Abstract

Abstrak Tingkat pertumbuhan sarana prasarana pariwisata mengalami peningkatan yang pesat. Hotel, villa, losmen, bungalow atau fasilitas pendukung lainnya mulai terbangun dengan cepat di seluruh kawasan pariwista di daerah provinsi Bali. Pada awal pembangunan fasilitas pendukung pariwisata terfokus pada kawasan pariwisata dekat dengan atraksi wisata pantai, Namun perkembangannya mulai menyebar di berbagai daerah lain, tidak terkecuali pada kawasan komersil dekat dengan ruas jalan seperti Jalan Sunset Road Kuta Bali. Pertumbuhan pembangunan di ruas jalan Sunset Road dari tiap tahunnya mengalami peningkatan yang derastis. Sudah ada sekitar 50an hotel terbangun di ruas jalan Sunset Road Kuta Bali. Fasilitas Hotel ini mengusung konsep bisnis di dalam pengelolaan maupun perancangannya. Pembangunan hotel di ruas jalan Sunset Road Kuta Bali memberikan dampak positif dan dampak negatif bagi kehidupan masyarakat lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Mengidentifikasi perkembangan pembangunan hotel berkonsep city hotel, 2) Mengidentifikasi dampak pembangunan hotel berkonsep city hotel dan 3) Mengidentifikasi keterlibatan masyarakat dalam pembangunan hotel berkonsep city hotel. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif karena objek yang diteliti merupakan suatu realita yang tidak dapat dilihat secara parsial, objek yang bersifat dinamis, hasil konstruksi pemikiran dan interpretasi terhadap gejala yang diamati harus secara utuh dan menyeluruh (holistik), karena semua komponen yang ada dalam rangkaian penelitian tersebut saling terhubung satu sama lain. Hasil Penelitian memperlihatkan 1) Teridentifikasi perkembangan pembangunan hotel berkonsep city hotel di Sunset Road Kuta Bali, 2) Teridentifikasi dampak pembangunan hotel berkonsep city hotel di Sunset Road Kuta Bali dilihat dari ekonomi, sosial budaya dan lingkungan masyarakat dan 3) Terdeskripsinya keterlibatan masyarakat dalam pembangunan hotel berkonsep city hotel di Sunset Road Kuta Bali. Oleh karena itu didapatkan suatu persepsi masyarakat yang menjadi rekomendasi atau masukan bagi pemerintah dalam penentuan kebijakan tentang pembangunan akomodasi yang ramah terhadap kehidupan masyarakat lokal. Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh kompensasi dan motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan hotel di Jember, serta menguji pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan hotel di Jember. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuisioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan hotel di Jember sebanyak 150 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh. Model analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis jalur (path analyisis). Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja (H1 diterima). Motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja (H2 diterima). Kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan (H3 diterima). Motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan (H4 diterima). Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan (H5 diterima). Kata Kunci: kompensasi, motivasi, kepuasan kerja dan kinerja

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas wisatawan dan citra hotel hotel melati di Kelurahan Seminyak. Konsep penelitian ini dikembangkan untuk menguji hubungan antara ketiga kontruk. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel yang ditentukan sebanyak 100 responden (wisatawan menginap pada hotel melati). Teknik analsis data yaitu analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif kuantitaif serta analisis partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). PLS-SEM yaitu model persamaan struktural untuk mengembangkan atau memprediksi suatu teori yang sudah ada. Model persamaan yang dianalisis adalah model bagian luar (outer model), model bagian dalam (inner model) dan pengujian hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan menggunakan perangkat lunak PLS-SEM versi 3.0 diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan antara pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas wisatawan, terdapat pengaruh signifikan kualitas pelayanan terhadap citra hotel, dan tidak terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan citra hotel terhadap loyalitas wisatawan yang menginap pada hotel melati di Kelurahan Seminyak. Implikasi hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa hotel melati di sekitar Kelurahan Seminyak harus tetap menjaga profesionalitas dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan baik dari aspek bukti fisik, daya tangkap karyawan, jaminan oleh hotel dan asuransi yang diberikan kepada wisatawan sehingga bisa meningkatkan loyalitas wisatawan dan memberikan citra yang positif, perlu adanya peningkatan dalam aspek inovasi layanan dan produk seperti pelayanan 24 jam dan peningkatan fasilitas hotel. The Government and society are required to be able to strategic in tourism development including the development of tourism villages. The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the implementation of strategic, strength factors and weaknesses of strategic, as well as the results of strategic in carrying out the development of the Tutubhada traditional village as a Tourism Village. The results of the study were expected to provide advice or recommendations to the government and the public regarding the synergy pattern of development. This study used a qualitative descriptive research method. The research used qualitative data and quantitative data as well as primary data and secondary data. Data collection method used is interview method, observation and literature study. The strategic of the local government and the society in implementing the development of the Tutubhada traditional village as a tourist village was successful, judging from the pattern of implementers, programs, and facilities and infrastructure. This synergy turned out to bring positive results on the value and social change of the Tutubhada society, as well as success in developing tourism potential. The driving factor is the content of regulations that are easy to understand, the attitude of the community in applying synergy principles and regulatory provisions. The inhibiting factor is human resource capacity, and the budgeting process is not balanced. Overall with the many limitations that are owned, the government and the society continue to make every effort to realize tourism development. Important to note in the development of the Tutubhada traditional village as a tourism village in the future is to pay attention to the synergistic coordination. Abstract

Abstract The hospitality industry in Jayapura City has increased. Therefore, the role of government is expected in the making of hotel development regulation, as the facilitator of hotel development, as the supervisor of hotel development, and the role of government in the development of special human resources of government technical personnel. Constraints to the implementation of government policies in hotel development, namely internal constraints and external constraints. The purpose of this research is to know the role of government in hotel development and the constraints of government policy implementation in hotel development in Jayapura City. Data collection in this research is done by observation, interview of documentation study and literature study. Determination of informants is done by purposive sumpling, informant in this research, that is official of local government of Jayapura City. The collected data is analyzed descriptively qualitative. The results of the discussion show the role of the government in the construction of hotels, as regulators, facilitators, supervisors, and the development of specialized human resources of government technical personnel. The obstacles of government policy implementation in hotel construction are internal constraints such as special human resources of government technical personnel, budget or fund, coordination among government agencies, and enforcement of regulation. External constraints include, central regulation, Papua Province's regulatory, investor, long-stay tourists, and tourism industry data inventory. Suggestions given, the need for regulation of hotel development, hotel supervision, the provision of facilities and infrastructure, the budget devoted to the government of hotel infrastructure improvements, and the role of government in improving the special human resources of government technical personnel. Abstract

The domestics muslim traveler needs of food and drinks during the touristic travel requires specific criteria. The domestics muslim traveler prefer the restaurant which have halal sertificate. Domestics Muslim traveller who visit the Kuta Village are fced with many restaurant available there. The study aims to determine the preferences of domestics muslim traveler in choosing a restaurant in Kuta Village. The technique of determination the sample using the te qouta sampling technique with the number of samples of 100 respondents and sampling techniques using incidental sampling (domestics muslim travelers ever come to Kuta Village and enjoy the restaurants in Kuta Village). The data analysis in this study used qualitative analysis techniques and conjoin analysis with the help of Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 23. The results of this research show that the domestics muslim travellers in selecting preference restaurant of attributes and the level attribute the highest is the price of restaurant menu is priced at Rp 50,000 – Rp 100,000 for main dishes, the kind of restaurants is informal, menu of restaurants is Ala Carte, the atmosphere of restaurant is traditional and service of restaurant is Table Service. The results also show the correlation estimation and actual have a very strong relationship and the significance of the relationship attribute and attribute levels have a strong relationship. Abstract

Abstract TheBackgrounds of this research is employees career development at Holiday Inn Resort Baruna Bali. in 2016, 35 of career development has occurred around whole department I n this hotel. The objective to obtain out which factors could be determining employees carrer development and also to find out the dominan factor in determining employees carier development in Holiday Inn Resort Baruna Bali Kuta Bali. The data was obtained through observation, depth interview, quesstionnaire, literature studies and documentation. Proportional random sampling technique is used to selected 100 samples. Descriptive qualitative analysis technique was analyzed busing likert scale and quantitative analyzed using validity test, realibility test, and factor analysis by SPSS 22.0 program. career development variabel which has is 15 indicators. The result shows that the value of Measure of Sampling asequancy (MSA) is more than 0,5 , which means it can be proceeded to the factor analysis , and there is no factor should be ignored. There are 3 determinants factor of employee career development base on the result of determinant factor analysis where the value of loading factor is 63, 410 %. The first factor is mentor and sponsor with 45,499 % as the value. The second factor is status of position with 10,917 % as the value. And the third factor is resignation by own request with 6,993% as value. Base on those 3 factor the factor mentor and sponsor is where it has the eigenvalue of 6,825 and its variance value is 45,499 %. A dominant factors to determinats the employees career development in Holiday Inn Resort Baruna Kuta Bali. By this reseach hotel is suggested to increase the number of training that they have been conducted in order to improving the achievement of the employee and intensively giving a coach for the employee to help and support them in developing their career. Abstract

The aim of this research is to find the implementation of Green Meeting concept on the provision of MICE Venue at Centara Grand Beach Resort Samui Thailand and Meliá Bali Indonesia and their differences in its implementation. The variable that used is Green Meeting concept with 5 indicators. That 5 indicators are management, accessibility and social inclusion, catering and service, water and energy efficiency, and waste management. Data obtained through observation, interview, and documentation. The collected data analyzed by using a descriptive-comparative method that approaches by a qualitative method and using Gutman Scale for the measurement. The result shows that the two of the hotel have been implemented Green Meeting concept. Percentages of each hotel are 91.67% for Centara Grand Beach Resort Samui and 79.17% for Meliá Bali. The result also shows that the lowest indicator implementation in two of the hotel is Water and Energy Efficiency Indicator.

Abstract

Telphone operators are required to provide quick services in responding to any request or provide information desired. Telphone operators provides service of incoming call or outgoing call. When do the job not all service goes smoothly as expected. Telphone operators are required to be able to provide the right action when receive complaints. In the general conclusion quality of service will goes smoothly when the telphone operator follows all of the standard procedure and be oriented of the callers satisfaction. This report aims to analyze the quality service of telphone operator in handling incoming call and outgoing call at Hotel Conrad Bali and analyze callers satisfaction level on service quality of telephone operator in Hotel Conrad Bali. Data collection techniques in this report used observation, interviews, questionnaires, literature studies, and documentation. The technique of determining the informant in this report used purposive sampling technique by determining the base informant, key informant, and expert informant. The sampling technique in this report used purposive sampling technique. Respondents were determined by using slovin formula with 76 respondents. Data analysis techniques in this report using descriptive qualitative analysis techniques and quantitative descriptive analysis with likert scale approach and analysis by using cartesius diagram. The results in this report showed that the operator service quality analysis in handling incoming call and outgoing call at Conrad Bali Hotel had total average satisfaction rate of 98.49%, it’s that mean in the general caller was satisfied with service by telphone operator. Service in incoming call is better than outgoing call.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berlokasi di desa wisata Nyuh Kuning. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk 1) mengidentifikasi perkembangan homestay 2) mengkaji model pengembangan usaha homestay berbasis masyarakat di desa wisata Nyuh Kuning Ubud Bali. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan studi kepustakaan. Analisis yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah : Analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usaha akomodasi yang dikelola oleh penduduk lokal sebesar (40%), Investor asing sebesar (10%) dan investor dalam negeri sebesar (50%). Sedangkan homestay yang berjumlah 40 buah memang dikelola masyarakat lokal karena bisa mengunakan sebagian rumahnya untuk dijadikan tempat menginap. Sistem pengelolaan homestay dikelola masyarakat lokal. Media promosinya adalah melalui media social seperti Facebook, Instagram, dan Whatsapp, ataupun secara Walking guest dan menyebar brosur atau pamflet. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa konsep pariwisata berbasis masyarakat pada pengelolaan homestay di desa wisata Nyuh Kuning sudah diterapkan dengan baik dengan skor 3,42 yang berarti sangat setuju. Model pengembangan homestay berbasis masyarakat di desa wisata Nyuh Kuning dapat dilakukan dengan program SO: mengembangkan paket wisata yoga, wanita hamil, wisata buday aberbasis kearifan lokal, pengembangan usaha mikro, membuat awig-awig, membagi peran anggota keluarga dalam pengembangan homestay. Program WO: mengembangkan pola kemitraan, pengalokasian anggaran desa, membuat papan nama homestay, lahan parkir. Program ST: Bekerjasama dengan pelatih yoga, membuat arsitektur Bali lebih dominan, kerjasama dengan trave agent untuk promosi, membuat aturan bagi investor luar. Program WT: pembangunan homestay menggunakan bahan –bahan alam dan budaya Bali, Mensosialisaikan aturan usah transportasi, membuat aturan bagi investor luar terkait konservasi alam. Kata Kunci. Pariwisata berbasis masyarakat, pengelolaan homestay, desa wisata Nyuh Kuning.
