Abstract

In the material procurement process, there are often delays in the arrival of materials that cause maintenance and operational delays. Evaluation of the material procurement process is necessary to identify the factors that cause delays. Utility and waiting time for various staff showed significant variations, with the highest waiting time at the approving stage (4-24 hours) and the creation of TOR, FPB, RAB documents (1-11 hours). Utilization at the FPB, TOR, RAB creation staff from 13% to 62%, RO staff 6%-55%, HPE staff 50%-77%, RKS staff 10%-52%, approving user team, assistant manager to manager of 73%-90%, PDP staff 0%-45%, HPS staff 0%-45%, PPP staff 0%-44%, entry staff 61%-81%, eval staff 4%-41%, BA staff 0-56%, PO staff 8-52%. Three improvement scenarios were developed, with scenarios 2 and 3 being the best, scenario 2 reducing resources and scenario 3 increasing the purchase of certain materials, in order to optimize inventory.

Abstract

Salah satu upaya penghematan konsumsi energi pada bangunan gedung adalah penghematan energi pada sistem pencahayaan. Pada makalah ini, dilakukan kajian tekno-ekonomi potensi penghematan energi sistem pencahayaan pada sebuah gedung pemerintah dengan penggantian lampu flouresen ke LED. Studi kasus dilakukan pada gedung BRIN 620-621 menggunakan perangkat lunak RETScreen. Kajian dilakukan dengan melakukan analisa pengukuran dan verifikasi pada lampu tabung fluoresen dan LED untuk mendapatkan potensi penghematan dari pergantian lampu yang layak secara teknis dan ekonomi. Hasil studi ini menunjukkan potensi penghematan dan biaya energi lampu tabung LED sebesar 58,1 % dari energi lampu fluoresen serta evaluasi terkait tekno ekonomi seperti NPV dan IRR sebesar Rp. 64.480.066 dan 91 % indikator keekonomian lain seperti B-C rasio sebesar 5,2 dengan periode biaya pengembalian selama 2 Tahun dengan nilai evaluasi keekonomian dari pergantian lampu menandakan nilai-nilai tersebut layak secara finansial.

Abstract

The importance of information security cannot be ignored in this digital era, where existing data is very vulnerable to security threats. Due to the rapid development of information technology today, it is also accompanied by the increasing vulnerability of valuable data security that must be protected. Therefore, a high security system is required. Encryption that can provide security guarantees and is often used is Advanced Encryption Standard and Rivest Shamir Adleman encryption. This research compares the speed of encrypting on two encryption methods AES and RSA. Based on the results obtained both AES and RSA encryption have different speeds. This experiment was conducted using 5 different files. The results obtained by the average AES encryption speed time is 0.23788 ms. Meanwhile, the average speed time required for RSA encryption is 13.2072 ms. Based on the speed time records of both AES encryption is faster than RSA.

Abstract

Technology 3D Printing used to manufacture machine spare parts products to help maintenance (maintenance). Previous process maintenance took a long time (> 4 days), because we were waiting for samples of gear parts to be made from the vendor. The aim of this research is to make a product prototype gears and fast processing time by determining ideal parameters. This research uses the method Multimedia Development Life Cycle which consists of three stages. Stage 1: concept creation (concept) and Planning (design); In level 2: collection of materials and manufacturing of products and level 3: testing and distribution. This research involved two printing experiments using parameters fill density and layer height. Product printouts prototype with parameters fill density resulting in a fill density of 60% and layer height 0.1 mm shows better strength, so it doesn't break. Printing process with layer height 0.1 takes 228 minutes, so product production is faster than before, four days, so the maintenance process is faster than before. Abstract

Heart disease is one of the leading causes of death globally. This disease is also called coronary heart disease. This heart disease occurs when blood entering the heart muscle is stopped/blocked, the result of this condition is that it causes serious damage to the heart. Even though this disease is not contagious, data from the World Health Organization (WHO) states that this cardiovascular disease claims around 17.9 million lives every year. The dataset used in this research consists of 303 data and consists of 14 attributes that can be used to predict the possibility of heart disease. The application used is Rapidminer version 9.10 and the method used is the K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) method, this method is a method for classifying objects based on learning data that is closest to the object. The results of the KNN method with parameter K=5 are that the accuracy value obtained is 64.03%, the precession value is 64.58%, and the recall value obtained is 75.15%.

Abstract

YouTube is a widely used platform in Indonesian society, largely due to its constantly updated content reflecting current events in Indonesia, such as the Rohingya refugee crisis. This content attracts numerous netizens to comment on the events, both positively and negatively. Text mining techniques are branch of science that utilizes comment data for study and analysis. From diverse comment data, they are grouped using sentiment analysis. Among YouTube videos discussing the Rohingya case, there are many unstructured comments, requiring steps and methods to process the data into structured and directed data. In this study, sentiment analysis will utilize the SVM method. SVM is a commonly used method in sentiment analysis and has a high accuracy rate. From the classification results obtained, an accuracy score of 77%, recall of 100%, and precision of 77% were obtained. From these results, it can be concluded that this method is suitable for sentiment analysis.

Abstract

In the use of energy in industry, the lack of attention to energy use in meeting load requirements is still a common thing to find. One example is the operation of a dust collector fan motor in the steel industry with maximum capacity continuously at varying process loads, so energy efficiency measures need to be taken. The installation of a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) to adjust the motor rotational speed according to load requirements is a solution to generate energy savings. This research will evaluate the energy performance of the VFD installation implementation by analyzing energy performance through measurement and verification (M&V) using RETScreen Expert software. From the analysis, the average daily energy consumption before the installation of VFDs was 24,686 kWh/day with energy consumption in one year of 5,924,658 kWh/year. After the installation of the VFD, the average daily energy consumption was 18,018 kWh/day with energy consumption in one year of 4,324,240 kWh/year. With the energy baseline equation, the energy savings generated in one year amounted to 954,747 kWh/year.

Abstract

The Viola-Jones calculation is a commonly used facial recognition calculation. Significant innovation in the form of human facial recognition systems serves as an important security and control tool, and has a variety of other applications. This fits the test's aim of highlighting the usefulness of Viola-Jones calculations in facial recognition, especially in the context of understanding student identity at SMA Negeri 2 Surakarta. This exploration aims to grow the student participation framework at SMA Negeri 2 Surakarta by utilizing facial recognition technology with Viola Jones calculations. remember the focus area. The participation framework creates a plan to improve the adequacy and productivity of supervision of student participation. One is not completely satisfied with the suitability of the registered facial images within the framework of the data set. The digital application used by this facial recognition program is Laravel 11 which is supported on the Windows 11 work system. This test uses 200 images of 20 individuals with different appearances. The cycle achievement rate of facial recognition is approximately 90%. Several elements influence location progress, including lighting, face distance, and face position.

Abstract

The Indonesian government's commitment to reducing emissions and greenhouse gases by using biomass as an alternative fuel. This research aims to analyze and evaluate the combustion characteristics using TG-DTA (Thermo Gravimetric-Differential Thermal Analyzer) with coal, empty fruit bunches (EFB), and a mixture of EFB and coal. Sample testing was carried out with four variations of mixtures of EFB and coal, namely 10%, 20%, 30% and 40%, carried out in nitrogen and air media at a constant heating rate of 20 °C/minute and constant gas flow. 20 mL/minute and calculate the weight loss as the temperature increases to 900 °C. The combustion properties were analyzed by observing the combustion profile graph to obtain thermogravimetric (DTG) derivative data to obtain the initiation temperature, combustion temperature, maximum combustion temperature, combustion reactivity, and energy activity of EFB, and mixture.

Abstract

In the era of ever-growing globalization, information technology is the main driver of transformation in various sectors of life. Information technology plays an important role in the progress of the tourism sector by offering easy access to information. The Mount Bromo tourist attraction is one of the popular destinations in Indonesia which attracts many visitors every year. The large number of comments from visitors to the Mount Bromo tourist attraction on the Trip Advisor site means that there is no filtering of information or reviews so that the Mount Bromo National Park management does not know whether there are many positive or negative reviews. The method used in the research is the Naive Bayes method it produces an accuracy value of 0.85%. This accuracy value can be used to classify visitor review data at the Mount Bromo tourist attraction. The conclusion is that there are many positive reviews.
