Abstract

Inflammation is condition inflammation accompanied by pain and fever . _ In general drug anti-inflammatory work with hinder enzyme cyclooxygenase , both COX-1 and COX-2, which play a role in synthesize inflammatory mediators such as prostaglandins and thromboxane . Various study developed for look for agent more therapy effective and have more risk low good symptom inflammation I or consequence period long from disease inflammation chronic . One of the approach taken is develop IL1β inhibitors. Method used is compound screening active using in silico. Docking software used in study this is autodock 4.2 and visualization interaction using discovery studio , materials used in study this is the compounds contained in M. gigantea. Result of research this is the value of delta G is negative below -4 kcal / mol, so reaction yanga occur between the ligand and the protein will walk spontaneous . Conclusion in study this obtained four ligands with lowest G value that is glycasperin A; broussoflavonol F; 5,7,3 ',4'-Tetrahydroxy-3-methoxy-8,5'-diprenylflavone; meliternatin .

Abstract

Cervical Cancer is ranked second only to breast cancer which occurs a lot in women. In Indonesia, cervical cancer ranked second in 2020 data sources derived from the Global Burden of Cancer Study (Globocan) from the World Health Organization (WHO) noted, the total cancer cases in Indonesia in 2020 reached 396,914 cases and the total deaths were 234,511 cases. Breast cancer has the highest number of new cases in Indonesia at 65,858 cases or 16.6% of the total 396,914 cancer cases. Cervical (cervical) cancer ranks second with 36,633 cases or 9.2% of total cancer cases. This research is analytical using primary data. The design used in this study was a correlation study using 0.05 chi-square data analysis. Data collection through the distribution of questionnaires with a total sample of 30 respondents at the Simarpinggan Health Center, Angkola District, South Tapanuli.

Abstract

Central obesity fat distribution is influenced by sex hormones and occurs mostly in men and has a strong relationship and is a better indicator of changes in HDL. This study aims to assess the effect of giving purple sweet potato capsules to HDL levels in central obesity of ASN in Sorong City Government. This type of research is a quasi-experimental design with a pre-post control group design. The research sample was male civil servants at the Sorong City Government, taken by purposive sampling method with a sample size of 34 people who were divided into 2 groups. The treatment group was given purple sweet potato capsules with a capsule weight of 250 mg/capsule which was consumed 4 capsules/day for 45 days (6 weeks), while the control group was given capsules containing roasted wheat flour. HDL levels were measured before and after the intervention. Food intake of both groups was obtained by semi-quantitative food frequency and food recall methods. Statistical analysis used was paired t test, independent t test, and ANOVA test. In the treatment group there was an increase in HDL levels of 4.12 mg/dl (10.9%) and statistically showed there was a difference before and after the intervention p = 0.00. To the government to encourage people to pay more attention to their health status and pay more attention to the availability of local food that is beneficial to the health status of the community.

Abstract

Nausea and vomiting in early pregnancy are very common, affecting approximately 80% of the pregnancies, hyperemesis gravidarum is a severe form affecting 0.3–1.0% of the pregnanciesEmesis gravidarum can be treated using complementary therapies such as ginger and lemon. Ginger and lemon have a pharmacological function as an antimyetic. Objective: to determine the effect of ginger water and lemon inhalation in reducing emesis gravidarum. Method : pretest-posttest experiment with control group design. The experimental group was given ginger water, the control group was given lemon inhalation. The study was conducted at the Nagaswidak Health Center in June - July 2022. The sample consisted of 60 pregnant women who met the inclusion criteria using purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using paired sample t test and non-parametric Mann Whitney test. The results of the paired sample t test of the experimental group obtained t : 4.726 p value 0.004 (p < 0.05) and the control group obtained t : 4.878 p value 0.005 (p < 0.05). The non-parametric Mann Whitney test obtained p value of 0.004 (p < 0.05). There was a change in the scale of nausea and vomiting in the experimental group and the control group before and after the intervention.

Abstract

The challenge faced by a hospital during undercontrolled the Covid-19 pandemic is to continue to provide health services quality, in this case, radiology installation service, with patient outcomes being satisfied with the existing services. The purpose of this study was to analyze inpatient and outpatient satisfaction comparison of radiology installation service quality at private hospital. Methods: This analytic survey research used a cross sectional approach. The samples were taken by total sampling method on as many as 30 inpatients and 30 outpatients in private hospital. Statistical data analysis using SPSS Independent T Test for satisfaction comparison and Mann Whitney U Test for various dimensions of service comparison. Results: There was no significant difference in satisfaction (Sig. value 0.136) and various dimensions such as reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles of service (Sig. value 0.945; 0.267; 0.134; 0.516; 0.163) between inpatients and outpatients at private hospital. Conclusion: Hospital must improve the quality of all dimensions of radiology installation service to increase all patients satisfaction, not only inpatient but also outpatient satisfaction.

Abstract

Currently, the government has developed several mobile applications for the National Health Insurance (JKN) to facilitate services for patients. The development of some of these applications aims to help consumers and support patient-centered decisions in choosing which benefits to choose (Bundorf et al., 2019). The digital transformation of the Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) is to provide convenience for BPJS users or the public, such as paying BPJS contributions, changing membership data, knowing family participant data, etc (Kipo-Sunyehzi, 2021). The aims of this study is to determine the use of the national health insurance application (JKN) to increase the effectiveness of BPJS health services in the city of Sibolga. The type of research taken is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. This study took as many as four resource persons. While the data collection technique is using the technique of observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that through the national health insurance (JKN) mobile application, all administrative services at the Sibolga City BPJS office for patients became more effective and efficient. This shows that the benefits of the JKN mobile application have proven to be very helpful in accessing BPJS health services.

Abstract

The study, titled "Analysis of the Implementation of the Covid-19 Vaccination Program for the Elderly in North Musi Rawas Regency," aims to determine the implementation of the COVID-19 vaccination program for the elderly in North Musi Rawas Regency.Techniques and tools for collecting data through in-depth interviews and observations, as well as using qualitative methods with case study designs, ensure that the data is presented in a complete description to describe a phenomenon observed in real-life contexts if the boundaries between phenomena and contexts do not appear clear and if multiple sources of evidence are needed. The conclusion in the study regarding the implementation of the Covid-19 vaccination program for the elderly in North Musi Rawas Regency is that it is still experiencing obstacles and that it is difficult for the elderly to get the vaccine because the long queue results in the elderly being tired and the access to vaccination sites is far, so if there is a further vaccine, it is advisable to do a door-to-door. The factors that influence this implementation are resources and communication.

Abstract

The pandemic that hit caused the stress level of the productive age group to increase, which would hamper the President's vision in 2024 in the health sector to create a productive Indonesian society. One inexpensive, easy, and convenient exercise to facilitate relaxation in the midst of stress is breathing exercises. However, it is necessary to explore the level of community needs and how to get breathing exercises easily. Technology is one of the means to facilitate the community in improving health. Starting from this, this study will develop an android-based diaphragmatic breathing application for people of productive age as an effort to apply technology in the health sector.

Abstract

Monitoring the nutritional status of children at the West Nias Health Office is carried out twice a year in February and August. Monitoring was carried out to determine the nutritional status of children in every region in West Nias Regency and to find out some descriptions of the prevalence of children's nutritional status with several indicators. Indicators that can be used to determine the nutritional status of children in the area can be seen from indicators of children's weight according to age (W/A), indicators according to height for age (TB/U), and indicators of weight according to height (BB/TB). According to the local Health Office, the highest prevalence of malnutrition is in West Nias Regency, reaching 9.89%. From the data above, it has been shown that before the COVID-19 pandemic that occurred in the world and in Indonesia itself, nutritional problems that occurred in children were still high, especially coupled with the occurrence of cases of the spread of COVID-19 that had occurred in various countries around the world. The impact caused by the COVID-19 pandemic will be malnutrition due to various reasons, including: (1) poor diet due to declining finances, (2) non-standard nutrition, low level of hygiene, low access to health, and high spread of disease. This research is a research method approach Crossectional. The research sample is 67 people.

Abstract

Onychomycosis is a disease caused by a fungal infection of the base plate and nail matrix which can be caused by dermatophytes, candida and other fungi. This study is a retrospective descriptive study to describe the results of the onychomycosis patient identification examination. The population in this study were all patients with new onychomycosis visits recorded in the medical record data of RSUD Dr. RM Djoelham Binjai for the period January 2017 – December 2021 which matched the inclusion criteria. Data collection uses secondary data with total sampling technique. The results showed that the highest prevalence of onychomycosis patients aged 51-60 years was 12 patients (30.8%), the average female sex was 23 patients (58.9%) and work as a farmer was 16 patients (40.5%). It is recommended to patients to always maintain personal hygiene and from damp and closed conditions.
