Abstract

The increase in internet penetration in Indonesia which has reached 77.02% is not in line with the growth of Bank Mandiri mobile banking users to the number of customers which is still low. This study evaluates perceived ease of use, trust, compatibility, security, and convenience on intention to use m-banking with the mediation of perceived usefulness. This study distributed online questionnaires collected through social media and obtained 210 respondents in the Jabodetabek area. This research method uses quantitative with the Partial Least Square (PLS) - Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method using the Smart PLS 3.0 program. The results state that perceived usefulness affects intention to use m-banking, perceived ease of use and trust affect perceived usefulness. Perceived usefulness variables can mediate perceived ease of use and trust in intention to use m-banking.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the intention to buy Fire Extinguisher products for residential homes in DKI Jakarta area. These factors include Awareness, Knowledge, and Perceived Price as independent variables. Attitude as an intervening variable, and Purchase Intention as the dependent variable. The population of this study is households living in DKI Jakarta, with a total sample of 150 people who will be taken through a questionnaire instrument. The data analysis method uses Structural Equation Model–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) which will be processed using Smart-PLS software. The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant influence between the independent variables namely Awareness, Knowledge, and Perceived Price on the dependent variable Purchase Intention. Attitude as an intervening variable can mediate the independent variables on the dependent variable.

Abstract

Beer is always associated with something negatively because it causes drunkenness and is closely related to night entertainment. Moreover, the majority of Indonesian people are Muslim and prohibit alcoholic beverages. Even though Bintang Bir has issued a zero-alcohol product with free alcohol content, Indonesian people still perceive that the brand is closely related to Khamr. However, Indonesia lawful institution has rules not to process halal certification for tasyabbuh products or similar products forbidden in Islam. This study aimed to examine and analyze the effect of brand image, brand awareness and consumer attitude on purchasing decisions for Bintang Zero Alcohol beer with purchase intention as a mediating variable. The sample in the study required a minimum of 280 samples using purposive sampling, taking into account specific criteria, and the final sample obtained was 282 consumers of Bintang Zero Alcohol drink. The results of this study state that brand image, brand awareness, and consumer attitudes encourage the achievement of buying interest. Brand image, awareness, consumer attitude, and buying interest drive the purchase decision. Purchase intention is a mediating variable in the relationship between brand image, brand awareness, and consumer attitudes towards purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and store atmosphere on purchase decisions mediated by purchase intention as intervening variable. The type of research conducted is quantitative research with primary data using questionnaire as an instrument to prove the result of the research. The population in this study is all the customers of Café Ma’Ani Rengat. To test the hypothesis in this study is using path analysis with Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) 20. The sampling method used a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique (102 respondents). The result of the study indicate that product quality and store atmosphere have a significant ang positive effect on purchase intention. Product quality and store atmosphere have a positive and not significant effect on purchase decision. Product quality and store atmosphere have a positive significant effect towards purchase decision through purchase intention. And purchase intention has a positive significant effect towards purchase decision.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and see: 1) The influence of human resource competence partially on the performance of employees at the Office of Cooperatives and SMEs of West Sumatra Province . 2) The effect of work motivation partially on employee performance at the Office of Cooperatives and UMKM West Sumatra Province . 3) The partial effect of work enthusiasm on employee performance at the Office of Cooperatives and UMKM West Sumatra Province . 4) The simultaneous influence of HR competence, work motivation, and work spirit on employee performance at the Office of Cooperatives and UMKM West Sumatra Province . This type of research is quantitative The population in this study were 65 employees of the Office of Cooperatives and UMKM West Sumatra province. The sample uses a total sampling technique with a total of 65 employees. Sources of data in this study are primary data obtained from observations and questionnaires. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and t and f tests. The results show 1) Human resource competence partially has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the West Sumatra Province Cooperative and MSME Office . 2) Work motivation partially has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance of the Office of Cooperatives and UMKM West Sumatra Province . 3) Work morale partially has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the West Sumatra Province Cooperative and UMKM Service .. 4) HR competence, work motivation, and work spirit simultaneously affect the performance of the employees of the Cooperative Service andUMKM West Sumatra Province . The contribution level of influence of human resources competence, work motivation, and work spirit on the performance of the Office of Cooperatives and UMKM West Sumatra Province is 79.5%, while the remaining 20.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study, such as work discipline, job satisfaction, work behavior, work environment, and so on.

Abstract

Leadership in the Kiaracondong District Environment, Bandung City, it turns out that the majority of employees gave quite good responses; employee work motivation in the Kiaracondong District of Bandung City can generally be said to be good; The performance of employees in the Kiaracondong District of Bandung City is currently considered good. Leadership and Work Motivation simultaneously influence employee performance in the Kiaracondong District, Bandung City. However, partially dominant leadership influences performance rather than work motivation. Because leadership is more dominant in influencing performance, being the first priority in improving employee performance, the Kiaracondong District Environment in Bandung City is expected to pay attention to the fact that leaders make a big contribution to improving employee performance.

Abstract

This Study aim to analyze how implementation model of entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation and business performance on Micro and Small Entreorises for food category in City Jambi. Study this is qualitative research. The approach used in this research is a case study of the research object, Micro and Small Enterprises in term of food and beverage entreprises. The determination of informants in this research, it was carried out using a purposive sampling technique where selection was carried out deliberately based on predetermined criteria and set based on objectives study. Informant study This is: Manager/owner Business Micro and Small category Food in Jambi. The research results show that food business owners have an entrepreneurial orientation and understand market desires (market orientation). MSEs understand that the more market-oriented and entrepreneurial they are, the better their business performance will be. The use of technology in the form of social media as a means of promotion has been carried out, but the courage to take risks is still low.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the relationship between authoritative parenting and entrepreneurial preparedness, with risk tolerance, self-efficacy, and creativity as mediating factors. Parenting styles play a significant role in shaping children's behavior, including nurturing their entrepreneurial spirit from an early age. The study involved a sample of 296 respondents. IBM AMOS version 23 was employed for hypothesis testing. Additionally, a sobel-test calculator was utilized to examine mediation. Ultimately, the results support all nine proposed hypotheses, providing valuable insights into the relationship between authoritative parenting, risk tolerance, self-efficacy, creativity, and entrepreneurial preparedness. The findings confirm several key aspects that researchers initially hypothesized. First, authoritative parenting has a positive and significant impact on risk tolerance, self-efficacy, and creativity. Second, risk tolerance, self-efficacy, and creativity have positive and significant effects on entrepreneurial preparedness. Furthermore, the results indicate that risk tolerance, self-efficacy, and creativity mediate the relationship between authoritative parenting and entrepreneurial preparedness. The findings of this research demonstrate that authoritative parenting can influence children's character development, leading to higher levels of creativity, self-confidence, and risk tolerance traits essential for entrepreneurs

Abstract

In the rapidly changing landscape of modern organizations, the ability to make informed and timely decisions is crucial. Decision Support Systems (DSS) have emerged as vital tools to aid decision-makers by providing valuable insights and assistance in the decision-making process. This journal explores the critical factors influencing the adoption and effectiveness of DSS, with a specific focus on the variables of knowledge, training, and ease of use. The research employed the research library method, conducting a comprehensive review of existing literature to advance understanding of the factors influencing DSS. The results and discussions highlight the significance of knowledge, training, and ease of use in the successful utilization of DSS. Users' computer proficiency, familiarity with similar systems, training, and system intuitiveness all contribute to the effectiveness and acceptance of DSS. Tailoring DSS to individual needs and knowledge levels can enhance their ability to support decision-making in various contexts.

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) analyze the effect of relational competence on performance; (2) analyze the effect of work flexibility on performance; (3) analyze the effect of mastery of technology on performance; (4) analyze the effect of relational competence on work commitment; (5) analyze the effect of work flexibility on work commitment; (6) analyze the effect of mastery of technology on work commitment; and (7) analyze the effect of work commitment on performance. This research was conducted on the statistical partners of BPS Batu Bara Regency, where the population was 201 people and the number of samples was 67. The sampling technique uses probability sampling techniques. The analysis method uses PLS analysis with the smartPLS 4.0 application. The research results show that relational competence and work commitment directly have a positive and significant influence on performance. Work flexibility and mastery of technology have no effect on performance. Relational competence and mastery of technology have no effect on work commitment. Work flexibility has a positive and significant effect on work commitment. Indirectly, work commitment mediates the influence of work flexibility and mastery of technology on performance, and work commitment is unable to mediate the influence of relational competence on performance.
