ini memiliki daya serap tenaga kerja yang signifikan. Dalam menghadapi pertumbuhan penduduk yang semakin tinggi, permintaan akan ketahanan pangan juga meningkat. Salah satu upaya pemberdayaan masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh komunitas Kelompok Wanita Tani Maju Makmur adalah melalui pelatihan, pendampingan, dan pengolahan hasil pertanian guna meningkatkan pendapatan para ibu-ibu anggota komunitas. Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif yang mendalam untuk menggambarkan hasil penelitian. Moleong (2007: 6) menjelaskan bahwa penelitian kualitatif dapat diartikan sebagai pemahaman secara mendalam. Selain itu, fenomena dalam penelitian ini juga sebagai subjek dari penelitian itu sendiri dan metode seperti ini akan lebih mudah serta cepat yang di mana hal tersebut sudah sesuai dengan tindakan juga sikap dalam penelitian. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini juga menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yakni berdasarkan permasalahan yang sudah di jelaskan, terdapat empat permasalahan utama, yaitu ekonomi, lingkungan, pendidikan, dan sosial. Ibu rumah tangga di Kelurahan Randakari memiliki usia produktif. Lingkungan di Kelurahan Randakari mengalami pencemaran, yang menyebabkan hilangnya lahan pertanian dan perkebunan. Perempuan juga tidak mendapatkan sosialisasi mengenai cara mengatasi dampak negatif dari industrialisasi. Sebelum didirikannya Kelompok Wanita Tani di Kelurahan Randakari, banyak perempuan cenderung tidak aktif atau apatis. Secara keseluruhan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kerjasama antara Dinas Pertanian Kota Cilegon dengan pihak swasta seperti PT. MCCI, PT. Pertamina, dan masyarakat sipil merupakan program yang didasari oleh kepedulian pemerintah terhadap masyarakat, dengan tujuan membantu mengurangi masalah stunting, kemiskinan, dan ketimpangan perempuan.Kata Kunci: Kelompok Wanita Tani, Ketahanan Pangan, Pemberdayaan Masyarakat

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to describe the Implementation of PT's CSR Program. Pertamina Hulu Mahakam towards the Empowerment of Women Farmer Groups in Muara Sembilang Village, Kutai Kartanegara Regency. This research uses qualitative research techniques, which is a research method to obtain descriptive data results in the form of describing observation results through words and verbally from objects and subjects. The research results show that PT Pertamina Hulu Mahakam cares in providing assistance and assistance to the Women's Farmer Group (KWT) in Muara Sembilang Village. Empowerment is carried out as a proof of social responsibility carried out by PHM to create citizens who are empowered and utilize family medicinal plants (toga) for their daily living needs. Apart from that, PHM is also committed to providing assistance and monitoring of the program, at least once every 3 months PHM always comes to supervise by collaborating with LPM.Keywords: CSR, Pertamina Hulu Mahakam, Women Farmers Group

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to analyze the influence of intangible assets, financial policies, managerial ownership and financial performance on firm value in non-financial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2016 to 2022. The research sample was selected using purposive sampling to obtain 17 If the company is multiplied by the number of years of research, the data obtained is 119. The research results show that intangible assets, managerial ownership, liquidity and asset turnover have no effect on firm value, debt policy has a negative effect on Tobins Q but has no effect on PBV, policy dividends have a negative effect on company value, company size has a negative effect on firm value.Keywords: Intangible Assets, Financial Policy, Managerial Ownership, Financial Performance, Firm Value AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh aset tidak berwujud, kebijakan keuangan, kepemilikan manajerial, dan kinerja keuangan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan sektor non keuangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode tahun 2016 hingga tahun 2022. Sampel penelitian dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh 17 perusahaan yang apabila dikalikan dengan jumlah tahun penelitian maka diperoleh data sebanyak 119. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil bahwa aset tidak berwujud, kepemilikan manajerial, likuiditas dan asset turnover tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, kebijakan utang berpengaruh negatif terhadap tobins q namun tidak berpengaruh terhadap PBV, kebijakan dividen berpengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan, ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan.Kata Kunci: Aset Tidak Berwujud, Kebijakan Keuangan, Kepemilikan Manajerial, Kinerja Keuangan, Nilai Perusahaan.

Abstract

Abstract Public Administration Ethics as an effort to prevent the emergence of Corruption, Collusion, and Nepotism. Acts of corruption, collusion and nepotism can appear whenever and wherever along the way there is a meeting between intention and opportunity, as has been stated previously. Acts of corruption, collusion and nepotism can occur in both high, middle and low level public bureaucracies. Therefore, to prevent or overcome acts of corruption, collusion, and nepotism in the public bureaucracy, efforts must be made not to reconcile the intentions and opportunities. One of the efforts to prevent the meeting between intentions and opportunities is to uphold and enforce the ethics of Public Administration in the ranks of the public bureaucracy or government. The ethical values of the bureaucracy, as described above, if they really have become a "norm" that must be followed and obeyed by the public bureaucracy in carrying out their duties and authorities, will be able to prevent acts of corruption, collusion, and nepotism in the public bureaucracy. although there is no supervisory agency as mentioned above. However, it is recognized that bureaucratic ethics are not sufficient to ensure that there is no corruption, collusion and nepotism in the bureaucracy. There is the most important thing and the most important thing is to return to the personality of each actor (human). In other words, internal control in the form of faith and religion inherent in humans. They will not commit acts of corruption, collusion, and nepotism when they know and believe that the act is an act that is not good, despicable and not commendable, especially when viewed from the beliefs and religious values they profess. Because all of their attitudes, actions, and behavior must be accounted for later to Allah SWT.Keywords: Public Administration, Ethics, Good Governance AbstrakEtika Administrasi Publik sebagai upaya mencegah timbulnya Korupsi, Kolusi, dan Nepotisme. Tindakan Korupsi, Kolusi Dan Nepotisme bisa muncul kapan dan dimanapun sepanjang jalan terjadi pertemuan antara niat dan kesempatan, seperti apa yang telah dikemukakan terdahulu. Tindakan korupsi, kolusi dan nepotisme bisa terjadi baik pada birokrasi publik tingkat tinggi, menengah maupun rendahan. Oleh karenanya untuk mencegah atau mengatasi tindakan korupsi, kolusi, dan nepotisme pada tubuh birokrasi publik harus berupaya untuk tidak mempertemukan antara niat dan kesempatan tadi. Salah satu upaya untuk mencegah tidak bertemunya antara niat dan kesempatan tadi adalah menjunjung tinggi dan menegakkan etika Administrasi Publik pada jajaran birokrasi public atau Pemerintahan. Nilai-nilai etika birokrasi tadi sebagaimana digambarkan diatas, jika betul-betul sudah menjadi suatu “norm” yang harus diikuti dan dipatuhi bagi birokrasi publik dalam menjalankan tugas dan kewenangannya, maka akan dapat mencegah timbulnya tindakan korupsi, kolusi, dan nepotisme dalam tubuh birokrasi publik kendatipun tidak ada lembaga pengawasan sebagaimana yang telah disebutkan diatas. Namun diakui, bahwa etika birokrasi tersebut belum cukup untuk menjamin tidak terjadi perilaku korup, kolusi dan nepotisme pada tubuh birokrasi. Terdapat hal yang paling penting dan yang terpenting adalah kembali kepada kepribadian dari masing-masing pelaku (manusianya). Dengan kata lain kontrol internal dalam bentuk keimanan dan keagamaan yang melekat pada diri manusianya. Mereka tidak akan melakukan tindakan korupsi, kolusi, dan nepotisme manakala mereka mengetahui dan menyakini bahwa perbuatan tersebut merupakan suatu tindakan yang tidak baik, tercela dan tidak terpuji terutama jika dilihat dari nilai keyakinan dan keagamaan yang mereka anut. Karena segala dari suatu sikap, perbuatan, dan tingkah laku mereka harus dipertanggungjawabkan kelak kepada Allah SWT.Kata kunci:  Etika, Administrasi Publik, Good Governance
