Abstract

Integrated aquaculture management systems, aquaculture, and crop cultivation can be implemented in synergy where each business that supports each other, supports each other, support each other, by optimally utilizing the potential resources needed. Sapen Village, Mojoaban District, Sukoharjo Regency chose the location of empowerment because it has the potential for integrated farming. Livestock waste that is diverted and converted into pollution sources, on the other hand, the fishery business is very dependent on pellet feed, it is agreed that integration will occur, so the problem of livestock waste can be solved by presenting natural food sources for the fishing business. The program carried out is the socialization of alternative animal feed selection and the socialization of how to make alternative feed. The selection of alternative fish feed, besides being able to incur fish farmers' production costs, is also a form of integration between cattle and goat groups and fish livestock groups. From the implementation of this community service program, it will gain new knowledge about the management of agricultural waste by developing earthworm (lumbricus rubelius) cultivation as fish feed ingredients. Besides, the public also gained new knowledge about how to process livestock as an alternative to fish food.Keyword: integrated farming systems, livestock waste breeding, alternative fish feed

Abstract

Desa Tamiang mempunyai lahan pertanian dan perkebunan seluas 307 ha dengan produk melinjo yang melimpah. Setiap bagian dari melinjo dapat dimanfaatkan termasuk kulit melinjo. Kulit melinjo di Desa Tamiang hanya dijual apa adanya dan hanya dimasak sebagai sayur. Saat musim panen, kulit melinjo melimpah di pasaran sehingga harganya sangat murah. Selain itu kulit melinjo tidak tahan lama dan mudah membusuk. Jika dikelola dengan baik kulit melinjo mempunyai potensi yang banyak dan mempunyai nilai ekonomi tinggi. Melihat potensi tersebut, maka perlu adanya usaha kreatif dan inovatif dalam pengolahan kulit melinjo. Pengolahan kulit melinjo menjadi keripik menjadi solusi yang ditawarkan dengan tujuan memberikan nilai tambah bagi kulit melinjo, menambah pemasukan, dan menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan Sasaran kegiatan ini meliputi ibu rumah tangga dan pemuda yang tertarik berwirausaha. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan pendampingan. Hasil yang diperoleh peserta pelatihan mampu memproduksi keripik kulit melinjo aneka rasa yang inovatif dan digemari oleh konsumen. Hasil penjualan keripik mampu menambah pemasukan keluarga.

Abstract

Menurut amatan pakar gizi, angka ini meningkat sebesar 37,2 persen dalam jangka waktu tiga tahun (Tirto,2016). Jumlah  stunting di Magelang tahun 2017 mencapai 30 persen dari total populasi anak (Gatra, 2019). Jumlah tersebut termasuk yang tertinggi di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Hal tersebut melatarbelakangi kami untuk perlu mengadakan sebuah program penyuluhan stunting khususnya di wilayah Desa Kalibening, Kec. Dukun, Kab. Magelang. Bentuk penyuluhannya adalah dalam bentuk membantu memberikan layanan informasi dengan bekerjasama dengan dinas kesehatan setempat untuk menyampaikan informasi kepada masyarakat guna mengajak masayarakat melakukan gerakan kesehatan masyarakat. Harapannya adalah dengan diadakannya penyuluhan stunting di wilayah Desa Kalibening kesadaran masyarakat terkait tumbuh kembang anak semakin diperhatikan dan meningkat, sehingga bisa mencegah terjadinya stunting dan menurunkan prosentase stunting di Indonesia khususnya di Desa Kalibening, Kecamatan Dukun, Kabupaten Magelang.

Abstract

ABSTRACTAt the beginning of academic year of 2018/2019, grade 6 students of Cahaya Bangsa Utama Elementary School were inclined to be saturated, bored, and troubled about drilling method for Final Exam preparation. They frequently grumbled when they were doing some tasks, especially math. This behavior inhibits student?s learning process and make them less resilient. Therefore, the purpose of the activities of Community Service is to guide vice principal of student affairs to conduct personal guidance program and math tutoring program (assisted by grade 6 teacher and math teacher.    Based on growth mindset theory,  personal guidance program facilitates the students to attain positive perception of math. They, accordingly, understand the benefit of math toward their life, both today and future days. Growth mindset theory also underlines that talents and skills are not predetermined at birth, but cultivated through efforts, shaperned and trained; therefore math tutoring may build students? resilience in doing math exercises.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pendampingan bagi guru SMP Negeri 14 Pekalongan untuk mengidentifikasi masalah siswa dalam pelajaran Matematika dan Bahasa Inggris menggunakan Metode Kumon. Adapun pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah dengan 3 tahap yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Kegiatan inti pengabdian ini adalah dengan memfasilitasi pelaksanaan tes Kumon Matematika dan Bahasa Inggris untuk semua siswa. Materi yang diujikan adalah operasi aritmatika dasar (Matematika) dan pronoun/to be (Bahasa Inggris). Hasil pekerjaan siswa kemudian dianalisis berdasarkan kecepatan siswa dalam mendapatkan nilai 100. Hasil analisis kemudian dilaporkan ke forum guru sebagai bahan diskusi kegiatan lanjutan.

Abstract

The involvement of guidance and counseling teachers in the school activities program has not been maximized. There has never been a quality audit of guidance and counseling services, Not yet having a standard operational procedure for guidance and counseling services. This service aims to improve the culture of quality guidance and counseling services through training in quality guidance and counseling service quality in Banjarmasin City. The target of service is the teachers of guidance and counseling at Vocational Schools in Banjarmasin City. Method of activities in the form of seminars and workshop about the strategy of quality guidance and counseling services. Achievement target; Strategic policy for the success of the school quality culture, strategic policy for the success of the quality culture. Abstract

Permasalahan yang banyak ditemui dalam mayarakat perkotaan adalah masalah sampah, dengan banyaknya jumlah penduduk pada masyarakat perkotaan setiap hari pasti menghasilkan sampah baik organik maupun non organik. Salah satu usaha yang ada di desa Tambak Reja adalah Bank Sampah Mandiri (BSM) SUBUR. Dimana unit usaha utama dari BSM SUBUR adalah pengolahan limbah/sampah menjadi pupuk organik. Kendala yang dihadapi pada unit usaha yang sedang dijalankannya saat ini. Beberapa diantaranya yaitu proses pengemasan produk pupuk organik masih belum menarik. Desain kemasan produk yang menarik dan mampu memberikan informasi produk yang dipasarkan. Desain kemasan produk sebelum dilakukan branding dan setelah diredesain. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa produk-produk BSM Subur sudah mulai dikenal oleh masyarakat di luar kabupaten Cilacap

Abstract

The problem experienced by service partners is the lack of knowledge of teachers related to CAR (Class Action Research) and its implementation so that teachers at Tamansari 1 and 2 Elementary Schools do not carry out CAR. In addition, the existing CAR trainings are not carried out continuously so that they do not bring results and motivate teachers to do CAR. The purpose of this community service is to strengthen CAR material to improve CAR-related knowledge, namely the basic concept of CAR, problem identification and problem solving in CAR, development of CAR Instruments, preparation of CAR proposals, CAR implementation and writing of CAR reports. In addition, the purpose of this PKM is to provide assistance in the preparation and implementation of CAR by guiding CAR 1 and 2 Yogyakarta elementary school teachers.The method used in the implementation of this service was the Workshop carried out with the lecture method (face to face), demonstration (practice), and the distribution of modules for strengthening CAR material and assistance was carried out with the method of coaching and implementing CAR together.community service results are that teachers in SDN Tamansari 1 and 2 can better understand the importance of CAR concepts, implementation of CAR, and CAR reporting.Keywords: Workshop, CAR, Collaborative.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan di UMKM emping jagung Desa Milangasri Kecamatan Panekan Kabupaten Magetan Jawa Timur. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan memberikan penyuluhan dan pelatihan pembuatan kemasan produk UMKM yang baik dan menarik (Smart Packaging).Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman pelaku UMKM tentang pentingnya kemasan dalam menarik minat konsumen untuk membeli produk serta memberikan pelatihan kepada pelaku UMKM bagaimana membuat kemasan produk yang baik dan menarik. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan selama satu bulan yakni pada Bulan November dimana terdapat empat sesi pertemuan masing-masing sesi dilakukan kegiatan selama 2 hingga 3 jam. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini adalah pelaku UMKM sadar akan pentingnya kemasan dalam menarik minat konsumen. Rekomendasi dari kegiatan ini agar kegiatan sejenis bisa terus dilakukan dengan melibatkan banyak pelaku UMKM serta melibatkan instansi terkait.

Abstract

Civil Construction laboratories are the means to conduct student work practices. Civil Construction Laboratory with all equipment and materials is a place of potential cause danger to the users of lecturers, technicians and students in it if not equipped with knowledge about health and Occupational safety. The cost to build occupational safety and health, the cost to buy security tools is quite large. However, occupational safety and health will also be assured. Workers ' skills and skills must be increased through education and training so as to follow the pace of development of science and technology disaster relief tools should be improved to make the catastrophe caused by the implementation of Advanced technology is not until widespread and destructive. But currently the use of safety equipment for the implementation of practice in the Civil Construction Laboratory of Civil Engineering Department of Manado State Polytechnic is still lacking. The specific purpose of dissemination of technological products to the communities to be achieved is (1) protecting and guaranteeing the safety of any lecturers, technicians, students and other people in the workplace; (2) Training K3 for lecturers and Technicians (3) The K3 Handbook for Civil Construction Laboratories. To achieve these objectives, then through the targeted external indicators are: (1) K3 equipment is personal protective equipment (APD) in the form of helmets, masks, vests, gloves and safety shoes (2) K3 Handbook, (3) Training services of K3 for lecturers and technicians and (4) publications on Local on-line mass media.
