Abstract

Bahasa reseptif merupakan fondasi kritis dalam perkembangan komunikasi dan kognitif anak usia prasekolah, khususnya pada rentang usia 5-6 tahun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemampuan bahasa reseptif anak usia dini melalui kegiatan bercerita dengan pemanfaatan media boneka tangan pada Kelompok B TK IT Al Muthmainnah Kota Jambi. Adapun Pendekatan yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah kualitatif deskriptif dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak 15 anak usia 5–6 tahun. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi partisipatif, dokumentasi, serta tanya jawab terstruktur menggunakan metode 5W+1H setelah kegiatan bercerita. Waktu melaksanakan penelitian ini ada dua sesi, yaitu sesi pertama menggunakan metode bercerita konvensional dengan buku, dan sesi kedua menggunakan media boneka tangan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Boneka Tangan memberikan kontribusi yang lebih besar dalam peningkatan Bahasa Reseptif anak Kelompok B di TK IT Al Muthmainnah Kota Jambi. Keberhasilan utama metode ini terletak pada kemampuannya untuk menyediakan stimulasi visual dan dramatisasi yang sangat menarik, yang terbukti efektif dalam mengatasi kendala fokus dan partisipasi aktif yang dialami oleh mayoritas subjek.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has brought significant changes to education, particularly in learning culture, the role of educators, and educational systems. This article aims to examine cultural innovation in education through a literature review approach. The study employs a descriptive qualitative literature review by analyzing journal articles, conference proceedings, and educational policy documents published over the last ten years. The findings indicate that cultural innovation in education involves three main aspects: the transformation of teachers’ roles, curriculum adaptation to the digital era, and the use of technology to create inclusive, interactive, and collaborative learning environments. Although digital learning has great potential to improve effectiveness, accessibility, and the development of 21st-century skills, its implementation in Indonesia still faces challenges such as infrastructure disparities, low digital literacy, and conservative attitudes among some educators and educational institutions. Therefore, cultural innovation in education needs to be supported by sustainable policies, enhanced teacher professionalism, and equitable access to technology to improve the quality and competitiveness of national education in the era of globalization Keywords: cultural innovation, digital education, digital learning, teacher roles, educational transformation.

Abstract

Learning in formal Early Childhood Education (PAUD) settings still tends to focus partially on cognitive outcomes, while motor and language stimulation has not yet been well integrated. This study aims to examine how sociomotor learning and language learning approaches influence the cognitive development of children aged five to six years in formal PAUD Class B, with age treated as a control variable. The study employed a quantitative approach using a 2×2 factorial experimental design, and the data were analyzed using Analysis of Covariance (ANCOVA). The results indicate that both the language learning approach and sociomotor learning have a significant effect on children’s cognitive development (p < 0.05). However, there is no evidence of a simultaneous effect of the two variables on the cognitive development of children aged five to six years. These findings emphasize the importance of holistic and integrated learning in early childhood education.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the limited number of linguistic studies examining Asmaul Husna in the Qur’an using a dalālah lafdziyah approach and by the underutilization of such studies in Arabic language learning. This research aims to analyze the meanings of Asmaul Husna in Surah Al-Hasyr from morphological and semantic perspectives and to explain their relevance to Arabic language instruction. The study employs a qualitative approach using a library research method. The primary data source is the Qur’an, specifically Surah Al-Hasyr, while secondary data are obtained from classical tafsir works, Arabic linguistics books, and relevant scholarly articles. Data were collected through documentation techniques and analyzed using descriptive-analytical methods with a thematic approach. The findings reveal that the Asmaul Husna in Surah Al-Hasyr contain both explicit and implicit meanings that are closely interconnected. Therefore, their meanings cannot be understood solely based on lexical definitions but must be interpreted within the context of the verses and the overall structure of the surah. This study concludes that dalālah lafdziyah analysis of Asmaul Husna has strong potential as a contextual resource for Arabic language learning, particularly in enriching vocabulary, enhancing semantic understanding, and fostering students’ spiritual values.

Abstract

Background: Hemodynamic stability is a crucial aspect during ORIF procedures, and the type of anesthesia used can influence blood pressure, heart rate, and MAP throughout surgery. Objective: To compare hemodynamic stability between regional anesthesia and general anesthesia in ORIF patients. Methods: A case study of five patients, two receiving regional anesthesia and three receiving general anesthesia. Parameters observed included blood pressure, MAP, heart rate, and oxygen saturation during preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases. Results: Regional anesthesia caused an initial MAP decrease but remained stable with fluid therapy alone. Hemodynamic fluctuations were smaller compared to general anesthesia. In the general anesthesia group, MAP changes were greater, especially after induction, with two patients experiencing transient hypotension before stabilization. Conclusion: Regional anesthesia provides better hemodynamic stability compared to general anesthesia in ORIF patients.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengaplikasikan metode analisis wacana kritis dengan pendekatan model Teun A. Van Dijk, untuk meneliti iklan layanan masyarakat yang berjudul "Anak Kost 30s." Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada dimensi teks, yang dibagi menjadi struktur makro, superstruktur, dan struktur mikro. Dalam struktur makro, iklan ini menyoroti topik kepedulian sosial, tema kemanusiaan, serta empati, dengan ide utama bahwa kebaikan yang tampak kecil pun bisa memberikan dampak besar bagi orang lain yang sedang mengalami kesulitan. Pada bagian superstruktur, terdapat orientasi yang menjelaskan latar belakang isu tentang mahasiswa yang tinggal jauh dari rumah dan tidak bisa pulang saat Lebaran karena pandemi, komplikasi yang menggambarkan perasaan kesepian dan rindu pada keluarga, serta reorientasi yang menyajikan solusi melalui perhatian Ibu Kost yang menunjukkan bahwa kebaikan dari orang-orang terdekat bisa menjadi sumber kekuatan. Sementara itu, dalam struktur mikro, terdapat penggunaan sintaksis, semantik, dan stilistik yang tepat untuk membangkitkan empati dan menarik perhatian audiens terhadap iklan tersebut. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa iklan ini mampu menyampaikan pesan yang kuat tentang pentingnya kepedulian sosial dan kebaikan dalam menghadapi kesulitan hidup.

Abstract

Teacher performance is one of the key factors in improving the quality of education in schools. The principal, as an educational leader, has a strategic role in managing and directing school resources, especially teachers, to perform professionally and optimally. This article aims to examine the influence of principals’ leadership management on teacher performance through a literature review approach. The method used is a literature study by analyzing various scientific sources, including books, journal articles, and relevant previous research related to educational leadership and teacher performance. The results of the review indicate that effective principal leadership management, which includes planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising, as well as the application of democratic and visionary leadership styles, has a positive impact on improving teacher performance. Principals who are able to provide motivation, guidance, and create a conducive working environment can encourage teachers to enhance their competence, discipline, and professional responsibility. Therefore, principal leadership management is an important factor in improving teacher performance and ensuring sustainable educational quality.

Abstract

This research analyzes the challenges teachers face in enhancing early literacy development among elementary school students within the context of deep learning pedagogy, focusing on a case study of letter recognition difficulties. Conducted at SD Negeri 3 Tempur, this qualitative case study examines a first-grade student who demonstrates an atypical literacy profile: the ability to "read" words with visual-picture support and copy written letters accurately, yet significant struggles with abstract letter recognition and differentiation. Through comprehensive observation and assessment, the study explores the cognitive, social-emotional, and psychological developmental dynamics of this learning pattern. Findings reveal that the student exhibits stronger dependence on visual-semantic processing pathways rather than phonological-alphabetic routes, experiencing particular difficulties with mirror-image letters and lacking phonological awareness development. The research identifies that deep learning approaches emphasizing symbolic processing without multimodal support may exacerbate early literacy gaps for children with non-typical literacy profiles. Based on Piaget's and Vygotsky's developmental theories, along with Dual Coding Theory, this study recommends comprehensive multi-component interventions including explicit phonological awareness instruction, multisensory letter recognition methods, individualized scaffolding, and close collaboration among teachers, parents, and professional specialists to support inclusive literacy development.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of philosophy of language in supporting the implementation of the Independent Curriculum. The main focus of the study is to determine how theories of philosophy of language can strengthen the planning and implementation of learning, thereby improving student competence and achievement. The research methodology uses a qualitative approach with a literature review design. Data were obtained through searching relevant journal articles, books, and research reports. Data analysis was conducted using content analysis techniques to identify patterns, gaps, and the contribution of philosophy of language in the development of English language learning according to the Independent Curriculum. The results show that philosophy of language plays a significant role in improving the quality of English language learning in the Independent Curriculum. Pragmatics emphasizes the importance of contextual communication, constructivism builds active student involvement, speech acts strengthen the social function of language, hermeneutics deepens text understanding, and structuralism strengthens the foundation of the language system. The integration of these theories has been proven to support the improvement of communicative skills, critical thinking, and student academic achievement.

Abstract

Amidst the massive globalization and disruption of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era, Islamic Religious Education (PAI) faces existential challenges not only to preserve religious traditions but also to produce globally competitive human resources. This study aims to formulate a comprehensive PAI integration model, from the epistemological foundation to the practical implementation of the curriculum, in order to shape students who are faithful, have noble character, and master 21st-century competencies. Using library research methods with content analysis of authoritative literature and the latest policies, this study found that the paradigm of the dichotomy of knowledge must be replaced by a paradigm of integration-interconnection. The results show that the "Spider Web" model of M. Amin Abdullah and the "Tree of Knowledge" of Imam Suprayogo offer a solid philosophical framework for uniting religious knowledge and science. At the practical level, leading educational institutions such as MAN Insan Cendekia, International Islamic Boarding School (IIBS), and SMA Trensains have succeeded in developing a hybrid curriculum that synergizes revelation with modern science. Furthermore, the implementation of the Rahmatan Lil Alamin Student Profile (P2RA), integrated with the 4C skills (Critical Thinking, Creativity, Communication, and Collaboration), has proven effective in developing moderate and adaptive character. This article recommends the need for systemic reform in Islamic Religious Education curriculum design to be more responsive to global dynamics without losing spiritual identity.
