Abstract

This Community Service aims to add insight and develop youth creativity in managing the youth organization at hamlet 11, Pengasinan village, Bogor district which is business-oriented by utilizing assets in the surrounding environment. Besides providing insight to youth the importance of the activities of the control function of all activities related to the economy and business and encourage community leaders to take an active role in supporting the work program of Youth Organization. Community Service Activities carried out from 8 - 10 November 2019 were carried out using mentoring, counseling, practice and training methods to explain comprehensively from the management side of the optimization of financial and business activities. The results of the assistance and counseling in this Community Service activity were management experience and knowledge gained by youth participants of youth organization at hamlet 11, Pengasinan village, Bogor, West Java. That are 1. Optimization of assets for business, 2. Strategic role of the community, 3. Business concepts, 4. Production factors, 5. Business & entrepreneurship, 6. Identification of opportunities and risks. The participants were very enthusiastic and responded intelligently to the discussions. So that with the increasing understanding of Finance and Business, it is expected to be applied in carrying out business activities in the Youth Organization in the environment of hamlet 11, Pengasinan, Bogor, West Java.

Abstract

In the industrial world, competence in conducting industrial processes is very important to support independence in developing industry in society. Empowering teacher and student guardians conducted at MI Nurul Iman Cisauk Tangerang, this activity was carried out in an effort to increase competence and independence in conducting industrial activities. The purpose of this activity is to train and foster the competence of MI Nurul Iman's teacher and guardians for entrepreneurship by using leisure time outside of routine activities. To achieve this goal, the community service team of the Industrial Engineering Study Program has provided counseling, training and assistance to MI Nurul Iman's teaching staff and parents in producing dish soap. Teachers and guardians of students are given knowledge about the swift industrial competition, so competence in conducting industrial processes must be owned and developed in the community environment. Teachers and student guardians are also given training on how to make dish soap, as well as product packaging and marketing techniques.

Abstract

The purpose of the implementation of Community Service entitled "Buying and Selling Online Systems According to the View of Islamic Law and Positive Law" is as an effort to fulfill the obligations of the Three Principles of Higher Education as mandated in Article 1 paragraph 9, Law No. 12 of 2012 concerning Higher Education. Based on the foregoing, Community Service (PKM) activities in the form of providing knowledge and understanding of the Online Sale and Purchase of Systems. The method used in this Community Service is in the form of counseling on the understanding of the Concept of Buying and Selling Online System accompanied by the view of Islamic Law (Sharia) and Positive Law which covers both Criminal, Civil and existing Regulations. The Community Service Result obtained is a basic understanding and desire of PKM objects to be able to know the signs and anticipate the negative effects of evil behavior.

Abstract

Family financial management (financial planning and control) is another shape of financial management application. Knowledge of financial management is not only required for the enterprises, but also important to apply for others forms such as family, household or individual (as employee). Not only companies that absolutely must manage their finances well, each individual must also be adept at managing his finances so that income and expenses can run in a balanced manner. Lack of knowledge about financial planning is a serious problem for Indonesian at this time, even most people do not manage their finance properly. So that why mostly the families do not have an emergency fund for emergency purposes. An established family is the dream of the whole family, but to achieve financial stability is not easy, because not all families have a large income. For this reason, it is necessary to have a strategy to manage finances well by making financial planning so the income can be used optimally.

Abstract

Leadership is the ability of someone in an organization to lead or guide others or members of the organization. The Qur'an memorization boarding school (PPA) "Darul Furqon Ramadhan" located in Saga Bulak Village, Rt 002/07, Cibadung Village, Gunung Sindur Subdistrict, Bogor Regency, West Java Province is a place for social propaganda in the Bulak Saga village, where the foundation's activities are namely having recitation activities, tahfidz quran, orphan compensation, financing orphans and dhuafanya, so that in the activities of the Foundation DFR requires skilled management staff, communicative, and has a creative and innovative leadership spirit so that the activities of the DFR foundation can run in accordance with the goals of the Foundation. Leadership is the way a leader influences the behavior of subordinates to want to work together and work productively to achieve organizational goals. Therefore, the DFR Management must have the task of developing the performance of the personnel, especially improving the competence of the personnel in terms of leadership.

Abstract

Indonesia is still struggling against the Corona virus to date, the number of cases of the Corona virus continues to grow with several reports of recovery, but not a few who died. This PKM activity was carried out in Central Java province which included 10 provinces with the most cases of COVID-19. This PKM activity is precisely carried out in Kalitorong village, Randudongkal sub-district, Pemalang, Central Java, Indonesia. The problem that will be solved in this activity is how to break the distribution chain of COVID-19. The method that will be used in this community service is through online counseling, discussion and simulation activities, with materials to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and Hand Sanitizer Product Design. The result is to look at the results of the questionnaire respondents who are very understanding 11 people or 45.83%, understand 12 people or 50%, lack of understanding 1 person or 4.17%, meaning that respondents can make hand sanitizer products and can be developed as business products and as a prevention of the spread of Covid-19.

Abstract

Darul Furqon Ramadhan Foundation Bogor has several obstacles in training students' self-confidence including inadequate infrastructure so that students' mastery of technology is still lacking, students' lack of competence in terms of technology mastery, students cannot recognize their strengths and competencies so they have low self confidence and afraid to make mistakes for example when expressing opinions in discussion forums or presentations they tend to be passive. It is recommended to the foundation to coordinate with parents in educating students, especially in terms of building self confidence, the foundation with educators collaborate and coordinate to strengthen the curriculum that prioritizes character education, the foundation strives to cooperate with various parties to improve technological facilities and infrastructure in facing and dealing with industry 5.0 by redesigning the curriculum used by adjusting to the curriculum of the Ministry of Education and Culture which considers the five potentialities

Abstract

Improving social welfare can be done with various approaches, by empowering the community. Empowering PKK women in Griya Serpong Asri, Suradita, through training and assistance in washing soap production plate. This activity is carried out in order to improve human resources who is able to rely on his own strength. Specific objectives and targets This PKK ladies are interested and motivated to be achieved in this activityentrepreneurship, forming groups of PKK members who became independently independenteconomy by producing dishwashing soap, and realizing more PKKstronger, more productive, creative and responsive. To achieve this goal, teamcommunity service Industrial Engineering Study Program has provided counseling, training and assistance of PKK mothers in producing laundry soap plate. PKK ladies were given knowledge about entrepreneurs and business opportunities home based, as well as basic principles of production. PKK ladies were also given training on how to make dish soap, and product packaging marketing technique.

Abstract

This is a form of community service activity carried out by Polytechnic of State Finance STAN lecturers for students, lecturers, and other interested parties. The form of activities carried out is qualitative research training. This activity aims to provide education in making good qualitative research. The implementation of this activity was carried out through a web seminar because of the outbreak of Covid-19 which made it was impossible to carry out the activities face to face. The organizer of this activity is the Department of Accounting, Polytechnic of State Finance STAN. This activity was attended by students, lecturers and various other parties who came from all regions of Indonesia, from Aceh Province to Papua Province. The implementation of community service activities consists of several stages. The initial stage of the implementation of this activity is the planning stage through discussions in internal teams and between the team and the campus as the organizer to meet the expectations of participants and the organizer's target outcomes. The second stage is the implementation of activities in the form of delivery of material from one team member. The final stage is a follow-up on the implementation of the activity in the form of further discussion with participants who need additional explanations related to exposure. Based on participant's feedback delivered through the evaluation link, the results of community service activities indicate that the understanding of the participants has improved so that it can support the preparation of qualitative research projects.

Abstract

Poetry is a reflection of hearts and feelings expressed by humans through literary works. Poetry writing activities can improve students' ability to improve literacy culture. Community Service Activities are carried out as an effort to improve student literacy in SMP Negeri 1 Karangampel, Kab. Indramayu in this technological era so that their work can be read by the general public on social media. This activity is carried out through a virtual method by inviting teachers and students to be actively involved in Community Service activities organized by the academic community of the Indonesian Literature Study Program at Pamulang University. PKM activities carried out on 18-20 June 2020. The results of this PKM activity concluded that basically students in SMP Negeri 1 Karangampel, Kab. Indramayu has a fairly good literacy ability. This is evident from their ability to write and read poetry in public with a bold and the quality of poetry that is made quite good. The expectation of this PKM activity is the quality of writing poetry of students in the school continues to increase and they dare to read poetry and write poetry through social media so that their work can be read by the wider community.
