Abstract

Ideal learning in the classroom (interactive, interesting and memorable) certainly requires the support of learning devices and media to achieve quality learning. In the context of improving the quality of social studies learning, the teacher's role is very important in managing teaching and learning, starting from planning, implementation and evaluation/assessment. Quality learning is of course inseparable from the output (evaluation/assessment results) and is also related to the expected outcome (quality of graduates). In all this process, the development of learning tools and media in the form of Learning Videos is very necessary so that they are always dynamic and updated according to students' needs in the learning process. Based on surveys and initial research, it was found that so far the development and use of Learning Videos is still very minimal. As a result, teaching and learning in class tends to be monotonous, lacks variety in literacy and can trigger boredom among students in teaching and learning. We certainly don't want this together because it can lead to low student interest and enthusiasm in learning. For this reason, the author carried out research activities in the form of research and development of social studies learning videos as an effort to improve the quality of student learning in the classroom. This is expected to be able to comprehensively improve the quality of learning and the continuity of the process Social Sciences (IPS) subjects are compulsory subjects formed from the results of the multidisciplinary integration of social sciences and humanities which aims to provide experience and competence to students in overcoming problems or social problems in the surrounding community. In social studies learning, there are components that are interrelated and complement each other to achieve the desired goals, one learning component that must be held is learning media. social studies learning can run effectively learning media is needed, one of which is the use of video-based learning media. Using video-based media will help and facilitate teaching and learning activities. The objectives of this study were (1) to explain the process of developing video-based social studies learning media to improve the learning outcomes of eighth grade junior high school student eighth grade students of SMP ?, (2) Explain the effectiveness of video-based social studies learning media to improve the learning outcomes of seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Pakis Aji dan SMP Negeri 2 Pakis Aji Kab. Jepara? The type of research used is research and development (Research and Development). The resulting product is a video-based learning media on social studies subjects for class eighth SMP student. The development model used is the Borg and Gall development model, with data collection techniques used are questionnaires, documentation, and learning outcomes tests. The results of this study are (1) The process of developing learning media uses ten steps, namely gathering initial information, planning, developing the initial product format, initial testing, product revision, field testing, product revision, field testing, final product revision, dissemination and implementation. (2) The effectiveness of the use of instructional media is described from the results of manual t-test calculations, namely results thitung and ttabel 21.92 ≥ 2.074, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, so that there is a significant difference between the results of class learning using video-based social studies learning media and who do not use video-based social studies learning media

Abstract

This research discusses the approach of Nature, Behavior, Contingency leadership applied by the Head at SMP Negeri 27 Kerinci. The purpose of this study is useful to describe the leadership approach carried out and applied by the Principal. In this study, the method used is a case study with a qualitative approach. The techniques used in data collection are through observation and interviews. The main resource person in this study was the Head of SMPN 27 Kerinci. In addition, as information or supporting data in this study, namely researching three teacher councils of SMPN 27 Kerinci. The resulting research results are knowing the approach to Nature, Behavior, and Contingency leadership carried out by the Principal. The approach of Nature, Behavior, Leadership contingency carried out by the Principal of SMPN 27 Kerinci is by using a friendly nature approach, namely leaders who have friendliness towards their subordinates. The behavioral approach is disciplined behavior, namely, a leader who is disciplined in obeying the rules that have been set. While the contingency approach is a leader who can adapt to any situation and conditions in the field

Abstract

Artikel ini mengkaji penerapan prinsip hukum administrasi negara pada penyelenggaraan pemerintahan Indonesia, dengan fokus pada pencegahan serta kebijakan korupsi di Indonesia. Beberapa asas penting hukum administrasi negara antara lain asas kepastian hukum, asas proporsionalitas, asas keterbukaan, serta asas akuntabilitas. Penerapan prinsip tersebut diatur pada Undang-Undang Tata Usaha Negara Nomor 30 Tahun 2014. Namun penerapan prinsip-prinsip hukum administrasi nasional masih menghadapi sejumlah tantangan, seperti kurangnya kesadaran serta pemahaman terhadap prinsip-prinsip tersebut serta kurangnya sumber daya manusia yang terlatih buat melaksanakannya. Pasal ini mengusulkan pencegahan korupsi bersama memperkuat sistem peradilan administrasi negara, optimalisasi birokrasi serta memperhatikan prinsip-prinsip good governance pada pelaksanaan tugas. Penerapan prinsip-prinsip hukum administrasi publik yang baik penting buat memastikan bahwa pemerintah bertindak secara adil, transparan serta berkomitmen pada semua aspek administrasi negara.

Abstract

Currently, the challenges in the world of education are increasingly complex, requiring direct application of knowledge and skills for students as prospective teachers. Teaching skills are one of the keys to success in the learning process. For this reason, there needs to be learning that supports the development of knowledge and skills effectively. One way is through the implementation of peer teaching. Peer teaching is a forum for prospective teacher students to apply knowledge and practice skills regarding teaching skills. This research aims to evaluate the impact of peer teaching activities on students' understanding of teaching skills as prospective teachers. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method. This research data was collected through literature review, interviews and observations. The results of this research show that the implementation of peer teaching can provide in-depth understanding for students as prospective teachers because, during its implementation students take turns being practitioners and observers. In the process, fellow student observers and lecturers provide constructive feedback regarding things that need to be improved in carrying out learning.

Abstract

Collaboration Between Teachers And Parents Is Important In Order To Build The Same Perception Between Schools And Parents In Supporting The Learning Process That Will Be Provided. This Research Aims To Determine The Form Of Collaboration Between Teachers And Parents In Increasing Students' Learning Motivation And Learning Independence. This Research Is Qualitative Research. The Results Of This Research Are Forms Of Collaboration Carried Out By Teachers And Parents In Increasing Learning Motivation, Including Having Good Communication Relationships, A Sense Of Mutual Trust Between Teachers And Parents In Monitoring Students, Teachers Not Covering Up Students' Shortcomings (Talking As They Are), Giving Homework. To Students, And Holding Regular Meetings At The End Of Each Semester As A Form Of Evaluating Student Deficiencies. And Independence Is Collaboration Between Parents And Teachers Through Virtual Online And Non-Virtual Online Means. Conclusions Can Be Drawn About The Form Of Collaboration Carried Out By Teachers And Parents In Increasing Learning Motivation And Learning Independence.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the school's strategic management in the promotion of new student admissions in elementary schools. This research is a descriptive field research, which was conducted at SD Negeri 1 Sendang Agung, Bandar Mataram District, Central Lampung Regency, Lampung Province, in the odd semester of the 2023/2024 school year. Primary sources include interviews with the principal, teachers, staff and parents of students. Secondary data researchers get from books and articles and literature reviews related to the research title. Data collection techniques using interviews and literature studies. Data analysis techniques with data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Data validity test using source triangulation. The results of the study found that strategic management at SD Negeri 1 Sindang Agung school has been successful in designing and implementing new student admission promotion strategies, in identifying, facing, and overcoming challenges and obstacles in new student admission promotion efforts, this conclusion provides guidance for schools to improve the effectiveness of new student admission promotion and achieve their strategic goals, and that school strategic management at SD Negeri 1 Sendang Agung has succeeded in creating a positive impact on school reputation through new student admission promotion strategies.

Abstract

Numeracy is the process or activity of carrying out mathematical operations, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division, in order to get the right result or answer. Counting activities involve manipulating numbers or mathematical symbols according to applicable mathematical rules. One game to improve young children's numeracy skills is the number stick game. The number stick game is an innovation in the world of educational games which aims to improve children's mathematical abilities through an interactive and fun approach. The effectiveness of number stick games can be seen from various aspects, including increasing understanding of basic mathematical concepts, developing logical thinking skills, and stimulating children's creativity. The variety of activities in this game, from number recognition to solving simple mathematical problems, provides the opportunity for children to learn in a fun and interactive way.

This article discusses psychomotor development at an early age where psychomotor development is the development of controlling body movements through coordinated activities between the central nervous system and muscles. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa kelas IV SDN 066 Halimun. Pada proses pembelajaran di SDN 066 Halimun belum mencapai hasil yang memuaskan, karena pada metode yang digunakan oleh pendidik kurang maksimal dalam pembelajaran, sehingga partisipasi peserta didik selalu pasif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahuai proses dan hasil kemampuan membaca pemahaman dengan menggunakan strategi Directed Reading Thinking Activity (DRTA). Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Penelitian Tindikan Kelas (PTK). Desain penelitian yang dipakai mengacu kepada model Kemmis dan MC.Taggart, yaitu model spiral yang dimulai dengan: 1) Perencanaan (planning), 2) Tindakan (acting), 3) Observasi (observing), dan 4) Refleksi (reflecting). Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV SDN 066 Halimun yang berjumlah 29 peserta didik.

Abstract

Proses pembelajaran mengalami perubahan ke dalam proses pembelajaran berbasis teknologi. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar e-book menggunakan flipbook pada tema lingkungan sahabat kita subtema manusia dan lingkungan di kelas V SDN Pabuaran Cilendek Kota Bogor. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode penelitian dan pengembangan atau Research and Development (R&D). Dengan menggunakan model ADDIE yaitu (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Penelitian ini diawali dengan mengumpulkan informasi kebutuhan, membuat desain bahan ajar, validasi oleh ahli, merevisi produk, setelah itu uji coba bahan ajar secara terbatas. Hasil uji coba kelayakan bahan ajar e-book menggunakan flipbook menunjukan bahwa sangat layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dari hasil instrument respon validator ahli media, ahli bahasa, dan ahli materi. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dari hasil Instrument respon validator ahli materi, media, dan bahasa memperoleh rata-rata presentase sebesar 96,2% Serta dilakukan uji coba terbatas yang melibatkan 20 peserta didik memperoleh respon peserta didik dengan rata-rata persentase sebesar 98,6%.
