Abstract

This study discusses/describes the Effectiveness of the Implementation of Village Regulations in Increasing Community Participation. In this modern era, the active role of the community in village development and decision-making at the local level is increasingly urgent to be realized. Public participation in general in the making of laws and regulations, the development of organizational decisions, and governance processes that affect the quality of life of the general public is highly encouraged. The research method used by the researcher is a qualitative method with a literature approach. The data collection technique used in this study is library research. Based on this study, the researcher found that the success of village regulations is highly dependent on community involvement, transparent management of village funds, and effective implementation. Strategies such as capacity building, collaboration with external parties, and socialization are needed to create inclusive, adaptive, and sustainable regulations. Community involvement strengthens a sense of belonging, increases participation, and encourages synergy for equitable and sustainable village development.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of class IX.A1 students of SMP Unismuh Makassar through the implementation of differentiated learning. The subjects of the study consisted of 20 female students in the 2024/202 academic year. This study used the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method consisting of two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation, evaluation, and reflection. The differentiated learning implemented involves three main elements, namely visual, auditory, and kinesthetic. The results of the study showed an increase in student learning outcomes in each cycle with a minimum completion value (KKM) of 75. In the first cycle, the average student learning outcome was 74.4 with a classical completion percentage of 50%. In the second cycle, the average increased to 88.1 with a classical completion percentage of 100%.

Abstract

Proyek peningkatan profil siswa Pancasila di UPT SPF SD Negeri Pao-Pao Kabupaten Gowa bertajuk “Aju Lame Massipa” merupakan sebuah inovasi pendidikan yang bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan pemahaman siswa terhadap warisan budaya lokal melalui kegiatan memasak secara langsung. Kegiatan ini memberikan pengalaman komprehensif mengenai pengolahan pangan tradisional khususnya pembuatan keripik singkong, sehingga mahasiswa dapat berpartisipasi langsung dalam serangkaian proses produksi mulai dari penyiapan bahan hingga tahap pengolahan akhir. Melalui partisipasi aktif, siswa tidak hanya mempelajari teknik memasak tetapi juga mengembangkan keterampilan hidup dasar seperti penyiapan bahan, penggunaan peralatan dapur yang benar, dan pemahaman protokol sanitasi dalam penanganan makanan. Pendekatan experiential learning ini bertujuan untuk melahirkan generasi yang memiliki apresiasi mendalam terhadap kekayaan kuliner daerah sekaligus mengembangkan karakter positif. Signifikansi proyek terletak pada kemampuannya mentransformasi pengalaman praktis menjadi wahana penanaman nilai-nilai kearifan lokal, mendorong siswa untuk tidak sekadar memahami, tetapi juga melestarikan dan mengimplementasikan warisan budaya dalam konteks kehidupan modern. Dengan demikian, "Aju Lame Massipa" berkontribusi pada pembentukan profil pelajar Pancasila yang berkarakter, berbudaya, dan memiliki kesadaran akan pentingnya pelestarian tradisi lokal.

Abstract

Learning is the foundation of education, where everything that is programmed will be implemented during the learning process. In this process, all subjects play an important role, including teachers, school principals and students themselves. Even though everything has been programmed, learning failures are still found due to obstacles or learning problems faced by students, one of which is in learning Indonesian. The researcher discovered a problem that caused the average grade V MI Ma'had Al-Zaytun students' scores on the results of the observation questionnaire to be below the predetermined KKM, namely 70. Therefore the aim of this research is to analyze and understand the difficulties studying class V MI Ma'had Al-Zaytun students in Indonesian language learning. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews and documentation. The population in this study were all class V students at MI Ma'had Al-Zaytun and Indonesian language teachers, while the sample in this study was class V B05 students and class V Indonesian teachers. The results of the research show that students' learning difficulties in learning Indonesian in class V MI Ma'had Al-Zaytun are very diverse, including difficulties in understanding the material, difficulties in applying vocabulary and theory into practice, and students' learning motivation. Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia yang secara langsung mempengaruhi kesejahteraan dan produktivitas global. Sebagai respon terhadap tantangan yang disebabkan oleh pandemi Covid-19, pemerintah mengembangkan Kurikulum Merdeka yang fokus pada kebutuhan peserta yang dilatih untuk mengoptimalkan potensi dan bakat mereka. Kurikulum ini juga memberikan momen bagi guru dalam memilih materi dan media pembelajaran untuk menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang nyaman dan bebas dari tekanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik melalui penerapan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) dengan pendekatan Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) pada pembelajaran IPAS kelas 4C di SD Supriyadi Semarang. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model PBL secara signifikan meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi gaya magnet. Nilai rata-rata peserta didik meningkat dari 65,8 pada pra-siklus dengan ketuntasan klasikal 41,6%, menjadi 77,5 pada siklus I dengan ketuntasan klasikal 70,8%, dan mencapai 87,5 pada siklus II dengan ketuntasan klasikal 87 ,5%. Peningkatan ini menunjukkan keberhasilan penggunaan model PBL sesuai dengan indikator keberhasilan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pendekatan TaRL dan model PBL efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar IPAS peserta didik kelas 4C di SD Supriyadi Semarang, serta mampu memberikan pengalaman belajar yang bermakna dan menyenangkan.

Abstract

Zepplin Shuttlecock is a shuttlecock craftsman located in Malang Regency, East Java. In recent years, the owner has noticed a decline in employee performance in the form of late deposits and frequent turnover of employees which has an impact on the instability of production results. This is a challenge for owners to be able to improve employee performance in order to achieve the targets set by the company. The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, compensation and work motivation both partially and simultaneously on employee performance at Zepplin Shuttlecock. This research uses quantitative methods. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires and sampling using total sampling or saturated samples, namely 56 production employees at Zepplin Shuttlecock. Data were processed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques and tested using instrument tests, classical assumption tests, determination tests and hypothesis tests. The research results concluded that partial leadership has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, partial compensation has no influence on employee performance and partial work motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Meanwhile, leadership, compensation and work motivation together or simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon that occurred at SMA Negeri 2 Bukittinggi, namely there are some regular students who do not accept inclusion children from psychological, social and socio-emotional aspects, some regular students prefer to be friends with other regular students rather than making friends with inclusion students, there are inclusion students who tend to withdraw from their friends' social environment and occupy themselves with things they like, There is a prejudice against inclusive students are not capable of learning well and do not contribute as much to the school as regular students. Additionally, some inclusion students exhibit excessive behavior, making their peers uncomfortable anda somewhat fearful. The purpose of this study is to understand the acceptance of inclusion students by their peers at SMA Negeri 2 Bukittinggi. The research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The population consist of inclusion students from classes kelas XE.1, XE.6, XI.F6, XII MIPA 4, XII IPS 3, XII IPS 4 and XII Bahasa. The sampling technique employed is total sampling with a sample size of 25% of the total population. The total sample used used in this study comprised 80 inclusion students from classes XE.1, XE.6 and XI.F6. The research instrument is a questionnaire. Descriptive ananlysis, the overall percentage of peer acceptance is 69% with an average of 30,75 and standard deviation of 6. This suggest that SMA Negeri 2 Bukittinggi has a relatively good enough level acceptance.

Abstract

This research is motivated by a phenomenon that occurs at MTsN 12 Agam, namely that there are some students who do not want to help their friends when fighting, there are students who are more concerned with themselves than helping their friends who are in trouble. Meanwhile, in terms of self-concept, there are some students who cannot control their emotions, there are some students who are responsive to praise. This research aims to find out how much influence self-concept has on the prosocial behavior of class VIII students at MTsN 12 Agam. This research uses a quantitative approach that is associative in nature. The population in the study was 97 class VIII students. The sampling technique used was the total sampling method. The instrument used in the research was a questionnaire. The data analysis used to test the research hypothesis is a simple linear regression test. The research results show that self-concept has a significant effect on students' prosocial behavior. These results were obtained from hypothesis testing with the percentage influence of self concept (X) on the prosocial behavior variable (Y) of 42.6%, the Tcount value was 8.3913 and Ttable 1.661. So the independent variable individually has a significant effect on the dependent variable. Based on the F test that has been carried out, the result is Fcount (70.403) > Ftable (3.94). So it can be concluded that Fcount is greater than Ftable so that H0 is rejected, meaning that all variables (X) have an effect on variable (Y).

Abstract

This research is based on the phenomenon of increasing social media use, particularly Instagram, which has the potential to cause addiction among Generation Z. An individual's self-confidence is assumed to have a relationship with the tendency toward social media addiction. This study aims to explore this relationship using a quantitative correlational method, involving 229 Generation Z participants in Jakarta selected through purposive sampling. The results show a significant positive relationship between self-confidence and social media addiction (r = 0.175, p < 0.05). The higher an individual's self-confidence, the greater their tendency to engage in excessive social media use, particularly Instagram. The positive dimension of self-confidence has a significant correlation with social media addiction, while the negative dimension does not show a significant relationship. The discussion reveals that self-confidence influences how individuals, especially Generation Z, interact with social media. These findings provide important insights for educators, parents, and researchers to develop strategies that support self-confidence and reduce the risk of social media addiction among young generations.

Abstract

This research analyzes the historical journey and transformation of Aisyiyah I Bukittinggi PAUD (KB) in the implementation of early childhood education based on Islamic values. The findings are expected to provide in-depth insight into the contribution of religion-based education in building a generation with noble character and become a reference for the development of similar PAUD institutions in the future. This research uses a historical approach to study the development of PAUD (KB) Aisyiyah I Bukittinggi, involving four stages: heuristics, source criticism, analysis-synthesis, and historiography. Data was obtained from primary sources, such as founding archives and interviews, as well as secondary sources, such as books and journals. The research results revealed that the Aisyiyah I Family Planning curriculum was developed with reference to Law no. 20 of 2003, Minister of Education and Culture Regulation no. 137 of 2014, and Minister of Religion Decree No. 792 of 2018. Implementation of learning uses a central approach, including IMTAQ, Arts, Natural Materials and Literacy Centers, which aims to support children's spiritual, cognitive, motoric and social emotional development. Real experience-based learning strategies have been effective in instilling Islamic values, improving critical thinking skills, and building children's character. This research also identified several challenges, such as limited supporting facilities, gaps in teacher competency, and varying public perceptions of education based on Islamic values. This study concludes that implementing a curriculum based on Islamic values ​​requires optimal support from various parties, including collaboration between educational institutions and parents, to create a conducive learning environment. This research contributes to the development of a holistic curriculum model based on Islamic values ​​for early childhood education.
