Abstract

This study aims to analyze the integrative relationship between theoretical linguistics and edu-linguistics in the context of modern Arabic language education. Using a qualitative approach with a library research method, this study reviews academic literature from various subfields of linguistics (phonology, morphology, syntax, semantics, and pragmatics) as well as recent research on technology-based Arabic language teaching. The findings indicate that linguistic theory serves as a crucial scientific foundation for understanding the structure, meaning, and function of the Arabic language. The integration of linguistics with pedagogical aspects results in a more comprehensive and contextual edu-linguistic approach by combining theoretical, methodological, and Islamic educational values. In the digital era, this integration is strengthened through the use of learning technologies such as e-learning platforms, linguistic analysis software, and speech-recognition applications that enhance Arabic language skills interactively and independently. Thus, edu-linguistics in modern times functions not only as a bridge between theory and practice but also as a new paradigm for curriculum development, teaching methods, and value-based assessment.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and obtain empirical data. Empirical data on social media regarding social deviations committed by teachers toward their students, teachers with their colleagues, or teachers with the external social environment, is very interesting for the researcher in conducting a study on the implementation by the principal in strengthening teachers in applying Aqidah and moral values through academic supervision activities at Aliyah Cendikia. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research, which uses an approach involving primary data, secondary data, discussions, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that there are supporting and inhibiting factors in the principal’s implementation of strengthening teachers in applying Aqidah and moral values. The supporting factor for the implementation of this supervision is that teachers are highly enthusiastic and comprehensive in carrying out activities related to the application of moral values each week. The inhibiting factor is unfavorable weather conditions, such as rain, which causes delays and leads to a less optimal learning situation. The conclusion is that the principal’s implementation in strengthening and applying these values runs optimally, and it is expected that teachers can apply them well within themselves so that noble character and good behavior emerge.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Islamic learning management model oriented toward developing religious literacy among early childhood learners at TK MNU Diponegoro 111 Ajibarang Kulon. This research employed a qualitative approach with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that learning planning was developed based on the principles of the Merdeka Curriculum and integrated Islamic values into the learning goals and activities, although the analysis of children’s learning needs was not yet conducted comprehensively. The implementation of learning was carried out through play-based activities, religious routines, and storytelling methods that provided concrete religious experiences for the children. Evaluation was conducted through observation and portfolios, but documentation was not consistently maintained. In conclusion, Islamic learning management at TK MNU Diponegoro 111 Ajibarang Kulon has been fairly effective in fostering religious literacy, although further improvement is needed in differentiation, individual needs assessment, and continuous evaluation to achieve more optimal learning outcomes. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model assisted by multiplication number card media on students’ mathematical communication skills. The study was motivated by the low mathematical communication ability of third-grade students and the limited variation in the learning models applied in the classroom. The research employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method using a pretest–posttest control group design. The sample consisted of 24 students in the experimental class and 29 students in the control class. The research instrument was an essay test that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis included the Shapiro–Wilk normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing using the independent samples t-test. The results showed a significant difference between the posttest scores of the experimental and control classes. The experimental class obtained an average posttest score of 86.35, while the control class scored 73.88. The hypothesis test indicated a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05, confirming a significant difference between the two classes. Analysis of each indicator revealed that although Drawing was the lowest-performing indicator, the experimental class still showed better improvement compared to the control class. The Written Text and Mathematical Expression indicators also showed consistent improvement. Therefore, it is concluded that the TGT learning model assisted by multiplication number card media has a significant effect on students’ mathematical communication skills.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk dan fungsi frasa dalam sejumlah kalimat pada wacana dongeng Asal-Usul Ikan Patin yang diceritakan ulang oleh Andi Mulya. Fokus kajian diarahkan pada analisis sintaksis frasa untuk mengungkap struktur internal, kategori, dan peran frasa dalam membangun keutuhan makna kalimat. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif berbasis kepustakaan yang bertujuan untuk mengkaji pentingnya sintaksis dalam pembentukan kalimat, baik secara lisan maupun tertulis. Data penelitian berupa kalimat-kalimat dalam teks dongeng dianalisis melalui langkah identifikasi, klasifikasi, serta interpretasi berdasarkan teori sintaksis frasa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keberagaman jenis frasa, meliputi frasa nominal, verbal, adjektival, adverbial, dan preposisional yang masing-masing memiliki karakteristik struktural dan fungsi sintaktis berbeda.

Abstract

This study examines the role of Computer Science in sustaining the Indonesian language in the era of digital globalization through literature review and content analysis. The findings reveal that technology generates two major impacts: expanding the reach of Indonesian through social media, digital content, and modern language learning, while also contributing to linguistic shifts through widespread code-mixing and slang that may reduce standardized usage. To ensure long-term language sustainability, integrated strategies such as strengthening digital language policies, developing NLP technologies, and expanding digital literacy initiatives are required so that Indonesian remains relevant and competitive in the future.

Abstract

This research examines the linguistic structures that shape how language functions, develops, and influences human communication. The primary issue raised is the limited understanding of how syntactic and semantic components interact systematically within a language, often resulting in fragmented linguistic interpretations. The aim of this research is to provide a comprehensive and up-to-date description of linguistic structures through an empirical and theory-based approach, integrating insights from structural linguistics and contemporary linguistic models. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method utilizing data from various sources. The data is analyzed using textual analysis techniques to identify structural patterns, element functions, and meaning relationships that emerge from the use of certain syntactic forms. This approach provides space for critical observation of linguistic phenomena, questioning theoretical assumptions, and interpreting the data more contextually. The results show that changes in syntactic structure have a direct influence on shifts in meaning, while semantic context also determines the syntactic form chosen by speakers. The interaction between the two is mutually regulating and inseparable, emphasizing that meaning does not originate solely from word choice, but is the result of the relationship between grammatical structure and interpretative context. This research concludes that syntax and semantics must be analyzed in an integrated manner to understand linguistic structures comprehensively.

Abstract

Pendidikan adalah panggilan mulia, bukan hanya untuk mentransfer pengetahuan, tetapi juga membentuk karakter dan memupuk motivasi belajar siswa agar tangguh dalam menghadapi tantangan akademik maupun kehidupan. Dalam konteks ini, peran guru sangat menentukan bukan sekadar penyampai materi, tetapi fasilitator yang mampu menciptakan suasana belajar relevan, dan menarik. Salah satu strategi pedagogis yang menarik perhatian belakangan ini adalah metode role‑playing yaitu metode di mana siswa berperan sedemikian rupa sehingga mereka “mengalami” materi pembelajaran secara aktif dan Menurut Rinjani[1] penerapan role‑playing berhasil meningkatkan minat belajar siswa dari 55% menjadi 75% setelah siklus ketiga, Selain itu Nasiha juga berpendapat bahwa penggunaan metode role‑playing terbukti meningkatkan motivasi dan partisipasi siswa secara signifikan, serta membangkitkan minat dan semangat belajar yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan metode konvensional.[2] Hasil serupa juga ditemukan oleh afifa dkk yaitu , metode role‑playing tidak hanya meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara siswa tetapi juga memotivasi mereka untuk lebih aktif dan percaya diri.[3] Studi‑studi ini menunjukkan bahwa role‑playing bukan hanya “hiburan” dalam kelas, tetapi strategi pedagogis yang mampu meningkatkan minat, motivasi, dan hasil belajar siswa secara nyata. Abstract

People with Mental Disorders (ODGJ) often face difficulties in readapting to society after undergoing rehabilitation. This study aims to determine the influence of social support on the social adaptation abilities of ODGJ after rehabilitation at the Welas Asih Rehabilitation Center. This research employed a qualitative approach through observations and interviews with the center's management. The results show that social support in the form of daily therapy, skills training, as well as family and community involvement plays an important role in improving the social adaptation of ODGJ. Continuous support also helps reduce the risk of relapse and encourages patient independence in living within the community.

Abstract

Although the teaching of norms in Civic Education has received increasing scholarly attention, research addressing the integration of concrete visual media with Problem Based Learning (PBL) to overcome students’ conceptual difficulties remains limited. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the “Norm Tree Media” combined with PBL in enhancing elementary students’ understanding of various types of norms. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach with a single-case study design, this research involved one Grade 5 teacher selected through purposive sampling. Data were gathered through semi-structured interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis, and then analyzed using thematic analysis. The findings reveal that the integration of concrete media and PBL encourages students to actively analyze real-life situations, differentiate types of norms, and connect abstract concepts with their daily experiences. Nevertheless, several students continued to struggle in distinguishing norm categories with similar contextual characteristics, requiring additional scaffolding from the teacher. This study contributes to the theoretical development of constructivist learning and broadens insights into contextual practices in Civic Education. The study concludes that concrete media combined with problem-based learning activities plays a crucial role in strengthening students’ conceptual understanding and recommends that teachers adopt integrative and contextual learning strategies. The implications of the research include contributions to Civic Education pedagogy and practical recommendations for schools to optimize the use of concrete media and problemsolving–based learning. Future research is encouraged to examine the effectiveness of similar media across diverse student groups and learning contexts.
