Abstract

The development of female students in dormitories is an important part of Islamic education. However, the implementation of coaching in the STAI As-Sunnah Deli Serdang Student Dormitory still faces various obstacles, such as the lack of a structured parenting model, the lack of operational guidelines for musyrifah, and the discovery of various violations of rules that show that the process of moral formation is not optimal. This research aims to develop the STAI As-Sunnah Deli Serdang Student Dormitory Maintenance Module, analyze its development steps, and test the feasibility, effectiveness, and practicality of the resulting modules. The research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model which includes the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation stages. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, documentation, questionnaires, and tests. The feasibility of the product was validated by material experts, design/media experts, and linguists, while the effectiveness was tested using pre-test and post-test to 38 female students and analyzed with Normalized Gain (N-Gain). Practicality was measured through a questionnaire of musyrifah and female students. The results of the study show that the modules developed meet the criteria are very feasible based on the validation of experts. The effectiveness test showed an increase in the average score from 41 in the pre-test to 81 in the post-test with an N-Gain value of 0.68 (medium category), so that the module was effective in increasing students' understanding of Islamic morals. The practicality test also received a very positive response, with a percentage of 83% from musyrifah and 88% from female students. Thus, the STAI As-Sunnah Deli Serdang Dormitory Dormitory Maintenance Module is declared feasible, effective, and practical as a guideline for moral development in the dormitory environment.

Abstract

This study analyzes the legal certainty of the Sale and Purchase Deed (AJB) that has not been signed by the Land Deed Making Officer (PPAT), the legal implications for buyers, and the forms of legal protection available. Using juridical-normative research methods with legislative, conceptual, and case approaches, this study found that AJB without PPAT's signature was degraded into a deed under hand, so it could not be used as a basis for registration of transfer of rights. The legal implication is that the transformation of rights from obligatoir to zakelijk is delayed, leaving buyers vulnerable to collateral confiscation, inheritance, and double selling. Legal protection is realized preventively through the blocking of land books and the creation of PPJB by Notaries, as well as repressively through lawsuits for Unlawful Acts and complaints to the PPAT Board of Trustees and Supervisors.

Abstract

The Constitutional Court Decision Number 135/PUU-XXII/2024 is present in response to the excessive burden of the 2024 simultaneous elections which interferes with the quality of democracy and the safety of organizers and voters. This research uses a juridical-normative method with a legislative and conceptual approach. The results of the study show that the juridical implications of this decision cause a time gap of about 2 to 2.5 years between the 2029 National Election and the 2031 Regional Election, which has the potential to cause a vacancy in the position of regional head. Legal measures that can be taken to overcome this vacancy include the appointment of the Acting Regional Head, strengthening the legitimacy and limits of his authority, comprehensive revision of the law, and the issuance of Perppu. The Constitutional Court emphasized that this separation does not reduce the fixed term of office for 5 years that has been regulated in the law. Thus, this decision ensures that the 2029 and 2031 elections are more manageable, efficient, and constitutional without harming the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the planning, implementation, and evaluation of story-based animated video in improving the ability to distinguish similar letters (b-d, p-q, n-m) among a special needs student with learning disabilities in grade V of SDN 003 Telen. A descriptive qualitative approach with a single-subject case study design was used. The main subject was a grade V student with a learning disability, with the classroom teacher and parent as supporting data sources and learning documents as additional data. Data were collected through moderate participatory observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation study, checked for trustworthiness through source and technique triangulation, and analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results show that learning planning was arranged adaptively based on identifying student needs, selecting suitable video media, and designing simple, gradual learning steps. Implementation took place over eight sessions and showed progressive development, from hesitation in early sessions to greater independence and confidence in later sessions. Authentic, ongoing evaluation indicated improvement in distinguishing similar letters, with the b-d pair showing the most consistent progress, while p-q and n-m still required further practice. Beyond cognitive-visual gains, the student also showed affective development in engagement, courage, and learning motivation. The study concludes that story-based animated video is effective as an alternative learning medium for students with learning disabilities because it matches learning needs that are concrete, multisensory, and grounded in meaningful narrative context.

Abstract

Slow learners have below-average learning ability and commonly experience difficulties in fine motor skills and creativity, requiring learning approaches that are concrete, gradual, and multisensory. This study aims to describe the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the finger painting technique in improving the creativity and fine motor skills of a special-needs student categorized as a slow learner in Cultural Arts learning in Grade III of SDN 002 Sangkulirang. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, with a slow-learner student (initials ADM) as the research subject, supported by the classroom teacher and the student's parent as informants. Data were collected through moderate participant observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation, validated through source and technique triangulation, and analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña. The results show that the planning was designed simply and adaptively using concrete media; implementation proceeded gradually across three sessions, from teacher modeling to instruction without examples and finally free creative expression; and evaluation emphasized the individual learning process. The implementation of finger painting was shown to improve confidence, hand-finger coordination, and creativity, indicating its potential as an alternative instructional strategy for Cultural Arts in inclusive elementary schools.

Abstract

The digital banking industry in Indonesia is growing rapidly along with the increasing adoption of mobile banking applications. This growth was followed by a high level of customer awareness of transaction security and the reliability of digital services, making building brand trust a strategic challenge for banks. This study aims to analyze the role of Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) on Brand trust in the digital banking industry in Medan City based on the Relationship Marketing theory approach, as well as measure the contribution of bank brand reliability according to the five dimensions of CRM: trust, commitment, communication, conflict handling, and bonding/empathy. A causal associative quantitative approach was used by involving 200 customers who were active users of digital banking services selected by purposive sampling. Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) was applied for data analysis. The five dimensions of CRM show positive and significant influence results on Brand trust (R² = 0.612). Trust makes the largest contribution, followed by commitment, bonding/empathy, communication, and conflict handling. These findings reinforce the relevance of Relationship Marketing theory in the context of digital banking and have implications for managerials, that banks need to prioritize transactional trust strengthening strategies and long-term commitments to build  sustainable brand trust among digital customers

Abstract

Forest and land fires (karhutla) in Lima Puluh Kota represent a recurrent threat with severe environmental, social, and economic impacts. Although a regulatory framework exists under Regent Regulation No. 38 of 2018, the implementation of mitigation policies in the field continues to face structural obstacles. This study aims to critically analyze the implementation of forest and land fire disaster mitigation policies and identify the key factors determining their success. Utilizing a descriptive qualitative approach, data were gathered through observations, documentation, and in-depth interviews with seven key informants selected via purposive sampling. Data were interactively analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that policy implementation is fairly effective but has not reached optimal performance. This status is evidenced by specific operational indicators, including low patrol frequency (once a month), uneven outreach coverage due to budget constraints, and inconsistent personnel competency enhancement. The primary structural barriers include severe personnel shortages (only 13 Brigade members), inadequate infrastructure and firebreaks, and the persistent practice of traditional land clearing by burning. Analytically, the study concludes that mitigation success is fundamentally constrained by institutional resource limitations. Policy implications highlight the urgent need for local governments to strengthen operational funding, expand technical firebreak construction, and shift community engagement from passive advisories to active farmer-group empowerment.

Abstract

Indonesia’s post-Reformasi democratic transition has created broader political opportunities for parties representing diverse ideological orientations, including those grounded in Islamic values. Within this context, Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (PKS) has positioned itself as an Islamic-based political party that seeks to integrate Islamic principles within Indonesia’s constitutional democratic framework. This study aims to examine how Partai Keadilan Sejahtera responds to contemporary socio-political issues through its political positions and policy orientations, particularly in relation to social justice, public welfare, governance, and pluralism in a democratic society. This research employed a qualitative approach using a library research method. Data were collected from official party documents, including policy platforms and political manifestos, as well as relevant scholarly books and journal articles. The data were analyzed descriptively and analytically to explore the relationship between Islamic values as the ideological foundation of Partai Keadilan Sejahtera and the party’s political practices. The findings indicate that Partai Keadilan Sejahtera seeks to operationalize Islamic principles, such as justice, integrity, and consultation (shūrā), within contemporary democratic institutions and political processes. Nevertheless, the implementation of these values is frequently shaped by political pragmatism and the dynamics of electoral competition. This study concludes that Partai Keadilan Sejahtera represents a contextual, adaptive, and pragmatic model of Islamic political engagement within Indonesia’s democratic system.

Abstract

This study examines the role of Nahdlatul Ulama in promoting government transparency and accountability in North Sumatra from the perspective of Islamic political thought. The study underscores the importance of implementing the principles of good governance to foster a system of governance that is transparent, accountable, and responsive to public needs. As one of Indonesia’s largest Islamic civil society organizations, Nahdlatul Ulama plays a strategic role in exercising social oversight, advocating public policy, and providing political education grounded in Islamic ethical values. This research employed a qualitative descriptive-analytical approach based on library research and document analysis related to Islamic political thought and the socio-political practices of Islamic organizations at the regional level. The analysis was guided by the Islamic political concepts of amānah (trustworthiness), justice (ʿadl), consultation (shūrā), and ḥisbah as the principal analytical framework. The findings reveal that Nahdlatul Ulama contributes significantly to strengthening transparency and accountability in governance through policy advocacy, the promotion of public participation, and moral oversight of state administrators. These findings demonstrate that Islamic political thought provides a robust normative foundation for civil society participation in monitoring public authority and fostering governance that is oriented toward the public interest.

Abstract

Environmental problems in Indonesia are increasing, which is caused by human behavior is a challenge in itself, therefore the way we act needs to adopt pro-environmental behavior. Research on pro-environmental behavior is dominated by the use of literature review from a few years, which relates to critical validity problems. The present review aims to acquaint researchers across disciplinary borders with the behavioral paradigms developed to study pro-environmental behavior in different domains.A paper provides a literature review pro environmental behavior across Indonesia using Google scholar indexded Sinta in 2023. Among, Many publication the most dominant research designed was quantitative and has been done in Java. in research requires not only one group but by many age groups. Unfortunately, the category of respondents of many is the age of millennials and gen z, which are students or college students. Based on the research findings, several recommendations have been proposed for future research. These recommendations include that the research method used should be qualitative or mixed methods and the respondents used should be elderly or older adults. Research should not be concentrated in major cities in Indonesia but spread to other cities.
