Dinasti International Journal of Digital Business Management (DIJDBM) provides widespread coverage of high quality research in a broad range of topics such as digital business management science and technology advancements, and establishing new collaborations in these areas. The purpose of this paper is to determine the relationship between variables in the context of organizations with qualitative methods. This paper uses qualitative research methods by looking for paper literature related to the results or findings related to the variables in this paper, the findings obtained from the paper are proven in the profit organization in the implementation of the existing. Overall between variables where leadership with company performance or organizational performance exists in the findings of the paper from various literature found to support this paper and with the object of profit and non-profit organizations such as government organizations, insurance, schools, and others. The Work Discipline variable in the findings also has a positive influence on company performance or organizational performance, and finally customer loyalty in profit organizations as the object of research from existing literature also has a positive influence on company performance or organizational performance. So that this paper with a review of previous literature papers is proven even with minimal results.

This study aims to study the impact of total quality management on improving the eco-performance of companies in the plastics industry through the mediation of organizational innovation. The research method used SEM analysis with the participation of multiple respondents, starting with an observational survey and analyzing data from several companies in the plastics industry with a total of 132 representative respondents. The results show that total quality management has a positive but insignificant relationship with a corporate green performance. Furthermore, total quality management has a positive and significant relationship with organizational innovation. Meanwhile, the mediating effect of organizational innovation has a positive and significant relationship mediating the relationship between total quality management and organizational innovation. However, total quality management and organizational innovation have a positive and significant relationship with corporate green performance. The conclusion of this study is that total quality management plays an important role in improving the eco-performance of plastics industry enterprises, although it is not significant, and total quality management also has an impact. positively and significantly impacts organizational innovation, although organizational innovation does not play a mediating role. The relationship between total quality management and eco-performance. Therefore, companies in this sector must actively integrate total quality management into their strategies while enhancing organizational learning capabilities to achieve better green performance. These findings provide valuable guidance to practitioners and managers in their efforts to achieve sustainability and reduce negative environmental impacts in the plastics industry. The new point of this study is that the above variables have never been studied by previous researchers, and the indicators in this study are also considered new because no one has previously measured them with comprehensive indicators such as this study.

Research related to factors that influence information systems for competitive advantage: human resources, information technology and organizational support is a literature review research article. The purpose of writing this article is to build a research hypothesis on the influence between variables, which is useful for further research within the scope of human resource management. This type of research is in the form of a literature review in the form of qualitative research which is sourced from previous research that has been published. Previous research sources such as Google Scholar, digital reference books, DOAJ and SINTA. The results of this literature review research are: 1) Human resources influence information systems for competitive advantage; 2) Information technology influences information systems for competitive advantage; and 3) Organizational support influences information systems for competitive advantage.

The financial performance of the pharmaceutical sector globally can be seen in the pharmaceutical sector in each country's capital market. Important information in the financial performance of the information sector is the financial statements provided by each pharmaceutical company that goes public. using secondary data with panel data analysis methods. The results showed that Return on Equity (ROE) partially had a significant positive effect on Price to Book Value (PBV) in pharmaceutical subsector companies listed on the IDX in 2013-2021.Currently Ratio (CR) partially has a significant negative effect on Price to Book Value (PBV) in pharmaceutical subsector companies listed on the IDX in 2013-2021. Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) partially has a significant positive effect on Price to Book Value (PBV) in pharmaceutical subsector companies listed on the IDX in 2013-2021. The results of the F test show that Return on Equity (ROE), Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) together have a significant influence on Price to Book Value (PBV) in pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. IDX in 2013-2021 of 0.858833 which means that PBV is influenced by ROE, CR and DER by 87.93%, the remaining 12.07% is influenced by factors other than the factors above. checked. This study aims to analyze the effect of job training, work discipline, and leadership simultaneously on employee performance. Data was taken from 30 people who were sampled from 80 security guardsThe sampling method used is Probability sampling, the sampling technique used is simple random sampling. by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression analysisThis study uses validity test, reliability test, and classic assumption test with the help of SPSS 23.0. The results of this study indicate that the independent variables namely training (X1), work discipline (X2), leadership (X3) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y).

Every company must have goals that must be achieved, one of the strengths possessed bya company to achieve goals is to increase employee productivity. PT ABS , which is engaged in the garment sector, is inseparable from the human resources in the company, needs to pay attention to aspects to increase productivity, self-esteem, appreciation and work ethic of the company so thatcompany activities run optimally. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of SelfEsteem, Appreciation and Work Ethic on Employee Productivity of PT ABS Production Division. The research method used is quantitative research method with descriptive and verification approaches. The results showed that: (1) Work Productivity of employees of PT ABS Production Division in thecategory of less good. (2) Employee Work Self-Esteem of PT ABS Production Section in the category of less good (3) Awards of PT ABS Production Section in the category of less good. (4) The Work Ethic of PT ABS Production Section is in the poor category (5) Partially Self-esteem has a positive influence on Employee Work Productivity. (6) Partially, appreciation has a positive influence on employee productivity. (7) Partially Work Ethic has a positive influence on Employee Productivity.(8) Partially Simultaneously Self-Esteem, Appreciation and Work Ethic have a positive influence onWork Productivity.

The leadership factor determines an organization in achieving success. Improving an organization's business performance requires an innovative and creative leader, so leaders are expected to have good intellectuals carrying out their roles. The effectiveness of transformative leadership and increasing intellectual agility are expected to improve MSME business performance to positively impact the economy for themselves and employees and reduce poverty. The objectives of this study are (1) to analyze the effect of transformative leadership on MSME business performance; (2) to analyze the effect of transformative leadership on intellectual agility; (3) to analyze the influence of intellectual agility on the business performance of MSMEs; (4) analyze the role of intellectual agility in mediating the effect of transformative leadership on MSME business performance. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) measurements using SmartPLS software. The results of the study show (1) that transformative leadership has a significant positive effect on MSME business performance; (2) transformative leadership shows a significant positive effect on intellectual agility; (3) intellectual agility shows a significant positive effect on MSME business performance; (4) intellectual agility as a mediating influence of transformative leadership shows a significant positive effect on MSME business performance

Economic growth in Indonesia will increase by 3.69% (YoY) in 2021. The increase in economic growth in Indonesia is in line with the growth of the retail business, both direct and online retail businesses. The development of the retail business in Indonesia is in line with technological advances, where internet users in Indonesia have increased. The dominant factor that increases the growth of the e-commerce market value is the increase in the participation of MSMEs. The number of MSMEs in Jambi Province in 2020 decreased 2019, and the resilience of MSMEs to compete in improving their business performance is an essential factor in the growth of MSMEs. The development of digital technology should be able to open up opportunities for MSMEs to be able to improve their business performance. MSME business actors have the potential to develop a more comprehensive marketing network. Business organizations carry out activities intending to maintain and develop themselves, one of which is the implementation of marketing strategies. The success of UMKM as a business organization is seen in its performance with the implementation of the right marketing strategy. The aims of this study are (1) to examine the effect of flywheel marketing on MSME business performance; (2) To examine the effect of marketing flywheel on social presence; (3) to assess the effect of social presence on MSME business performance; (4) Assessing the role of social presence that can mediate the influence of marketing flywheel on MSME business performance; (5) To examine the dominant dimension of social presence that mediates the influence of marketing flywheel on MSME business performance. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) measurements using SmartPLS software. The results of the research are (1) Marketing flywheel shows a significant positive effect on MSME business performance, it is proven that the higher the flywheel marketing implementation in MSMEs, MSME business performance will increase; (2) marketing flywheel shows a significant positive effect on social presence, it is proven that the higher the implementation of marketing flywheel in SMEs, the social presence will increase; (3) social presence shows a significant positive influence on MSME business performance, the more social presence in MSMEs, the MSME business performance will increase; (4) social presence as a mediating influence on the marketing flywheel shows a significant positive effect on MSME business performance, where social presence is considered a variable that strengthens the marketing flywheel in improving MSME business performance.

Digital transformation is one of the business strategies for improving business performance and increasing competitiveness. Leaders in organizations who have digital capabilities can become innovation leaders in their organizations. Digital transformation is very much influenced by users, so the close relationship with human aspects and intercultural relations play a big role in this change. Strengthening the digital capabilities of leaders of MSME business organizations and equipping them with intercultural competence should improve business performance. The reason for this study is to confirm the effectiveness of authentic leadership, self-efficacy, and organizational citizenship behavior on total quality management through organizational culture.. All respondents in this study were construction officers in Sungai Penuh City, Jambi Regency, Indonesia. Since the method used was full sampling method, the number of respondents obtained was 105. The information used in this study is primary information. This study uses model testing using structural equation modeling (SEM). As a result, authentic leadership, self-efficacy and OCB have a 33.5% influence on the organizational culture of structural officers in Sungai Penuh city, and authentic leadership, self-competence Self-efficacy, OCB and organizational culture have a 33.5% influence on the agency's organizational culture officers in Sungai Penuh city that it had a 75.2% impact on the Quality Management (TQM) of the Sungai Penuh City Structural Authority.
