Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: apakah media pembelajaran Pop Up Book mampu meningkatkan prestasi belajar pada pembelajaran IPAS materi Keanekaragaman Budaya Indonesia. Jenis penelitian Research and Development merupakan jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yang memiliki tujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menghasilkan suatu produk. model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model pengembangan 4D yang terdiri dari 4 tahapan yang terdiri dari : tahap Define (pendefinisian), tahap design (perancangan), tahap development (pengembangan), dan tahap disseminate (penyebarluasan). Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi lembar penilaian untuk Ahli Media, Ahli Materi dan Siswa. Adapun hasil penelitian pengembangan media pembelajaran pada mata Pelajaran IPAS materi kekayaan budaya Indonesia, diperoleh presentase 98% dari ahli media sehingga dapat dinyatakan sangat valid. Adapun dari ahli materi diperoleh presentase sebesar 93% dinyatakan sangat valid. Hasil perhitungan respon siswa diperoleh presentase sebesar 92%. Total skor berada diantara interval 81,25%-100%. Sehingga respon siswa terhadap media dinyatakan sangat praktis. Hasil respon guru diperoleh presentase sebesar 75% yang berada diantara interval 62,5%-81,25%. Sehingga respon guru terhadap media dinyatakan praktis. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan tersebut maka media pembelajaran Pop Up Book teknik internal stand yang dikembangkan layak digunakan atau diimplementasikan dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

Media Pembelajaran merupakan alat untuk yang digunakan oleh guru untuk menyampaikan informasi kepada siswa. media pembelajaran nyatanya masih kurang optimal dalam penggunaannya. Guru masih menggunakan metode ceramah sehingga siswa mudah bosan dalam mengikuti pembelajaran. Maka penelitian ini mengangkat media konkrit Pop Up Book dengan teknik V Folding karena di SD Negeri Percobaan IV belum ada dan supaya dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mampu meningkatkan prestasi belajar dengan media Pop Up Book dengan teknik V Folding. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (R&D) dengan model 4D yaitu Define (Pendefinisisan), Design (Perancangan), Development (Pengembangan), dan Disseminate (Penyebaran). Teknik analisis datanya yaitu kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Dalam perolehan penilaian ahli media memperoleh 99% sedangkan ahli IPAS 96% dari skor maksimal 100%. Pada penilaian respon guru uji memperoleh skor 40 dari 40 skor maksimal atau jika dijadikan persen menjadi 100%. Respon siswa memperoleh skor 180 atau 90% sehingga dikatakan sangat praktis.

Abstract

Kepala sekolah sebagai manajer dalam organisasi pendidikan memiliki peran dan tanggungjawab penting dalam kelancaran pelaksanaan pendidikan pengajaran di sekolah. Peran dan tanggungjawab dapat dilaksanakan dengan menciptakan strategi yang relevan dengan kondisi kinerja guru. Salah satunya dengan menjaga kesehatan jiwa guru untuk terhindar dari stres kerja. Strategi kepala sekolah yang efektif dalam mencegah stres kerja guru tentu mempengaruhi kinerja guru, sehingga beban kerja di sekolah dapat diselesaikan dengan baik dan tepat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui stategi yang dilakukan kepala sekolah dalam manajemen stres kerja guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi dan wawancara. Selanjutnya penyajian data dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif, berupa kata-kata, tulisan, atau lisan dari subjek yang diamati yaitu guru yang mengajar di SDN Sumbermulyo. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan strategi kepala sekolah manajemen stres kerja terhadap guru mencakup pelaksanaan observasi dan wawancara untuk mengetahui stres kerja guru, psikoedukasi ringan, literasi digital perangkat pendidikan, evaluasi dan refleksi, lingkungan kerja yang nyaman sudah berjalan hanya saja beberapa strategi masih dalam pengamatan untuk mengetahui hasil akhirnya. Beban kerja guru sudah terselesaikan dengan baik dan tepat hanya saja dalam pelaksanaan literasi digital membutuhkan waktu yang lebih panjang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the strategies used by teachers in growing the literacy skills of fifth grade students at SDN Gajah 02, Gajah District, Demak Regency. The research method used is qualitative. Research data collection is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research was conducted in the even semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. Research sources include class teachers and fifth grade students at SDN Gajah 02, Demak. Data checking was carried out using triangulation to increase the degree of confidence and accuracy of the data. Triangulation is done with three strategies, namely source triangulation, method triangulation, and time triangulation. The data analysis technique used is the Miles and Huberman analysis technique. The results showed that the strategies used by the teacher in growing the literacy skills of fifth grade students at SDN Gajah 02 were divided into three stages, namely there were five strategies applied at the habituation stage which aimed to familiarize students with reading and writing, at the development stage there were three strategies applied. Mrs. WK which aims to provide encouragement so that students have passion or interest and enthusiasm to carry out reading activities whenever and wherever, and at the stage of learning the strategy used by Mrs. WK is to encourage students to be able to take part in literacy competitions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the value of gotong royong in shaping the character of students. This research is expected to find out the strategies carried out by teachers in the application of the value of mutual cooperation based on the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) at the elementary school level. In 2023, a descriptive qualitative approach was employed in conducting research at Bendungan Semarang Public Elementary School. The data gathering process encompassed observation, interviews, and documentation. The collected data underwent thorough analysis utilizing interactive techniques, which involved data collection, condensation, presentation, and drawing conclusions based on the evidence gathered. The result of the research shows that the implementation of strengthening the Pancasila student profile has been implemented and implemented properly. based on the problems found, SDN Bendungan Semarang has sought the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile both in the classroom and in the school environment. Through the P5 action, it can strengthen the character dimensions of the Pancasila Learner Profile in students, especially faith, devotion to God Almighty and noble character, mutual cooperation in the environment, being independent, global diversity, critical reasoning and creativity in dealing with problems.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the role of teachers in shaping students' superior character through Pansila education in elementary schools. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that teachers have a central role in integrating Pancasila values ​​into the learning process, both through direct teaching and exemplary attitudes and behavior. The challenges faced by teachers in implementing character education are identified, as well as effective strategies that can be implemented to overcome these obstacles. These findings emphasize the importance of ongoing training and support for teachers in teaching Pancasila values, as well as the need for collaboration between schools, families and communities to create an environment conducive to the development of students' superior character. Keywords: The Role of Teachers, Superior Character, Pancasila Education Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran guru dalam membentuk karakter unggul peserta didik melalui pendidikan pansasila di sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru memiliki peran sentral dalam mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Pancasila ke dalam proses pembelajaran, baik melalui pengajaran langsung maupun keteladanan sikap dan perilaku. Tantangan yang dihadapi guru dalam mengimplementasikan pendidikan karakter diidentifikasi, serta strategi efektif yang dapat diterapkan untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya pelatihan dan dukungan berkelanjutan bagi guru dalam mengajarkan nilai-nilai Pancasila, serta perlunya kolaborasi antara sekolah, keluarga, dan masyarakat untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang kondusif bagi pengembangan karakter unggul peserta didik. Abstract

This study aims to explain the types of PPKn learning difficulties and the factors that cause learning difficulties experienced by fourth grade students at SDN Klakahkasih. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. The subjects in this study were fourth grade teachers, parents, and fourth grade students who were identified as having PPKn learning difficulties. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews, documentation and field notes. Data analysis techniques used in this study are data reduction, data presentation, and verification/conclusion. The results showed that 1) learning difficulties experienced by fourth grade students at SDN Klakahkasihan were difficulties in understanding the concept of Civics, difficulties in understanding teacher explanations, difficulties in understanding the meaning of the questions and difficulties in applying positive attitudes towards Pancasila values ​​in everyday life. 2) the factors that cause learning difficulties in Civics consist of internal factors and external factors. Internal factors include illness, low intelligence, student interest in Civics learning is still low, and student motivation in Civics learning tends to be low. While external factors include school environmental factors, namely the use of Civics learning media which is less innovative and variations of teaching teachers tend to use conventional methods, family environmental factors are parents pay less attention to student learning activities, activities in society, namely students have too many activities so that student learning activities become neglected, as well as mass media factors, namely the influence of the use of gadgets and TV.

Abstract

This study evaluates the effectiveness of comic media in improving song writing skills using rhymes of fourth grade students at SD Negeri Bondongan, Bogor city, using a descriptive qualitative approach. The research methods included classroom observation, interviews, and document analysis of 28 learners. The results show that the use of comic media is effective in improving songwriting skills using rhyme. In the observation, students were actively involved in working on the LKPD observing comic media as a medium for writing compositional songs using rhyme. Interviews showed that they were motivated and enthusiastic. Document analysis showed a significant improvement in learners' writing after using comic media. Thus, it shows that the use of comic media can be a good choice in learning Indonesian to improve the skill of writing songs using rhymes of grade IV students.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implications of implementing the concept of Natural Nature and Ki Hajar Dewantara's Tricenter of Education at SD Tunas Lestari Sungai Basung. The main focus of the research is to explore how Ki Hajar Dewantara's educational principles are implemented in the context of modern education in rural elementary schools. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, this research involved direct observation, in-depth interviews with teachers and school principals, as well as analysis of school documents. Data was collected over a three-month period to obtain a comprehensive picture of educational practices at the school. The results of the research show that SD Tunas Lestari Sungai Basung has attempted to integrate the concept of Nature in its curriculum and teaching methods, with an emphasis on learning that is appropriate to students' natural development. The implementation of the Education Tricenter can be seen through increasing the involvement of parents and the community in the education process. The main challenges identified include limited resources and the need to adapt the concept to the local context. Nevertheless, this research found a positive impact on student character development and increased learning motivation. In conclusion, the application of the Ki Hajar Dewantara concept at Tunas Lestari Sungai Basung Elementary School shows significant potential in improving the quality of education, although it still requires further adjustments and development. This research provides valuable insight into how traditional educational principles can be revitalized in the modern education system in Indonesia. Abstract

The main problem in this study is how the interference of the language of Makassar to the Indonesian language influences Gaul language on the use of Indonesia language in the environment of the school class V SD Inpres Parang Beru district of Gowa. Research procedures include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawings. The subjects of this study are students of the V class of SD Inpres Parang Beru district of Gowa of 5 people. The results of the study showed that the interference of the language of Makassar to the Indonesian language in communicating students among students in particular in the SD Inpress Parang Beru district Gowa. This can be seen in interferences that occur, such as phonological interference, which is a change in the initial and middle words of the sound. In morphological interference there is the use of confirming clitics namely proclitic and encryptic.
