Abstract

The influence of the implementation of problem based learning model on student learning outcomes subtheme of my nation’s cultular diversity. This study uses a two group design quasi experimental approach at Leuwisadeng elementary school. The subject of this study were student in grades IV-A and IV-B of Leuwisadeng state elementary school with a total of 59 student. This research was conducted in the odd semester of the 2022/2023 academic year. The results of this study indicate that there is a effect of the application of the problem based learning model on student learning outcomes in subtheme 1 of the cultural diversity of my nation. This can be seen from the N-gain value in the experimental class group which has an average value of 69, while in the control class the average is 48. In the results of hypothesis testing that have been carried out are that HO is rejected an Ha is accepted because tcount (4.91) > ttabel (200247). Thus, the result of the research that have been carried out can be concluded that the application of the problem based learning model has a positive influence on student learning outcomes in subtheme 1 cultural disversity of my nation.

Abstract

Education aims to have character to become a better person and prepare to meet their needs by developing their potential. One of the efforts made by educational institutions is to hold extracurricular activities. Extracurricular is an informal educational activity outside the standard curriculum. Extracurricular activities can act as a forum to actively foster hobbies, interests, talents, as well as improve skills, creativity, and increase students' self-confidence. As has been done by MI Ma'arif NU Bantar, located in Jatilawang District, Banyumas Regency, an institution that also focuses its students on being active in extracurricular activities. This study discusses the SWOT analysis which can be seen in terms of weaknesses, strengths, opportunities and threats of the MI Ma'arif NU Bantar Jatilawang Banyumas extracurricular program. SWOT analysis becomes an effective instrument for efforts to develop educational institutions. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method and is included in field research. The results of this study explain how the SWOT analysis of the extracurricular program at MI Ma'arif NU Bantar Jatilawang Banyumas is as follows which consists of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the extracurricular programs at MI Ma'arif NU Bantar such as scouts, Marchingband, sports, and MTQ. In general, the strengths that exist in the madrasa are the competence of certified teaching human resources. Then on the weakness, madrasas still lack extracurricular trainers. In the opportunity section, extracurricular activities in madrasas are in great demand by students and get support from the surrounding community. This extracurricular obstacle is the lack of student motivation so that it becomes a sustainable threat for extracurricular activities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi pola POAC dalam manajemen laboratorium di SMA Kesatuan Bangsa. Penelitian ini berjenis deskriptif kualitatif dan dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, dokumentasi, serta wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen laboratorium di SMA Kesatuan Bangsa telah menerapkan pola POAC dengan baik. Fungsi planning dilakukan oleh laboran melalui kegiatan analisis kebutuhan, penentuan kebijakan, penyusunan anggaran, dan perencanaan kegiatan. Fungsi organizing meliputi proses pendelegasian tugas dan pemaparan deskripsi kerja, serta penentuan prosedur penggunaan laboratorium. Fungsi actuating meliputi proses pelibatan guru dalam pengelolaan inventaris dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran di laboratorium. Sementara itu, controlling dilakukan dengan adanya evaluasi di setiap akhir semester oleh kepala sekolah.

Abstract

The background that drives this research is the impact of globalization. One of the negative impacts in the world of education includes the rise of bullying, brawls between students and cases of sexual abuse against children which are a weakness of the nation's character. in the formation of Pancasila student profiles. This study used a qualitative research type, the informants of this research were school principals, driving teachers, and class VI students at SD Negeri 1 Montongsari Kendal using interview, observation and documentation techniques. Data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion and verification. The results of this study are that SD Negeri 1 Montongsari Kendal has carried out various kinds of habituation in forming the profile of Pancasila students. The habituation carried out is adjusted to the six main characteristics of the Pancasila student profile, including: Faith, piety to God Almighty and noble character; global diversity; worked together; independent; critical reasoning; and creativity, the six main characteristics are interrelated with one another so as to form characters who practice Pancasila values in their daily lives. The application of habituation is carried out through programs that have been designed before the new school year begins. The habituation program is divided into programmed habituation, routine habituation and spontaneous habituation. Habituation that is carried out routinely also has a good impact on character as a Pancasila student. But even so, there are some students whose character is still not good. This is because there are still many obstacles experienced by teachers. In addition to obstacles, there are also many supporting factors in implementing habituation in forming a Pancasila student profile.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Competence, Work Motivation and Work Environment on Teacher Performance at SMAS St. Familia Wae Nakeng Manggarai Barat NTT and determine the effect of Competence, Work Motivation, Work Environment individually on Teacher Performance at SMAS St. Familia Wae Nakeng West Manggarai NTT. This research was conducted at SMAS St. Familia Wae Nakeng West Manggarai NTT. The research time is from November 2022 to February 2023. This research uses a quantitative approach. The population of this research is SMAS St. teacher. Familia Wae Nakeng Manggarai Barat NTT, totaling 65 teachers. In this study, researchers used a saturated sampling technique, which is a sampling technique if all members of the population are used as samples. By taking a sample of 65 teachers. Collecting data using a questionnaire technique, previously tested the validity and reliability. Data analysis using descriptive analysis, analysis prerequisite testing. Hypothesis testing using the product moment technique and linear regression. The results of this study indicate that competence, work motivation, and work environment together have a positive and significant influence on the performance of SMAS St. Familia Waenakeng Manggarai Barat NTT teachers' performance, this shows that the better the competence, the higher the motivation to work, and the better the work environment has a better influence on teacher performance. Competence, work motivation, and work environment individually have a positive and significant influence on the performance of St. SMAS teachers. Familia Waenakeng Manggarai Barat NTT, this shows that increasing competency, work motivation, and work environment individually will increase teacher performance, conversely decreasing competence, work motivation, and work environment individually will reduce teacher performance.

Abstract

The background that drives this research is that in learning math problem solving students are still not able to work on problem solving problems properly. The purpose of this study was to describe what are the learning difficulties in solving mathematical problems using the Polya method on fractional material experienced by fifth grade students at SD Negeri 1 Doplang and to find out the factors that influence learning difficulties in solving mathematical problems using the Polya method on fraction material for fifth grade elementary school students. Country 1 Doplang. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Using, test methods, observations, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The results showed that students' learning difficulties in solving math problems using the polya method in class V fraction material at SD Negeri 1 Doplang had a score on the aspect of understanding the problem as much as 287 (11%), making plans had a score of 283 (10.8%), carrying out the plan has a score of 516 (19.8%) and rechecking answers has a score of 166 (6.3%). Factors that cause students to experience learning difficulties in solving mathematical problems with the polya method in class V fraction material at SD Negeri 1 Doplang consist of physical factors, motivational and attitudinal factors, environmental factors, teaching teacher variation factors, and school infrastructure factors.

Abstract

The purpose of this development research was to determine the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the PBL-based E-LKPD to improve the Mathematical Problem-Solving Ability of Class V Students at SDN Batiombo 01. This research was research and development with a design from Borg and Gall. The instruments used were validity sheets for experts and practitioners, teacher and student response questionnaires, E-LKPD validation sheets, validation sheets for solving mathematical problem solving skills, pretest and posttest questions. The validity test was carried out by experts with a value of 87.5% in the very valid category. The practicality test which was stated as practical by students with a score of 82 in the very good category and the practicality/readability response of the practitioner by the class teacher obtained a score of 83.75 in the very good category, and peer assessment obtained a score of 86.26 in the very good category. The effectiveness test used is the paired sample t test and n-gain. The result of the paired sample t test is 0.000, which means that there is an average difference between the learning outcomes of the pretest and posttest, which means the use of PBL-based E-LKPD to improve the mathematical problem solving ability of fifth grade elementary school students. The N-Gain result is 0.63 in the medium category.

Abstract

Difficulty in understanding rounding material on numerical numbers, student activities in learning tend to be passive, the existence of pop up book media in the classroom but not maximized, thus causing student learning outcomes. Media in the classroom but not maximized, causing student learning outcomes to be less than optimal. Less than optimal. This type of research uses quantitative methods with Pre-experimental design with the form of one-group pretest-posttest design. Data collection techniques in this study through interviews, observations, tests, and documentation. The results showed an average pretest of 47.3 and an average posttest of 84.6 posttest average of 84.6. Completeness Individual learning is considered complete learning if it meets the Learning Completeness score of 70. Classical learning completeness is 98%. From these results it can be concluded that pop up book media is effective on learning outcomes learning outcomes in class IV SDN Wonorejo 02.

Abstract

In order to increase students' interest in reading, especially in elementary schools. It is undeniable that there are supporting factors and inhibiting factors during the implementation of the School Literacy Movement. The purpose of this research is to describe the implementation of the School Literacy Movement at SD Negeri 1 Nagrikidul. This type of research is qualitative with a case study design. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation at SD Negeri 1 Nagrikidul has reached the learning stage. Supporting factors consist of the active role of all parties in the school, educators supervising literacy learning activities, a reading-friendly environment, all school parties producing written works, and support for the implementation of the School Literacy Movement at SD Negeri 1 Nagrikidul. The inhibiting factors are educators who do not make literacy learning effective, facilities and infrastructure are not comfortable, such as libraries that are not well organized and reading books in the literacy corner are also incomplete, and there is no special day for reading activities. The way to overcome this is that all schools hold a meeting regarding plans for the School Literacy Movement for the future, improve the administration of library management, add or update reading books so that it attracts students' attention to read. Based on the results of research data analysis, students' reading interest is currently in the high category. Therefore, the implementation of the School Literacy Movement in the future will remain consistent and have plans for the School Literacy Movement program so that it runs more conducive

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang mampu memberikan nilai efektifitas dalam media pembelajaran berbasis digital. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu 1) mendeskripsikan tingkat kebutuhan siswa kelas VIII terhadap media audio pembelajaran, 2) membuat desain media audio pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran bahasa Inggris, dan 3) mengukur tingkat validitas dan kepraktisan media audio pembelajaran. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Research and Development (R&D). Penelitian pengembangan ini mengacu pada langkah-langkah model pengembangan Borg and Gall yang dimodifikasi oleh peneliti. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu angket identifikasi kebutuhan, angket validasi isi dan media, angket respon siswa dan angket tanggapan guru mata pelajaran. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu teknik analisis deskriptif terhadap data kualitatif dan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif terhadap data kuantitatif. Lokasi penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MTsN 4 Bulukumba. Hasil penilaian oleh ahli materi dan ahli media berada pada kualifikasi “sangat valid”. Hasil penilaian oleh siswa berada pada kualifikasi “sangat layak”. Sedangkan penilaian oleh guru mata pelajaran bahasa Inggris berada pada kualifikasi “sangat layak”. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa media audio pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran bahasa Inggris valid dan praktis. Sehingga dengan adanya hasil penelitian ini, diharapkan dengan media yang dikembangkan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menyimak siswa serta dapat menjadi tambahan referensi untuk penelitian selanjutnya.
