Abstract

There are still many ASN who do not understand the provisions of government regulations. The problem of indiscipline of civil servants is a topic of discussion for the public in general. In addition to performance that is often considered less than optimal, the ASN discipline factor also often receives sharp criticism from the public. Problem formulation: How is leadership development at the Aceh Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) Service? How is the application of sanctions for ASN disciplinary violations at the Aceh Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) Service? This study uses a qualitative approach and data collection techniques are carried out using observation, interview and documentation study techniques. The results of this study indicate that in the general section of the Aceh Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) Service, the implementation of state civil apparatus discipline is still not optimal due to several factors, namely that there are still violations committed by civil servants such as rarely attending roll calls, arriving late, being outside the office during office hours, and so on. This study aims to determine how the implementation of state civil apparatus discipline is in the general section of the Aceh Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) Service, and how successful the implementation of state civil apparatus discipline is in the general section of the Aceh Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) Service. This study uses a qualitative approach and the type of research is descriptive. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview, observation and documentation. The results of the study showed that the implementation of civil servant discipline in the general section of the Aceh Energy and Mineral Resources Service has not been fully successful, because there are still employees who commit violations, namely lack of awareness in implementing the rules, lack of supervision, and lack of strict sanctions given to violators at the Aceh Energy and Mineral Resources Service. Therefore, awareness is needed from each individual to obey and comply with the rules, strict sanctions are needed if an ASN is proven to have committed a violation with the aim of providing a deterrent effect and not repeating the same mistake in the future. In conclusion, employees who work not in accordance with their educational background will be guided, fostered and directed. The leader will provide training to these employees so that they can work in accordance with the main tasks and functions given. The implementation of ASN discipline at the ESDM Service has been implemented with Government Regulations. In its implementation, there are still frequent violations of discipline in the general section, especially in terms of timekeeping, there are still many employees who do not arrive on time.

Abstract

The government makes efforts to prepare teachers and also makes efforts to provide guidance for teachers in carrying out teaching duties. One of these guidance efforts is to prepare for promotion by determining the number of credit points periodically. In this case, there are several rules that must be met by teachers so that promotion can be carried out through assessment with a credit point system. Currently, the average teacher has the ranks of Level I Arranger (III/d), Supervisor (IV/a), and Level I Supervisor (IV/b), to achieve the ranks above, of course there is a process that must be gone through, namely submitting a proposal for promotion to an official institution that has been appointed by the government to handle the process. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the Assessment Process for Level I Supervisor Teachers (IV/b) and above at the Aceh Provincial Education Quality Assurance Institute, and what obstacles are faced in the assessment process for level I supervisor teachers (IV/b) and above at the Aceh Provincial LPMP to support the role of the Integrated Service Unit at the Aceh Provincial LPMP for Educators and Education Personnel. In this study, the researcher used a descriptive qualitative method, data validity techniques with triangulation techniques. Triangulation technique, namely researchers use different data collection techniques to obtain data from the same source. The data collection techniques in question are interviews, observations, and documentation where the data source is primary data from research informants. The results of the study indicate that the Assessment Process for Level I (IV/b) and above Teacher Supervisors at the Aceh Province LPMP from the perspective of its duties and functions has not been maximized, due to lack of socialization, very limited human resources, and obstacles in the Assessment Process for Level I (IV/b) and above Teacher Supervisors are also still very many, such as differences in credit scores in PAK and SKKP, there are still many things that need to be fixed so that the desired results can be achieved optimally.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of liquidity, solvency, and activity ratios on profitability (Return on Assets/ROA) in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2021–2024. Using a quantitative approach and Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), the results reveal that the activity ratio (Total Asset Turnover/TATO) significantly and positively affects profitability. In contrast, the liquidity ratio (Loan to Deposit Ratio/LDR) and solvency ratio (Debt to Equity Ratio/DER) do not significantly influence profitability. These findings highlight that efficient asset management plays a crucial role in enhancing bank performance. Empirically, this implies that banking firms should prioritize asset utilization strategies to improve financial outcomes. From a managerial perspective, the results suggest the need for focused efforts on optimizing operational efficiency over merely maintaining liquidity or adjusting capital structure.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Digital Marketing Strategies, Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM), and Brand Image on consumer purchase intention in TikTok Shop, with Customer Trust as a mediating variable. The approach used is quantitative with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis technique. Data was collected through an online questionnaire distributed to 180 respondents who are TikTok Shop users in the Yogyakarta region. The results of the analysis indicate that Brand Image significantly influences Customer Trust and Purchase Intent, and is significantly mediated by Customer Trust. Conversely, Digital Marketing Strategy and E-WOM do not show significant direct or indirect effects on Purchase Intent. Nevertheless, both still contribute to building trust, albeit with relatively small effects. The R-Square values of 0.715 for Customer Trust and 0.791 for Purchase Intent indicate that the model has high predictive power. The Q² test results also support this conclusion, with predictive values above the recommended threshold. This study reinforces the role of Brand Image as a dominant factor in shaping consumer purchase intent, while highlighting the importance of building trust as a key element in digital marketing strategies. The findings also indicate that despite the widespread availability of digital information, consumer purchase intent remains influenced by their perceptions, attitudes, and beliefs, consistent with the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) framework used in this study.
