Abstract

In the era of globalization and rapid technological development, the concept of hybrid entrepreneurship has emerged as a prominent phenomenon, where individuals manage at least one business while still maintaining a permanent job. This provides benefits in the form of income diversification, incorporation of interests and expertise, and flexibility of time and resources. The growth of technology and global connectivity supports the development of hybrid entrepreneurship through digital platforms and social networks, enabling collaboration and innovation without being limited by geographical boundaries. While it offers great potential, hybrid entrepreneurship also faces challenges such as complex time management, financial issues, and regulations. Further research is needed to understand the factors that influence an individual's decision to engage in hybrid entrepreneurship, as well as the importance of the context of the business environment in supporting the growth of this phenomenon. This research aims to uncover the motivation behind ASN's decision to become a hybrid entrepreneur, fill in the gaps in the literature, and provide insights for the development of policies, education programs, and sustainable business growth

Abstract

The examination in Tegal, problem experienced by shrimp farmers is the high cost of fish and shrimp feed which has an impact on reducing the income of shrimp farmers. To solve this problem, namely using alternative fish food made from raw material, low cost and producing autonomous. This type of examination is qualitative and quantitative research, with sample of 30 respondents. An Observable variable model and an Inter-variable model were used in the model evaluation process for the primary data. Testing with PLS software was used to do hypothesis testing. The pathfactors output or image output serves as the foundation for directly evaluating the hypothesis. The PLS bootstrapping analysis of the Raw Material Quality element on Product Quality yielded t-calculations of 3.625>1.960 and a factor value of 0,486 <0,05. Thus, it can be concluded that the hypothesis "Raw Material Quality has Positive and Important Effect on Product Quality" is accepted. The factor value for costs on product Quality is 0,340, the p-value is 0,017<0,05, and the t-calculation is 2.396>1.960, The production process on product Quality has a factor value of 0,200, p-values of 0,031<0,05, and t-calculations of 2.164> 1.960, indicating that the hypothesis that "Costs" have Positive and Important Effect on Product Quality is accepted. The notion that "The Production Process Has a Positive and Important Influence on Product Quality" is thus believed to be true

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of firm valuation, profitability, size, and financial leverage on earnings smoothing in companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) MNC36 Index between 2017 and 2022. The study utilised a quantitative methodology, utilising secondary data obtained from the annual reports of MNC36 Index companies. 36 businesses were included in the study; these were chosen based on three criteria: they used Rupiah currency, had consecutive yearly financial reports available, and were consistently included on the MNC36 Index. Using SPSS software, a logistic regression analysis was performed to assess the model's fit using the Hosmer and Lemeshow Goodness of Fit Test. These theories are refuted by the data, which show that firm size and profitability have no discernible effects on earnings smoothing. On the other hand, financial leverage and company value play a crucial role, since they stimulate management to employ earnings smoothing as a risk mitigation strategy and improve investor perception

Abstract

This study explores the factors influencing revisit intention to Kebumen Geopark, Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach and Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) analysis, data was collected through an online questionnaire from 100 tourists. The analysis results show that destination image, electronic word-of-mouth (eWOM), and perceived risk have a significant impact on revisit intention. A positive destination image can enhance tourist satisfaction and encourage them to return, while eWOM serves as an effective promotional tool in the digital era. Perceived risk also influences tourists' decisions, where a good image can reduce the negative effects of perceived risk. Recommendations for destination managers include improving visitor experiences, utilizing social media for promotion, and enhancing facilities to reduce perceived risks. This study identifies the importance of comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the image of Kebumen Geopark and attract more tourists

Abstract

In today's business era, competition in business is getting tighter. This increasingly tight competition requires business people to be able to maximize their company's performance in order to compete in the market. The hotel industry plays an important role as one of the supporting sectors of tourism. The success or failure of the hotel business depends on the management of each hotel. Aims: The purpose of this study itself is to 1) Determine the effect of price on customer satisfaction at Nivia Hotel Medan. 2) Determine the effect of promotion on customer satisfaction at Nivia Hotel Medan. The methods used in this study are quantitative data and qualitative data. The population in the study was 1370 customers. The number of samples in the study was determined based on the Slovin formula 93.10 rounded to 100 respondents. The results obtained from this study are based on the hypothesis test, it can be said that the price policy with customer satisfaction can be said to have a significant influence. In the significant test between promotion and customer satisfaction, the value of þvalue = 0.000 is obtained. In addition, it has a tcount value of 3.889 and ttable = 1.661, because the tcount value of 3.889 > ttable 1.661, and has a þvalue value of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, it can be said that promotion with customer satisfaction can be said to have a significant influence. The results of the regression model test for all variables show a calculated F value of 24.284 with a significance of 0.000. By using a significance limit of 0.05, the significance value is smaller than 0.05. With a positive coefficient direction, it can be accepted that the hypothesis that price and promotion together have a significant influence on customer satisfaction can be accepted. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the results of the regression test obtained the results of the regression coefficient for the price and promotion variables which have a positive regression coefficient, so it can be said that both variables have a significant influence on increasing customer satisfaction at the Nivia Hotel Medan so it can be said that the first hypothesis proposed is proven to be true

Abstract

The mobile operator card industry is an integral part of the telecommunications sector that plays an important role in providing communication services to consumers at large. Mobile carrier cards provide necessary access to phones, text messaging, and mobile internet, facilitating vital connectivity for individuals and businesses around the world. This research aims to test previous research, namely analysis of the influence of perceived quality, advertising effectiveness, and social media presence on purchase intention through brand image as a mediating variable. This research uses PT Telekomunikasi Selular (Telkomsel), which is one of the companies in the cellular operator industry in Indonesia, as the focus of the research. Respondents for this study were obtained usingwith a convenience sampling technique, namely a sampling technique that uses respondents to redistribute existing questionnaires. The respondents collected in this research were 170 respondents. The collected data was analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The research results show that advertising effectiveness and social media presence do not directly influence purchase intention, but must go through brand image as a mediating variable. However, perceived quality has a positive influence on purchase intention and this influence becomes stronger when mediated by brand image.
